The Magic of 12, 12, 12

I want to thank all of you for wishing me a happy
birthday!
This birthday was really special as the numbers
were 12-12-12
A very auspicious number in numerology and they
say that it’s one of the port wholes of energy.

I was directed to be in the “Big EZ’ New Orleans
and let me tell you how much fun I had!
It wad awesome!
New Orleans is known for its food, music and
culture and I took advantage of all three.
Although when I got there Thursday night I ate at
a great Gumbo restaurant and it was delicious! I
started my birthday out by waking early in the
morning and being thankful for everything in my
life and of course that includes all of you.

I was up early and did my Qi Gong Training long
before the city woke up and then I was off to a
great restaurant for breakfast and to walk around
the French Quarter and enjoy the beautiful
architecture, music and art.

I talked to as many people as I could and I even
had a chance to work on somebody who had a stiff
neck, so on my birthday I made sure that I did
everything that I want in the coming year. They
say that every 2 hours of the day of your birthday
will represent a month in the coming year.

I ate good food
I trained
I worked on people
I shared my energy
Saw beautiful artwork
Listened to great music
Meditated
And I took in the real meaning of life – peoples’
joys, peoples’ pain and suffering and their
prayers.

I made my special birthday a birthday of gratitude
and thankfulness.
I told you in my last letter that this year is
going to be focused on 2 things and health is #1!

I’ll be sharing more information than ever before
on internal work, meditation, vitality and
longevity practices with the members of the Qi

Don’t be Tricked into getting Old!

I can’t help but think about the plotting
little kids who come up with all those creative
ways for getting the most candy.
Deciding what route to take– sure you hit the
houses that give out the best and most
candy or going to a neighborhood with smaller
yards so you can “hit” more houses.
I’ve even heard of people changing into a second
costume so they can go to the same houses a
second time on their way back home.
If you check the internet you can find articles on
getting the most candy, advice on creating a
clever costume, why you shouldn’t linger at
house, if you get stuck with your younger
siblings go out early and then ditch them so you
can get back to the candy lust. The stuff you can
find online is amazing.

Funny how so much thought can go into getting as
much candy as possible. Yet, how many put
the same level of thought into keeping
yourself young and healthy?
Based on a fundamental understanding of what
motivates people to be healthy, and take good care
of body and mind or even eat the right things most
don’t care. When we are young we think we are
invincible.

I hear older people saying, “If I knew I was going
to live so long I would have taken better care of
myself.”
The first 50 years are the most important if you
want to avoid sickness, disease, pain and
suffering.

When you are young that’s the time to establish
your dietary habits, your habits for exercise and
the way you see and act. When you take care of
yourself it will pay off big time in your later
years.

Make yourself a “Health checklist” to
maximize your physical, mental and spiritual
health.

Read all you can, study and most of all practice:
What the people who are a hundred years do
What Information can you read, learn and study.
What foods to avoid and what to put into your
diet

I have found that the internal exercises are one
of the keys from the Chinese longevity practices.
I have devoted years to learn study and practice
daily to slow down the aging process and avoid the
suffering of old age.

If you have been still living like you are
invincible it’s time to make sure that your
superman costume doesn’t get tarnished!

A Stressful Situation

How close are we really connected to each other?
Friday evening when the moon
was just about at its peak hours,
before the last lunar eclipse of 2011,
Anastasia’s little brother got into a bad
car accident and totaled the family car.

This was devastating to her family but the
ripples that it caused were enormous.
First of all it left the family with out a car and
extra expenses just before the holidays.
You can imagine that it is now much harder to get to work,
school and do the daily tasks for the whole family.

But here’s how the rippling effect
moved through the community:
Anastasia’s mother was an emotional wreck,
as she thought she may have lost her son,
the grandparents where shook up and Anastasia
was an emotional mess as well. The boy’s boss
had to work overtime and rearrange the schedules
of all of his other employees to cover for the time
he was in the hospital and his recovery.
School had to be put on hold during finals;
Anastasia had to leave work and had a hard
time being on time as the family transportation
was destroyed. Her boy friend was worried and
had digestive problems for the entire weekend
and her employer had to find extra help for the
holidays and the little brother went into a deep depression.

This is common in families when something goes a fluke.
It may happen in your life or in the lives of people you know.
It is part of life and lessons that we all have to learn
for our growth if we like it or not. We would all like
to be able to avoid such things as pain and suffering
but it is part of being a human and living on planet earth.
These lessons can drag you down or you can use the
energy of the moment to transform your life and
when dropped in a pile of manure, you come
out smelling like a rose.

You can change your stops into steps in a few
minutes and pull your self out of the muck and
mire by following these rules:

• Be grateful for what you have.

• Know that nothing is ever taken from you without
being replaced on a higher level.

• You can not attract more than you can handle

• Don’t allow anyone to lay a trip on you

I call these the rules of the game.
When you can live by these rules,
stress will not be an issue.
They are all in my book, “Turn Stress into Power”
The book is filled with meditations, exercises,
protections and stress relievers to keep you in
tip top shape no matter what happens in your life.
People have described the program as a way to steer
your life back into calm waters no matter how
big the storm gets.

Right now you can get the book and DVD sent to
you with a special offer attached-
Two-fers that’s right! Order the program now and
I’ll send you two of everything to give to a friend,
co-worker or loved one as a holiday gift.
