Today on the 1st of January 2014 something very
rare will happen.

We will start the first day of the New Year with a
New Moon!

This almost never happens, in fact 19 years ago
was the last time we had a New Moon on New Years
day. You can use the energy of the Yin moon to
your advantage to get what you want.

Let the New Moon bring in all your desires in life
without struggle, worry or blame.

Have you made New Year resolutions? Well guess
what? On the average, only 8% of those goals are
achieved, that’s not very good.

Want to increase your odds of achieving those
goals? Here is a true formula of Moon Magic that
works like a lucky charm. Set your goals in 8
different domains and your chances of achieving
what you want will increase by leaps and bounds.

The new moon represents new beginnings.

The importance of the New Moon is the opportunity
to start a new life and refresh your dreams,
wishes and desires.

The Magic of 12, 12, 12

I want to thank all of you for wishing me a happy
birthday!
This birthday was really special as the numbers
were 12-12-12
A very auspicious number in numerology and they
say that it’s one of the port wholes of energy.

I was directed to be in the “Big EZ’ New Orleans
and let me tell you how much fun I had!
It wad awesome!
New Orleans is known for its food, music and
culture and I took advantage of all three.
Although when I got there Thursday night I ate at
a great Gumbo restaurant and it was delicious! I
started my birthday out by waking early in the
morning and being thankful for everything in my
life and of course that includes all of you.

I was up early and did my Qi Gong Training long
before the city woke up and then I was off to a
great restaurant for breakfast and to walk around
the French Quarter and enjoy the beautiful
architecture, music and art.

I talked to as many people as I could and I even
had a chance to work on somebody who had a stiff
neck, so on my birthday I made sure that I did
everything that I want in the coming year. They
say that every 2 hours of the day of your birthday
will represent a month in the coming year.

I ate good food
I trained
I worked on people
I shared my energy
Saw beautiful artwork
Listened to great music
Meditated
And I took in the real meaning of life – peoples’
joys, peoples’ pain and suffering and their
prayers.

I made my special birthday a birthday of gratitude
and thankfulness.
I told you in my last letter that this year is
going to be focused on 2 things and health is #1!

I’ll be sharing more information than ever before
on internal work, meditation, vitality and
longevity practices with the members of the Qi
Gong Inner Circle

Once in a Blue Moon

Wednesday, August 29th, 2012
Share

I was looking at the calendar in my office and I
realized that this Friday August 31st is a Blue
Moon.

How Auspicious!

There is only one real way you can harness the
power of the Blue Moon.
And no, it’s not Taoist yoga or a Tibetan ritual.
It comes from you – and when it does it can change
your life.
You see, “Once in a Blue Moon” is a common way of
saying not very often, but what exactly is a Blue
Moon?

The average interval between Full Moons is about
29.5 days, and the length of an average month is
roughly 30.5 days. This makes it very unlikely
that any given month will contain two Full Moons,
though it does sometimes happen.
On average, there will be 41 months that have two
Full Moons in every century, so you could say that
once in a Blue Moon actually means once every
two-and-a-half years.

The calendar that we use to measure the days and
the nights is very special to us when we realize
that we measure our lives by the calendar as well.
How many natural events do you know of that happen
once every couple of years?
How many Blue Moons have you seen in your
lifetime?

How many more have you got?
Where will you be in your personal health,
vitality, and happiness at the time the next Blue
Moon rolls around?

Start something new this Blue Moon and stick with
it. Not for a month, or a year, but stick with it
for a full Blue Moon and I’m sure the Blue Moon
will never be the same for you again.
The next full moon will be on the 31st of August
and this will be a Blue Moon, that’s this Friday!

This full moon is highly auspicious
a time to make some changes in your life
and stick to the program for at least the next
blue moon in 2.5 years . Start a program today and
stay with it,
The Recharging Qi Gong Program will change your life it
you practice it. Get a copy today http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html
Go there now, open your wallet, pull out that
little piece of plastic, type in the numbers, take
a deep breath and visualize how healthy and vital
you want to be two and a half years from now, and
click the “submit” button.

Laugh if you must, that makes you younger too, but
the power of the Blue Moon will instantly start
streaming your way immediately.

Not because I said so, but because you say so.
By making this Blue Moon special, every Blue Moon
will be a special reminder that we have to
practice and play every day to live a long and
healthy life.

Hamster Wheel Kills Man in Miami

Monday, June 23rd, 2008
Share

Not many. This morning I went for an early morning walk where I live in Miami Beach and there were plenty of people out doing the same. I looked to see how many were relaxed and smiling.

Not Good.

In fact, most looked liked they just dragged their body out of bed like a bad dog and were beating it to walk.

Some looked so serious they looked like they were taking some nasty medicine.

I actually stopped one person and asked if they were ok. It occurred to me that there is a very common misconception that goes like this. Activity equals Vitality. Not true. Some activity done over and over will break down your body and kill you eventually especially if you’re doing it wrong or forcing your body through the motions.

Ever hear of somebody being worked to death?

Make sure it’s not you.

It’s not to say that every American on average couldn’t handle a little more activity. It’s just that you won’t begin to realize a whole cascade of benefits that will actually make you feel and act younger until you connect the mind and breathing to the activity.

This means Listening to your body and Feeling your body.

To cultivate real energy you have to integrate the body, mind, and breathing and smile while you do it. This in a nutshell is the great Chinese exercise secret. You’re not a hamster. Simply sticking you on a treadmill is not going to make you magically ten years younger, heal your body, or put the graphite back in your pencil.

Consider this…

Here in Miami there are plenty of people that are getting up there in years, by this I mean OLD, and have been told to get out there and walk every day by their doctor. Some people actually get worse from this because, unlike a hamster, a human can use the body to injure the body.

hamster.JPG
Even when body is sending messages to “Stop, don’t hurt me.” Their knees, hips, back, and shoulders all begin to develop mysterious aches and pains. Why? Because they’re totally disconnected from their body and refuse to listen to their body. They walk down the street and every step they take looks like a big bag a bricks just got dropped on the pavement.

Crash, crash, crash, crash…

That’s what the butt, back, hips and knees are doing. It actually looks like the bones are crashing and grinding together. You know who I’m talking about. It’s a disaster watching some of these people walk and they do it to their bodies mile after mile.

Ever see these guys out jogging and you can’t possibly imagine how they can keep going with such bad form and posture? Now think for a second, and imagine how a Qi Gong Master moves and walks. (I’ll help you with this one just incase you’ve never been to China)

Imaging flowing with precision and grace through a series of exercises that move the body according to what it was designed to do. Moving both fast and slow, both softly and with amazing explosive power, the Qi Gong Master is one with his body and connected to every cell of his body. When the Master of Qi Gong walks it looks like the wind is carrying him along, no effort.

There is a HUGE difference in movement and there is a HUGE difference in the quality of life too.

The student of Qi Gong is a person of VITALITY.

The person that is grinding their bones on those daily prescription walks from the doctor is miserable. The person that has a connection to their body is Happy, even happier than they should be if you consider their stress load but this is what it means to use your body correctly.

The Qi Gong I teach and prescribe to my patients is way more than medicine, it’s about living in a powerful way connected to the earth and your body. Just like a fish that has never seen the sky it might be difficult for some to grasp this but for those that do I am willing to teach you everything I know. The best way to start is to jump in head first.

Start with the Recharging Qi Gong -> http://rechargingqigong.com This program clears the entire body of those clunky bone crashing movements. By practicing the Recharging Qi Gong all of your activity changes, you will find that you walk and move more freely and that those mystery pains are forgotten. Suddenly you will find that you can do more and have more energy.

That’s VITALITY! Wishing you the best in health, wealth and happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi
