Qi Gong longevity practices don’t always look like what they really are

I was training this morning with a group of
students and a noisy crowd of people were playing
volleyball not to far from us. They came over
after their game and wanted to know why we were
doing these strange looking exercises with such
leisurely movements.

One guy said,
It reminded me of a fable that my father read to
me when I was a young child.

An Ant nimbly running about in the sunshine in
search of food came
across a Chrysalis that was very near its time of
change.
The Chrysalis moved its tail, and thus attracted the
attention of the Ant,
who then saw for the first time that it was alive.
“Poor, pitiable
animal!” cried the Ant disdainfully. “What a sad
fate is yours!

While I can run hither and thither, at my
pleasure, and, if I wish,
ascend the tallest tree, you lie imprisoned here
in your shell, with
power only to move a joint or two of your scaly
tail.” The Chrysalis
heard all this, but did not try to make any reply.
A few days after,
when the Ant passed that way again, nothing but
the shell remained.
Wondering what had become of its contents, he felt
himself suddenly
shaded and fanned by the gorgeous wings of a
beautiful Butterfly.

“Behold in me,” said the Butterfly, “your
much-pitied friend! Boast
now of your powers to run and climb as long as you
can get me to
listen.” So saying, the Butterfly rose in the air,
and, borne along
and aloft on the summer breeze, was soon lost to
the sight of the
Ant forever.

Some times things don’t appear to look like much
until you start to explore deeper into the
purpose. Qi Gong exercises work on the internal
Organs like the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and
the spleen to feed the organs with energy, oxygen
and blood to retard the aging process. Hence Qi
Gong is considered a Longevity practice. The
purpose is to cultivate “Life Energy” and keep you
healthy from the inside out. Qi Gong has roots in
Chinese medicine dating back thousands of years.
It’s an anti aging practice of aligning breath,
movement, and awareness for, healing, and
meditation. Traditionally it’s viewed as a
practice to cultivate and balance Qi “Intrinsic
Life Energy.”

There is an ancient Chinese saying:
“If you practice external exercises you have to
practice internal exercises, but if you practice
internal exercises you don’t have to practice
external exercise.”

Qi Gong practice involves rhythmic breathing
coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid
movement, to guide Qi (Energy “through the body.”

If you practice on a regular basis you can develop
a super human energy, which allows access to
higher realms of awareness, and awaken one’s “true
nature.”

I use a combination in my training of both
external exercises and internal to stay young and
healthy. The visualizations combined with the
actual exercises will work on changing your
internal channels and open up your energy flow.
The Yin set is a series of exercises that will
enhance the internal organs as well as open up
visual pathways to enhance your health and
wellbeing in a shortest amount of time.

The program is downloadable for instance access.

In short, you’ll make so much progress so fast
you’ll probably shock yourself as well as your
friends.

Get the program now and practice it daily for the
next 4 weeks and you will feel the difference in
how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

When Life Throws You a Curveball

Friday, June 22nd, 2012

Natasha is one of my long term patients.
She would always come to see me for an
acupuncture face lift and treatments to
boost her immune system. Her whole life
has been focused around the arts, beauty
and having fun. She is married to a guy who
manages one of the top Rock and Roll groups
in the world and she is really good looking,
tall, slender and bubbly.

I have never seen her with any tensions,
stresses and she always has a smile on her face.
But, sometimes life throws you a curveball.
Some situation comes out of nowhere and can
turn your life upside down.

Her husband was diagnosed with cancer and has
been in and out of the hospital for the last
6 months. He is now fighting for his life and
Natasha is in charge of everything like paying
the bills, doing the taxes, driving back and forth
to the hospital, informing his family and friends
as to what is going on and his health!

She is now stressed to the max!
Her arms, shoulders, neck, back, legs, and feet
are clenched. That beautiful smile is gone.
There are dark bags under her eyes. She is
having trouble sleeping, has no appetite and
she is a wreck. I made a house call today and after
the treatment we talked a lot about how she is going
to handle the situation. I gave her some guidelines
and some exercises to help free up the tensions,
loosen up her body and give her some tools so she
can process all of this stress and handle everything
she has to handle.

It’s not like she can leave right now and go on
vacation. She is 100% in charge. I am sure many of
you have been in a situation similar to this where
you have to take charge even if you don’t want to.
I went over the tension release exercise and showed
her how to use the stress receptors to relieve the
tension and stress from her body. Although they say
that stress is a killer, if you use it to your advantage,
you can come out of the other end of a stressful situation.

You will be more energetic with more personal power no
matter what the situation if you have the right tools.
Natasha like so many of us certainly didn’t choose the
situation and never had to handle something quite as
challenging before in her entire life.

I spent about an extra half an hour with her today
showing her these exercises, meditations and stress
busters for her to be able to handle any situation
that may be thrown at her. If by chance you get
yourself into a situation or the universe puts you
in a situation that’s uncomfortable for you, there
are teachings and tools that can keep you stress
free so that you can transform your stress into Power.

Things like this happen to all of us now and then in
life and after teaching thousands of people these
exercises, I sat down and wrote the program
Turn Stress into Power. It consists of meditations,
exercises, and solutions that no matter what life
throws you, you can handle it! Most of my patients
say that this program is a MUST.

You can order today!

The Smart Way to Get Healthy and Stay Healthy

Everyday I get a slue of questions
from students and patients about acupuncture and
meridian systems. For the most part, most people
are OK with my explanation of the meridians, but when
I start talking about the triple warmer, I can see peoples
eyes roll. So it’s time that I try to unmask what the
mysterious Triple Warmer is all about.

In China it’s called the San Jiao and controls water ways of the body.
The triple warmer has a name but no form. They say the (TW) implies
fire and fire is necessary to control the water in the body.
It controls the water and water movement, thus balancing the
water and heat in the body.

The triple heater connects with all of the other meridians,
it is the over structure laying over all specific organ functions.

They call it the Triple burner because there are three different parts.
The upper burner is in the area of the Lungs and the heart.
It comes in like a mist or a fog and it spreads out and fills in
things, it is in charge of nourishing the flesh, bones and joints
and it regulates the pores.

The middle burner is the stomach, spleen and intestines.
It corresponds to foam and has a churning effect. It is said to
be the part that cooks the grains and filters down wastes and residues.

The lower burner corresponds to the Kidneys, Urinary bladder and the
liver and is said to be like a swamp. It is responsible for separating
the clear from the murky and evacuates the waste materials.

According to Donna Eden, it is our primal survival system, it fights
off illness in our bodies and is also known as our flight or fight response.
Unfortunately, it has not evolved along with the changes in our society.
Keeping the triple warmer balanced is especially important because many
aspects of our modern way of life are registered as invaders by our
triple warmer causing it to fight. You know your triple warmer is
overloaded if you can’t ever relax, even after meditation, or if you
generally feel anxious all the time.

Because triple warmer is a survival function it can pull energy away from
other systems leading to immune disorders, stress, chronic fatigue
and many other uncomfortable emotions/actions.

Although it’s a little known meridian, I use it every day balancing out
health problems in young and old.
If you’re having a health issue and you haven’t been getting the results

The Best Answer to Cancer

I drove up to Boca Raton
the other night to see Gracie.
She invited me to have dinner
with her and her boy friend.
It’s about 45 minutes from Miami
on I95 and with no traffic at all it
was a pleasure to take a cruise in the Lincoln.

When I saw her she was smiling from
ear to ear and for good reasons.
Two years ago, the circumstances
were a lot different. She was diagnosed
with Cancer and was going through both
chemo and radiation and she was defiantly
not smiling. She opted to do both conventional
medicine and alternative at the same time and
was happy she did. Sometimes you just
have to bite the bullet and deal with a
situation even if you don’t want to.

Sometimes, cancer can be stopped with
conventional medicine if you are strong
enough to live through it.
You may be wondering what she did to
beat the exterminator, “Cancer.”

Well, she came into my office three times
a week and we did acupuncture to
alleviate the pain, herbal therapy for the
nausea and vomiting, medical Qi gong to
balance her energy and disrupt the blue print
of the cancer and I pumped her up with
vitamins and homeopathic medicine.

When I saw her today, I asked her how she
was feeling and she told me, “I just feel great
and I am thankful every day that I am alive!”
Then she told me, “when you worked on me, it
felt like you dropped into my body, grabbed the
Cancer and pulled it out and I have been cancer
free for two years and I feel great, THANK YOU!”

Gracie is Cancer Free.
Gracie is stress free and her
life is filled with gratitude.

Every day, Gracie has been practicing the
Recharging Qi Gong, 36 exercises as
well as meditations in the
Turn Stress into Power program and I
do the same and let me tell you why.

These exercises and meditations have
been drawn from the Tibetan Buddhist
system and esoteric Taoism.

They are ancient longevity and anti-aging
practices that will keep you healthy and strong.
Don’t delay and don’t wait for something
negative to happen. Start today and keep
yourself healthy, wealthy and happy.

Removing those Stubborn Knots

Friday, October 28th, 2011

Two years ago, after a tough workout,
I woke up with a painful knot in the
middle of my back.

As you can imagine I was in pain!
The knot made it hard to move,
breathe and turning from side to side
was nearly imposable.
I’m not used to getting muscle pain since
I always stretch
and relax my muscles in my body and mind.

But now and then, I pull something out of place,
I get a pinched muscle.
The first thing I do when
this happens is stretch using a
‘Ma roller’ then a ‘Styrofoam roller’
to break up the pressure and release the tension.

Then I get some acupuncture.

After that I may get some deep tissue work done.

And then I rub in a Chinese herbal formula in the
painful area.

Usually this is enough to relieve the painful area.
But not always.
Some knots are stubborn –
And take days to shake loose.
This is what happens to many, many people.
They have knots in their shoulders, back and legs
and they got these knots while working out and this
can put you out for days or ever weeks.
I can tell you from experience this is no fun.

A few weeks ago, after a strong workout when I was in Georgia,
I got a killer knot in my back.
I haven’t had anything like it in years.
The good news is I removed it without
massage, acupuncture, herbs or a ‘Styrofoam roller.’

It went away easily and effortlessly. And FAST.

The system I used works for pain, knots and tight muscles
in the neck, shoulders and back.
It also helps remove pain from most areas of the body.

It’s an incredibly simple method that requires no real
effort on your part. You got the knot by exerting too
much effort – so it makes sense that unwinding the
knot will require a method that reverses this process.

In this program “Eliminate Back Pain”

you will learn how to
Eliminate and prevent back as well as shoulder pain forever.

Shen Disturbance or just flipped out?

Friday, September 2nd, 2011
Share

Last Friday I left the office around
3 O’ clock and took a five hour drive
up north to The Academy for
Five Elements Acupuncture School
in Gainesville, Florida, the home of the Gators.

I spent the weekend with 50 students from
all over the country to study with a
Master of Medical Qi Gong.

Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson, the founder of
The International Institute of Medical
Qi Gong flew in from California to
teach an intensive on Shen disorders.

In acupuncture, depression, mood
disorders, mental health problems and
emotional disturbances is associated with ‘

Shen’ Disturbance

.
A Shen disturbance can be manifested by
patients with depression, mental health
problems and emotional disorders.

In Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),
the Shen is our spirit.
Shen lives in the heart, not in the brain.
Mental disharmony often indicates that the
Shen is unsettled or troubled.
We call this condition ‘Disturbed Shen.’

When there is an energetic knot in the
heart, from lust filled desires, fear, hate
filled guilt and blame, an energetic knot
is formed causing a Shen distribution.

In this workshop, we learned to remove
energetic parasites, how to form and use
energy balls and how to remove unhealthy spirit.
This may sound a little strange to you but there
is more going on with our health and well
being all the time and it’s not all physical.
Sometimes an imbalance will appear in
your dreams or show up in a host of
disturbances in your life, long before it
shows up as a physical disease. Cancer
is a good example of this, a mental
emotional disturbance that is on going,
and eats away at us until one day it raises its
ugly head and sick is all around us.

In Western medicine, they are treated with
drugs that sedate the patient until they come
out of the disturbed mental state, if not;
they are medicated for their entire life.
We all know this is no cure, but it is done
to millions of people daily.

I believe that some of these disturbances
come from spiritual openings or spiritual
blocks that most of us have no idea how to handle.
Working with Medical Qi Gong over the past years,
I have learned how to redirect these
energies to open up the heart and balance the mind.

Medical Qi Gong offers us prescriptive
exercises that will balance the body, mind
and spirit and which brings peace and harmony
back to the person in a pure non-invasive way to heal.
These exercises are prescribed to patients
to recover from illness, but why wait until
you are sick? Learn the exercises now and
keep yourself and your family healthy.

For thousands of years, these secret
teachings were shared with the elite only.

In the Recharging Qi Gong Program
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html
there are specific exercises to re-balance your
body, mind and spirit and keep you dis-ease free.

People in Asia, Europe, North America,
South America, Australia, and Africa are
practicing The Recharging Qi Gong program.
Those students who practice the program have
reported more of a balanced mental state,
relaxed mind, clearer head and a more
powerful body. Now we are truly fortunate
to have an open access to this ancient technology
of Qi Gong as a method to reclaim our health
and balance our energetic resources.

Eating your Stress?

Wednesday, August 24th, 2011

I spent the last 4 days in
Boston, Massachusetts.
The weather is a lot cooler than
Miami this time of the year and
although the leaves haven’t turned
different colors yet, it’s a heck of a
lot cooler and low humidity.

One of my patients that I see in the
winter in Florida lives here. She asked
me to come up and give her a good
tune up. For no apparent reason to her,
her back went out and for the last 4
days she has been bed ridden.

When I arrived at her home we went
over her last few weeks activities.
There didn’t seem to be any physical
reason that she is in so much pain.
No falls, no strains, nothing broken,
she said she didn’t lift anything and
didn’t remember bending over or even
tripping on anything. As I question her
on different things we hit on a BIG one.

She has been over worked and stressed to the max.
Stress can knock you for a loop and
cause you to tighten up your muscles
and then even a micro movement can
cause a muscle to lock up and push
against a nerve and then you’ve had it.
PAIN! The pain causes the muscle to lock
up more and then the body will swell to try
and protect itself and it all comes from stress.

Before we began the treatment we went
over a series of exercises found in the
Turn Stress into Power program.

We went over the Tension Release Exercise
until she could clear all of the accumulated
negative emotional stress out of her system
and then I showed her a few of the
protections so she would let the same
stresses sneak back in and cause both
emotional and physical pain.

What was the most amazing part of
the treatment was before I could do
any treatments of acupuncture or,
Medical Qi Gong, she said the pain
had completely vanished.

The emotions and the Stress were the culprits.
They had her so locked up that the Qi and blood
couldn’t run through the meridians and get to
the organs and extremities causing all the pain.

If you have a blockage in any part of your
body, mind or spirit don’t you think it’s
the right time that you release it?

A Weekend with the Master

Friday, August 12th, 2011

Last weekend Stephen flew
in from Toronto for a private
coaching session with me.
A few weeks ago he called and
said he was going through a crisis
in just about every part of his
life and he needed a complete
tune-up physically, mentally and
spiritually. He flew in Friday night
and I picked him up at the Ft. Lauderdale
airport. We had dinner and went over
his program and treatment plan
for the next two days.

Early Saturday morning we started at
6 o’clock on the beach for the Qi Gong
training. This works on all levels
incorporating the Taoist and Buddhist
internal meditations, advanced Qi gong
practices, the internal energy work and
the advanced sexual practices.

After breakfast we took a little break and
later that morning Steve met me at my office.
We went over his blood work, diet and started
the treatments with acupuncture,
Medical Qi Gong, and Neuro-Therapy
which is all the homeopathic and
vitamin injections.

In the private coaching sessions we
work from morning until night. It’s intense
working on all levels at once to get the
maximum amount of growth in the least
amount of time. By the end of the
weekend he reported more energy than
he ever had and I could see and feel the
increase in his energy levels.
The one-on-one sessions are powerful;
there is a lot of information and
knowledge passed along in a very
short time.

The reason I insist on extensive blood
work is because it gives me a scientific
pictures of what’s going on internally.
The energy medicine gives us insight into
meridian health and quality of energy flow
and the Medical Qi Gong gives us a look
into both the spiritual openings, blockages
and where they needs to be addressed.

One formula that I use that is really
helpful is the magic square which allows
the student to set their goals on 9
different levels and balance all the domains.

That evening he came over to my
house so we could catch a bite to eat.
He had a ton of questions on just about
everything he saw, felt and experienced.

Over dinner we reviewed the weekend
and came up with a 3 month plan as
well as a 2 week plan, this way the
changes are made and checked.
This formula is a sure fire way to
revamp your system mentally,
physically and spiritually.

Years ago I was trained by multi
tasking and it proved to make me
the person I am today.

When you multi task, you do
everything at once. I got up in the
morning and started the meditation, right
after the meditation when other students
would go back to their rooms to rest and
get ready for the day, I immediately
started breakfast for 80 people, as I
was one of the chief cooks. When the
students were busy cleaning up for breakfast,
that’s when I was working on 2-3 patients,
and when the teacher started the program,
I was the first one in class and every time
there was a break I had a project to do.
I cut my sleep down to only 3 hours a night
and worked out and meditated in those
hours that most people were sleeping.
When you do this type of intensive and
multi task, you push yourself through
blockages that you may have mentally,
physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This is a way to promote maximum
growth in the least amount of time.

This is exactly what I pushed Steve
through for those 2 days. If you’ve
got the cojones to make changes in
your life and you want it now,
contact me for a one-on-one coaching session.

Don’t Ever limit your training.

Monday, July 11th, 2011
Share

Don’t limit your training.

For the next few weekends I am
totally engaged in seminars on
meditation, acupuncture, nutrition
and Medical Qi Gong.
I am always training my
body mind and spirit.

“He who fails to train,
Trains to fail.”

This is the way we grow by working
outside of the box and pushing ourselves
to learn and get trained as often as we can.

If you ever took a peek at my Biography on
www.energymedicineflordia.com
you will see that I am no stranger when it
comes to trainings, seminars or educating myself.
I have spent years being coached, practicing
and training myself and I continue where
I can and whenever I can.

It’s not always about just physical training and
energetic training, it’s about training in all aspects
of your life. To grow we need to touch on
every aspect of our lives and use all the
tools that are available.

“It takes two wings to fly.”
One is the training and the
other is the practice.
If you just have one wing
you just flop round on the ground.

TRAIN & PRACTICE = FREEDOM

For over 4 decades, I spent every
summer doing spiritual retreats.
Trainings that involved standing
practices, sitting practices and
chanted prayer or mantra which
is what they are called in the
eastern systems.

I learned to incorporate many of the
different modalities to enhance my
mind and over the years I learned how
to develop my learning and growing
experiences. Learning how to learn is an art.

In Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP)
they call that VAC (visual, auditory and kinesthetic).
This way you start to get as many modalities
as you can involved in learning experience.

1. Visually- you want to be able to
picture it in your minds eye.
See it, see yourself already having it.

2. Auditory- hear it.
What does it sound like?
Does it ring a bell?
Sing it, hum it play it on the piano.

3. Kinesthetic- feel it.
Get some movement into the learning experience.
Dance it, run it, touch it,
and get it into your body.

The more of the senses you can
activate the quicker you can learn
and retain that information.
Years ago I asked my Master to
teach me the inner workings of a
special meditation; he agreed but
told me that I had to repeat the
mantra 100,000 times before he
would give me the entire teaching.
I thought about it for a few days and
did the math. I wasn’t going to get
the teaching for over a year and this
didn’t sit well with me at all.

The next day I met with a friend for
dinner and he was telling me about a
doctor that he met, who was working
on “subliminal programming” of the mind.

The following day I contacted his doctor
and made an appointment.
When I got to his office I
had 100,000 questions.

He explained to me what subliminal
programming could do and how
it worked.
He said, “Our minds have so called
guards that block out useless and
harmful information, sometimes this
is good and some times not so good
as we are always get programmed
by outside influences.”

He gave me the analogy of a guard
standing at a guardhouse, who only
lets in the right things for us, but
sometimes things sneak in from
our subconscious mind, our guard
doesn’t even see it. He told me this
can be easily done with the right
suggestions to the subliminal mind.
He went on to say that the advertising
industry does this all the time to sell us
product that we had no idea we even wanted.”

I asked him if I plan to get the 100,000
repetitions of the mantra in my mind
could it be done?

He said, “I don’t see why not.
Just have a subliminal CD made and
listen to it over and over and you will
program your mind.”

I learned that I could have my own
custom subliminal program CD made
to get the mantra into my mind in
record time, so I set up an appointment
to meet with the recording company
and I explained what I wanted to do.

I wanted to produce a subliminal
program that would repeat the mantra
100,000 times in one hour. I worked
with them on getting the exact mantra
played down on the tracks and then waited.

It was a few weeks before they got it
back to me with the finished product
and then I got to work, I spent the
next few weeks listening to the
program for only an hour a day
1/2 hour when I woke up and
1/2 hour just before I went to sleep.

When I returned to see my Master,
I told him that I had completed the task.
He doubted me at first and said that it was
impossible, until I explained what I did.

He congratulated me on my unique
approach and said, “This was definitely
thinking outside of the box.”
He gave me the entire teaching!

Since that time I have taught hundreds
and hundreds of students
“The Internal Mantra Program” and
gave them the CD. I recommend this
program for all beginners as well as
well seasoned mediators to deepen the
understanding of the teachings as well
as the subliminal practice CD to
embody the practice.

The Internal Mantra program teaches
you the six most powerful words that
will reprogram your mind and open up
your locked spiritual energy. This is
not about any religion, it’s about
unlocking your spirit to receive more
energy no matter what your tradition
and training is.

Order your program today and
reprogram your body, mind and spirit.

Opening Up to New Possibilities

Monday, June 20th, 2011

In 1977 I was invited to come
to Park City, Utah with a group
of healers and meditation students
for a month to study with
Virginia Satir.
She was a great psychotherapist, known
especially for her approach to family
therapy.

She was regarded as
The “Mother of Family Therapy.”

When you are working with people,
(No matter if you are doing massage,
medical qi gong or acupuncture)
when you open up to new modalities
in your practice it will make you a
better doctor, healer or therapist.

One of Satir’s most novel ideas at
the time, was the “presenting issue”
or surface problem – that the presenting
issue itself was seldom the
real problem; rather, how people coped
with the issue is what created the problem.
She also offered insights into the
particular problems that self-esteem
could cause in relationships.

Whenever I work with a patient or a
student, I start with a process that
Virginia developed called:

“The Five Freedoms”.

*The freedom to see and hear what is
here, instead of what “should” be, was,
or will be.

*The freedom to say what you feel and think,
instead of what one should.

*The freedom to feel what you feel,
instead of what you “ought.”

*The freedom to ask for what you want,
instead of always waiting for permission.

*The freedom to take risks on your own
behalf, instead of choosing to be only
“secure” and not rocking the boat.

What The Five Freedoms will do
for you is open you to new possibilities
in your life and give you a way to look
at the world differently.

Applying the five freedoms in your
life can give you different twist
to think outside of the box and
free up your stresses.

In the Turn Stress into Power Program
I incorporated the Five Freedoms
in my writing and presented a new way
of looking at stress.
How to use your stresses to transform your
life and get on top of the wave of stress,
instead of being flipped, rolled and pulled
under by every day stresses.

Open up to new possibilities in
your life and order the program today.
It will transform your Stress into Power.
