Sexual Power is Power

I know a group of guys who are years younger than
me and work hard and also have an active family
life. One is in his mid 50’s, two in their mid
40’s and a younger guy who just turned 26. They
golf, lift weights, Ski and play sports. But, for some
reason all of their blood work came back showing
low testosterone (LOW -T). They are now
all on supplements and some of them are even
injecting themselves with testosterone to try and
bring their levels up to normal. I find this very
unusual. Could it be their diet? Their stress
level? Or the wrong type of exercises?

When you start artificially feeding your body with
testosterone, what happens is your body actually
becomes lazy and stops producing it. This causes
the old ‘No Led in you pencil” syndrome. Although,
I am years older I have been focusing on internal
exercises that stimulate and strengthen the
kidneys, move the energy and keep the led sharpened.

It’s highly unusual for the 26 year old but he has
been losing too much Jing. In Chinese Medicine,
the Jing feeds your sexual energy, your internal
fluids, your vitality and keeps you young! If you
do the correct exercises, you can strengthen your
internal organs but if you are not paying
attention, losing vital fluids every time you make
love, believe it or not you are draining yourself,
aging yourself and you can end up with low back
pain, hair loss, knee pain, tinnitus and sexually
kapuffed.

Increase your Power and Energy

We have all heard of the placebo effect.
“It is the measurable, observable, or felt
improvement in health or behavior not attributable
to a medication or invasive treatment that has
been administered. The placebo effect is not mind
over matter; it is not mind-body medicine. ‘The
placebo effect’ has become a catchall term for a
positive change in health.”

In a medical study, researchers will give half of
the group real medicine and the other half a sugar
pill. The sugar pill is considered to be placebo
and more than half of the time the person
receiving the sugar pill gets better, thats more
than just the power of suggestion. It is believing
that something will work, so it works! This is
true in many medical studies but when it comes to
Qi Gong, you need to practice.

I have been doing Qi Gong for the last 30 years
and I have no illness, no sore muscles, no
digestive problems and my sexual activity is as
good as ever. The other day I went on a film shoot
to demonstrate some Qi Gong and mediation
exercises with 2 professional photographers. They
are both 1/3 my age. I did exercises, stretches,
meditations and much more. We shot all day at
to 5 different locations all over South Beach and
we finally ended up in the Wynnewood area, one of
the hot spots for lifestyles, art and cool
restaurants in Miami.

Even though they are much younger than me, the 2
photographers were exhausted! Yet my energy was
still peaking! They said, “we had enough!” and my
energy was buzzing for hours. Went I returned home I wrote a blog, took a sauna, meditated and got to bed around 11
o’clock.
My usual day starts at 6 a.m. with
meditation, exercise and breakfast. I’m in the
office till 7 at night and I am full of energy all
the time! It’s no placebo and it’s not in my head
but it’s the nature of what the internal exercises
can do for you if you practice daily. Internal exercises,
stimulates the body, mind and spirit. It opens up
the meridians, the chakras and strengthens your
sexual energy.

In 2006 I put together a program of 36 of the most
powerful exercises to rewire our systems. It’s
called the Recharging Qi Gong. It consists of a
book, a guided practice DVD, an instructional
training DVD,
5 CD’s on:
1. Sexual Vitality
2. Internal secrets of Qi Gong
3. Compassion, the path to Mental Well-being
4. The Spiritual keys to Qi Gong
5. The 5 Elements of Transformational Power

Was the Sex Worth It????

Frank and his wife moved to Florida for the
winter. They are typical snowbirds and come down
right after Thanksgiving and play in the sun until
Easter and then head back up north for the summer.
Nice way to live if you can pull that one off. A
few years ago Frank started training with me.
Although his concept of Qi was new and out of
context sort of thing, he never heard of Qi Gong.
He took to it like a duck takes to water.

Every day we got together he raved about Qi Gong,
energy work and how happy he is with this new found
energy. Last week his wife joined us for a
workout, although she claims working- out isn’t
her thing she said, “I had to come to see what
Frank was doing to be so frisky in bed after years
of “not much activity”

I explained that Qi Gong is one of the keys to
sexual power and that includes better orgasms.
The more you understand the relationship between
energy, your Qi and your sexuality, the easier it
is to convert the power and drive of sexual
energy.
When practicing with a trained and knowledgeable
partner it can lead to more satisfying, longer
lasting sex, and greatly add to your health and
vitality.

When we get excited sexually, all our cells get
excited as well, almost to an explosive nature the
weak cells die off and the stronger ones get even
stronger. This excitement and increasable movement
of Qi reverses the aging process and keeps you
healthy and younger.

Sexual Qi Gong practice can help with such common
sexual dysfunctions as:
•Impotence
•Premature ejaculation
•Frigidity
•Menstrual problems
•Menopause

Trying to understand, comprehend and get the most
out of your sexual experience without including
the energy work is like going to an Italian
restaurant and saying you don’t eat carbs. It can
be done but isn’t more than half as rewarding.

Qi Gong can open up a new world of sexuality for
you and your partner.
Sexual Qi Gong is well understood in the Oriental
system; for the most part in the West people don’t
have a clue about energy, they think the goal of
sex is to cum…that’s it.

Sexual Qi gong practices work on both self and
duel cultivation.
Developing the ability to practice Sexual Qi Gong
requires training in how to master particular
practices, it’s not all just in the mind’s ability
to control and direct the Energy/Qi, and it is
also in developing the strength and power in the
sexual muscles, pelvic muscles, and organs. There
are techniques that a couple can engage in, which
have been found to have numerous health benefits
and healing effects on particular organs and
bodily systems.

The most essential aspect of sex with a partner is
that there is a very specific energy exchange that
takes place. It is exchanged from each partner to
the other and this serves to “balance out” each
one. This is perhaps the most compelling aspect of
sexuality and the aspect that drives people to it.

If these abilities are not developed then it is
like sending a gift back unopened.

the tools you will need to make your sex life
better, stronger and keep you younger. Reserve

The Grand Move on the Winter Solstice Day!

Monday, December 24th, 2012
Share

For the last 5 years, I’ve been working in an
office with a group of doctors and I’ve been in
the same room number 213 for all that time! On the
solstice, December 21st I decided to finally make
an . Now, sometimes it’s hard to
make an energetic shift when you work with a group
of doctors but I made that shift 12.21.12! I moved
into a larger room with a better number, 212.
First of all, I cleaned everything out of the
room, I put down the crystals to change the
energy, I lit the incents to feed all of the stale
energy and spirits that may be lingering in that
room from other patients. I took my bell and dorgi
and changed the total vibration in the room. I
placed the energetic crystals in every corner and
did the rice blessing to bring in prosperity that
I may be of service to more patients and bring
them better health.

Whenever one makes a move into a new space no
matter if it’s a house or an apartment or even a
room, the importance of the purification is most
important to ones health and well-being. I know a
young couple who moved into their apartment and
made no changes at all. All they did was sweep the
floor. They had no idea that the person who lived
there before was an alcoholic and abusive to his
wife. When he left the apartment, he left a stale
energy. It’s not something that you could see but
when you walked into their apartment, it had a
dingy feeling, almost like it wasn’t clean. It
wasn’t that they didn’t wash anything, dust and
sweep, it’s just that they didn’t clean it
energetically. It’s the same with our exercises.
If you had been going to the gym and jogging and
sticking with that pattern for years, and you’re
starting to get aches and pains and stale energy
inside, it’s time to make a shift and cleanse
yourself from the inside out. I created the
Recharging Qi Gong for just this reason. To make a
shift in your energy. It doesn’t mean that you
have to leave your exercise routine. There is a
saying that if you do physical exercises, you must
do energetic exercises, but if you do energetic
exercises, it’s not necessary to do the physical
exercises. The Recharging Qi Gong Program consists
of a book that explains each exercise, what it’s
for and how to use it to your advantage. It also
come with an instruction DVD and a practice DVD
plus 5 CD’s that explains everything about
energetic work, Qi Gong, internal energy, sexual
practices plus much more. If you have the program,
start practicing daily! But if for some reason you
don’t have the Recharging Qi Gong program, order

The Magic of 12, 12, 12

I want to thank all of you for wishing me a happy
birthday!
This birthday was really special as the numbers
were 12-12-12
A very auspicious number in numerology and they
say that it’s one of the port wholes of energy.

I was directed to be in the “Big EZ’ New Orleans
and let me tell you how much fun I had!
It wad awesome!
New Orleans is known for its food, music and
culture and I took advantage of all three.
Although when I got there Thursday night I ate at
a great Gumbo restaurant and it was delicious! I
started my birthday out by waking early in the
morning and being thankful for everything in my
life and of course that includes all of you.

I was up early and did my Qi Gong Training long
before the city woke up and then I was off to a
great restaurant for breakfast and to walk around
the French Quarter and enjoy the beautiful
architecture, music and art.

I talked to as many people as I could and I even
had a chance to work on somebody who had a stiff
neck, so on my birthday I made sure that I did
everything that I want in the coming year. They
say that every 2 hours of the day of your birthday
will represent a month in the coming year.

I ate good food
I trained
I worked on people
I shared my energy
Saw beautiful artwork
Listened to great music
Meditated
And I took in the real meaning of life – peoples’
joys, peoples’ pain and suffering and their
prayers.

I made my special birthday a birthday of gratitude
and thankfulness.
I told you in my last letter that this year is
going to be focused on 2 things and health is #1!

I’ll be sharing more information than ever before
on internal work, meditation, vitality and
longevity practices with the members of the Qi

The Wolf inside of You

Monday, November 5th, 2012
Share

Often the elders of the American Indian tribes
would use stories involving animals to teach this
story that involves two Wolves.

One evening an old told his grandson
about a battle that goes on inside people. He
said, “My son, the battle is between two “wolves”
inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow,
regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt,
resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride,
superiority, and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope,
serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence,
empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and
then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you
feed.”

When we take the time and energy to feed the right
emotion we can create a life that we want to have.
Feeling productive, happy and having the things we
want come to us effortlessly.

I have shared similar stories with my students and
patients. Some are feeding the good and others the
bad. What ever you put your attention into will
grow and give you the rewards.
For years I have put my attention into positive
growth, ways to keep my body and mind strong and
my spirit alive.

These practices take time and energy but so do the
negative ones. Choose to be the best at what you
do and practice daily.

Every month I create a DVD for the members of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle to keep us on tract, build in
positive energy and keep us healthy.

The key is keeping the internal organs healthy-
the brain, the sexual organs and the 5 Yin organs.
Old age happens when you stop practicing. Join us
in learning how to stay young even in old age.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle you will learn
anti-aging formulas to keep going strong!

Embarrassing Stories that we remember forever

Monday, October 29th, 2012

Every family has a story that their parents and
grandparents tell them when they are kids and they
remember it word for word. I remember my dad
telling me that he always wears underpants and the
reason why is… When he first started to date my
mother when he was 20 years old living in Detroit
in the cold winter there was lots of snow on the
ground and he was outside with his friends and his
girlfriend, who eventually became my mother. They
were having a snowball fight and when my father
bent down to make a snowball, his pants split open
and all his junk was exposed to god and country.
From that day on he always wore underpants.

I was telling one of my patients this story and
she told me a story about her father…

It seemed that when her father was young he
started to lose his hair and one of his friends
told him that if he would take newspaper, and rub
his head everyday with newspaper the ink from the
newspaper would stimulate hair growth. He said to
the fellow with the fine advice, “In that case I
should have a lot of hair on my ass because I wipe
with toilet paper everyday!” She said her bother
and sisters remember this story to this day and
when they see the newspaper they think of dad.

We all have things that stick to our memory from
childhood and in some cases this is a very
positive thing. That’s why I started teaching my
children Qi Gong meditation and internal exercises
at a young age. They remember things that are
funny, shocking, or have a great impact in their
lives. As long as you make it fun, have a great
story around it, are consistent in your teachings
and practice you will remember it in body, mind
and spirit.

What you’re actually doing is I started
my children on Flying Crane Qi Gong when they were
very young and they still practice. This builds
internal power, focus, and peace of mind and keeps
the body young.

If you don’t have this program and you are not
practicing by all means get one today! It comes
with a CD on Qi Gong Meditation and two DVD’s; one
with the practical application, and the other
instructional. Flying crane Qi Gong has five major
moves, and the secret automatic move. This Qi Gong
has been used to heal the body and bring you back
to optimal health in the least amount of time.

Can LOVE keep you healthy?

Monday, October 8th, 2012

Yesterday in the Sunday review I talked about
dodge ball.
It’s natural that when someone sneezes or coughs
we all like to avoid them and getting sick.

In traditional medicine, we are always trying to
kill the germ or avoid the germ.
But that’s not really the problem. It all has to
do with our immune system.

But
when I was a kid, I did all the wrong things! I ate
junk food, stayed up all night and I never got
sick! I hardly ever got a cold!

Why?
I will tell you why. I have always been active,
exercised and generally found life to be fun. When
you are having fun and especially when you are in
love, you just don’t get sick. All of the cells in
your body are moving and grooving and you are
feeling good all over. I can remember when I was
20 years old. I was living in Michigan and gong to
school. My girlfriend called me; she was at the
University of Colorado in Boulder.

She said this to me: “I miss you so much, I wish I
could see you this weekend!”

The next thing I knew I was driving to Boulder, CO
– it was a 36 hour trip. I didn’t bother to sleep,
I ate all of my meals at the 7/11 and when I got
there I felt great! I was in LOVE!

When you are in love, every cell in your body is
smiling and vibrating. You are feeling great! The
old stale cells are kicked out and the new live
strong cells are vibrating! Your immune system is
at peak performance! So if you think about it,
it’s not all about diet, sleep, but it’s about
having a strong immune system and feeling good all
over.

Now, we all know that diet and exercise is
important. When I put together the DVD’s every
month for the Qi Gong Inner Circle, I am vibrating
with energy. I love doing this stuff! Once you
become a member and start watching the DVD’s and
start practicing the exercises and meditations,
you will notice a shift in your mental, spiritual
and emotional bodies. If you are not a member yet,
now is the time to join and feel good all over.

It’s Doctor Wu Dhi and today is going to be an
excellent day, a
day for you to take all of your internal energy
and focus on it like a laser.

Start your day by popping out of bed and get out
the door within ½ hour of the time your feet hit
the floor to exercise – walk, run, yoga, swim or
Qi Gong, some thing to get your blood moving. A
real warrior comes from the inside and proclaims
BAM!

-Know what you want

-Turn and face it

-Then move without hesitation

You will get it!

When you are on fire nothing can stick to you or
slow you down.
This is the fire of enthusiasm. As soon as you get
back home take a refreshing shower and then
breakfast. Look at your goals for the day and get
a move-on

That’s the way to start a GAD!

It’s the same as the internal Energy (Qi).

This is the day you move closer to what you want.

By moving closer to what inspires you, the
cultivation of even more Qi is easy.

Qi Cultivation is more than work.

When you are really being moved by Qi you are
being worked!

This is Dr. Wu Dhi wishing you an excellent day.
Get out there and move your body and breath.

“Results based Medicine”

Alternative therapies have not been well documented from a conventional prospective but they have existed for thousands of years and millions of people are being treated by these systems daily. You have to wonder why the general population is turning to acupuncture, medical Qi Gong, Homeopathic medicine and Reiki therapy for their health care.

Could it be

Brad feeling good and looking good

According to Stanford Center for Research in Disease Prevention, Stanford University School of Medicine, Palo Alto, Calif 94304-1583, USA. astin@scrdp.stanford.edu

Abstract
CONTEXT:
Research both in the United States and abroad suggests that significant numbers of people are involved with various forms of alternative medicine. However, the reasons for such use are, at present, poorly understood.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate possible predictors of alternative health care use.

METHODS:
Three primary hypotheses were tested. People seek out these alternatives because (1) they are dissatisfied in some way with conventional treatment; (2) they see alternative treatments as offering more personal autonomy and control over health care decisions; and (3) the alternatives are seen as more compatible with the patients’ values, worldview, or beliefs regarding the nature and meaning of health and illness. Additional predictor variables explored included demographics and health status.

DESIGN:
A written survey examining use of alternative health care, health status, values, and attitudes toward conventional medicine. Multiple logistic regression analyses were used in an effort to identify predictors of alternative health care use.

SETTING AND PARTICIPANTS:
A total of 1035 individuals randomly selected from a panel who had agreed to participate in mail surveys and who live throughout the United States.

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE:
Use of alternative medicine within the previous year.

RESULTS:
The response rate was 69%. The following variables emerged as predictors of alternative health care use: more education (odds ratio [OR], 1.2; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.1-1.3); poorer health status (OR, 1.3; 95% CI, 1.1-1.5); a holistic orientation to health (OR, 1.4; 95% CI, 1.1-1.9); having had a transformational experience that changed the person’s worldview (OR, 1 .8; 95% CI, 1 .3-2.5); any of the following health problems: anxiety (OR, 3.1; 95% CI, 1.6-6.0); back problems (OR, 2.3; 95% CI, 1 .7-3.2); chronic pain (OR, 2.0; 95% CI, 1.1 -3.5); urinarytract problems (OR, 2.2; 95% CI, 1.3-3.5); and classification in a cultural group identifiable by their commitment to environmentalism, commitment to feminism, and interest in spirituality and personal growth psychology (OR, 2.0; 95% CI, 1.4-2.7). Dissatisfaction with conventional medicine did not predict use of alternative medicine. Only 4.4% of those surveyed reported relying primarily on alternative therapies.

CONCLUSION:
Along with being more educated and reporting poorer health status, the majority of alternative medicine users appear to be doing so not so much as a result of being dissatisfied with conventional medicine but largely because they find these health care alternatives to be more congruent with their own values, beliefs, and philosophical orientations toward health and life.

The field of alternative medicine involves both the physical body and psychological processes of thoughts, emotions, beliefs and attitudes which are all expressions of Energy or Life Force.

In traditional Chinese medicine this Life Force is called (Qi). In Japanese it’s called (Ki) and in Ayurveda medicine, practiced in India for thousands of years it’s called (Prana) all these age-old systems work with Energy. Although they’re related, they’re not precisely the same thing as the scientific concept of energy. The word ENERGY used in this context is something that can be felt.

Our health is determined by the overall flow and balance of a person’s vital life force energy. If there is an imbalance or blockage in the natural flow of the subtle energy fields in the body there will be some form of disease, mentally, physical, emotional or spiritually. Therapies like acupuncture and Qi Gong work by correcting imbalances in the flow of subtle energy along the meridian pathways. In therapies such as Qi Gong, Healing touch, and even prayer, a practitioner can emit or transmit the vital energy to a recipient as a way to restore health.

Traditional Chinese Medical System (TCM), maybe the true forefather of “Energy medicine” it has five branches. The one most of us are familiar with is acupuncture. This treatment involves the (virtually) painless insertion of very fine needles into the skin at points that follow the meridians pathways.

Another branch of TCM is Qi Gong

It involves the use of meditation, movement and breath regulation to improve or rebalance the flow of vital energy (Qi). These movements can be performed by virtually anyone, regardless of age or fragility. Research has shown that regular use of Qi Gong exercises can improve circulation, improve immune function and promote a relaxation response in the body. In China today, these therapies are used in many hospitals along with conventional medicine to treat cancer, heart disease and digestive problems, etc.

In Medical Qi Gong the doctor or practitioner emit or transmit energy (Qi) from their hands into the patient to rebuild health. This takes many years of training and practice to develop these skills, practitioners uses their hands to feel imbalances of energy and to strengthen, correct or redirect the energy flow (Qi) to promoting health. There is evidence that a wide variety of illnesses such as stress related physical symptoms, pain, high blood pressure and heart conditions are treated and resolved. The goal of Medical Qigong is to correct these bio-energetic imbalances and blockages. This enables the body to strengthen and regulate the internal organs, the nervous system and the immune system, relieve pain, regulate hormones, and strengthen and release deep-seated emotions and stress.

The client will be given Medical Qi Gong Prescription Exercises after the treatment to assist in their ongoing healing.

Medical Qigong is a complete system of Health Care that recognizes the root causes of symptoms or disease, and treats the client as a whole. Practiced as an excellent adjunct to Western Medicine, Chinese Medicine may successfully treat people with conditions that Western Medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.

Like any other system of health care, Medical Qi Gong is not a panacea but can be a highly effective Health Care practice. Many Health Care Professionals recommend Medical Qigong as an important form of complementary and Alternative Medicine.

“My goal is to educate my patients so that once I get them to the healing point they can keep themselves there without me.”

My patients are encouraged to practice Qi Gong on a daily basis. Programs like the Flying Crane Qi Gong that is practiced all through China to promote health and to build a strong immune system and The Recharging Qi Gong program that has helped thousands of people to stay fit and keep both the body and mind young.
