How A Dragon Can Keep You Younger

Dragon Energy

I go to the Farmers Market all the time. It's
part of my anti-aging lifestyle. The other day, I
was looking for organic produce, and I met a
couple of die-hard organic farmers from Homestead,
Florida.
This time of the year, they have mangoes,
avocados, lychees, longans, jackfruits, durians,
and dragon fruits. An unusual variety of fruits to
someone who was brought up with apples, pears, and
cherries. I asked why they chose to grow these
fruits, and they said it reminds them of home.
They are originally from the Philippines and, when
they came to Florida thirty years ago, they bought
a ten-acre organic farm and have been working the
land ever since. I asked them what their favorite
fruit was, and they said, We love them all, but
dragon fruit has a special place in our hearts.
Most people don't have a clue what dragon fruit
is, or even what it looks like, and they know
nothing about its health benefits. When you look
at a dragon fruit, the origins of its name may
appear obvious. Dragon fruits are actually native
to Central and South America. The color of dragon
fruit flesh varies from white to red or deep
magenta. Just like Lycopersicon esculentum, or
tomatoes, the red-fleshed varieties contain
lycopene a natural antioxidant known to fight
cancer, heart disease, and lower blood pressure.
Lycopene is the focus of recent research for its
connection with anti-ageing. According to legend,
the fruit was created thousands of years ago by
fire-breathing dragons. During a battle, when the
dragon breathed fire, the last thing to emerge
would be the fruit. When the dragon was slain, the
fruit was collected by the victorious soldiers and
presented to the Emperor as a coveted treasure.
The soldiers would then butcher the dragon and eat
the flesh. It was believed that those who feasted
on the flesh would be endowed with the strength
and ferocity of the dragon and that they, too,
would be coveted by the Emperor.

That was a great story for a delicious, sweet
fruit with many health benefits.

Dragon fruit has an amazing superpower that helps
decrease bad cholesterol levels and replenishes
good cholesterol levels. Dragon fruit is an
excellent source of monounsaturated fats, helping
the heart stay in great condition. They have a
high fiber content which can assist with poor
digestion and constipation, and can also
ultimately help regulate diabetes, stabilizing
blood sugar levels by suppressing sugar spikes.
Eating the flesh and seeds, which contain good
protein, will keep your body fortified and
satisfied. The dragon fruit is filled with
antioxidants to rid the body of free radicals and
cancer-producing properties, and will keep your
skin tight and young-looking. Slice up a ripe
fruit, put it in the blender with honey, and use
it as an anti-aging face mask to get rid of
wrinkles. Dragon fruit also has anti-inflammatory
action that will help your joints from arthritic
pain. My students have reported that by practicing
Flying Crane Qi Gong

daily and eating these wonderful anti-aging fruits
on a regular basis has reversed the trap of
premature aging.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

Taoist magic

Taoist magic

Ever since I was a little kid I was fascinated
with magic and mysticism. Our neighbor Morey had a
junkyard and they scraped everything from old cars
to paper. Ever few months he would bring me a pile
of comic books that I read from cover to cover, I
bet they would have been worth a fortune today, if
we would have only known.
The comic books had superheros and they could do
the most incredible things. I would dream about
flying, becoming invisible and slaughtering evil
forces. I would imagine that I was able to leap
from building with ease, build energy nets that
protected me form evil forces and ward off
spirits, ghosts and demons.

Many years later I became a student of Buddhism
and Taoist magic and guess what? They had
superheroes that could do magical things.

The internal exercises, meditations and Daoist
formulas opened up new and wonderful worlds too
me.
Amazing things like:
• How to acquire powers
• How to r id the body and mind of evil thought
forms.
• Ways to clear dis-ease that gets locked in the
body.
• How to free oneself of the limitations the
physical body.

This may just sound like a story from a comic book
or something from my imagination but believe it
or not, it’s true! I know this for a fact, as I
have been practicing, studying and teaching this
magical stuff to thousands of students for 3
decades. I invested 30 years of my life studying
and working with many different Masters. Learning
how to open up my awareness and wake-up from the
allusion that only the physical plane exists and
we are here alone.
For the most part these teachers, Masters,
Lama’s, Sensei, Sifu and Guru’s were born in Asia.
But now and then you will find such a Master who
has been raised in the West and has the awareness
power, knowledge and is willing to teach the real
magic.

I was fortunate enough to find many of these
teachers in my life and I spent many years
studying with them.
Last week I received a call from one of my
Masters. We were discussing some of the Daoist
magical formulas on how to protect oneself from
psychic influences, negative thought forms,
Psychic attack and hexes.

I see quite a few patients a week and some of
their problems are more psychological than
physical. They are deeply influenced by the
company they keep, how their family, spouses, and
friends have tre ated them, as well as their
believes and life chooses. Some have been abused
by the church, different controlling dogmas, their
priests and even ghosts, spirits and demons.
This isn’t a subject that we usually talk about in
the West but “sure as shooting” it exists.

I was going over the protections necessary for my
own wellbeing with my Master as I see a lot of
cancer patients and mentally disturbed people
daily and need to keep my energy fields clear,
clean and open.
We were able to clear up some problems and I asked
him if he would be willing to come to Florida this
summer and teach for a few days. He agreed and
this summer there will be a three day workshop in
the Miami area. The Daoist Mysticism Seminar 2014

Medical Qi Gong Prescription Exercises

Monday, March 17th, 2014
Share

imagesAfter your Medical Qigong treatment there are specific Exercises
and Meditations the patient is encouraged to do to enhance
their healing process;

These exercises are called Medical Qigong Prescription Exercises
they include the Principles of Yin and Yang and Dao Yin Training
in Self-Regulation.
Such exercises will start a rewiring of your energy body and
clear emotional blockages that have been intensely held for years
in the subconscious mind as well as physical problems
hidden deep within the tissue.

The Qi Gong prescription exercises work very differently than typical
physical exercises,as they involve precise movements, visualization
of color,and sounds.
They explore both the negative and positive quality that one wished
to rid themselves of and will assist in the harvest of quality you
now want to acquire.

We all know patient compliance is difficult to achieve no matter if it’s
swallowing a pill, changing ones eating habits or doing an exercise.
The visualization in the prescriptive exercises encourages one to
make changes in a multitude in areas in your life,
effortlessly and quickly.

Like the ones in the “Yin Set”
http://rechargingqigong.com/yin-set.html
Involve invoking all of our senses. I have seen people change
from a situation of hopelessness to vibrant health within
months and sometimes within weeks.

The sounds or mantras that you repeat effect the auditory reflexes,
visualization of color, shapes, distance and measurements effects
our visual, the movement effects the kinesthetic part of the brain
and helps to let go of the negative response and replace it
with the positive.

This kind of work greatly affects our spirit. You can think of these exercises
as an inner alchemical process to transform, heal and uplift the entire body
mind and spirit.

Qi Gong exercises will work on transforming and heal all the yin organs,
the Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys and the Liver, as this happens
the yang organs -Small Intestine, Stomach, Large Intestine, Bladder
and the Gallbladder are strengthened as well.

I have been practicing these exercise and prescribing them to my students
and patients for many years to enhance their immune system and to
clear negative energy.
These exercise will transform and boost your energy and keep you
healthy mentally, physically and spiritually.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly
known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student
of various traditions he as received various names
and titles over the years as is appropriate in those
schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar
to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name
means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by
a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this
may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di
or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high
honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama.
Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and
associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.

Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health
care for over 30 years and a master of Medical Qi

An Unwanted Hitchhiker

Friday, July 19th, 2013
Share

Jocelyn returned from a meditation retreat at the
Taoist monastery in China the last week of May.
She’s an old friend and called me when she
returned and shared her adventure with me.
She told me that she had the opportunity to visit
Tibet and see where the Sky burials take
place.
Living in the western world we never hear much
about death and any burial practices. In the USA
we are sort-of born from nothingness and then die
into nothingness. It’s like it all takes place off
stage.
How many of you have witnessed a birth or been
with someone when they died? Not too many of us
get to see the comings and goings of birth and
death.
She told me of The Sky burial, it’s a funerary practice in Tibet
wherein a human corpse is incised in certain
locations and placed on a mountaintop, exposing it
to the elements and predatory birds. This practice
is known as jhator, which means “giving alms to
the birds.”
According to tradition there is no need to
preserve the body, as it is now an empty vessel.
Birds may eat it, or nature may cause it to
decompose. Thus, the function of the sky burial is
simply to dispose of the remains.

Last week Jocelyn gave me a call and said she
wasn’t feeling very well. She reported that she
had no energy and just wanted to sleep all the
time.
She said, Dr. Wu Dhi I just feel horrible it’s
almost like I am not myself.
She told me that she needed to see me ASAP. The
next day she came into the office and I hardly
recognized her. She was drained and after an
examination I suggested that I come over to her
house to clear the energy and see what’s going on
energetically.

We found that she picked up a hitchhiker-spirit on
her travels and it followed her home and was now
having a feast with her energy.

We set up an appointment to clear her home office
and do some Medical Qi Gong to clean and clear
the energy and send the hungry spirit packing.

We don’t hear much about this in America. It
definitely exists here but it is usually treated
as a mental problem.

I had images
This week I will spend 3 or 4 hours at her home
clearing out all the cobwebs, using a combination
of special mantras, incents and rituals to clear
cleanse and purify the house and property.

Sound spooky to you? It is just part of the
Medical Qi Gong work
If you ever need this kind of special work done
contact me and we can have a conversation and see
if it’s right for you.

Chinese Healing Technique

images-2Saturday morning I drove to Fort Lauderdale,
Florida which is about an hour from my house to
learn the “Ba Gui Fa” system of healing and pick
up some CEU’s for my acupuncture license.

Although the first part of the day was all theory
it laid the foundation for practice and
application.

After lunch is when the fun started. We used a
combination of cupping and Gua Sha to relieve pain
and correct imbalances and clear the facial
tissue.

Although the cupping and Gua Sha (scraping of the
skin) shows up as redness and temporary marks,
they dissipate within a few days and for the most
part take care of the pain and stagnation action
in the muscle. If you look at someone’s back after
treatment you would think they got in a fight or
had road rush up and down their back. A few years
ago I worked on 2 children to clear up a lingering
cough. When they went back to school the teacher
called childhood services because she thought
there was some abusiveness going on at home.

When I was in China you would see people walking
with red round marks and red spots all over their
bodies. The treatments usually removes blood
stagnation considered pathogenic, promoting normal
circulation and metabolic processes. The patient
experiences immediate relief from pain, stiffness,
fever, chill, cough, nausea and so on. Gua Sha is
valuable in the prevention and treatment of acute
infectious illness, upper respiratory and
digestive problems, and many other acute or
chronic disorders.

I have been doing both cupping and Gua Sha in my
office for the last 20 years with great success.
When I was studying with Jerry Alan Johnson he
showed us how to combine the treatment with
medical Qi Gong and now I have discovered how
effective it is with Gua Sha as well.

I use it to clear up stubborn coughs, colds, pain,
and asthma. It even works well for knee pain, sore
shoulders and neck pain as well as stomach
problems. Treatments like this have no side
effects and work like magic to clear up stubborn
problems in no time at all.
Once the problem is resolved I teach the person
how to keep the Qi and blood flowing so the
problem doesn’t return. I always know if the
person is practicing or not by the amount of
treatments they need. If I am working on them and
the patients isn’t the healing process takes twice
as long.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Real Doc Talk

Wednesday, March 20th, 2013
Share

I had lunch with a group of doctors today and we
were all sharing what we did in our practices. I
was surprised that the two cardiologists have
never done any surgery and only balance patients’
medicine. I thought they did a lot more.

The Chiropractor said he never gives any medicine,
herbs or vitamins. When I asked him why he said,
“I have a busy practice and only see PIP cases
(Personal Injury Protection) and the medical
doctor works for HMO and said he doesn’t have time
to go to the bathroom. He sees up to 60 people a
day and is fried.

My practice is a lot different. I only see 6
people a day and usually spend an hour or more
with them.

My doctor friends were shocked and asked me what
kind of practice is that.
I told them it’s a true family practice.
I believe that if someone or something is
unbalanced in the family, the entire family is
sick and it can even be the house they live in.
I could see the eyes rolling when I told them that,
there were even a few snickers. Then the questions started
flying around the table.
What do you mean the house is sick?
How does my wife’s health affect me?
You see kids? I thought you just stuck people with
needles.

Although I am licensed as an acupuncturist, there
is far more to my practice than you would think. I
have been in practice for 20 years in Florida and
practiced NLP, Postural integration, postural and
structural alignment,Fung Shui, Medical Qi Gong and
have been teaching meditation and Qi Gong for over
35 years.

So when I see a patient I am looking at them from
many different aspects. The treatments are all
customize to suit the individuals’ needs and
sometimes I have to go to their house to go over
and clear up any blockages that may be causing them
or their family any harm.
Yes Houses get sick, too much clutter or old negative
energy or even the landscaping can effect the moods
and health of the home and your family.

When the meeting was over a few of the doc’s
wanted to know if I’d be willing to work with them
and take a look at their homes. I told them to drop me a note
at Dr Wu Dhi@gmail and I’d see what I could do.

I also went over the coaching program that I
offer. It’s amazing and people are getting some
great results in their health, relationships
happiness and even financial break-through.

The Best Answer to Cancer

Friday, March 9th, 2012

I drove up to Boca Raton
the other night to see Gracie.
She invited me to have dinner
with her and her boy friend.
It’s about 45 minutes from Miami
on I95 and with no traffic at all it
was a pleasure to take a cruise in the Lincoln.

When I saw her she was smiling from
ear to ear and for good reasons.
Two years ago, the circumstances
were a lot different. She was diagnosed
with Cancer and was going through both
chemo and radiation and she was defiantly
not smiling. She opted to do both conventional
medicine and alternative at the same time and
was happy she did. Sometimes you just
have to bite the bullet and deal with a
situation even if you don’t want to.

Sometimes, cancer can be stopped with
conventional medicine if you are strong
enough to live through it.
You may be wondering what she did to
beat the exterminator, “Cancer.”

Well, she came into my office three times
a week and we did acupuncture to
alleviate the pain, herbal therapy for the
nausea and vomiting, medical Qi gong to
balance her energy and disrupt the blue print
of the cancer and I pumped her up with
vitamins and homeopathic medicine.

When I saw her today, I asked her how she
was feeling and she told me, “I just feel great
and I am thankful every day that I am alive!”
Then she told me, “when you worked on me, it
felt like you dropped into my body, grabbed the
Cancer and pulled it out and I have been cancer
free for two years and I feel great, THANK YOU!”

Gracie is Cancer Free.
Gracie is stress free and her
life is filled with gratitude.

Every day, Gracie has been practicing the
Recharging Qi Gong, 36 exercises as
well as meditations in the
Turn Stress into Power program and I
do the same and let me tell you why.

These exercises and meditations have
been drawn from the Tibetan Buddhist
system and esoteric Taoism.

They are ancient longevity and anti-aging
practices that will keep you healthy and strong.
Don’t delay and don’t wait for something
negative to happen. Start today and keep
yourself healthy, wealthy and happy.

Shen Disturbance or just flipped out?

Friday, September 2nd, 2011
Share

Last Friday I left the office around
3 O’ clock and took a five hour drive
up north to The Academy for
Five Elements Acupuncture School
in Gainesville, Florida, the home of the Gators.

I spent the weekend with 50 students from
all over the country to study with a
Master of Medical Qi Gong.

Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson, the founder of
The International Institute of Medical
Qi Gong flew in from California to
teach an intensive on Shen disorders.

In acupuncture, depression, mood
disorders, mental health problems and
emotional disturbances is associated with ‘

Shen’ Disturbance

.
A Shen disturbance can be manifested by
patients with depression, mental health
problems and emotional disorders.

In Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),
the Shen is our spirit.
Shen lives in the heart, not in the brain.
Mental disharmony often indicates that the
Shen is unsettled or troubled.
We call this condition ‘Disturbed Shen.’

When there is an energetic knot in the
heart, from lust filled desires, fear, hate
filled guilt and blame, an energetic knot
is formed causing a Shen distribution.

In this workshop, we learned to remove
energetic parasites, how to form and use
energy balls and how to remove unhealthy spirit.
This may sound a little strange to you but there
is more going on with our health and well
being all the time and it’s not all physical.
Sometimes an imbalance will appear in
your dreams or show up in a host of
disturbances in your life, long before it
shows up as a physical disease. Cancer
is a good example of this, a mental
emotional disturbance that is on going,
and eats away at us until one day it raises its
ugly head and sick is all around us.

In Western medicine, they are treated with
drugs that sedate the patient until they come
out of the disturbed mental state, if not;
they are medicated for their entire life.
We all know this is no cure, but it is done
to millions of people daily.

I believe that some of these disturbances
come from spiritual openings or spiritual
blocks that most of us have no idea how to handle.
Working with Medical Qi Gong over the past years,
I have learned how to redirect these
energies to open up the heart and balance the mind.

Medical Qi Gong offers us prescriptive
exercises that will balance the body, mind
and spirit and which brings peace and harmony
back to the person in a pure non-invasive way to heal.
These exercises are prescribed to patients
to recover from illness, but why wait until
you are sick? Learn the exercises now and
keep yourself and your family healthy.

For thousands of years, these secret
teachings were shared with the elite only.

In the Recharging Qi Gong Program
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html
there are specific exercises to re-balance your
body, mind and spirit and keep you dis-ease free.

People in Asia, Europe, North America,
South America, Australia, and Africa are
practicing The Recharging Qi Gong program.
Those students who practice the program have
reported more of a balanced mental state,
relaxed mind, clearer head and a more
powerful body. Now we are truly fortunate
to have an open access to this ancient technology
of Qi Gong as a method to reclaim our health
and balance our energetic resources.

A Weekend with the Master

Friday, August 12th, 2011
Share

Last weekend Stephen flew
in from Toronto for a private
coaching session with me.
A few weeks ago he called and
said he was going through a crisis
in just about every part of his
life and he needed a complete
tune-up physically, mentally and
spiritually. He flew in Friday night
and I picked him up at the Ft. Lauderdale
airport. We had dinner and went over
his program and treatment plan
for the next two days.

Early Saturday morning we started at
6 o’clock on the beach for the Qi Gong
training. This works on all levels
incorporating the Taoist and Buddhist
internal meditations, advanced Qi gong
practices, the internal energy work and
the advanced sexual practices.

After breakfast we took a little break and
later that morning Steve met me at my office.
We went over his blood work, diet and started
the treatments with acupuncture,
Medical Qi Gong, and Neuro-Therapy
which is all the homeopathic and
vitamin injections.

In the private coaching sessions we
work from morning until night. It’s intense
working on all levels at once to get the
maximum amount of growth in the least
amount of time. By the end of the
weekend he reported more energy than
he ever had and I could see and feel the
increase in his energy levels.
The one-on-one sessions are powerful;
there is a lot of information and
knowledge passed along in a very
short time.

The reason I insist on extensive blood
work is because it gives me a scientific
pictures of what’s going on internally.
The energy medicine gives us insight into
meridian health and quality of energy flow
and the Medical Qi Gong gives us a look
into both the spiritual openings, blockages
and where they needs to be addressed.

One formula that I use that is really
helpful is the magic square which allows
the student to set their goals on 9
different levels and balance all the domains.

That evening he came over to my
house so we could catch a bite to eat.
He had a ton of questions on just about
everything he saw, felt and experienced.

Over dinner we reviewed the weekend
and came up with a 3 month plan as
well as a 2 week plan, this way the
changes are made and checked.
This formula is a sure fire way to
revamp your system mentally,
physically and spiritually.

Years ago I was trained by multi
tasking and it proved to make me
the person I am today.

When you multi task, you do
everything at once. I got up in the
morning and started the meditation, right
after the meditation when other students
would go back to their rooms to rest and
get ready for the day, I immediately
started breakfast for 80 people, as I
was one of the chief cooks. When the
students were busy cleaning up for breakfast,
that’s when I was working on 2-3 patients,
and when the teacher started the program,
I was the first one in class and every time
there was a break I had a project to do.
I cut my sleep down to only 3 hours a night
and worked out and meditated in those
hours that most people were sleeping.
When you do this type of intensive and
multi task, you push yourself through
blockages that you may have mentally,
physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This is a way to promote maximum
growth in the least amount of time.

This is exactly what I pushed Steve
through for those 2 days. If you’ve
got the cojones to make changes in
your life and you want it now,

Opening Up to New Possibilities

In 1977 I was invited to come
to Park City, Utah with a group
of healers and meditation students
for a month to study with
Virginia Satir.
She was a great psychotherapist, known
especially for her approach to family
therapy.

She was regarded as
The “Mother of Family Therapy.”

When you are working with people,
(No matter if you are doing massage,
medical qi gong or acupuncture)
when you open up to new modalities
in your practice it will make you a
better doctor, healer or therapist.

One of Satir’s most novel ideas at
the time, was the “presenting issue”
or surface problem – that the presenting
issue itself was seldom the
real problem; rather, how people coped
with the issue is what created the problem.
She also offered insights into the
particular problems that self-esteem
could cause in relationships.

Whenever I work with a patient or a
student, I start with a process that
Virginia developed called:

“The Five Freedoms”.

*The freedom to see and hear what is
here, instead of what “should” be, was,
or will be.

*The freedom to say what you feel and think,
instead of what one should.

*The freedom to feel what you feel,
instead of what you “ought.”

*The freedom to ask for what you want,
instead of always waiting for permission.

*The freedom to take risks on your own
behalf, instead of choosing to be only
“secure” and not rocking the boat.

What The Five Freedoms will do
for you is open you to new possibilities
in your life and give you a way to look
at the world differently.

Applying the five freedoms in your
life can give you different twist
to think outside of the box and
free up your stresses.

In the Turn Stress into Power Program
I incorporated the Five Freedoms
in my writing and presented a new way
of looking at stress.
How to use your stresses to transform your
life and get on top of the wave of stress,
instead of being flipped, rolled and pulled
under by every day stresses.

Open up to new possibilities in
your life and order the program today.
It will transform your Stress into Power.
