Early Cancer Detection

vcIt’s that time of the year again. When we are
quickly moving into fall, whenever we change
seasons, we are the most vulnerable to getting sick.

Every day, I see people with a host of dis-ease,
some of it is from mental imbalances, others
suffer from toxic overload, and
a bunch of them come to
the office with
physical injuries. There is always more to
dis-ease than meets the eye. Every single dis-ease
has a multitude of
components to it, and
most doctors are only
addressing the
physical. If the medical doctor runs all the
tests, does a thorough examination, and finds
nothing, they are more than likely to
refer
you to a psychologist or a psychiatrist, and you
may be medicated unnecessarily.

The other night, I was at a party and struck up a
conversation with a group of people about health
or, should I say, sickness. We were talking about
the article in the Health & Wellness section of
the Wall Street Journal by Brandon Thibodeaux, and
here is what it said, “What if the doctor is
wrong? When a CT scan showed multiple tumors in
Dawna
Harwell’s pelvis, abdomen, and spine
in 2008, her doctors in Dallas told her she might
have ovarian cancer, which can be especially
deadly. A biopsy came back with inconclusive
results, and Ms. Harwell wasted no time in seeking
a second
opinion at MD Anderson Cancer
Center in Houston. “I went through every test in
the book,” says Ms. Harwell. Still, doctors
couldn’t be sure what she had. Finally, she
underwent a surgical procedure to diagnose her
case. It wasn’t ovarian cancer after all, but a
rare form of lymphoma. The
47-year-old horse
trainer in Collinsville, Texas underwent a
rigorous regimen of chemotherapy that ended last
spring. At her first six-month checkup in October,
she received a clean bill of health.”

Evidence is mounting that
second
opinions—particularly on radiology
images and
pathology slides from
biopsies—can lead to
significant changes in
a patient’s diagnosis or in recommendations for
treating a disease. Some
malignancies,
including lymphomas and rare cancers
of the
thyroid and salivary glands, are
notoriously
tricky to diagnose correctly. Test results can be
inconclusive, or return false results. After a
decade of annual mammograms, more than half of
women will receive at least one false-positive
recall on a breast cancer screening, a recent
study found. And nearly half of malpractice claims
at Harvard University’s medical institutions that
resulted in serious patient harm or death in the
past five years were diagnostic errors, according
to its liability company, Crico/RMF. Thomas Feely,
Vice-President of Medical Operations at MD
Anderson, says as many as 25% of
patients
who arrive at the Center with diagnoses
for
certain cancers, such as lymphoma, may receive
a
different diagnosis. Overall, 3% of MD
Anderson
patients each year end up with a
significant
change that affects what
treatment they receive. “When you get cancer, the
first thing you may want
 to do is jump to
get treatment with the first
person you talk
to,” Dr. Feely says. “But taking
 the time to
get a second opinion about the
diagnosis you
have and a careful evaluation of
what
treatments there are can be lifesaving.”

Kim Henderson, a paralegal in Houston, came to
MD
Anderson to be treated for cervical
cancer after
being diagnosed elsewhere.
Pathologists performed
another biopsy that
revealed she had a noninvasive
precursor to
cervical cancer—and not the far more
serious
invasive type as previously
believed.
Although she still needed surgery,
her doctors
told her she could skip the
radiation and
chemotherapy that had
originally been part of the
treatment plan.
“I felt like it was a miracle and I was
spared
from this unnecessary treatment,”
says Ms.
Henderson, who had lost a sister to
cancer.

Primary care doctors can misdiagnose
common
symptoms. In a study, 202 patients
most commonly
complained about abdominal
pain, fever, fatigue, shortness of breath and
rash. Incorrect diagnoses
included: Benign
viral infection, 17%;
Musculoskeletal pain,
10%; Asthma/Chronic obstructive
pulmonary
disease, 6%;
Benign skin
lesion, 4%;
Pneumonia, 4%;
Final
correct diagnoses for patients
misdiagnosed
initially included: Cancer,
16%;
Pulmonary embolism, 6%;
Coronary
artery disease, 5%;
Aneurysm,
8%;
Appendicitis, 6%. (Source: University of
Iowa; Journal of the
American Board of
Family Medicine)

Second opinions are important for other
diseases
as well. National Jewish Health, a
Denver medical
center, found in a study that
more than half of
patients it diagnosed with
chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease had
previously been misdiagnosed
with asthma,
leading to inappropriate treatments.

Cancer is on the rise in the United States, and
the
three traditional treatments are:
Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, and Surgery.
These may be the only tools that the medical
doctors have in their toolbox, but if you
can
avoid the cut, burn, and poison
treatments, you may be better off. There are way
too many misdiagnoses
these days, and
treatments are given according to
what
doctors find, no matter if it’s accurate or not.
The recovery from the treatments is a long, hard
road and could be worse than the disease itself.

I would recommend having a Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) test to find out where the
imbalance is in your body first. It will give
you
information that can save your life. The
teeth are checked, and most Western doctors don’t
even think about teeth. Next, the glands, breasts,
and organs
are checked. If there is a
blockage, it will show
up on the computer
and, then, we can explore the
different
options for treatment. It could be
a
combination of both Western and
alternative
medicine, but, at least, you
will know what needs to
be treated. The test
will let you know what has to be changed
in
your lifestyle, diet, and exercise, or if you may
benefit from acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong,
herbal
medicine, or homeopathic treatments.
There is a
group called the “Best Answer for
Cancer” that uses
low-dose chemo. This is
another option.

The CRT will be a good way to find out
what’s
going on from a different
perspective. It is
a safe, radiation-free,
non-invasive, painless, and cost-effective
whole-body
scan method for discovering
hidden
dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring
treatment progress. It can see
problems
before they manifest into a
palpable mass, or health problems that
may
be irreversible.

Dr. Carola Cuenca from Santa Cruz,
California
who specializes in CRT and
natural low-dose medications will be doing the
test in my
office. All tests have to be done
in the
morning when the body is still cool;
this
only allows us to test 3 people a day.
I
highly recommend taking this opportunity
to
evaluate your immune system and to keep
you
disease-free. To schedule an appointment
for your CRT
exam, call my office now at
305-407-0120.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Do kids actually grow more in the summer?

Wednesday, May 8th, 2013
Share

I was talking to my buddy Matt the other day and
we both noticed that in the summer kids seem grow
more than any other time of the year, they seem to
be the same size all year long and over the summer
they sprout up a few inches over night.

Maybe it’s because they get more sleep and
relaxation. They don’t have the stresses of
school, studies, peer pressure or are forced to
have constant supervision by parents and teachers.

They get a lot more sleep, more play time and
relaxation without the stresses and pressures of
the school year.

We all need down-time in order to have our body
and mind function to its peak. I know if I am
stressed or if don’t get a good nights sleep, my
mind doesn’t function as well and if I am
overworked or overloaded by too many projects that
aren’t being completed, I just don’t function as
well.

Stress and sleep are big factors and can cause
major imbalances in the body, mind and even affect
our spirit. One of the major complaints I hear
from patients is they are stressed, filled with
anxiety and can’t get a good nights sleep.

images-3 is a common problem that takes a toll on
your energy, mood, health and ability to function
during the day. Chronic insomnia can even
contribute to serious health problems.

In order to properly treat and cure your insomnia,
you need to become an “Undercover Sleep
Investigator”. Emotional issues such as stress,
anxiety and depression cause half of all insomnia
cases but your daytime habits affect your sleep
routine, and physical health also plays a role.
Ask yourself these questions:

▪ Am I under a lot of stress?

▪ Do I feel depressed or feel emotional?

▪ Do I worry or feel anxious?

▪ Was there a traumatic experience that
wasn’t addressed?

▪ Are there any health problems that may
be interfering with sleep?

▪ Is your bedroom quiet and comfortable?

▪ Do you try to go to bed and get up
around the same time every day?

Following the rules can make a world of
difference in your sleeping patterns.

▪ Make your bedroom quiet, and dark.
Even those little lights on the phone
chargers and night lights can affect the brain and
disturb your sleep.

▪ Make a sleep schedule by going to sleep
at the same time every night. Our mind loves to be
on a scheduled pattern. Get up at your usual time
in the morning even if you’re tired. This will
help you get back in a regular sleep rhythm.

▪ Avoid stimulating activity and
stressful situations before bedtime. This includes
exercise, stressful discussions or arguments,
avoid TV, computer, and video games.

*Limit or avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop
drinking caffeinated beverages if you want the
Sandman to visit you.

*Quit smoking or avoid it, nicotine is a
stimulant.

Some years ago I had a group of patients come into
my office with stress related problems. They all
knew better and knew how to eliminate the stress
but for some reason they were frozen in their
tracks.

They agreed to work with me one day a week for 6
weeks and learn and practice the meditations in
the ‘Turn Stress into Power book

http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

Every one of them reported better sleep, more
energy during the day and were able to handle
their stress much better.

This isn’t unusual. I receive calls from people
from all over the world asking for my help as both
a coach and a doctor just to get a good night’s
sleep. I started teaching more and more people
these easy to learn techniques on how to use
stress to your advantage.

You can learn and practice these easy to learn
techniques and apply meditations and exercises to

Summer Suffering Gone Forever

Tuesday, May 15th, 2012
Share

It’s just about summer in South Florida
again as the temperature and humidity hits the 90’s.
This is the time of the year when my office fills up
with patients suffering from migraines, headaches,
cramps, pain in the lower abdomen, dizziness and
low back pain.

The culprit is heat and humidity. Every day I
hear from people complaining about THE HEAT, they
have excess thirst, their face gets red and so do their
eyes and irritability is a nice word for what I hear.
In general, people are restless and not having fun.
If you’re a woman combine that with your once a month
cycle and all hell can break lose.

Heat is Yang or male in nature and tends to injure the
blood and Yin is the female aspect. Heat dries things out,
makes your internal organs wither and atrophied. Too much
heat in your body will appear as wrinkles on your face and
your skin will start to dry out and look old.

But all of this can be reversed or at least slowed down
naturally, some with homeopathic, herbal medicine or a
relaxing natural treatment.

Hear are a few things you can do to beat the summer heat
and cool everything down:

1.Stay well hydrated. Drink at least 6 glasses
of water a day. Skip the drinks with carbonation-
they will throw your PH off and will bring you
more age related problems

2.Increase your Vitamin C

3.Tea is better for you in the
summer than coffee, I find jasmine tea quite
cooling and calming as well.

4.Believe it or not that summer Bar-B-Q can
make you look older than you really are, it
puts too much heat in the body.

6.Summer heat combined with too much cold food
weakens the digestive organs. Coldness causes
contraction; it holds in sweat and heat, and
interferes with digestion. Avoid iced drinks
and ice cream.

In my office I treat people where the root of
the problem begins and together we can retain
our youth longer and stay healthy.

Wealth and Happiness

Eating your Stress?

I spent the last 4 days in
Boston, Massachusetts.
The weather is a lot cooler than
Miami this time of the year and
although the leaves haven’t turned
different colors yet, it’s a heck of a
lot cooler and low humidity.

One of my patients that I see in the
winter in Florida lives here. She asked
me to come up and give her a good
tune up. For no apparent reason to her,
her back went out and for the last 4
days she has been bed ridden.

When I arrived at her home we went
over her last few weeks activities.
There didn’t seem to be any physical
reason that she is in so much pain.
No falls, no strains, nothing broken,
she said she didn’t lift anything and
didn’t remember bending over or even
tripping on anything. As I question her
on different things we hit on a BIG one.

She has been over worked and stressed to the max.
Stress can knock you for a loop and
cause you to tighten up your muscles
and then even a micro movement can
cause a muscle to lock up and push
against a nerve and then you’ve had it.
PAIN! The pain causes the muscle to lock
up more and then the body will swell to try
and protect itself and it all comes from stress.

Before we began the treatment we went
over a series of exercises found in the
Turn Stress into Power program.

We went over the Tension Release Exercise
until she could clear all of the accumulated
negative emotional stress out of her system
and then I showed her a few of the
protections so she would let the same
stresses sneak back in and cause both
emotional and physical pain.

What was the most amazing part of
the treatment was before I could do
any treatments of acupuncture or,
Medical Qi Gong, she said the pain
had completely vanished.

The emotions and the Stress were the culprits.
They had her so locked up that the Qi and blood
couldn’t run through the meridians and get to
the organs and extremities causing all the pain.

If you have a blockage in any part of your
body, mind or spirit don’t you think it’s
the right time that you release it?

Don’t Ever Let your Emotions Steal your Power

I had a young woman come in to my office who felt
that she wasn’t getting enough attention.

She felt like nobody was paying any attention to
her at all.
She was mad and hated her life.

I asked her what was going on, and she told me that
the other night she went to the restaurant with her
friends and the waiter would only talk to her girl friend.
He was a young strapping lad and she wanted to be
acknowledged but he gave her no attention.
This invoked the emotion of anger, jealousy,
worry and she felt worthless.

The following day, she was at work and the guy
who washes the cars texted her and asked her
if she wanted her car washed.
She said she wasn’t sure and before she knew it,
he was texting everyone else in the office and asking
them if they wanted their car washed.
This infuriated her again.

Today when I saw her, her energy was down,
she was angry, and literally hated herself and her life.
I asked her, how she felt and she said,
“I feel horrible, nobody is paying any attention to me!”

I told her a story about a friend of mine that owns a
Siamese cat.
Everyday after work, the girl would come home and
pet the cat.
The cat would purr, and rub its body against its master.
One day, the housecleaner came to the house and brought
her child, who was only 8 months old.
The cat became completely jealous and hissed and pissed
on the floor.
That’s exactly what she has been doing.
The same as the jealous cat.

I told her,you are letting situations in your life turn your
power into stress.
It’s time to transform it now and Turn Stress into Power.

This is easy to do once you learn how,
you can transform your stress into energy and
that will give you your power back.

Every time we get upset we lose power and energy.
We all strive to get more power, more energy and
she was letting everyday situations steal all of her power.

“At the time of our death, all we have is the amount of
love we have given and the amount of energy we have stored.”
-Rudy

If you want to learn how to store energy I can teach you.
I took the key points from the best teachers I have studied with
and created a program to put you back in charge of your life.

Things like jealousy, anger, worry, struggle and
blame can be changed overnight.
You can take charge of your life and get your power back.

The Psychic fish

Sunday, March 13th, 2011
Share

I was invited to dinner last Thursday with an old friend, Franco, he is a great cook, but he is known internationally for his professional Palmistry or chiromency and cartomancy card reading.

He is one of the most interesting and well-traveled fellows I have ever met. The thing that strikes everyone who meets him is his humility, compassion for others and his willingness to serve when ever he can.

We were invited to this dinner and I knew it was going to be an interesting gathering for sure. There were only 7 guests but they were all-skilled in astrologists and were all very clairvoyant.
I can’t say that I know many psychics personally, but I knew this was going to be a lot of fun.

They made a rather unusual request of my friend and I. They asked if I would stop at Whole Foods and pick up one pound of fish.

My mind began to wonder, why would they ask me to pick up a pound of fish? Were they going to cast it out to the sea and do some type of psychic reading? Did they have plans to chop it up and make some kind of fish dip? I had no idea why they wanted the pound of fish, but as they requested I went to the store and I picked up one pound of Salmon.

On our way over to their house, I was thinking, maybe I made a mistake and misheard what they had said. What if I was supposed to pick up seven pounds of fish? Nevertheless, I showed up at the party at exactly 6:30 with my pound of fish in hand. Everyone greeted us, we had a drink, and I handed the host the pound of fish. She thanked us very much and there wasn’t another word said about the fish.

They planned a beautiful dinner and the conversation was about planetary activity, how astrology was affecting the stock market, global warming, the gold market and the oil crisis, and how it was going to change in the near future, some for the better and some for the worst.

I was in the kitchen, with my friend, Franco, and the hostess and she was trying to prepare the meal, marinating the fish, steaming the cuscus, and chopping the vegetables. The dips, chips and wine were all out and everybody was having fun. Then it happened!

It was time to put the fish on the grill. Apparently the hostess had never cooked fish in her life, the fire was burning hot, and as soon as she through the fish on the fire, the flames jumped up at least a foot in the air. Just then, Franco and I jumped in and said, “Let us help,” and before we knew it, we were in charge of the whole dinner party. We cooked everything to perfection and the meal was totally excusive.
The night was filled with stories; lots of laughter and all had a lot of fun.

We left around 11 o’clock and on the way home, Franco told me that he was exhausted. He had no idea that we where was going to be in charge of the dinner party. He had no idea that we were going to be the chief cook and bottle washer. We ended up preparing the food, cooking the food, serving the food, and cleaning up the entire kitchen before we left. It’s no wonder why he was exhausted.

I told him that it was an enjoyable evening but a strangest dinner party, when the guest ended up doing all of the work.

What Franco said to me is, although we worked our butts off we were able to be of service where it was needed and “I learned all of this from you Dr. Wu.” I said, “Franco, what are you talking about? I don’t cook, and I would have no idea how to run such an elegant dinner party, it was you I was just assisted. How did you learn this from me?”

Franco said, “Dr. Wu, it’s all in your book, Turn Stress into Power.” He went on to tell me that after he read my book, and started practicing the exercises, he knew that he could go into any situation, no matter how stressful, and turn that stress into power!

He told me, “I had no intentions of cooking tonight, and running a dinner party, my plan was to visit and relax, but I saw that I was needed, and by doing what had to be done, I was able to take a stressful situation and turn it into a win for everyone.
Dr. Wu Dhi , I have recommended your program, Turn Stress Into Power,
http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html
to hundreds of my friends, clients and associates, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart that I had learned to take the stressful situations in my life and turn them into a powerful situation that serves everyone.”

We all have the ability to turn all stress into power and do what is needed when it is needed. You can get energy and distress yourself at the same time.
In life you want to see where you can be of service and serve. When you can do that your stresses will definitely be turned into power.

Don’t ever Drop your Trouble light

My friend Bob is an engineer from Michigan.
His company installs, maintains and rebuilds
big industrial motors.
He was telling me about an account that he
had maintaining these giant motors that
generate the electricity for the salt mine
in Michigan.

Some 1,200 feet beneath the streets of Detroit,
runs 100 miles of subterranean roads over
an area of more than 1,500 acres.
It is the Detroit Salt Mine and as a geological
entity; this salt deposit is older than dinosaurs.

Bob told me that he had a contract to maintain
and clean these puppies for years until one day
they hired a new foreman that thought he’d save
money by cleaning the giant generators.

They used a very combustible solution that seemed
to work Well on the first two generators,
but the next one turned out to be a real disaster.

They were spraying the solution to cut the salt and
rust off the 20 foot motors when the “Trouble Light”
(A trouble light, also known as a rough service light,
is a special lamp used to illuminate obscure places
an handle moderate abuse)
dropped and broke, lighting up the entire place which
went up in smoke.
It blew the worker some 30 feet in the air and fried
the motor to a crisp. It cost the company a pretty penny
and the new foreman’s ass was grass. Luckily, no one was
killed and Bob was able to get it back together.

Some people are always trying to save a buck in the
wrong places and end up under the eight ball.

Just yesterday a patient came in the office who decided
to save money by cutting down on her coverage on her
auto insurance and sure as taxes she was driving down
interstate 95 on a rainy day and boom she hit someone.

She was really a wreck when I saw her. Neck and
shoulder pain, her wrist was swollen as well as her
chin and nose from the exploding air bag and her low
back and entire right side was a mess.

Now she has no car and the reason she canceled full
coverage in the first place is she lost her job and
had to get a bunch of dental work as well as major
underline health problems.

I asked her if she trained or spent any time in
meditation and guess what she told me? A BIG NO!
She said.” I am way to busy to do
any of that stuff.”

We all get overly busy at times and that’s just
the energy that the universe needs to push you
out of balance.
Too busy to maintain your center or equilibrium
and the next thing you know you get
smacked right in your big nose. Ouch!

But don’t worry I have a sure fire system to
keep you from getting those universal unwanted
bumps on your head.

Yap, you need to train to keep your self centered
and stress free. Here is what I suggest you do.

GPS Causes Excess Stress

Monday, May 3rd, 2010

GPS gong wrong It was the third day of the anti-aging conference and I was
getting tired of eating bad hotel food. I wanted to have a
good healthy meal away from the crowds. My friend Bob said
he has been in Orlando many times before and that the
Ocean Grill restaurant was the best in the area,
so off we went.
According to his new Global Positioning System (GPS) we were
about 25 minutes away.  When I looked at my watch I realized
that the restaurant may be closing soon,

so we gave them a call and the hostess said that they were
going to close the kitchen in about 20 minutes.
But we could put our order in and the food would be ready
by the time we arrived.  Bob ordered the Chilean Sea Bass,
a chopped sea food salad and we split the grilled asparagus.
I ordered the wild salmon with slivered almonds and everything
seemed to be going well, we could almost taste the food.
I was driving at a petty good clip to get there and the little
GPS was giving us exact directions turn right here,
make a left there, saving us precious time and getting us to
the big feast.

Then it happened, we realized that we were driving down a
residential street with no lights, no people, no restaurant we
were lost.
The new GPS system was off, way off.
Apparently the wonderful technology directed us to a spot
30 minutes in the wrong direction.
I sadly called the restaurant and apologized.

The two of us just had to laugh; there we were in
the middle of nowhere at 10 o’clock at night in the
outskirts of Orlando Florida and Hungry.

We ended up at the Waffle House having eggs for dinner and
laughing on our way back to the hotel.
When something like this happens in life people can blow
their top, and get really stressed out.
That does more harm to your health than you can imagine.

The stresses in life usually affect the adrenal glands,
you may have heard the term “Adrenal Fatigue”.
That’s when the adrenal glands are not functioning to
their optimal level usually associated prolonged stress.

The adrenals are the small glandular tissues that sit
directly on top of the kidneys and acts as the kidney protectors.
They are considered the hardest working organs and responsible for
the secreting various steroid hormones.
Adrenaline is one of them, the hormone that excites you.
Cortisol is an other, that triggers good and bad stresses.
The excessive levels of cortisol can and will burn out the adrenals.

According to Chinese medicine the adrenals contribute to energy,
warmth, and sexuality.

When the stresses of life hit and try to diminish your energy you can
be wiped out or Turn Stress Into Power.
They’re people who handle stress with elegance and they
seem to thrive on it.
And my guess is you’d like to be just like them.
Now you can.

http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

Turn Stress Into Power is more than a book it’s a program
that will give you the tools, exercises and mind set to become
that alchemist that can change overwhelm into confidence
and personal power.

Internal Qi Gong to control Pain

Today A student asked me if I knew how to control pain using Qi Gong.
I refered to this blog that I sent out a few years ago.
This is the story I told him.

As a kid growing up in Detroit you learned how to be tough
at an early age, and even if I got in a fight or got hurt
I learned how to control pain. That was something I learned
early.

Dr. Feldman our family dentist taught me from an early age to
 GET TOUGH!

You may remember those old dentist offices where that had
those old cable drills, well that’s what he had in his old
creepy office, with those old time cable drills that moved
really, really slowly with loud buzzing drills.
Dr Feldman told my mother, who seemed to believe
everything that he said, that kids didn’t need Novocain
or anything else for pain. He Told Her “Kids don’t really
feel any pain from the drilling”.
So we never got the numbing stuff.
I learned how to move my internal energy in my body to
avoid pain at an early age just to survive those early
days of touchier.
Not exactly the water board technique, but close.

I still use the technique to avoid pain,
to the amazement of my current dentist.

I was working out with a group of students about a
month ago showing some of the advanced techniques of
internal Qi gong and how to strike not at things but
through things.
I got distracted by a question from a senior students
and a newbie cold cocked me on my left side right on my jaw.
Ouch! I didn’t give it much energy and re-channeled the
pain and went on with the instructions.

A few days ago I was feeling some discomfort in my mouth
and went to the dentist to have it checked.
It turned out that I had a broken tooth and it needed to
be pulled.

When I said No Novocain! The dentist  and her assistant
turned white. After some discussion and seeing that it
wasn’t going to happen without me agreeing to let them
give me at least a ¼ dose I agreed for their sake I then
went into a deep meditation and before I knew it the
tooth was out.
I did much better than the doctor and her assistant in fact
I giver her call to day to check on her anxiety level after
seeing me. She was fine but still can’t believe that the
processors didn’t bother me.

Over the last 6 decades I have studied and learned many
techniques from the ancient cultures on to move, remove,
divert and avoid pain. On many different levels mentally,
physically, emotionally and locked in spiritual pain.
Some of these systems I have discovered out of necessity
others are drawn from the Taoist systems and Tibetan
systems, as well as Alchemy, Chinese medicine and the
secret teachings of Ayurvedic medicine.

These and other internal  Qigong exercises are what
I teach to the Qi Gong Inner Circle members.

Lunar Eclipse Tonight

Greetings!

One of the great things about having you on my email list is
that I can send you an email on-the-fly just like I do with all
my friends and family.

Tonight I want to use that to tell you about tonight’s Lunar
eclipse and a special exercise you can practice if you have the
Recharging Qi Gong.

Tonight on Wednesday February 20 at 10:37pm we will observe a
lunar eclipse.

At this time emotions tend to run high. A lunar eclipse signals
change in the emotional areas of life, and since people
naturally fear change, they can tend to become tense prior to
an eclipse in simple terms STRESSED OUT, especially if they are
dealing with big emotional issues in their lives. As the
eclipse approaches, tension builds until finally, it is
released with the darkening of the moon.

In the Recharging Qi Gong Program I have included a free gift
and an important one.

The Using Stress as an Ally booklet. In that booklet there is a
special Exercise that I learned from a Lama three decades ago.
It’s called the Tension Release exercise and this exercise will
give you a valuable tool to transform the stress into your own
Power point presentation and I am not talking about some thing
that you watch on your computer or on a screen. I am talking
about an inner power point that will give you the tools to turn
around any stressful situation and suck the juice out of it for
your own power.

On the same day the moon is full and in the sign of Virgo moon
is also called the Quickening Moon which prods us to look
inside ourselves for dormant possibilities.

To find our balance we must find the inner foundation on which
we can build the lives we desire. The Quickening Moon can draw
out the potential that now lies dormant in you, potential that
you may not know, marvels that lie in wait and are aching to
awaken.
