Is your Cholesterol too high?

Monday, September 16th, 2013

The more you read and study what’s going on in the
American medical system and who they are in bed
with, (the drug companies) you begin to wonder…
“What happens if I get sick? Who can I trust?”
I was speaking to Linda last week and she told me
a story that I could hardly believe. She went to
see her doctor for her annual check up. A few days
later her doctor’s office called and wanted her to
make another appointment to go over her blood
work. When she got to the office she was told that
her LDL cholesterol was over 200 and she had to go
on drugs immediately.

Linda has been healthy most of her life; she eats
a good diet and exercises every day and really
didn’t want to go on medicine that has been proven
to cause liver damage and many other side effects.
She told her doctor thank you but I am not going
to take the medicine.

A few months later she got a cancellation notice
from her health insurance company claiming that
she was at high risk and they could no longer
cover her.

Linda said, I have been with this company since I
was living with my parents and that’s been years
and years ago. So she called to find out what
happened, it seemed that the insurance company got
a notice that she refused to take the drugs
prescribed by her medical doctor and stated she
was at risk for heart disease.

They strongly suggested to her that if she
refused to follow her doctor’s advice and take her
medicine they would be forced to drop her.
For decades, there has been a concern about the
relationship between LDL cholesterol and heart
disease and how it has affected everything from
the food we eat to the drugs we take to the test
results we get back and the worries we have about
our health.

IMG_2133
1. Cholesterol forms part of cellular membranes
and is involved in allowing or preventing critical
nutrients from entering the cell and this in turn
affects cellular function.
2. The brain and central nervous system are mostly
made of cholesterol.
3. The sex hormones: progesterone, estrogen and
testosterone are all derived from and structurally
related to cholesterol.
4. The sex hormones and the adrenal glands are
derived from cholesterol.
5. Cholesterol is also a p recursor for Vitamin D

The LDL (bad cholesterol) preachers have many of
us swallowing the most-prescribed class of drugs
in recent history.

Americans spend more than $14 billion on
cholesterol-lowering medications a year and it’s
growing each year. In fact Cholesterol control has
become the main focus of health care in the United
States. No mater if it’s necessary or not, if your
blood work is out of range you are going to be
prescribed a cholesterol-lowering drug… Bottom
line it’s making a lot of money for the drug
companies.

Of course some cholesterol are relatively safe and
some are dangerous. If you treat them all the
same, you aren’t going to get the true story but
many people are going to get medicated need it or
not.

There are many natural ways you can try to handle
your cholesterol without taking drugs:

1.Drink a cup or two of green tea daily
2.Use a dry brush on your body daily
3.Jump on a small trampoline for 5 minutes a
day
4.Try Red Rice yeast and niacin
5.Quit smoking
6.Take Herbs
7.Lower your intake of meat, butter, cream milk
and cheese to lower saturated fats in your diet.
8.Take Omega 3 fatty acids
9.Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables to add
more soluble fiber to your diet.
10.Reduce Sugar
11.Lose Weight
12.Drink vegetable juices

Take responsibility for your own health and
without a doubt you will get healthier. But you
must work at it! Exercise daily, eat more
vegetables, and drink clean water.

How to End Pain and get Healthy again

imagesHow to end pain and get Healthy again

When a patient comes in to my office for their
initial examination, there are many factors to
consider beside just their symptoms.

We go over some critical points that some doctors
over look like:

• Do you exercise?
• Do you have a spiritual practice?
• Do you meditate or pray on a regular
basic?

• What kind of diet are you eating?
• Do you take supplements?
• Where do you live and how long have you
lived there?
• How much stress do you have?
• How is the health of your family and people
living with you?

• Have you had any operations, scars, cut
accidents or injuries?

All of these items affect our health, our moods,
and how we live our lives.
If there is a blockage of any kind it will affect
us mentally, physically, emotionally, and
spiritually.

I hear this all the time.
“I got X-Rays, MRI and blood work, plus tests that
I have never heard of and my doctor says there is
nothing wrong with me, but I know there is.”

Scars are one of the first things I look into.
Not only are scars unsightly and a constant
reminder of painful accidents or surgeries, they
can block the natural flow of energy and give you
a hoist of hidden symptoms.

In Chinese Medicine there are a series of rivers
of energy running through the entire body. They
are called meridians; along these pathways are the
acupuncture points. If there is a cut in one of
these meridian lines, the energy slows down or is
disrupted causing an energy blockage. It doesn’t
make a difference if you are cut in a hospital or
by a thug on the street. All your body knows is
you have been cut…

This will without a doubt cause some blockage or
dis-ease in the flow of energy. These scars can be
treated and opened up with Neural Therapy
treatments.

I was blessed to learned from one of the top
German and Swiss doctors, Dr. Rau at the
Paracelsus clinic in Switzerland, and many others.

Neural Therapy involves the injection, into
various but very specific areas. Neural Therapy is
based on the theory that trauma can produce
long-standing disturbances in the electrochemical
function of tissues affected by trauma and scars.
An injection can often instantly and lastingly
resolve chronic long-standing illness and chronic
pain.

Scars tissue can create an abnormal electric
signal. In turn this signal is transmitted
throughout the rest of your body via the autonomic
nervous system. The injection into scars travel
into deeper scars through tiny tubules in the
cellular matrix to these areas of bioelectrical
disturbance for treatment.

As a result,
eliminating autonomic regulatory dysfunctions. The
autonomic nervous system is the master controller
of the body; Neural Therapy can have a profound
impact on your condition and your ability to heal.
Here are some of the interference fields that can
be affected:

• Infections
• Emotional trauma
• Physical Trauma from any type of surgery,
accidents, deep cuts, biopsies, childbirth, dental
procedures, vaccinations, burns, tattoos, etc.

A scar or infection is an interference field;
general stress from illness, malnutrition,
emotional stress, food allergies, pregnancy,
chronic bowel problems, kidney disease, prostate
and female problems, infertility and tinnitus.
Scars can cause pain and lead to other dysfunction
in the body and need to be treated. If you have a
scar anywhere on the body that is painful to the
touch, this could indicate interrupted blood flow,
or Qi.

I offer treatments like these in my office and my
patients are finding that their health is
improving by leaps and bounds.

Sexual Power is Power

I know a group of guys who are years younger than
me and work hard and also have an active family
life. One is in his mid 50’s, two in their mid
40’s and a younger guy who just turned 26. They
golf, lift weights, Ski and play sports. But, for some
reason all of their blood work came back showing
low testosterone (LOW -T). They are now
all on supplements and some of them are even
injecting themselves with testosterone to try and
bring their levels up to normal. I find this very
unusual. Could it be their diet? Their stress
level? Or the wrong type of exercises?

When you start artificially feeding your body with
testosterone, what happens is your body actually
becomes lazy and stops producing it. This causes
the old ‘No Led in you pencil” syndrome. Although,
I am years older I have been focusing on internal
exercises that stimulate and strengthen the
kidneys, move the energy and keep the led sharpened.

It’s highly unusual for the 26 year old but he has
been losing too much Jing. In Chinese Medicine,
the Jing feeds your sexual energy, your internal
fluids, your vitality and keeps you young! If you
do the correct exercises, you can strengthen your
internal organs but if you are not paying
attention, losing vital fluids every time you make
love, believe it or not you are draining yourself,
aging yourself and you can end up with low back
pain, hair loss, knee pain, tinnitus and sexually
kapuffed.

The door has just swung tight to the hinges

Remember when you were a kid and you visited that
family member’s home where you could go
everywhere… except for ONE room?
You know… the room where the door
was always shut every time you were there?

It drove you nuts, didn’t it? Because you just
knew there was something REALLY cool behind that
door… but there was no way to get inside to find
out – at least not without suffering some serious
(and potentially unpleasant) consequences.

Well, another door has just swung tight to the
hinges – the door is on November’s Private
coaching Program.
http://rechargingqigong.com/private-coaching.html.

Every spot is full up for November. These lucky
people that opted-in for the year of coaching will
receive every single one of my programs as well as
the training that goes with it. As for me, I am
taking a few days off to see my Mom and kids in
Michigan for Thanksgiving and we are in December
and in a blink of an eye it will be 2013.
Every time the weather starts to get cold up
north people flock to Florida– “Snowbirds”
The term snowbird is used to describe people from
the USA and Canada who spend a large portion of
winter in along the Sun Belt region of the
southern USA and I don’t blame them. Cold winters,
bad driving conditions and a black and white world
for months is a drag mentally and physically.
In the past, snowbirds were frequently wealthy
people with independent incomes and shifted
residence with the season but now you can hop on a
plane and get out of winter in a few hours. I have
two weekends open in December and all of this can
be written off your taxes as a business expense if
you pay before December 31.

If you’re one of the November people –
Congratulations!

Oops I forgot the most important thing -we will be
going over their blood work and working on all
aspects of health from an energetic and physical
prospective. You won’t want to miss out on this.
And MUCH MUCH MORE!

Which do you choose, HEALTH or sickness?

Friday, June 29th, 2012

Julia called my office this morning
and asked if she could talk to me.
I had a few minutes so I took her call.
She was beside herself! She has some real
issues about her health that I am not going to
go into and her insurance company will not
pay one thin dime to help her out.

She asked me why not?

The typical patient that is using
western medicine doesn’t understand
why most insurance companies don’t
cover preventive health care, anti aging or
any kind of longevity practices.
The reason being the system is set up
for sickness Not Health!

Usually people in the western world are
trained to see their doctor for sickness.
You can get pain pills, chemotherapy or
have your leg cut off and most likely your
insurance company will pick up the expenses
after you meet your deductible that could be
up to $10,000 if it is approved.

My usual patient is from Europe,
South America or has been educated to
know western medicine doesn’t do well
with curing any disease. They manage disease.
Americans have been brain washed into thinking
that the health industry, the government or food
companies are interested in their health
–It’s not true at all.

Real Health Care is different!

The client that comes into my office knows
that they are coming to be Educated and Learn
how they can avoid getting sick, avoid being put
on medicine and enjoy a healthy life.
All the treatments are natural.
I use homeopathic medicine, natural herbs,
diet, nutrition and vitamins.
Some of the treatments involve acupuncture,
muscle release techniques, laser, structural
realignment, prescriptive medical Qi gong longevity
exercises as well as anti-stress therapy.

I use the same tests that the western doctor uses
plus many testing processes only used in Europe and China.
Julia asked me if I looked at the blood? Yes! Of course I do.
Going over the blood work is an important indicator,
so is the balance of Ph and what you eat on a daily basis.

I also host a meditation class for my patients once a
week as part of their treatment and teach a Qi Gong
class once a week to encourage health and longevity.
This form of treatment gives the patient more
responsibility for his or her own health.
The doctor becomes more of a health coach.
My patients have found this kind of health care
pays in many aspects.
The # 1 goal is to stay healthy in body, mind and spirit.

THIS REALLY WORKS!
I practice this kind of health care on my family,
my friends, my students and my patients and I
boldly practice Health Care on myself.

Exercise, Diet, Nutrition, Qi Gong,
Meditation, Self-Cultivation
Smiles, Laughter, Love, Gratitude,
Forgiveness, Giving Back to the Community,
Sharing, and Caring

The Most Important Blood Work

Tuesday, October 18th, 2011
Share

Examinations at a doctor’s office are important to
determine what a persons
health picture is all about, and I do some very
traditional ones as well as more esoteric tests
like Medical Qi Gong,Chakras testing and
Applied kinesiology to determine what
needs to be addressed first.

I’ll use the Chinese pause technique, look at the
tongue, and observe the quality of the skin, nails, hair.
I’ll go over every inch of the body, looking for
clues on how to open the blockage and I ask a
ton of questions to see what’s going on internally.

On the physical level from a scientific stand point
there is no general screening test
that is more efficient, effective and affordable
than a comprehensive blood chemistry panel.
It allows me to quickly assess what’s going
on with your health at a glance.
It is the ultimate tool in biomedical laboratory
sciences to evaluate patients.

Your blood test can be the answer to identifying
imbalances in the body’s metabolism. If you’re
healthy, you should get your blood work done at
least every year. I get mine done every six months
and have the two tests compared to see if there are
any changes for better or worse.

Things like diet, exercise, stress and illness
will show up. If you are going
through a health crisis,
I’d check every three months just
to stay on top of things.
Many health problems can be
prevented and
managed effectively with early
detection.

In general we are not up to date on what’s going on
inside and a blood test will show the function
of the immune system, thyroids and if you
have a tendency for any hidden illnesses it
can be a good way to get an early look.

The longevity system in the USA hardly exists.
We are on a program of:
‘If it isn’t broken, don’t fix’ it and the
insurance companies like it just the way it is.

A decade ago the average annual lab work
ordered in a physical exam included a
Chem-24, CBC with differentials, TSH, and
a lipid panel. However, the healthcare model
today customarily performs a simple chem-7
and lipid panel. The addition of a TSH, a CBC,
or other tests are no longer a routine.
Physicians who order extra tests are
considered unqualified providers.
Who do you think is judging them?
Whoever they are, it’s not about your
health and longevity or the quality of your life.

I understand that many of us have given up on
the current healthcare model and are sick and tired
of being over-medicated. Many of us are now
looking for a more natural approach.
A comprehensive healthcare evaluation
and blood chemistry panel is a good place to
start and get you back on the road to good health.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

A Weekend with the Master

Friday, August 12th, 2011

Last weekend Stephen flew
in from Toronto for a private
coaching session with me.
A few weeks ago he called and
said he was going through a crisis
in just about every part of his
life and he needed a complete
tune-up physically, mentally and
spiritually. He flew in Friday night
and I picked him up at the Ft. Lauderdale
airport. We had dinner and went over
his program and treatment plan
for the next two days.

Early Saturday morning we started at
6 o’clock on the beach for the Qi Gong
training. This works on all levels
incorporating the Taoist and Buddhist
internal meditations, advanced Qi gong
practices, the internal energy work and
the advanced sexual practices.

After breakfast we took a little break and
later that morning Steve met me at my office.
We went over his blood work, diet and started
the treatments with acupuncture,
Medical Qi Gong, and Neuro-Therapy
which is all the homeopathic and
vitamin injections.

In the private coaching sessions we
work from morning until night. It’s intense
working on all levels at once to get the
maximum amount of growth in the least
amount of time. By the end of the
weekend he reported more energy than
he ever had and I could see and feel the
increase in his energy levels.
The one-on-one sessions are powerful;
there is a lot of information and
knowledge passed along in a very
short time.

The reason I insist on extensive blood
work is because it gives me a scientific
pictures of what’s going on internally.
The energy medicine gives us insight into
meridian health and quality of energy flow
and the Medical Qi Gong gives us a look
into both the spiritual openings, blockages
and where they needs to be addressed.

One formula that I use that is really
helpful is the magic square which allows
the student to set their goals on 9
different levels and balance all the domains.

That evening he came over to my
house so we could catch a bite to eat.
He had a ton of questions on just about
everything he saw, felt and experienced.

Over dinner we reviewed the weekend
and came up with a 3 month plan as
well as a 2 week plan, this way the
changes are made and checked.
This formula is a sure fire way to
revamp your system mentally,
physically and spiritually.

Years ago I was trained by multi
tasking and it proved to make me
the person I am today.

When you multi task, you do
everything at once. I got up in the
morning and started the meditation, right
after the meditation when other students
would go back to their rooms to rest and
get ready for the day, I immediately
started breakfast for 80 people, as I
was one of the chief cooks. When the
students were busy cleaning up for breakfast,
that’s when I was working on 2-3 patients,
and when the teacher started the program,
I was the first one in class and every time
there was a break I had a project to do.
I cut my sleep down to only 3 hours a night
and worked out and meditated in those
hours that most people were sleeping.
When you do this type of intensive and
multi task, you push yourself through
blockages that you may have mentally,
physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This is a way to promote maximum
growth in the least amount of time.

This is exactly what I pushed Steve
through for those 2 days. If you’ve
got the cojones to make changes in
your life and you want it now,
contact me for a one-on-one coaching session.

Discover The Nutritional Story in your Blood Test and take charge of your own health

Thursday, August 4th, 2011
Share

I was having lunch with Nastia
this afternoon and I asked her,
when was the last
time you had a check up and
your blood work done?

She said, “Noting hurts, I sleep fine,
I have a good appetite and I am
regular with my period, why even
check if I’m feeling good.
Is it necessary to get a check up
when I feel just fine?”

You would be surprised how
many people ask me the same thing.
If it’s not broken why fix it?

This may be true in many situations
but not your health.

Our health has
to be attended to all the time with
diet, exercise, hygiene, vitamins,
minerals and proper attitude.
If it’s not, you are looking for big problems.

You can compare your body to a garden.
The garden needs to be watered, and
weeded, you need to maintain the right
pH balance and get the right amount
of sunlight, if you hope to harvest
anything of value.

In our human system we also need
to check things like blood pressure,
proper Ph balance, blood flow, organ
function, as well as checking out the
alternative stuff. It’s a good idea to
have your acupuncturist take a look
at your internal balance.
Although there are many ways to
check, I have found that the most
accrued and scientific way is
through the blood work.

There are different values to
consider when reading blood work;
most doctors use the standard
clinical range. In my opinion
this is a mistake. It is based on
an average of very sick people,
very healthy people, and everyone in between.

The Functional Range, is a more
sensible range as it’s going to be
smaller because the calculations
are designed to eliminate the
extremes on both ends of the gamut.

The key point about the Functional Range
is that it can be used to optimize health
by restoring the sub-healthy ranges
before they turn into dis-ease.

In my office we use the state of the
art analyzing software to design a
clinical nutrition plan to optimize
the total health of the patient.

If your doctor is just focused on
the standard clinical range alone,
diseases like diabetes wouldn’t be
detected until the blood sugar is
above the normal level. That could
be too late and the damage on your
organs could already have started;
even if you don’t have any symptoms.
It is always better to be as natural as
possible, no matter if it’s your diet or
treatment. It’s much better to treat
naturally and assist the body in
healing itself by strengthening
the immune system.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness
