The Fall Program of Longevity

Friday, September 23rd, 2016
Share

This morning, I was on the beach early. My plan
was to ride a bike for ten miles, but the bike
rental place was closed. I decided to do the
PolynesianLong Life saltwater cure. We are approaching Fall
in a few days, and it’s time for a detox. I was in
the ocean for fifteen minutes and then walked for a
long way. If you live near a large body of water,
check it out.
http://rechargingqigong.com/the-polynesian-salt-water-purification.html

I will also begin another powerful detox program
using the German Biological System that combines
the best of homeopathy, herbology, and
pharmacology to simplify the complex and treat on
all levels biochemical, psycho-emotional, and
informational. Spagyric medicines are a complete
medical system with a unique and harmonious
synergy of modern herbal medicine, homeopathy,
aromatherapy and mineral therapy. Spagyric is a
sacred alchemical art form for creating potent
natural remedies. Paracelsus perfected this method
around five hundred years ago, and it’s still
highly regarded in Europe today, well known in
Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Austria, and
Belgium. It is fast gaining popularity in many
other countries around the world as well,
especially among doctors, pharmacists, and natural
health practitioners interested in energy medicine
and medicinal plants. These alchemical or spagyric
remedies are effective solutions to the
multi-faceted, complex problems that are not
addressed by the Western medical system.

In today’s world, the massive amount of chemicals
and toxins that we are exposed to contribute to
the chronic, recurring health problems that we are
facing. Accumulation of these toxins within the
body over time leads to cellular blockages, tissue
degeneration, and the development of illnesses.
Our bodies have far more toxins than our liver,
kidneys, and intestines can handle. Far too many
toxins are being stored in the body causing
premature aging, cancers, and autoimmune diseases
as well as the problems with excessive weight gain
and malnutrition. If these toxins are not
eliminated, they often end up in the connective
tissues. Therefore, if metabolic wastes or
exogenous toxins are deposited in the connective
tissues, a serious negative impact may occur,
especially on the musculoskeletal, circulatory,
nervous, and endocrine systems. Whenever we
have high toxicity, there will always be:
1. Compromised immune function
2. Poor function of the organs
3. Opportunistic organisms that will take
advantage of the situation

I detox my body, mind, and spirit four times a
year by going on this program. Spring, Summer,
Fall, and Winter are the most powerful time to
detox your body. I increase my intake of clean
water, eliminate caffeine, eat a green-based diet,
and eliminate alcohol, dairy, eggs and all wheat
products. The program will clear the body of
toxins in the first ten days. The next ten days
will clear your mind, and the last ten days will
clear your spirit. I have it all spelled out in
the program and now is the time to begin. The
30-day program is only available in the USA due to
Customs. I am only doing this program for those of
you who are dedicated to becoming younger and
healthier.

Flexibility is the key to Longevity

Longevity I met a few friends at the juice bar last week.
They all knew I practice holistic medicine and

acupuncture, and one of the guys asked me if I was
ever in China. This is a typical question that I
get asked all the time. When I went to China, I
really didn’t have any plans to go, but things
happen in strange ways. My friend and teacher
moved from Mainland China and now lives and works
in Miami spreading the word, a great healing
system called Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
He was really instrumental in my education.

When my teacher’s wife was pregnant with their
first child, he was so busy seeing patients and
teaching that he didn’t have a moment to spare. He
asked me if I would escort her to the Lamaze
classes. At that time, I had no idea what a Lamaze
class was. If you didn’t know the Lamaze method,
it was developed by the French obstetrician,
Ferdinand Lamaze, and is one of the most
commonly-taught types of childbirth classes.
According to Lamaze International, the goal of
Lamaze classes is to “increase women’s confidence
in their ability to give birth.” Of course I
agreed and went to the childbirth classes with her
every week. That was a hoot; you really have to
stay flexible in body and mind to be at a birthing
class if it’s not your baby. When the baby was
born, her parents came to Miami from Harbin, China
and we all had dinner together. I didn’t know it
at that time, but her father, Professor Sun, was a
very famous doctor in China and was the head
honcho at Heilongjiang University of Chinese
Medicine in Harbin and the Director of the
Heilongjiang Hospital. The professor invited me to
come to China and intern with him. It was a real
honor. The following year, mother and child were
going back to China to visit the family, and they

asked me if I’d like to go. I thought about it for
a few days and then decided to go. I packed up my
house and took off for a three-month adventure to
the other side of the world. When we arrived in

Beijing after traveling for eleven hours, I was
taken to the Summer Palace, the Great Wall, and
the Forbidden City as well as many temples and tea
houses. The next day, I was put on a train for
another nine hours to the Northeastern part of
China, Harbin. It looked more like Russia than
China. If I never agreed to go out of my way and
take my friend to the classes, I would have missed
an opportunity of a lifetime. I worked at the
hospital, seeing eighty people a day for months,
practiced my Qi gong daily.

Exploring Your Changes for a Long Life

Friday, August 26th, 2016
Share

This is the time of the year when I pay special
attention to my health for a good reason. The
seasons are changing again, and that’s when we are
most vulnerable to having dis-ease fall upon us.
Fall doesn’t officially start until September
22nd, the Autumnal Equinox, but it’s coming up
quicker than you think. Now is the time to get
ready.

Equinox comes from the Latin words, “equi” meaning
“equal”, and “nox” meaning “night.” This implies
that there will be equal amounts of daylight and
darkness. In China, the September equinox is
celebrated during the Mid-Autumn Festival, also
known as the Moon Festival. The bounty of summer’s
harvest is celebrated, and the festivities are
rampant with moon cakes, round pastries made from
bean paste, and other sweet and/or savory
ingredients.

Whenever the seasons change, we are the most
vulnerable and can easily get sick. Every day, I
see people with a host of dis-ease; some of it
from mental imbalances, others suffer from toxic
overload, colds, sore throat, itchy eyes, and even
pain. This is our human condition. But, when there
is a change, no matter if it is seasonal,
emotional, or physical, people are more
vulnerable. If the person is rigid, this will
cause pain and suffering, and eventually a
dis-ease. As Bruce Lee said, “Notice that the
stiffest tree is most easily cracked while the
bamboo or willow survives by bending with the
wind.” To be in flow with the changes takes work,
and it is helpful if you know where your strengths
and weaknesses are. Your training is important to
keep you flexible and agile but, sometimes, it
takes more.

There is always more to hidden dis-ease than meets
the eye. Every single dis-ease has a multitude of
components to it, and most doctors are only
addressing the physical. If the medical doctors
run all the tests and perform a thorough
examination and find nothing, they are more than
likely to tell you it’s all in your head, or refer
you to a psychologist or a psychiatrist. From an
alternative perspective, we look at the root of
the problem and are not just addressing the
symptoms at hand. A psychological problem that is
just treated with medicines will eventually
manifest on a physical level. I see it every day
in my clinic. I always tell my patients to get a
second or even third opinion before going ahead
with any invasive procedure. There are so many
times that your primary care doctors can
misdiagnose common symptoms. A study done at the
University of Iowa published in the Journal of the
American Board of Family Medicine showed that 202
patients most commonly complained about abdominal
pain, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath, and
rash. Incorrect diagnoses included benign viral
infection (17%), musculoskeletal pain (10%),
asthma/Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (6%),
benign skin lesion (4%), and pneumonia (4%). Final
correct diagnoses for these patients initially
misdiagnosed included cancer (16%), pulmonary
embolism (6%), coronary artery disease (5%),
aneurysm (8%), and appendicitis (6%).

Long Life MagicThere are way
too many misdiagnoses these days, and treatments
are given according to what they find, no matter
if it’s accurate or not. The recovery from the
treatments is a long, hard road and could be worse
than the disease itself.

I suggest having a Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) test to find out where the
imbalance is in your body. It will give you
information that can save your life. The teeth are
checked, which most Western doctors don’t even
think about. The glands, breasts, and organs are
also checked. If there is a blockage, it will show
up on the computer, and then we can explore the
different options for treatment. It could be a
combination of both Western and alternative
medicine, but at least you will know what needs to
be treated, and you can make a more educated
choice. The CRT test will let you know what has to
be changed in your lifestyle, diet, exercise, and
habits. You may benefit from alternative
treatments like acupuncture, medical Qi Gong,
herbal medicine, and homeopathic medicine that can
dovetail with your conventional treatments. Be
flexible and don’t let your doctor scare you into
something. The CRT will be a good way to find out
what’s going on from a different perspective.
Computerized Regulation Thermography (CRT) is a
safe, radiation-free, non-invasive, painless, and
cost-effective whole-body scan method for
discovering hidden dysfunctions and infections,
and it is a way of monitoring your treatment
progress. With the CRT test, we can see problems
before they manifest into health problems that may
be irreversible.

Dr. Carola Cuenca from Santa Cruz, California who
specializes in CRT and natural low-dose
medications will be here for a limited time from
September 9th to 12. Testing has to be done in the
morning when the body is still cool. I highly
recommend taking this opportunity to have your
immune system evaluated and stay healthy.

To schedule an appointment for your CRT exam,
please call my office at 305-407-0120.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

Save Your Seed Part I

Save Your Seed

Save Your Seed

Saving your seed is a phrase that has to do with

our survival, our sexual well-being as well as the

food that sustains us. As you have heard, a few

big companies like Monsanto and nine more are

doing their best to keep you in the dark to what

they are doing with our food. Did you know that

there are just ten big corporations that are

controlling the entire world seed supply? The

top three controls almost fifty percent of all

seeds. These companies profiteering accounts for

trillions in seed patents, fertilizer, pesticide,

and herbicide sales, and they aren’t going to

loosen their iron grip on our food supply without

a fight. These companies have been monopolizing

our food for over three decades now, and have

taken a birthright healthy, nutritious, and

delicious food right from our mouths and bellies.

Your food is now being dominated by multinational

corporations utilizing intellectual property laws

and expensive lawyers to commodify plant genes.

Farmers have lost their right to save seed and

grow how they want to. Seeds have been part of

public domain for millennia and they should always

be part of our legacy. But now, these large

corporations own and control the seed market. They

are making hundreds of billions of dollars a year,

and your health is not their concern.

This is a list of the major GMO companies:

1. Monsanto – by the way, they spent more than $25

million to defeat the GMO labeling bill recently

in the U.S.

2. DuPont (Pioneer)

3. Syngenta – they have spent more than $15.4

million lobbying to push GMOs.

4. Groupe Limagrain

5. Land ‘O Lakes

6. KWS AG

7. Bayer Crop Science

8. Sakata

9. Takii

10. DLF-Trifolium

This may sound like a sci-fi movie, but it’s real.

Your health and survival are at stake. The

solution is difficult. The Big Food people are

making billions of dollars at your expense. Here

are a few things you can do to take some of the

control back:

Grow a food garden. It can be in pots, on the

ground, or in raised beds.

Collect rainwater. Buy organic, non-GMO foods.

Collect and save your own seeds and share them

with your family friends.

Say no with your dollars. Don’t buy genetically

modified foods (GMOs).

Ask for organic non-GMO at your market.

If you don’t buy their stuff, they are out of

business.

“You may be just a drop in the bucket

but, if we keep it up, we will fill that bucket.

You fill a bucket drop by drop. You clear your

mind thought by thought. You heal yourself moment

by moment. Today, I make one drop, clear one

thought, and get present to one moment. And then,

I do it again.”- Lisa Wimberger

Yes, our seeds are being genetically modified and

controlled, but you do have control over your own

seed. Or do you?

Stay tuned for part II. Save your seed.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Happiness.

anti-aging

Ron is the president of the A4M

a group of international doctors

who’s focus is Anti-aging.

I have been very  blessed over

the last 4 or 5 years to attend

the anti-aging seminars and learn whats

new from many different perspectives.

Ron asked me from an Oriental view point

what I could share with his group. I refered

him to a blog that I wrote back in 2009

Don’t Get Old

There have been times where I surprise

myself. Sometimes I come up with a

particularly brilliant idea and I end

up amazed.

When I teach a seminar or do a lecture,

I always watch the play back of the DVD

or listen to the recordings of my workshops.

I usually am astounded at what I said

and I always enjoy the playback as much

as I enjoyed teaching it.

I am not bragging. I am really flabbergasted

at what is channeled through me when I am

coaching a student or working with a patient.

I am sure these bolts of energy that flow

through me has to do with all the years of

hard work I did studying, practicing, and

training. My Qi Gong practices, meditations,

internal work and the years of healing work

are now paying off big time; in my own

practice and the classes I teach.

If you are in Miami join me, but if you

are not, you can still get the goods by

joining the Qi Gong inner Circle.

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

Every month, I record my classes and send

them out to the members so that they’ll

be updated on teachings of all forms of

internal work.

I admit I have had the privilege to work,

study and train closely with many masters

in the Taoist, Hindu and Tibetan systems

of meditation, as well as healing Masters

from China, Europe, South America and

the Good ole USA.  I found the right

teachers and masters or they found me and

pass along these extraordinary teachings

on internal longevity practices, energy

medicine, internal self programming,

Breath Yoga and re-programming NLP

communication skills.

My main focus for years has been to build

energy; it is said that at the time of

our own death we have only two things.

The amount of love you have given and

the amount of energy we have stored.

Most of us learn how to give love, but we

don’t have a clue when it comes to storing

energy. If you want to stay powerful and

stay young, you need to learn how to store

energy.

That’s what I teach to the inner circle

members; the formulas to slow the aging

process down.

Don’t be left behind. If you don’t train

you will age quicker than you ever wanted.

What Qi will do to You

What Qi will do to You

They all want to know why Qi is so important to

your health. You can’t see Qi, you can’t touch

it, and how do I know that Qi Gong exercises will

 keep you healthier and younger?”

“Come train with me in the morning for a few

 hours.”

After that, students and patients report that they

have much more energy.

After two sessions, Julia called me at seven

clock in the morning. I asked her why she called

so early. She said that she been up since five

and had more energy than she did in her entire

life. She cleaned the house, went jogging for

forty-five minutes, came home, made breakfast, and

it’s only seven o’clock in the morning! She

definitely is a believer in Qi and Qi Gong now.

Here are some information to chew on about Qigong:

There are many different kinds of Qi and they all

function in different ways to keep us healthy. Qi

is the energy of the body, of the meridians, of

food, and of the universe. If you are

Qi-deficient, then, you’re going to be out of

energy for sure. Gu Qi is energy that is derived

from food. It is the first stage in the

transformation of food to energy. Food is first

digested by the stomach and then sent to the

spleen to make Gu Qi, still in unusable form. The

Gu Qi is sent from the spleen and stomach to the

lungs and the heart. Thats where it combine’s with

air to form Zong Qi. The Zong Qi has the function

of nourishing the heart and lungs and forms the

basis for the involuntary functions of the

heartbeat, respiration, and the hearts function

of governing the blood and blood vessels. When

it’s weak, the extremities, especially the hands,

will be weak or cold. It influences speech and the

strength of voice. It also has a strong effect on

the emotion and there are usually emotional

problems. On the other hand, the Wei Qi is our

defense system, our protective armor which

protects the body from attack, wind, cold, heat,

and dampness, and it aids in nourishing the skin

and muscles. These are just a few functions of Qi.

Qi also has six different actions. In the Flying

 Crane Qi Gong program

 http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTkyMDk2OXwxMTU5NDU2MDUzfHM9MQ%3D%3D

we use all of them: Rising, Falling, Gathering,

Lifting, Opening, and Closing. These actions of Qi

affect every organ in the body as well as the

emotions. When we practice on a regular basis, the

Qi is flowing and feeding the body, mind, and

spirit with rich Qi and oxygen that will keep you

disease-free. What happens is when the Qi is

stagnating, energy blocks begin to happen, first

in the spirit body, then the energy body and,

 finally, your physical body…and boom!

You’re sick.

The Power of Qi Gong

The Power of Qi Gong

That’s why, regular practice is so

important to keep everything flowing and healthy.

Practice will lock in the muscle memory and soon

you will embody the work. The Flying Crane Qi Gong

What Is The Essence Of Health?

MAGIC

MAGIC

The essence of health is balance in all aspects of

your life. It is a harmony of formless, subtle and

manifest worlds of mental, emotional, physical,

spiritual, psychological, and organic developments

of oneself including others and the environment.

The microcosm of the body and the macrocosm of the

universe are constantly dancing with each other.

When they are out of balance or out of tune with

the spiritual reality, dis-ease will result sooner

or later. One of my Masters told me this long ago,

“Do what you say and say what you do. If you say

that you are going to get up in the morning and

practice, make sure you do that. This will

strengthen your word and your internal power. On

the other hand, if you say you are going to do

something and don’t do it, it is a break in your

integrity;Your word becomes less powerful and you

lose Qi and become vulnerable to dis-ease.” Years

ago, I was teaching seminars with a fellow who

came up with the brilliant idea to make subliminal

recordings that would suggest positive

affirmations to the subconscious. His company was

very successful, but he did not practice what he

preached. Within a few years, the business fell

apart and so did he.

In the Five Elements Theory, there are cosmic

principles and energies. The Water element is said

to contain all five elements. That’s why, we pour

so much attention into keeping the kidneys strong

and healthy in Chinese medicine. Earth holds the

principle of solidifying flesh and bone;while

Water shows cohesion represented by blood and

lymph. Fire, or body heat, stands for ripening and

maturing. The nervous and motor functions are

associated with the preserving element, Metal.

Wood seems to support the other four elements

which stands for consciousness.

To stay young, healthy, and vibrant, it is

important to be balanced in every aspect of life.

The Magic Square Workshop offers a special formula

http://rechargingqigong.com/magic-square-workshop.html

to keep you balanced in all the domains of your life.

As you create your own Magic Square, you will see

what is lacking and what needs to be cultivated to

keep you healthy, happy and, perhaps, wealthy.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Happiness.

The Art of Living mA Life Filled with Spirit

Friday, February 19th, 2016
Share

I was at Art Wynnewood this past weekend over
President’s Day. Miami always offers a lot to see
in the way of art. There was an array of works
from street artists and muralists, emerging young
talents, and a few renowned contemporary and
modern artists. This is the first year I visited
this show. They have a unique approach
characterized by an exhibition on the sixties
focusing on Miami’s institutions. I noticed there
was a lot of Chinese art which focused on the
three stages of life: Birth, Middle Age, and
Death.

Most of us have no idea how rare it is to take
birth in human form and waste this precious and
extremely rare opportunity for self-realization.
There is a story entitled “A Blind Turtle in
Search of a Floating Wood.” In the Mahaparinirvana
Sutra, the Buddha used the metaphor of a blind
turtle in a vast ocean to explain how difficult it
is to be reborn as a human. Suppose there is a
small piece of wood floating on a vast ocean. The
wood has a small hole the size of which is just
enough for the head of a turtle to pop into. There
is a long-lived sea turtle in the ocean. Once
every one hundred years, this turtle comes out
from the bottom of the ocean and pops his head
into the hole of the wood. It is just as hard as
for the blind turtle to encounter the small piece
of wood on a vast ocean and let its head go
through the hole in the wood piece as it is to be
born as a human.

We don’t realize what an opportunity we have been
gifted and, unfortunately, most people send the
gift back unopened. Yet, despite this fact, most
waste this extremely rare and precious
opportunity. A human life that is spent merely
sleeping, eating, and procreating is no better
than the life of an animal. To really use the gift
of life, one must be open and be able to free
oneself from the three poisons of Worry, Struggle,
and Blame. There is a famous teaching and mantra
that does just that – frees one of the entrapments
of life and our ego fixations. This teaching is a
must to have a spiritual life.

Who is Enslaving You

Who is Enslaving You?

We all want to be free and not enslaved by our
job, family, government, or the dogma of the
church. How do we gain our freedom and keep it?
Every day, we are being programmed by
advertisements, TV, and unjust laws to keep us
unconscious and asleep. For the most part, we are
numb to what’s really going on.

Spiritual freedom is more than just religious
freedom. Freedom of religion or freedom of belief
is “a principle that supports the freedom of an
individual or community, in public or private, to
manifest religion or belief in teaching, practice,
worship, and observance; the concept is generally
recognized also to include the freedom to change
religion or not to follow any religion. In a
country with a state religion, freedom of religion
is generally considered to mean that the
government permits religious practices of other
sects besides the state religion, and does not
persecute believers in other faiths.”

On the other hand, s

Who enslaving you

Who enslaving you

It is the awakening
of your awareness to transcend all limitations in
your life. Spiritual freedom starts with the act
of surrender and a deep commitment to the divine
presence within. You choose to be more aware,
awake, creative, happy, free, joyful, growing,
loving, kind, and to be open to the unknown.
Spiritual freedom is real freedom no matter what
happens in life. If you are spiritually free, you
are free from any man-made incarceration or
slavery. You are free from the addiction and the
attraction to things, free from being identified
with any position or condition.

How do we get free? How do we gain spiritual
freedom? It comes with the practice of meditation
and internal awareness. Some years ago, I had an
audience with His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse
Rinpoche, a Vajrayana master, scholar, poet,
teacher, and head of the Nyingma school of Tibetan
Buddhism. I asked him what practice should I be
doing, and he told me to practice “Oṃ ma
ṇi pad me hūṃ”, a mantra to free
myself. It is a six-syllabled Sanskrit mantra,
particularly associated with the four-armed
Shadakshari form of Avalokiteshvara, the
Bodhisattva of compassion. When said properly, it
will free you from worry, struggle, and blame, or
“The Three Poisons”.

I have put together a program for my students to
give them the teachings and the power of the
mantra. You will be amazed how much you will get
out of these teachings. Click on the link and

A lost Love can be a Real Blessing

Ellen lives in the Western part of the USA and has
been dating Jack for many years. Last week, Jack
decided to move out and find a new lover. Ellen
fell to pieces, she was heartbroken, pissed off,
and called me crying. After she finally stopped
crying and yelling at Jack for leaving her, I told
her what one of my Masters told me years ago when
I broke up with the love of my life, “Girlfriend,
boyfriends, husbands, and wives are not property.”
At that time, I really didn’t want to hear that,
but I knew what the Master meant. I moved on, and
my life turned out 1,000 times better than it was
with my ex.

Moving along takes maturity, and true maturity
knows what we really want in life. For Ellen, it
wasn’t Jack that she really wanted at all. What
she wanted was a loving, responsible, caring,
mature, and successful partner to share her life
with. He wasn’t! So, like the words in Ray
Charles’ hit song, I suggested to her to tell Jack
to “Hit the road, and don’t you come back no more,
no more, what you say?” As soon as Ellen woke up
and took responsibility for herself, she realized
that she alone was the source of unlimited
possibilities and was actually the mature one in
the relationship.

Being mature is not only the expression of our
true values, it is also not avoiding what we don’t
want. If we are able to receive what is presented
to us with joy, miraculous things will happen.
Ellen is a talent in many aspects of her life. She
has been in movies, plays, performed for thousands
of people all over the world, and is a creative
genius on her own. Now she is opening up to her
own power, and a new source of possibilities are
flowing in. Years ago, Ellen was one of my first
students when I moved to Florida. She embraced the
spiritual work with open arms and an open heart.
She learned the Flying Crane Qi Gong and committed
to the practice to memory. She totally embodied
the work. Jack never seemed to wake up as Ellen
continued to mature in her spiritual growth. Like
an old sweater, she grew out of that part of her
life. Now I can’t say that the Flying Crane Qi
Gong pulled them apart, or make her grow beyond
Jack. Nevertheless, she worked her spiritual
muscles and build a spiritual life, and Jack is
off trying to find himself.

Don’t be like Jack, off on his own. Learn and
work your spiritual muscles and get the Flying
Crane Qi Gong program today.
