The 3 Rules of Longevity

When I was in Michigan last week I ran into a high
school sweetheart who I hadn’t seen in over a
decade. She was sooo excited to see me she couldn’t
contain herself and before I knew what was
happening, she planted a big wet kiss right on my
mouth. She wanted to know what I was up to for
the last few decades and asked if I was doing some
kind of facial treatment or drugs. She said, “You
don’t have any wrinkles on your face, what are you
doing???”

No, not the kind of drugs that make you feel
loopy, burn vital Qi, damage your organs and speed
up the aging process.

The kind of drugs she assumed I was on are the
kind you inject into your face. (You know the ones
I’m talking about, I won’t even mention them
directly as it might cause this email to be
flagged as spam.)

She said “You look great, and I’m turning into a
wrinkled old prune. Tell me what kind of
treatments you’re getting done and don’t lie to
me!”

I wasn’t offended. I took it as a compliment.

She doesn’t know any better. She never learned the
Qi Gong or any of the meditations from me.

What she may never know is that it’s not just the
upper half of me that’s looking good and working
great. I have Qi Gong exercises that keep my
manhood manly and I don’t use a drug for that
either.

Qi Gong is good for a lot of things.

What she doesn’t know, like most Americans, is
that a few simple exercises (i.e. The Recharging
Qi Gong)

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

When done every day will be sufficient to keep you
looking WAY younger than the rest of your high
school classmates even 50 years after graduation.

Most Americans have been brainwashed into thinking
that the only way to get rid of wrinkles or start
looking younger is to inject your face full of
toxic goo or have the skin on your face cut.

I live and work in Miami Beach, and let me tell
you, it’s the world’s capital of surgical
augmentation and manipulation.

Any surgery you can imagine being done to a man or
woman in order to try and make them look young I
have seen done. And I know the catastrophic
results first hand.

Let me tell you how those things DON’T work.

Pay attention and warn your friends that may be
tempted to try and “fix” their face instead of
vitalizing the one they got.

If you put any kind of junk in your body that
doesn’t belong there, your body has to do extra
work to get rid of it.

The energy that should keep you full of child-like
enthusiasm is wasted on toxic clean-up.

Worse yet, people that get hooked on this stuff
end up deformed or looking like their face was
frozen in plastic.

Taking a knife to your face is only good for a
shave.

The tighter you stretch the skin and muscles over
you’re skull the more everybody is going to see
you’re skull, you don’t end up looking younger!

Even a little plastic surgery will end up looking
like goo, five years down the road.

There’s really only one path you want to take for
your own vitality and well being, this is how it
goes:

• Smile

• Breathe

• Drink water

• Eat good healthy “Food”

• Stretch

• Walk

• Run

• Play

• Meditate

• Sleep

Make time for all of the above every day of your
life and do it in a conscious and loving way.

What do I mean by that?

What I mean is:
Look at your body – every
inch of it,
Listen to your body – even when
it’s quiet,
And Love your body – it’s your
only true home.

These are the 3 L’s of longevity. I hope they
serve you well.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness

How to look younger Naturally: Part A

Natural Facial Rejuvenation

Over the last 2 decades I have had more than 1,000
patients come into my office and ask me the same
question over and over. “What can I do to slow
down the aging process? Their skin is wrinkling,
their brains don’t function as quick as it used to
and they hardly have energy to get through the
day.

Sex? Well forget it, they have no interest at all.
Long ago the Chinese developed a system that’s now
thousands of years old. It was an achiest secret
that was only for royalty and wealthy to retain
their youthful appearance. Facial rejuvenation-
the muscles in our face lose the tone and collagen
over time. We all want to be young and eliminate
wrinkles, facial rejuvenation bring more collagen
into the skin and keep you looking younger
naturally. Forget about the knife, it can cause
more harm and aggravation than it’s worth. When I
lived in Venezuela years ago, one of my patients
got a full face lift and unfortunately it got
infected. Her face was swollen up like a chipmunk
and she was on antibiotics for a years just to get
back to where she was.

A natural face lift does more than just your mask.
It detoxes the entire body and rejuvenates your
skin as well as your internal organs.
The treatment is done in 3 pillars.
1st pillar: involves detoxification and drainage
and continues for 6-12 weeks. It involves
injections, oral drops and homeopathic medicine.
2nd pillar: involves creams, exercise and
treatments 1-3 times a week
3rd pillar: works on the cellular level and organ
support. In this way the treatment is long lasting
with no side affects.

images and Traditional
Chinese Medicine (TCM) can provide a safe,
effective, natural, and drug-free approach to
reducing the signs of aging. A facial rejuvenation
using this ancient technique can improve muscle
tone of the face and neck while addressing
underlying imbalances that may have contributed to
the aging process.
Why does skin sag?

Wrinkles begin internally from a constitutional
imbalance and fundamental weakness of Qi. Flowing
through these pathways, Qi provides nourishment,
support, and energy to every cell, tissue, muscle,
and organ.

This leads to inadequate muscle tone, and over
time, wrinkles and sagging skin.
A facial rejuvenation using our system tightens
pores, improves muscle tone and dermal
contraction, while enhancing and increasing the
elasticity of the skin. It can reduce signs of
aging by strengthening and stimulating the
circulation of Qi within the meridian pathways,
especially those of the face. You will look and
feel more energetic, calm, vibrant and healthy.
Facial rejuvenation is virtually painless, and a
non-surgical method to reduce the signs of aging.
This Natural Face Rejuvenation has the promise to
bring back youth to your face without undergoing
the pain and risks of the traditional plastic
surgery face lift.

Once again, on the request of so man of my
patients I am offering the natural face lift in my
office. Because of my tight schedule I can only
offer these to the first 12 people who call in and
reserve their space. The programs are divided up
into both 6 week and 12 week program depending on
the patient’s condition of their skin and what
damage has been done. I am going to write more
about this on Wednesday and give you more insight
on how you can stay young, healthy and looking the
best you can.

Was the Sex Worth It????

Frank and his wife moved to Florida for the
winter. They are typical snowbirds and come down
right after Thanksgiving and play in the sun until
Easter and then head back up north for the summer.
Nice way to live if you can pull that one off. A
few years ago Frank started training with me.
Although his concept of Qi was new and out of
context sort of thing, he never heard of Qi Gong.
He took to it like a duck takes to water.

Every day we got together he raved about Qi Gong,
energy work and how happy he is with this new found
energy. Last week his wife joined us for a
workout, although she claims working- out isn’t
her thing she said, “I had to come to see what
Frank was doing to be so frisky in bed after years
of “not much activity”

I explained that Qi Gong is one of the keys to
sexual power and that includes better orgasms.
The more you understand the relationship between
energy, your Qi and your sexuality, the easier it
is to convert the power and drive of sexual
energy.
When practicing with a trained and knowledgeable
partner it can lead to more satisfying, longer
lasting sex, and greatly add to your health and
vitality.

When we get excited sexually, all our cells get
excited as well, almost to an explosive nature the
weak cells die off and the stronger ones get even
stronger. This excitement and increasable movement
of Qi reverses the aging process and keeps you
healthy and younger.

Sexual Qi Gong practice can help with such common
sexual dysfunctions as:
•Impotence
•Premature ejaculation
•Frigidity
•Menstrual problems
•Menopause

Trying to understand, comprehend and get the most
out of your sexual experience without including
the energy work is like going to an Italian
restaurant and saying you don’t eat carbs. It can
be done but isn’t more than half as rewarding.

Qi Gong can open up a new world of sexuality for
you and your partner.
Sexual Qi Gong is well understood in the Oriental
system; for the most part in the West people don’t
have a clue about energy, they think the goal of
sex is to cum…that’s it.

Sexual Qi gong practices work on both self and
duel cultivation.
Developing the ability to practice Sexual Qi Gong
requires training in how to master particular
practices, it’s not all just in the mind’s ability
to control and direct the Energy/Qi, and it is
also in developing the strength and power in the
sexual muscles, pelvic muscles, and organs. There
are techniques that a couple can engage in, which
have been found to have numerous health benefits
and healing effects on particular organs and
bodily systems.

The most essential aspect of sex with a partner is
that there is a very specific energy exchange that
takes place. It is exchanged from each partner to
the other and this serves to “balance out” each
one. This is perhaps the most compelling aspect of
sexuality and the aspect that drives people to it.

If these abilities are not developed then it is
like sending a gift back unopened.
Dr. Wu Dhi’s sexual secrets program will give you
the tools you will need to make your sex life
better, stronger and keep you younger. Reserve

Are you preparing for your health or for your sickness?

Friday, November 30th, 2012
Share

It was a cold trip in to the Northern lands, wind,
and snow and to top it off there was even a few
hours of sleet, a cold wet freezing ice like
substance that rained down on my bald head. It was
the first time I ever got a brain freeze on a
walk.
I’ll visit my family in Michigan again but not
until next July or August. Living in the North
takes a lot more preparation than my home in
Florida. Every crack in the house must be sealed
up tight to stop old man winter from blowing a
cold chill through every bone in your body. The
heating system has to be in great working
condition and lots of clothing to endure the
winter cold. People must prepare on every level to
survive the winter without drafts and chills and
all kinds of ills…

It’s the same with our health. You have to prepare
to stay healthy. I hear people say this all the
time “why should I see a doctor? I feel fine.”
If you are feeling fine and want to stay that way
you need to prepare just like those Hardy
Northerners do with their homes. You need to make
sure that there are no cracks in your picture of
health. It takes work to stay healthy; it’s all
about our immune system. If our immune system is
in tip top shape, we don’t get sick and we slow
down the aging process.

There’s a famous fable about an ant and a
grasshopper that shows us how important it is to
prepare yourself and strengthen you immune system…
Once there lived an ant and a grasshopper in a
grassy meadow.
All day long the ant would work hard, collecting
grains of wheat from the farmer’s field far away.
She would hurry to the field every morning, as
soon as it was light enough to see by, and toil
back with a heavy grain of wheat balanced on her
head. She would put the grain of wheat carefully
away in her larder, and then hurry back to the
field for another one. All day long she would
work, without stop or rest, scurrying back and
forth from the field, collecting the grains of
wheat and storing them carefully in her larder.
The grasshopper would look at her and laugh. ‘Why
do you work so hard, dear ant?’ he would say.
‘Come, rest awhile, and listen to my song. Summer
is here, the days are long and bright. Why waste
the sunshine in labor and toil?’
The ant would ignore him, and head bent, would
just hurry to the field a little faster. This
would make the grasshopper laugh even louder.
‘What a silly little ant you are!’ he would call
after her. ‘Come, come and dance with me! Forget
about work! Enjoy the summer! Live a little!’ And
the grasshopper would hop away across the meadow,
singing and dancing merrily.
Summer faded into autumn, and autumn turned into
winter. The sun was hardly seen, and the days were
short and grey, the nights long and dark. It
became freezing cold, and snow began to fall.
The grasshopper didn’t feel like singing any more.
He was cold and hungry. He had nowhere to shelter
from the snow, and nothing to eat. The meadow and
the farmer’s field were covered in snow, and there
was no food. ‘Oh what shall I do? Where shall I
go?’ wailed the grasshopper. Suddenly he
remembered the ant. ‘Ah – I shall go to the ant
and ask her for food and shelter!’ declared the
grasshopper, perking up. So off he went to the
ant’s house and knocked at her door. ‘Hello ant!’
he cried cheerfully. ‘Here I am, to sing for you,
as I warm myself by your fire, while you get me
some food from that larder of yours!’
The ant looked at the grasshopper and said, ‘All
summer long I worked hard while you made fun of
me, and sang and danced. You should have thought
of winter then! Find somewhere else to sing,
grasshopper! There is no warmth or food for you
here!’ And the ant shut the door in the
grasshopper’s face.
Although this story may sound a little harsh if
you’re not preparing for your health NOW you will
end up in the cold just like the grasshopper.
Things like diet, exercise, vitamins and staying
in the right head space are most important to keep
your system running well. I make sure that I get
a treatment at least every week during the winter
months. I don’t spend as much time at the gym, but
I increase my internal exercises. I get a lot more
sleep and eat warmer foods like stir fried
vegetables more soups and less cold foods like
salads and I stay away from cold drinks all
winter.

Sometimes we need encouragement to stay on a
program and not junk out for the holidays. You
can do it yourself but if you have a coach that
can keep you on track mentally, physically
emotionally and spiritually it’s a good idea to
have someone going over your programs to keep you
on track. I belong to a few groups and get coached
on my business, my health, and even my diet. I
make sure that I check in with them often to keep
balanced, healthy and centered. The people who
belong to my coaching group are members of the Qi
Gong Inner Circle.

Every month the members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle receive a DVD on meditation, internal
exercises, diet, and much more to keep them and
myself in the best shape! Are you prepared for the
winter inside and out?

Join me and the members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle and we will work together to be the ant and
kill our grasshopper consciousness.

Don’t be Tricked into getting Old!

Don’t be Tricked into getting Old!

I can’t help but think about the plotting
little kids who come up with all those creative
ways for getting the most candy.
Deciding what route to take– sure you hit the
houses that give out the best and most
candy or going to a neighborhood with smaller
yards so you can “hit” more houses.
I’ve even heard of people changing into a second
costume so they can go to the same houses a
second time on their way back home.
If you check the internet you can find articles on
getting the most candy, advice on creating a
clever costume, why you shouldn’t linger at
house, if you get stuck with your younger
siblings go out early and then ditch them so you
can get back to the candy lust. The stuff you can
find online is amazing.

Funny how so much thought can go into getting as
much candy as possible. Yet, how many put
the same level of thought into keeping
yourself young and healthy?
Based on a fundamental understanding of what
motivates people to be healthy, and take good care
of body and mind or even eat the right things most
don’t care. When we are young we think we are
invincible.

I hear older people saying, “If I knew I was going
to live so long I would have taken better care of
myself.”
The first 50 years are the most important if you
want to avoid sickness, disease, pain and
suffering.

When you are young that’s the time to establish
your dietary habits, your habits for exercise and
the way you see and act. When you take care of
yourself it will pay off big time in your later
years.

Make yourself a “Health checklist” to
maximize your physical, mental and spiritual
health.

Read all you can, study and most of all practice:
What the people who are a hundred years do
What Information can you read, learn and study.
What foods to avoid and what to put into your
diet

I have found that the internal exercises are one
of the keys from the Chinese longevity practices.
I have devoted years to learn study and practice
daily to slow down the aging process and avoid the
suffering of old age.

If you have been still living like you are
invincible it’s time to make sure that your
superman costume doesn’t get tarnished!

Qi Gong longevity practices don’t always look like what they really are

I was training this morning with a group of
students and a noisy crowd of people were playing
volleyball not to far from us. They came over
after their game and wanted to know why we were
doing these strange looking exercises with such
leisurely movements.

One guy said,
It reminded me of a fable that my father read to
me when I was a young child.

An Ant nimbly running about in the sunshine in
search of food came
across a Chrysalis that was very near its time of
change.
The Chrysalis moved its tail, and thus attracted the
attention of the Ant,
who then saw for the first time that it was alive.
“Poor, pitiable
animal!” cried the Ant disdainfully. “What a sad
fate is yours!

While I can run hither and thither, at my
pleasure, and, if I wish,
ascend the tallest tree, you lie imprisoned here
in your shell, with
power only to move a joint or two of your scaly
tail.” The Chrysalis
heard all this, but did not try to make any reply.
A few days after,
when the Ant passed that way again, nothing but
the shell remained.
Wondering what had become of its contents, he felt
himself suddenly
shaded and fanned by the gorgeous wings of a
beautiful Butterfly.

“Behold in me,” said the Butterfly, “your
much-pitied friend! Boast
now of your powers to run and climb as long as you
can get me to
listen.” So saying, the Butterfly rose in the air,
and, borne along
and aloft on the summer breeze, was soon lost to
the sight of the
Ant forever.

Some times things don’t appear to look like much
until you start to explore deeper into the
purpose. Qi Gong exercises work on the internal
Organs like the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and
the spleen to feed the organs with energy, oxygen
and blood to retard the aging process. Hence Qi
Gong is considered a Longevity practice. The
purpose is to cultivate “Life Energy” and keep you
healthy from the inside out. Qi Gong has roots in
Chinese medicine dating back thousands of years.
It’s an anti aging practice of aligning breath,
movement, and awareness for, healing, and
meditation. Traditionally it’s viewed as a
practice to cultivate and balance Qi “Intrinsic
Life Energy.”

There is an ancient Chinese saying:
“If you practice external exercises you have to
practice internal exercises, but if you practice
internal exercises you don’t have to practice
external exercise.”

Qi Gong practice involves rhythmic breathing
coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid
movement, to guide Qi (Energy “through the body.”

If you practice on a regular basis you can develop
a super human energy, which allows access to
higher realms of awareness, and awaken one’s “true
nature.”

I use a combination in my training of both
external exercises and internal to stay young and
healthy. The visualizations combined with the
actual exercises will work on changing your
internal channels and open up your energy flow.
The Yin set is a series of exercises that will
enhance the internal organs as well as open up
visual pathways to enhance your health and
wellbeing in a shortest amount of time.

The program is downloadable for instance access.

In short, you’ll make so much progress so fast
you’ll probably shock yourself as well as your
friends.

Get the program now and practice it daily for the
next 4 weeks and you will feel the difference in
how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

This morning I was walking with a few
friends down to the sea. The weather was just
perfect- around 65 degrees with no humidity
and fluffy white clouds in the sky. As I looked over
the ocean, I saw the beautiful morning sun peeking
its radiant head, I automatically went into a meditation
and started doing my internal Qi Gong practices.

My friends joined in and after a few minutes I could
sense that there was an incredible amount of energy
around me. I turned around and there was a group of
strangers that joined in. The energy was intense and I
could feel the Qi moving in all of my meridians as if I
were lit up like a Christmas tree. The practice went on
for about 45 minutes although it seemed like it was only
a few minutes. When I came out of the practice I could see the
entire group had a special glow around them.

I introduced myself and everyone had a slew of questions on
what just happened, what we just did and how he or she
could get more information and learn more about it.

“Well everyone,” I said, “You have just experienced the
power of Qi Gong and the energy that you are feeling
comes from all of the internal energy centers opening
up. It’s an ancient Taoist longevity practice that has
kept me far younger than my years and if you practice
these special moves you can actually retard the aging
process and keep you young, more flexible and youthful!!”

The Loss Son

Thursday, October 6th, 2011
Share

“A young widower, who loved his five year old
son very much, was away on business when bandits
came and burned down the whole village and took his
son away. When the man returned, he saw the ruins and
panicked. He took the burnt corpse of an infant and cried
uncontrollably. He organized a cremation ceremony,
collected the ashes and put them in a beautiful little bag
that he always kept with him.

Soon afterwards, his real son escaped from the bandits
and found his way home. He arrived at his father’s new
cottage at midnight and knocked at the door.

The father, still grieving asked: “Who is it?”
The child answered, it is me Papa, open the door!”
But in his agitated state of mind, convinced his son
was dead, the father thought that some young boy was
making fun of him. He shouted: “Go away” and
continued to cry. After some time, the child left.
Father and son never saw each other again.

After this story, the Buddha said, “Sometime,
somewhere, you take something to be the truth.
If you cling to it so much, even when the truth comes
in person and knocks on your door, you will not open it.”
I gave a lecture last week to a group of people at the gym;
most of them work out 5 days a week and look good on the
outside, but are starting to get health problems like heartburn,
aches, diabetes and sexual dysfunctions.

I explained the longevity benefits of doing Qi Gong to
them, and how it would balance out their workout,
improve their sexual power health, and slow down the
aging process.

Arthur stood up and said,” I don’t get it? I workout
everyday at the gym, run 4 miles a day 5 days a week
and do 10 miles on the weekend, I eat well and I feel great!
What will Qi gong do for me– I am in great shape?”

Well Artthur, I did the same program for years
with my friend Gary. He was my workout partner
and never learned the internal arts of Qi Gong or
meditation. He said it was too slow for him and he
needs the adrenal rush of a heavy workout.
Gary wishes he had followed my example and
learned the softer style of Qi Gong years ago.
Although the physical workout of running and
weight training is good you need a balance.

There is an old Taoist saying:
“If you do External Exercises, you need to do
Internal Exercises, but if you do Internal Exercises
you don’t have to do External Exercises.”

When we only do sports, aerobic and weight training,
we create too much heat in our bodies and overheat
the internal organs. After awhile, the organs start to
dry out and later feel like a plum that was left in the
sun for weeks– it turns into a prune!
The same thing happens to us with constant overheating
and aging, you can see it on a person’s face –the wrinkles
are the pruning effect. You can delay the aging process and
re-dehydrate the organs by doing Qi Gong.

I told Arthur it’s time to get on a program because the
universe is knocking on your door. I know he heard
what I said and acted on it.
He placed an order for both Flying Crane Qi Gong
and the Recharging Qi Gong program that night.
