Growing Inside and Out

September 5th is Labor Day and it will be a long
weekend to most people in the USA. That’s the time
for a backyard Bar-B-Q, beer drinking, and just
hanging out. I wonder why they call it Labor Day
when nobody’s working…

Labor Day is a special day dedicated to honoring
and remembering the achievements of the US worker.
It is a national celebration which recognizes the
contributions that American workers have made to
the prosperity of their nation. I really enjoy my
work, no matter if it’s writing, making videos, or
treating people. One of my teachers once said,
“The reward for good work is more work.”

Labor Day generally marks the end of summer. Kids
go back to school for the fall semester, and
people are getting ready for the fall season.

Don't monkey around grow an Organic garden

Don’t monkey around grow an Organic garden

The garden is a 9 x 9 feet plot in raised beds.
The seedlings are getting planted in a few weeks
that includes three different kinds of lettuce,
beet, Calabrese broccoli, Blacktail Mountain
watermelon, German Lunchbox tomato, Cherry tomato,
Black Spanish Round radish, He Shi Ko Bunching
onion, and cucumber. In this small space, I’ll
grow organic food enough for around four months.
This is awesome, as I know for sure that my food
is 100% organic, non- GMO. If I had to buy this
much food at the market, it would cost around
$1000. The garden costs around $100, but I get a
lot more out of eating this kind of food and
working the land even in a small plot.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

May Day! May Day! May Day!

Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!

Mayday is an emergency procedure word used

internationally as a distress signal in voice

procedure radio communications. It is used to

signal a life-threatening emergency primarily by

aviators and mariners. The call is always given

three times in a row;

Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!

to prevent its being mistaken for some

similar-sounding phrase under noisy conditions.

Last week, May 1st was the ancient holiday of

Beltane, the anglicised name for the Gaelic May

Day Festival.

Fire that purifies

Fire that purifies

is about halfway between

the spring equinox and the summer solstice. It is

one of the four Gaelic seasonal festivals that

mainly involves the symbolic use of fire. It is

associated with important events in Irish

mythology. It marks the beginning of summer.

Rituals are performed to protect people and to

encourage growth. Special bonfires are kindled,

and their flames, smoke, and ashes are deemed to

have protective powers. A feast of food and drink

are offered to Aos , a supernatural race in

Irish and Scottish mythology, dedicated to the

fairies, elves, and the nature spirits for

protection from natural and mystical harm. Fire

rituals are a kind of imitative or sympathetic

magic. They were meant to mimic the Sun and to

“ensure a needful supply of sunshine for men,

animals, and plants.” Also, they are meant to

symbolically “burn up and destroy all harmful

influences.”

Many years ago, my Master trained me in the skills

of Ritual Fire Pujas. There are many different

forms;  Peaceful, Increasing, Calming, Forceful,

and Decreasing. Performing the ritual fire

offering pleases the deities who help the one-gain

accomplishments on the path. It also serves to

remove obstacles and the faults of badly or

incompletely recited mantras. When I do a ritual

house or office cleansing, a Fire Puja is offered

at the conclusion to seal the energies.

If you are feeling out of sorts and it isn’t going

away, you may need to clean out your space of any

old, stale physical and psychic debris. Drop me a

note or give me a call and we can go over your

situation.

Building An Energetic Force Field

Building An Energetic Force Field

You may be asking yourself right now what the heck is Dr. Wu Dhi up to now?

Well, I have started building an energetic force field, sometimes known as an energy shield or deflector shield, around my home. It’s both a physical and psychic barrier made of energy or particles. Why?

To protect my home, health, objects, and well-being from attacks or negative and hostile intrusions. It’s sort of a physical energy force that puts an invisible barrier around and under my property and radiates out light. This is part of the House Cleaning that I have been doing for the people . http://rechargingqigong.com/house-cleanse.html

Every day, we are exposed to energy, some positive, while others negative. This constant bombardment of negative energy affects our moods and energy, and it stresses out our entire system physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is the factor in all health problems. The Chinese have known about this work for thousands of years but, for some reason, we don’t have much knowledge of this in the West. Don’t laugh! If you are not eating the energy at hand, the energy is eating you. All of our thoughts are vibrations of energy. This is not a concept or theory, but a reality that quantum physics reveals to us. Thoughts have a powerful influence that they affect what happens to you every moment of every day. So do the thoughts of others. Most of us go through our lives taking little notice of our thought processes. We are driven by what we fear, what we think, what we desire. For the most part, we eat, work, converse, worry, hope, plan, make love, shop, and play with minimal attention paid to how we think, what we say, or what we do. This is unfortunate. Whether you are aware of it or not, the people that you live, work, and come in contact with every day have an energetic influence on you. Yes, even their thought patterns affect you. When you leave work or the just the neighbor’s house and come home, those thought forms stick to you like chewing gum on the bottom of your shoe. That’s exactly why I have set up a net of energy to protect myself and anyone who comes into my home. Want to find out more about this Sacred Geomancy / Feng Shui? We all want to be protected in every way we can. You can contact me and I’ll give you a free estimate on what needs to be done. http://rechargingqigong.com/house-cleanse.html

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness.

Let the Prayer Flags Fly Again

Let the Prayer Flags Fly Again

It’s been a year since I have flown the prayer
flags over my home. Prayer flags are inscribed
with auspicious symbols, prayers, and mantras. For
centuries, the Tibetan Buddhists have flown them
outside their homes and places of spiritual
practice for the wind to carry the beneficent
vibrations across the country. They bring
happiness, long life, and prosperity to the one
who flies them and all those in the vicinity.
They convey a feeling of harmony and bring to
mind the precious teachings of the Buddha. The
prayer flag tradition is ancient, dating back
thousands of years in India and to the Shamanistic
Bon tradition of pre-Buddhist Tibet. The flags
balance the elements both internally and
externally. Their 5 colors represent the 5 basic
elements:

• Red for fire
• Yellow for earth
• White for air or metal
• Blue for space and water
• Green for wood

Prayer Flags

The .” When they
are around a sick person, it is said to harmonize the
elements in his body to produce a state of physical
and mental health. They were also used to help
appease the local gods and spirits of the mountains,
valleys, lakes, and streams. These elemental beings,
when provoked, were thought to cause natural
disasters and disease. I hope they will move all the
hurricanes away from my door as well as bad storms.

At one time, the writings and images on prayer
flags were painted by hand one at a time. The
vibration of mantra painted on the flags can
control the invisible energies that govern our
true existence. Oftentimes, the mantra, “OM MA NI
PAD ME HUNG” is printed on prayer flags. The
mantra sends blessings of compassion to the six
worldly realms.

I have always hung the prayer flags around my
home, and I look forward to hanging them again at
my new home come September. If you have a place in
your garden, I encourage you to fly the prayer
flags and reap all the benefits.

If you want a special treat, get a copy of the
Internal Mantra program http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTUxNjgyNXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x and
open up your spiritual centers.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

How to Stay Warm All Winter

Friday, January 23rd, 2015
Share

images-3
In the Five Element theory, the water sign is the
ruler of both the kidneys and urinary bladder. The
season is winter and now it looks like we are
being hit with another Arctic blast in the USA. I
have a lot of friends that live up North and,
whenever I call, the first thing they say is it’s
really, really cold. When old man winter is in
town, you have to be prepared both inside and out.
Grab your hat and coat because it’s cold outside.
As for us in sunny Florida, things aren’t as
intense but, whenever it drops down to 50 degrees,
it’s cold! You also have to be prepared internally
and, although most of my diet is green
plant-based, I know when my body needs warming
foods. Lamb is a warming meat and will take the
chill right out of your body. So, I made a large
pot of Eluv’s Greek Lamb delight. This is one of
my favorite recipes. I use a crock pot and let it
cook for 6 to 8 hours on a low setting.

Here’s how to make the dish…

Go to the grocery store and pick up these things:

• 2 lbs lamb meat
• 1 head garlic
• 1 kohlrabi, cubed (high in potassium)
• Rosemary, fresh (has astringent, diaphoretic,
and stimulant properties)
• Burdock root (high in minerals and a good
source of iron and essential oils)
• Lotus root (provides minerals like copper, iron,
zinc, magnesium, and manganese)
• 1cup carrots, sliced
• 2 red potatoes (potassium for energy)
• 2 turnips, cubed (rich in vitamin C)
• 2 cups fresh okra (rich in vitamin A and
flavonoid anti-oxidants)
• 2 cups Shou wu chih (tonifies, warms and
invigorates blood, nourishes the liver, kidneys,
and tendons, strengthens the bones) *you can get
it at any Chinese market
• ½ cup Bragg’s liquid aminos
• 2 teaspoon olive oil
• Sea salt to taste
• A little cayenne red pepper to spark it up (it’s
filled with vitamin A, E, B6, C K and manganese)
• ½ gallon purified water

Cooking instructions:

1. Brown the meat with ½ of garlic in a stainless
steel or iron pan.
2. In your crock pot, add water about ½ gallons
and put the meat in and cook until meat is nearly
done (can take 1 to 2 hours to cook).
3. Add a sprig of fresh organic rosemary.
4. Add peeled Burdock root sliced thinly.
5. Add turnip and kohlrabi. They cook at about the
same time.
6. Add potatoes & lotus root.
7. Add 2 cups Shou wu chih.
8. Add the other ½ ball of the garlic.
9. Prepare okra by cutting into ½ slices.
10. Add brags at end, sea salt, cayenne and olive
oil.
This recipe will keep you warm and give you lots
of energy
and plenty of vitamins and minerals. I only use
organic vegetables and buy lamb that is both
hormone- and antibiotic-free.

Exercise is also very important at this time of
the year and I make sure that I do the Recharging
Qi Gong exercises every morning. It keeps the Qi
moving, invigorates the blood, and keeps your
joints pain-free.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. If you are a vegetarian, replace the lamb
with chunks of soy nuggets (tofu). Brown first
just as you would brown meat to add deep and rich
flavor. Browning the tofu first makes the nuggets
chewier, giving them a very meat-like texture
that’s often hard to replicate in vegan
substitutes. If you look in the cooler section,
there are usually meat substitutes that work just
fine.

Killer Black Mold Attack!

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014

My friend Victoria moved out of her apartment just
in time to save her own life. Last month, we had
days of stormy weather with lots and lots of heavy
wind and rain in Southern Florida. It was a mess
and little to her knowledge, Victoria’s closet got
wet. Usually, its no big thing. You just have to
get a few things cleaned and you are done with it.
But, this time, it was a big problem. She got hit
with black killer mold within a few days.

Toxic black mold causes serious symptoms and
health problems, such as mental impairment,
breathing problems, damage to internal organs and
organ systems including cardiovascular, skin,
eyes, immune, and reproductive, tiredness and
discomfort, and sometimes, even death.

The trichothecene mycotoxins mold spores produced
by toxic black mold are neurotoxic. This means
they can kill neurons in the brain and impair a
person’s mental ability. They also cause nervous
disorders, such as tremors, and can cause
personality changes, such as mood swings and
irritability.

There are a slew of other symptoms so she had to
get out of there ASAP.

Its not easy to find a nice place to live in
South Florida as its the hottest real estate in
the world right now and prices are sky high. After
looking at 20 different apartments, she finally
found a nice place to live and that’s when she
called me.

Dr. Wu Dhi, I need you to come over and clear my
place out of unwanted spirits and the old, stale
energy. A couple who lived there just got a
divorce and the manager said they were fighting
every night for months and that he was glad they
moved out.

Now we have to clear out the old energy before
Victoria makes her move and before she spends one
single night there.

The longer negative energies stay, it can get
latched on to you, the stronger it becomes and the
weaker you will feel. Don’t take a risky chance
with your energy. Set up an appointment to clear
up the old energy and protect your home today.
http://rechargingqigong.com/house-cleanse.html

It’s high time to clean up your energy and
protect your home and family from negative
pollution!

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. If you think this couldn’imagest happen to you, you
are just kidding yourself. Energy gets imprinted
into the walls and the building or house you are
living in and it will linger unless you have it
cleared. Call me and set up an appointment at

Daoist Mysticism Revealed

Friday, August 1st, 2014

The workshop with Professor Jerry Alan Johnson
really made some profound changes in the way I’m
practicing. In the past, I was practicing as an
acupuncturist doing Qi Gong with some very good
success for many years. After working with Dr.
Jerry Alan Johnson and doing more of the Daoist
Mysticism, he pointed out that I was actually a
Doctor of Medical Qi Gong that does acupuncture.
Long ago when I went to school, there were many
students who really didn’t believe in Qi. They
didn’t know how it worked or what it really did.
Qi Gong, pronounced as Chi Gong, is more than five
thousand years old. It’s the work that the Shaman
practiced in ancient China, a form of Daoist
Alchemy. This is the heart of spiritual work when
we’re working to a fact and change someone’s
health; we’re working with their spirit. When you
make the change in their spirit, you affect every
aspect of the person’s health – their physical
matter, their energetic vibrations, and the
spiritual, which is actually the Divine Light. Qi
Gong masters discovered that each internal organ
within the body has a different vibration, and by
vibrating the right frequency, you can heal the
body, mind and spirit. This is truly Energy
Medicine. It affects the mineral world, the plant
world, the animal realm, and the human realm. This
is what changes the vibration and brings in the
divine.

When I put together the program called Recharging
Qi Gong, different segments were taken from
different teachings – some from Tibetan Buddhists,
some from Hindu philosophy, and some from Daoist
energetic work. The combination of these three set
up a vortex in the body that changes it on all
three levels. When you practice these exercises on
a regular basis, you change the vibration of your
spirit, which in turn, changes you. If you don’t
have the program as yet, what are you waiting for?
You don’t want to wait until you are sick, or you
have dis-ease in the body, mind and spirit. It’s
time to make the changes now.

practicing and training. If you are in Florida,
you are most welcome to join.

Is Cheating Okay with you?

Friday, August 1st, 2014

Mary is a young friend of mine that I have known
for around a year. She called today and I could
hear in her voice that she was quite disturbed.
The first thing out of her mouth was, “Dr. Wu Dhi,
can I come over and talk to you?” She is a very
special person and this isn’t her usual pattern,
so I said, “Sure, come on over.” About 2 or 3
hours later, Mary appeared at my doorstep, and as
soon as she saw me, she broke out in a stream of
tears. When she finally pulled herself together,
she told me that her boyfriend of more than a year
had cheated and she felt betrayed, lied to and she
lost all the trust she ever had with him. Worst of
all, she had just moved in to his home with all
her personal belongings a week ago.

Relationships are built on:
1.unnamed
1. Trust: According to the dictionary, the
definition of trust is that it “implies
instinctive unquestioning belief in and reliance
upon something.” This may sound like a tough
emotional order, however, it is absolutely vital
for our well-being that we are able to find this
sort of unquestioning expectation in some area of
our life, be it family, friends or lovers.

2. Loving Kindness: Without the integration of
loving kindness and compassion, not only are we
failing to benefit others, but we are actually
harming others directly or indirectly. In Tibetan
Buddhism, it is said, “Loving kindness and
compassion are how we accumulate merit to be born
in the higher realms, including this human realm.
Therefore, loving kindness and compassion are
karmically very significant and we should make
them the core of our practices.

3. Integrity and Honesty: These are the key
components of a good life, for our understanding
of ourselves, for our relationships with others,
and for our knowledge of the world. Integrity is
what you have when you speak and you know your
words are filled with love, compassion, and
understanding. It is truthfulness within you and
in the world you live in. Integrity allows us to
question others, whether it is our friend, our
lover or the government. When we lack integrity,
we are not taken seriously, our words are
confused, our needs cannot be expressed, and our
wisdom becomes scrambled.

4. Communication: To have a healthy relationship,
good communication is primary.
a. If something is bothering, talk about it but
make sure you pick the right time to talk. Tell
your mate you would like to talk and share
something.
b. Talk face to face. Text messages, letters and
e-mails can be misinterpreted.
c. Do Not Attack. It will make your partner
defensive and less receptive to your message.
d. Be Honest. Agree to be honest. The truth hurts,
but it’s the key to a healthy relationship.
e. Body language is important. Make eye contact
and let your mate know you’re listening. Be
congruent. I once had a relationship where she
shook her head from side to side to jester no but
said yes. Her body language was incongruent.
f. Use the 3-day Rule. If your partner does
something that pisses you off, you need to tell
them about it. But you don’t have to do so right
away. If you’re still pissed off 3 days later, let
them know. Once you do let them know and your
partner sincerely acknowledges and apologizes, let
it go. Don’t bring up past issues if they’re not
relevant.

5. Passion: As the definition goes, passion is
“the friendly or eager interest in someone that
brings about the activity of love”. Without
passion, the fire never seems to ignite and the
excitement or enthusiasm towards the other person
just never happens. When the attraction starts,
the fire flames up and the romance and sexual
desire begins, and the relationship starts to
build. Some are good and others just lust.

I have found that a relationship isn’t what one
really needs to work on. They need to work on
themselves. Yes, self-cultivation is the key. If
you love yourself, stay fit, get educated and make
yourself interesting. Someone will pick up the
vibration and be attracted to you.

In the Magic Square Workshop
http://rechargingqigong.com/magic-square-workshop.html,
where I spell out the formula for a balanced life
in all the domains of your lifespan, this ancient
formula will give you all the tools to bring the
perfect person into your life and much, much more.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

An Opportunity for Your Independence

Friday, June 27th, 2014

Six years ago, in 2008, I was invited by Dr.
Thomas Rau from the prestigious Paracelsus Klinic
in Switzerland to come to the clinic and intern in
Biological Medicine. Biological Medicine is a
holistic approach to health and wellness that
allows the human body to maximize its own innate
healing powers. It looks for the root cause of the
disease that may include several factors like,
diet, food allergies, intestinal and dental
disturbances, family history, stress, and aging,
among others. Half of the day, I was a patient and
the other half, I was an intern. As a patient, I
would get 6-7 treatments a day and as an intern,
we would see 10 people. This was a great
experience for me and I estimated in my head that
it was going to cost me about $500 a day. Much to
my surprise, when I checked out of the clinic, it
cost me $only a little more a day! Of course, that included my
plane fare and food. I maxed out all my credit
cards and transferred some money from my bank
account in the United States before I left
Switzerland. Although I didn’t expect to spend
that much money, within 3 months, my business
doubled and my health improved. Some from the knowledge
that I acquired and others from the referrals I got
from the clinic in Switzerland. When ever I get a chance
to return I’ll definitely return.

Many of us have money issues and are reluctant to
do something in fear that we won’t have enough. I
find that if you are presented with an
opportunity, seize that opportunity with all your
heart, mind, soul and strength.

On July 25th, Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson will be coming
to Miami for a special workshop.
images-1It is a workshop that you don’t
hear about often with some very ancient teachings
from the Chinese Daoist system. If you’ve been
reading my blogs, you know that I highly regard
Dr. Johnson’s work. I took his Beginning Program
years ago, and although I didn’t have the money at
that time, the opportunity was presented to me and
it was a rare one to have a Daoist Master,
advanced Martial Artist, and Doctor of Medical Qi
Gong in my neighborhood. Back then, I have been
hearing about Dr. Johnson from other Masters,
martial artists and advanced healers, and everyone
said, “If you can study with him, don’t miss him.
He is the real deal.”

Sometimes, all you have to do is open up to the
lessons presented to you and the universe will
open up and give you everything you need and more.
If you are thinking of doing Dr. Johnson’s work
and wondering what you’ll get out of it, I can
guarantee you that you can get way more than what
you pay for. To register, call Dr. Isaac Goren at
954-732-5050 or call me at 786-271-0325.

I wish the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!
