Captured at Sea by a Teenager

Monday, February 20th, 2012

Sunday night my granddaughter flew
into Miami to spend a week with me!
As most of you know, I have 2 boys and
I also have a brother. There are no girls in
the family at all! BUT, next week I have my
very own teenager coming to stay with me.

Let me tell you a little bit about her.

Last Thanksgiving, I flew into Detroit to
see my family. I stopped at Whole Foods and
bought organic everything-Turkey with all of
the trimmings, cranberry sauce, vegetables, salads,
and pies. The food was great but a bit expensive!

We all sat down to have a beautiful dinner
and my teenage granddaughter only ate the
mashed potatoes and the rolls and maybe a little
bit of the dessert. To me, she is a junk food
eater and now she is coming to visit me for a week
in Florida. I was moderately freaking out thinking it
was going to be a week of donuts, candy bars,
fried food and other stuff that I hate buying for anyone!

So I solved the problem by taking a 4
day cruise to the Caribbean!
She can eat whatever she wants, play
with other kids and she only has to unpack one time.

This is going to be great! So with my computer in
hand and a host of meditations and exercises,
I am off to sea this week to do some incredible
meditations in the darkness of the night.

The New Moon is on the 21st of February and it
will be pitch black out at sea.
I’ll be sharing the meditation that I am doing with
the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle and how
they can use this type of work to build their spiritual
digestive system, ground their energy, and open up
to the darkness of the new moon.

If you’re not a member yet, what are you waiting for?

These teachings are not available to just anyone.
ONLY to the members of the QI Gong Inner circle!

When you are Smiling, the Whole World Smiles at you!

Friday, February 17th, 2012
Share

I was living in the mountains at 8,0945 ft.
The winters were cold and the
terrain was rough.
I always had to drive a 4 wheel truck and
the town was small.
There were only 400 people living in the
entire town.

I left Michigan and moved to Telluride, Colorado
with my family the year before the ski area
opened and long before it became a popular attraction
for skiers from all over the world. Every morning at
around 6’oclock, I would leave the house and walk
down to the bakery shop.

The girl who ran the bakery shop was very beautiful!
Black hair that glistened in the sun and eyes that
looked like two black pearls in the ocean.
She was absolutely stunning!
Except for one thing, she NEVER EVER SMILED!

Pattie always had a frown on her face.
It wasn’t just me who noticed this. Everyone
told her how beautiful she was, but she never smiled.

People don’t realize that a smile comes from inside.
Deep down within our core, we have a muscle
that needs to be exercised all of the time.
It’s our smile muscle. To work the smile muscle,
every day when you get out of bed, you need to start
exercising your smile muscle. Here is the formula to
put a smile on your face every morning. Get a tube of
lipstick, it doesn’t matter the color, but bright red is a good one.
Go into the bathroom and with the
lipstick write on the mirror,
“I look so good, I must be going to a party.”
Every morning when you drag yourself out of bed,
and you walk into the bathroom, the first thing you
are going to read is that quote.
This will definitely put a smile on your face!

In the book, Turn Stress into Power, there is a special
meditation called, “the Smile Meditation.” It will help you
build your smile muscle and after a few weeks, you will be
smiling every day come rain or shine.

Dr. Wu Dhi’s Longevity Secrets

Wednesday, February 15th, 2012

I was reading the “Baby Boomers guide to Longevity”
and I was impressed on what they had to say about how
you can increase your life span and improve your health.
Here is a summary of what they said about
‘The Time Honored Energy Practice Qi Gong:’

“We know that stress ages us. It tires out and weakens the
immune system. Eventually, chronic stress will start to show
up in our joints and aging skin. This makes Qi Gong, an ancient
energy practice from China, an especially effective Anti-Aging Remedy.”

In China, Qi Gong is the name given to the study, practice, and
cultivation of Qi (chi), which mean’s “Created Energy.”
The word ‘Gong’ comes from GongFu, which refers to energy and time.
Although there are different ways to perform Qi Gong, most practices
involve breathing exercises and a series of carefully choreographed
movements or gestures designed to facilitate the flow of Qi (chi).
A consistent Qi Gong practice has the ability to strengthen physical
power, increase mental alertness, endurance, and promote long life.

As it relates to longevity, Qi Gong is especially important because,
in addition to restoring and moving lost Qi, it also replenishes the
blood. As we age, our blood supplies dwindle and our bodies become dry,
brittle, and less elastic. In both Western and Chinese medicine, it is
our bone marrow that maintains healthy levels of red and white blood cells
– the fluid that protects and nourishes the body. The Qi Gong exercises that
I teach and practice restore the suppleness of this marrow, which in turn
strengthens the brain and enhances our mental capacity.

In addition, medical studies have found that Qi Gong practice reduces
sympathetic activity (the fight -or-flight responses that are activated
under stress) in the central nervous system. At the same time, Qi Gong
increases parasympathetic activity, which is restorative and most active
during periods of rest. Qi Gong is considered a viable therapy for
protecting the heart, lowering blood pressure, and reducing anxiety,
all without the need for drugs!”- Well said.

Personally, I have been practicing and teaching Qi Gong for 35 years and
have a Masters in Medical Qi Gong from the International institute of Medical Qi Gong.
I can say without a doubt that my practices have kept me younger and healthier.
I take no medicine, feel great I haven’t had any operations and my sexual
energy is great! I have to say that all of my organs function well.
My brain and memory are only getting better and I want to share this with you.

Yes, you can avoid dangerous medicine, going under the surgeon’s knife and restore your health.

I have two ways that you can learn this wonderful system. On Sunday

In search of a Good Meal

Friday, January 27th, 2012

For the last few years I have been looking
for a good breakfast place near my house.
God knows I have tried everyone within a 5 mile
radius of my house and I am sorry to say there just
aren’t any good ones, but I kept on searching.

I knew there must be something around.
Most restaurants serve eggs, bacon, toast and coffee
but they don’t think about health. Breakfast is often
called the most important meal of the day and there
are good reasons for that.
When you wake up in the morning, your body has
been fasting, for hours.
Breakfast literally means, “Break the fast.”
A good breakfast gives your body and brain
the energy they need to function.
By eating breakfast, you’ll be less likely to overeat
later in the day. If you’re trying to lose weight,
don’t try to cut calories by skipping breakfast.
Studies have shown that most people who have lost
weight and kept it off eat breakfast every day.
Research has shown that those who eat a healthy
breakfast are more productive than those who don’t.
We know school reports that children who eat
breakfast get higher test scores and perform
better all year long.

What I prefer in the morning is protein like eggs at
least a few days a week with vegetables and
occasionally I’ll add some smoked salmon or turkey.
I usually do 2 whites to one whole egg.
A few mornings I just eat fruit and drink tea, and
this really gets the bowels moving and keeps the
system clean. As for the other days I drink a good
protein drink like I-5 from Zymogen -16 grams of
protein, all of the amino’s and the necessary vitamins.

I’ll add a scoop of “Greens First,” it’s filled with all of
the fruits and vegetables you’ll need for the entire day
in 1 scoop and I make sure I take my vitamins with it.

You can order the I5 and the Greens First
by letting me know and I’ll send it out the next day.

Oh My! – Possum Pie!

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012
Share

For the last few nights I have set traps
in my garden to see if I could catch and
remove the possums. They have been fighting
in the trees, making a racket all night and keeping
me and the neighbors up all night. My friend Harvey
loaned me his animal trap and with a can of cat food
and his steel trap, I have managed to trap and relocate
?3 large possums and one baby so far. I put the food out
at one end of the trap and when Mr. Possum comes in
for a snack, the door slams shut. Then I picked up the
cage and drove 3 or 4 miles away to the park and
put the critters in their new home. Hopefully they
can’t find their way back to my place.

They look somewhat like a big rat- the
Size of a cat, grey and black fur,
beady black eyes, cute pink pointed
nose, feet and tail like a rat and black ears.
When I caught the little guy he was
hissing and growling and showing his
50 sharp teeth.
They say they are
gentle and placid, but you could have fooled me.
I don’t do much trapping, hunting or making possum pie but
for the last few nights I was up late trapping.
Now everything is quite in
my neighborhood again, although I read that they will
eventually find their way back home.

We all like being where we are. Even if someone or something
relocates us or changes things in you life,
we will get back to what is
normal for us and back in our comfort zone.
That’s why it’s so important
for our health and well-being to establish practices,
exercises and meditations
that serve us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

The Recharging Qi Gong Program was definitely
not a last minute thought.
It took research, study, and years of practice to come
up with this program that
will support you on every level.

Today is the day to make those changes in your life.

Don’t hesitate, order today!

“Life is a Beach! -I’m Just Playing in the Sand !”

Friday, January 13th, 2012

This morning I was walking with a few
friends down to the sea. The weather was just
perfect- around 65 degrees with no humidity
and fluffy white clouds in the sky. As I looked over
the ocean, I saw the beautiful morning sun peeking
its radiant head, I automatically went into a meditation
and started doing my internal Qi Gong practices.

My friends joined in and after a few minutes I could
sense that there was an incredible amount of energy
around me. I turned around and there was a group of
strangers that joined in. The energy was intense and I
could feel the Qi moving in all of my meridians as if I
were lit up like a Christmas tree. The practice went on
for about 45 minutes although it seemed like it was only
a few minutes. When I came out of the practice I could see the
entire group had a special glow around them.

I introduced myself and everyone had a slew of questions on
what just happened, what we just did and how he or she
could get more information and learn more about it.

“Well everyone,” I said, “You have just experienced the
power of Qi Gong and the energy that you are feeling
comes from all of the internal energy centers opening
up. It’s an ancient Taoist longevity practice that has
kept me far younger than my years and if you practice
these special moves you can actually retard the aging
process and keep you young, more flexible and youthful!!”

Check it out and get started today.
You’ll be glad you did.

Weird Way To Stop Feeling Sad (free video)

Monday, December 5th, 2011
Share

Several years ago, I met a young man who was
always sad -
always had a dark cloud hanging over his head.

He was a fitness fanatic and in pretty
good shape, but had never gone deep into the
kind of exercises
I teach, which transform your body on an
internal as well as external level.

After a couple years,he tried just one
of these exercises out.
He didn’t think much of it because it was
really easy to do, so he start with just
a minute or two per day.

Soon that became 5 minutes. Then 10.

And all of a sudden he was transformed.

He looked better, felt better,
and had more energy.
People even started liking him more -
automatically. And he never saw that
benefit coming!
All because he took a chance on
something new, and tried out an exercise
even though it seemed
too simple and easy to do.

Today he’s a changed man, and it all
started with one simple exercise.
Just recently,
he made a video about his story
which you can watch here:

Over the river and through the woods to
Grandmother’s house I go.

Tomorrow morning,
I’ll be going up north and it’s going to be cold.
I have my winter clothes ready and packed, my
boots, gloves, scarf and hats. They told me that
they are expecting snow, It’s not often that I see snow!

But here I go—I’ll be spending this Thanksgiving
with my Kids, Grandkids, my Mother and some Good Friends.

I’m really thankful to still have my mother around.
She is going to be 92 in February and she has every
bit of her facility. Mom is well read she reads two novels
every week, and she breezes through at least a dozen
or so magazines.
She knows what’s happening politically and really has her
options on what the government is doing, social issues
and she is a Detroit Lion and Detroit Tigers fan.
I talk to her every day and our conversations are always
Stimulating and built on love and respect for each other.

I’m going to be there for the Thanksgiving joy and
that’s the reason I am sharing my joy with all of you

At last it’s Turkey Day!
You know that list that you
Started writing yesterday
about your New Moon goals?
Work on it a little today to refine
what you want. Moon magic is a powerful
way to stay in flow and have miracles manifest
in your life.

Make sure that you read them out loud, in a whisper
and then silently. This will charge your words
and give them power.
Do this everyday until the New moon on the 25th
On Friday 25th put your notes away and every
time you have a drink, no matter if it’s water
or wine; think about the 36 things that you wrote.

This is a way to program your body, mind and spirit to
receive what you want and give blessings to others.
I wish all of you a very happy and Thankful Thanksgiving.
May all of your wishes come true!
