A Day From Hell Transformed

Did you ever have one of those upside-down days?

I had one last week and it sucked. I woke up with
a flat tire on my car. It was drivable, but I
needed to get some air in it ASAP. I drove to the
closest gas station and the air machine was
broken. I drove to another station and, again, the
machine was not working. I could hear the tire
squalling on every turn.I hit one more station
and another broken machine. Not good! So, I took a
chance and drove to the Mini Cooper dealer to get
a new tire and thinned out my wallet. I finally
got the new tire and headed home. When I got back
home in the 95-degree heat, I noticed that the
floor was wet around the refrigerator. When I
opened it, it was not working. I called a friend
who has an ice chest and he brought it over filled
with ice. I just went shopping the day before but,
little to my knowledge, there was a small crack in
the ice chest. As the ice melted, my floor got
soaked. It made me laugh that so much was going
wrong!

I was starting to get a little uptight and
stressed. I sat down at the computer to write and
got an e-mail that one of the pictures I put up on
a blog in 2012 was copyrighted and they wanted to
sue me. As if this weren't enough, my bank wrote
me and said one of my accounts was on hold because
of some unusual activity.

That was the tipping point. Enough stuff all at
once. My stress level was on overload. I sat down
to meditate and began the exercises to turn my
stress into power. Within fifteen minutes, I was
able to reverse all the negative situations. I
cleaned up the water, and the repairman was at my
house within an hour and fixed the refrigerator.
My head was clear as a bell again.

If you ever have one of those days, believe me you
will sooner or later, be prepared. Learn and
practice these meditations and exercises and you
will be able to turn your stress into power.

The Hoax Of Memorial Day

The Hoax Of Memorial Day

Memorial Day is the official federal holiday in
the United States for remembering the people who
died while serving in the country’s armed forces.
I am not a big fan of war, and I believe it’s not
necessary at all. I know that we, as Americans,
pissed off a lot of people, and our corporations
aren’t thinking about people’s health or
well-being. The focus is profit, and they are
doing bang-up job of that. But, whether we like it
or not, war is going to continue for one BIG
reason: PROFIT. And it’s not going to be yours or
mine.

Let’s look at who is making all the money. There
are 10 big companies who are getting very rich
selling arms to the highest bidders. The business
of war is profitable. Those companies sold over
$208 billion in war toys, and they sure as hell
don’t want to stop making those BIG BUCKS. You can
bitch and moan all you want, but they are still
going to send your young men to war. What do we
get out of it? A day of remembering and mourning
our fallen soldiers, we hang our heads in sorrow,
and then, celebrate another day in their honor.
Shame on you, Big War Machine! To me, this is just
BS. The big companies are blowing smoke up your
arse.

It’s been long enough that hate, envy, and greed
rule man. There is a much better way to make our
planet work – we have to work together as a unit.
We can feed the people of earth, clean up the
pollution in the oceans, and learn how to heal
Mother Nature. If only we can let go of our
primitive nature of survival. Humans are
developing faster than ever, our knowledge is
growing exponentially and, with it, our technology
has far surpassed any other culture that we know
of today. But we still have the instincts, in
particular, the aggressive impulses that we had in
the days of primitive man.

Here is where the problem lies. Our modern
technology has allowed us much advancement for the
good, but we now can easily wipe out humanity in a
single day. Sure, aggression was necessary at one
time for our survival, but now we put our earth at
risk. Humans have the awareness and the
intelligence to reason and plan for our future and
the futures of our families. You would think that
man would be thinking of the future of the entire
human race.

It’s time to wake up before it’s too late. The
focus of this holiday, Memorial Day, should be a
time to wake up humanity from the greed, jealousy,
and envy of others, and work together to make this
planet a model for the universe. I often wonder if
beings are watching us from outer space and
deciding if we are worth enough to join the
planetary community as an asset, or are we just
going to be food for some little green beings.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Stressed Out Holiday?

Saturday, May 28th, 2016

Everyday I deal with stress.
I’m used to
stress.
I do my practices and training just
to eat stress long before it eats me. For the most
part,
I use stress to my advantage and turn
stress into power.

Last week, I had more patients come into
the office and the number one complaint was

“I AM STRESSED!”

They were unable to function and this is stressful
to even hear that they were giving up on them self
, their family and hated their lives. The reason
I’m telling you this story, is even if you don’t
have
stress in your personal life, if
friends or family are going through
a rough
time, they definitely try to pull you in…… and
unless you know how to handle it it could stick to
you like glue…

But don’t worry as long as you are following a
good program and sticking to it, you can let your
stress and others stress roll off your back like
water. Whenever I travel I am exposed to more
stress than usual and if it’s to see family even
more so. How to I handle it?
I immediately
go back to my program, corrected my
diet,
and began doing the exercises in
the
Turn Stress into Power program,
www.turnstressintopower.com
.

Stress comes in all forms and can catch you when
you are not looking this happens to many
people,
when life throws you a curve ball,
the tendency of most
 people is to eat,
drink, and talk excessively or to just
 stay
home and do nothing.

But neither one of these strategies
work to
put you in a place of power. If you want to be
in
charge and on top of your game, its
imperative to recommit
to your practice
daily and make sure that your health is Number One
on your list.

Sometimes, people think this is selfish but it’s
not at all.
If you’re sick, you can’t help
anyone else.
It’s true in all walks of
life. If you see a drowning
man in the sea,
and you’re not trained as a lifeguard,
 and
jump in, he could pull you down. Even a lifeguard
knows that
when he jumps in to save the
drowning man, he always
brings a life
preserver to assist the person not only the
person drowning, but to keep himself from
drowning.

If you want to help others, you must help yourself
first and that’s where training comes in. You
build in a
muscle memory that brings you
back to your training
and your practice.
The Turn Stress into Power program
 will
give you exercises, meditations, mantras,
and
strategies to pull yourself out of
stressful situations and
keep you healthy
strong and powerful.

Don’t let Stress and Anxiety Kill You

Jody came to visit for a few days. She has been

living in the Florida Panhandle, working and going

to school. She has her own business and is quite

successful with quite a few employees. A few

months ago, she had to fire a girl who was a good

worker but couldn’t get along with the other

employees. Here’s where the problem started. The

girl she had to let go was her boyfriend’s sister.

Her boyfriend, or now ex-boyfriend, went wild and

threatened to harm her physically. He smashed her

car and caused as much havoc in Jody’s life as he

could. He really frightened her. She drove to

Miami to have me treat her and re-balance her body,

mind, and spirit. After my initial examination, I

asked. Are you feeling stressed? YES! I am

stressed to the max!

Her adrenals were shut, and

you would have thought that she was much older

than she actually was. Stress does that to you. We

came up with a treatment plan, and I gave her a

series of exercises and meditations to have her

work on.

Good communication is the key to a good

relationship. At this time, we have a whole slew

of planets that are retrograde  Mercury, Mars,

Jupiter, and Saturn. People lives are

topsy-turvy in many different areas, causing lots

of heartaches and STRESS. Many put stress to being

just a part of life. If you’re lucky enough, you

can ease the stress with a vacation, the right

exercise, or a specific meditation. The worst

thing you can do is just go numb as many people

do. When you are threatened physically, your body

goes into fight-or-flight mode and affects the

adrenals resulting in STRESS. Being stressed is

something to be taken seriously because stress is

the first stage of further illness. Stress can

cause headaches, migraines, insomnia, and even

increase your chances of getting cancer. Stress

can cause many ailments, such as stomach issues,

bad skin, concentration issues, depression, and

other emotional complaints. It can also lead to

weight gain and a severely weakened immune system,

opening yourself up to many opportunistic

diseases. The list goes on and on.

If you’re experiencing any of the following on the

list below, you are stressed:

1. Frequent headaches, jaw clenching, or pain

2. Gritting and grinding of teeth

3. Stuttering or stammering

4. Tremors; trembling of lips and hands

5. Neck ache, back pain, muscle spasms

6. Lightheadedness, faintness, dizziness

7. Ringing, buzzing or popping sounds

8. Frequent blushing

9. Sweating, cold or sweaty hands and feet

10. Dry mouth, problems in swallowing

11. Frequent colds, infections, herpes sores

12. Rashes, itching, hives, goose bumps

13. Unexplained or frequent allergy attacks

14. Heartburn, stomach pain, nausea

15. Excess belching, flatulence

16. Constipation, diarrhea, loss of control

17. Difficulty breathing, frequent sighing

18. Sudden attacks of life-threatening panic

19. Chest pain, palpitations, rapid pulse

20. Frequent urination

21. Diminished sexual desire or performance

22. Excess anxiety, worry, guilt, nervousness

23. Increased anger, frustration, hostility

24. Depression, frequent or wild mood swings

25. Increased or decreased appetite

26. Insomnia, nightmares, disturbing dreams

27. Difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts

28. Trouble learning new information

29. Forgetfulness, disorganization, confusion

30. Difficulty in making decisions

31. Feeling overloaded or overwhelmed

32. Frequent crying spells or suicidal thoughts

33. Feelings of loneliness or worthlessness

34. Little interest in appearance, punctuality

35. Nervous habits, fidgeting, feet tapping

36. Increased frustration, irritability, edginess

37. Overreaction to petty annoyances

38. Increased number of minor accidents

39. Obsessive-compulsive behavior

40. Reduced work efficiency or productivity

41. Lies or excuses to cover up poor work

42. Rapid or mumbled speech

43. Excessive defensiveness or suspiciousness

44. Problems in communication, sharing

45. Social withdrawal and isolation

46. Constant tiredness, weakness, fatigue

47. Frequent use of over-the-counter drugs

48. Weight gain or loss without restricted diet

49. Increased smoking, alcohol or drug use

50. Excessive gambling or impulse-buying

The list could go on and on, but you get the

picture.

OMG She Fell in the Swamp

Alligator Alley goes straight through the

Everglades. The real wildlife can be found at any

of those little boat launches and rest stops that

you see along the way.If you pull over and walk

out on one of the docks, you can see gators that

are super close to the road, sunning themselves.

You can also see wood storks, egrets, ibises,

herons, crows, vultures, and hawks. It’s truly a

nature lover’s paradise. Within twenty minutes

from Miami, you can be in the Everglades and at

one of those little rest stops. It’s so quiet and

peaceful, you can imagine you are thousands of

miles from humanity.

Just last week, Michelle and her sister decided to

take the kids on a picnic. Michelle was pulling

her son in his wagon out on the dock on a

beautiful sunny day, and the wheel got stuck for

just a split second. Turn stress into Power What a freak out! There were no ladders to

get out of the green slime! Fear traveled through

her body like a lightning bolt of energy, and her

sister couldn’t do a thing. She was stuck in the

swamp for over five minutes as her kids and sister

screamed for help. The next day, I saw Michelle

bruised from head to toe physically, and her

entire body was still riddled with fear.

Although falling in the swamp was a freak

accident, we all have things happen to us all the

time that cause us to freak out in one way or

another. I worked with Michelle for a few hours

and taught her a series of exercises to free up

tensions and clear the stress out of her system.

Check it out in my Turn Stress Into Power program.

Change Stress and Trauma into Personal Power

Change Stress and Trauma into Personal Power

When you are confronted with a big trauma in your life, you may feel a host of emotions all at once. The fight-or-flight response kicks in. This was first described by Walter Cannon in the 1920’s as a theory that animals react to threats with a general discharge of the sympathetic nervous system. The response was later recognized as the first stage of a general adaptation syndrome that regulates responses among vertebrates and other organisms. The onset of a stress response is associated with specific physiological actions in the sympathetic nervous system from the medulla of the adrenal glands. These hormones facilitate immediate physical reactions by triggering increases in heart rate and breathing, constricting blood vessels, and tightening muscles. One behavior often related to this is going into battle mode or hightailing out of the situation as quickly as possible. When this stress response is triggered, you become highly aware and attentive to the environment around you. This is a normal response if you are in danger but, in today’s world, there are many situations that just stress you out. Our brain sends signals to get you out of the place you are in or to get ready for a fight. The tendency is to engage or run, and that may not work for you at your job or with your husband or wife. Your adrenals are then overtaxed and, the next thing you know is your life is upside down and you are stressed out. All the emotions can be affected: anger, worry, depression, sadness, grief, anxiety, and fear. They seem to be activated all at once, leaving you a total wreck. This is the time you are really, really vulnerable to injuring  yourself or someone close to you. STRESS KILLS! Want a way out? Of course you do! Get the “Turn Stress Into Power” Book and DVD http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html and sharpen your tools to turn your stress into personal power.

The Energy Is Increasing, Eat It Or Be Eaten

More changes coming

More changes coming

The energy is starting to increase. Stay centered

and grounded. Practice, practice, and practice to

stay focused. The second eclipse in March is upon us.

March 23 is the day of the Lunar Eclipse in

the Libra sign. Native Americans who used the

moons to track the seasons traditionally call

March’s Full Moon, the Full Worm Moon. At the time

of this spring moon, the ground begins to soften,

and earthworm casts reappear, inviting the return

of robins. In some regions, this is also known as

the Sap Moon, as it marks the time when maple sap

begins to flow and the annual tapping of maple

trees begins. Like all full moons, the energy is

increased but, with the eclipse hitting at the

same time, you will feel the effect stronger and

more intense. All eclipses are activators and

accelerators, they dissolve and release things;

it’s time to let go before it’s taken away. An

eclipse also materializes new things,

transformation, and activation. It can be very

uncomfortable or may add an additional excitement

to life. You are the captain of your ship — you

choose the way you want to play it.

Over these weeks, between the solar and lunar

eclipses, it is important to pay careful attention

to your words, thoughts, inner dialogues, and

desires. Our universe is charged up more than ever

during this eclipse portal. Staying centered will

keep you in the eye of the hurricane. This is a

powerful time, but you must stay focused not to be

blown away. Focus on what you truly want, what you

are grateful for and what you are ready for, and

forget the rest. What you invoke and focus on now

will have lasting effects for months to come.

Here are a few ways on how to stay in the eye of

the hurricane and to use the energy of this moon

eclipse to your advantage:

  1. Practice your Qi Gong.
  2. Meditate.
  3. Take walks with nature.
  4. Pay attention to what’s happening around you.
  5. Stay hydrated.
  6. Avoid negativity and arguments.
  7. Smile a lot.
  8. Guard your sexual energy.
  9. .Be flexible in body, mind and spirit.

This is a time of intense energy. Use it or it may

use you.

Las Vegas, the City of Spiritual Growth

Thursday, November 19th, 2015

December is just around the corner, and I am
headed to the Sin City, Las Vegas. Did you ever
wonder why Las Vegas got that handle? I thought it
was for the gambling, but that is just at the tip
of the iceberg. Vegas is often referred to as Sin
City because of its numerous adult attractions,
which some may see as sinful. It has numerous
venues for images, including
gambling, strip clubs, sexual services, and
prostitution. “What happens in Vegas stays in
Vegas.”

You may be wondering what the hell is Dr. Wu Dhi
going to Vegas for? Well, it’s not for the
gambling or sex. There is a lot of energy,
especially emotional energy, around money, sex,
and glitz of Las Vegas. And believe it or not,
it’s one of the best places to meditate. LOL! You
may think that I am off my rocker, but if you have
the opportunity to go to a hockey, football,
baseball, or strip club, and you are open and
aware, you’ll have an opportunity to be bathed in
a ton of energy! For the most part, no one is
tapping into that energy. All that power is being
realized and wasted. Yep, it’s going down the
drain. But once you learn the secrets of
harvesting energy, those places can be the source
of spiritual energy. When you learn and practice
the special tantric meditation, you can cultivate
energy. It makes no difference if it’s good or
bad. Energy is energy. Period. Use it for your
spiritual growth.

Sounds interesting, doesn’t it? Well, it is most
interesting. This isn’t a
relax-the-mind-and-see-the-clouds-pass-by
meditation. This is a meditation for your growth,
to strengthen your spiritual digestive system, a
way to grind up stress, and eat the energy before
it eats you. Want to learn? Of course you do, who
wouldn’t? Here’s how…

Pick up a copy of my “Turn Stress Into Power”

Is Stress Killing You?

Is Stress Killing You?

Stress is a big killer. It contributes to a host
of diseases, like cancer, heart disease,
autoimmune disorders, neck and back pain, colds,
flu, and a heck of a lot more. In Chinese
medicine, there is an involvement of the liver
that contributes to stress. The liver is
responsible for the smooth flow of Qi (energy)
throughout the body and for smoothing our
emotions. Anger, irritability, and frustration are
all signs that our Qi is not flowing smoothly.
This is referred to as Liver Qi Stagnation, one of
the most common imbalances treated by Eastern
medicine practitioners in the United States. Here
are some of the symptoms commonly associated with
Liver Qi stagnation:

•Pain or discomfort anywhere along the sides of
the body
•Depression
•Mood swings
•Sighing
•Hiccups
•Frustration
•Inappropriate anger
•Stress
•Difficulty in swallowing
•Bitter taste in mouth
•Constipation
•Abdominal pain and discomfort
•Stomachache that improves after massage
•Stomachache that worsens with anger
•Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) with irritability or
swollen breasts
•Irregular or painful periods
•Poor appetite

I am sure that many of us have suffered from many
of these symptoms now and again. If not treated,
these can lead to some form of dis-ease. How can
we handle stress and still live our lives
successfully?

I have been working at keeping myself stress-free
for years. After many years of seeing patients and
students who have perfected their stress to an art
form, I decided to start teaching and writing
about how I do it. It’s no secret that I have been
able to keep myself years younger than my actual
age. Iturn-stress-into-power-215x329Well, fasten your

The Last Day before Mercury Goes Direct

Last Day before Mercury Goes Direct

It’s Friday, the last day before Mercury goes
direct. It all started on September 18th when the
planet Mercury, the messenger of the gods who
rules communication and travel, stopped his
forward movement in the skies. For 3 weeks, it
gave all of us a chance to go back and clean up
our paperwork, straighten out our communication
problems, and give us some time to get things back
in order. So, if you have been experiencing
problems with your phone, or in communicating with
your children, spouse, or boss, you can blame it
on the god or goddess of Mercury. I hope you spent
the last 3 weeks getting all of your taxes,
filling all of your paperwork together, and
weren’t playing with too many breakdowns of your
car, computer, or phone, or any other mechanical
thing in your life. I noticed a few breakdowns,
like the new operating system on my phone just
stopped working, and it took hours to repair, but
it is working fine now, and I am writing on my
cell phone. Why? Because my computer died, and I
can’t even get the screen to light up. One might
say this has been a stressful few weeks. Not
really, just a challenging one. Everything got
done that needed to get done. Maybe it took a
little more effort and awareness to get through
the delays but, tomorrow, we are moving forward
again. Get back to your practices and regular
routines. I will take my computer in for repair
and put my fall practice in full swing. One of the
important practices that I have been doing to keep
on target is the tension release exercise. It
clears accumulated tension, stress, and anger, and
it clears your path for a better communication, no
matter what the planets are doing.
