Important Longevity Program

Now that it’s autumn, you’ll start to feel new
things in the air and in your body. It’s time to
start changing a few things in your longevity program. As
the season changes, it is important to adjust and
fine-tune your exercise, your diet, sleep and your
meditations. I’ll explain more as we go on…

longevity

Longevity and ancient Qigong practice for good health and a long life

I walked to my new training spot on the beach in
Hollywood early this morning.
You can feel fall wherever you live. When I lived
in Michigan and walked in the woods, I would know
there was a shift. I remember feeling the chill of
autumn at this time of the year. Golden leaves lay
scattered on the ground. The smell of dry, burning
leaves filled my nostrils. It’s amazing how
quickly we descend from the warmth of summer to
the chill of fall. The nights are longer than the
days, there is more energy leaving the earth’s
atmosphere than entering it. If you are quiet
enough inside, you will feel the shift, the smells
are different and, if you watch the animals in
your surroundings, you’ll see their behavior has
changed.

We have moved into the season of the Metal energy
where Autumn cleans out old negativity. Fall is
the season when we learn more about ourselves than
in any other season. Now that the harvest of late
summer is over, nature now makes everything bare.
The growing season is over, and it is time to turn
inward and let go of things that hinder your
growth. The energy of fall dropping the old, just
like the trees drop their leaves at this time of
the year.

In Chinese medicine, Autumn is the season of the
Metal element. Sadness and grief are the emotions
of the Metal element. We all experience loss,
separation, and the need to let go, and it’s
natural to feel the grief at these times. Grief
cleanses us of what is no longer needed in our
lives. The large intestines is the organ of the
Metal element. It has the function of eliminating
what is unnecessary or toxic from our system, both
physically and mentally. On the other hand, valor
and courage are the positive themes of the season.
Start moving forward with your projects and be
inspired to get things going. The lungs and large
intestines work together as a team, one taking in
the pure Qi, the other eliminating toxic wastes.
If there is a blockage in your system, you may
experience symptoms of bronchitis, shortness of
breath, cough, allergies, nasal congestion, colds,
sore throat, constipation or diarrhea, and
abdominal pain.

The Metal element is at its peak now, and we are
particularly open to treatment. Using the wisdom
of Chinese medicine, we can rebuild the Metal
within us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Now is the time to contain yourself, speak only
when necessary, true and kind, behaving with
economy, and exerting your will quietly and
calmly. To get in harmony with the autumn season,
go through your closet, desk, garage, medicine
cabinet, or any cluttered storage area, and
discard what you no longer need. Diet should
include more squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and
root veggies. Go to sleep earlier and wake up a
little later. As for your internal exercises and
meditations, it is now time to join the Qi Gong
Inner Circle http://goo.gl/BhkK3x and learn the
Fall longevity secrets.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

What to do for the Full Moon

It’s the full moon and it’s National Hot Dog Day.
What’s in a hot dog? Don’t’ ask,
and we won’t tell.
Sometimes, its best if you don’t know.
At least that’s what they say on the national hot dog website.
I haven’t had a dog in years I gave them up long ago;

But there are much more significant things going on
right now that we should all be aware of.
On July 22nd, 2013 at 02:15 pm EDT the Full Moon,
will be full in the sign Aquarius, what will mean
for us?

•It’s a great time to start networking with groups.
•Time to work on relationship with friends.
•Create something for yourself,something special
•Spent time with people you aspire to be like.
•It’s high time to put yourself around people
that you aspire to be like.

Join a group that has the same kind of goals
and interests that you have.
Like the Qi Gong Inner Circle

Saturn is currently in Scorpio.
This is the sign of power and money.
It is the values of others that we associate with.
Saturn holds us responsible for the company we keep.
Don’t put yourself around people that you don’t
want to be like.

Take sometime to set your goals and
know where you are going.
This is the best way to understand the flow
of energy and how to work things out.

Whatever comes up at this Full Moon,
which requires attention or release,
there are options that aid in the movement forward.

I was at a beautiful christening ceremony on Saturday
with a group of people who are Unknown.
These are the kind of people that you want to
associate with.
Although we don’t share the same religious believes we
share the same spiritual believes way different than
the dogma of the church.
We share a heart to heart connection.
They know 100% that they can count on me

Are you tired of being Overweight?

Well they finally did it the AMA; The American
Medical Association has adopted a new policy that
officially labels obesity as a disease like any
addictive behavior, pattern drugs, alcohol, sex or
food where people are out of control and are
suffering the consequences.
The U.S. obesity rate increased almost 50% between
1997 and 2012, according to the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention. Today, nearly 30%
of American adults are considered obese and the
problem is almost as prevalent in kids. Childhood
obesity has more than doubled in the past 30
years.
I believe its roots are coming from the fast food
industry, poor quality food and the sugar
industry. They are all the culprits behind you
getting fat and staying that.
Being fat increases your risk factor for
developing many serious conditions, including
heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood
pressure, stroke, liver disease, sleep apnea and
osteoarthritis. In fact, obesity has been linked
to almost every chronic disease in some way or
another.
Unknown
“Recognizing obesity as a disease may change the
way the medical community tackles this complex
issue or it maybe another way to mask a symptom
with drugs, tummy tucks and surgical stomach
bands.”
I hope the new recognition of obesity doesn’t
discourage people from making the lifestyle
changes known to combat obesity. People generally
like to take the easy way out and not necessarily
the healthy one.
Identifying obesity as a disease may also help in
reducing the stigma often associated with being
overweight, “Obesity has been considered for a
long time to be a failure of personal
responsibility — a simple problem of eating too
much and exercising too little. There are many
psychological and hormonal problems as well.”
Don’t let food trap you, read the labels, stay
away from fast food restaurants. Eat more fruits
and vegetables and join the Qi Gong Inner circle
and we will work together to stay healthy, young
and powerful.

Meditation Question and Answers

Back in the late eighties I lived in Caracas, that’s when it
was a lot more peaceful and the quality of life was still good.
I haven’t been back since 1990 but I hear it lost its charm. I still see
quite a few Venezuelans here in Miami both students and patients
when they visit. This week Vivian was visiting Miami for a
few days and had the opportunity to receive a few
treatments at my clinic.

Today she wrote and I’d like to share with you.

“Thank you for the treatment, I didn’t realize how
much out of balance I was in my body and mind.
Today I took the time to watch the DVD that I got
from you after joining The Qi Gong Inner Circle.

www.Qigonginnercircle.com

It was great to see you, to feel your great energy
and to start the exercises. I felt so good, so
young, and so bright after doing the exercises. It
was like lifting a veil of heavy energy off my
head. Sometimes life has so many
difficulties……

When I start to follow your instructions, every
thing seems to lighten up for me. After so many
years closed as a Cocoon, I had a lot of
difficulties to make it flow as it used to be. I
have a few questions.

Thank you so much for the light in my life again!

Love you

Q. You show yourself seated on a chair when meditating
…is itbetter this way?
I remember years ago I use to
meditate sitting on the floor.

A. There is no bad way to practice your meditation
no matter if you are seated on the floor, in a
chair or standing position. What is important is
that you practice.

Posture and proper alignment will help get the
energy moving faster. Meditation works, if you
work at it daily.

10 years ago I was visiting Detroit and I heard
that one of my teachers was in town at the same
time. I called the number on the flyer and asked
if I could come to the meditation.

Although I haven’t seen Ma Yoga Shakti in years,
she was glad to hear from me and invited me to
join the lecture that she was giving. I sat right
next to her in my best meditation posture. I made
sure everything was in alignment properly.

The meditation started and I felt my energy moving
as if I was sitting on a giant rocket ship and
being propelled out into space. The next thing,
the Guru told me I could come back into the room
now although it seemed like the meditation only
took minutes an hour passed. My body was leaning
over to one side and I had a large drool of saliva
coming out of the side of my mouth. It was one of
the most profound meditations I ever had. The
posture didn’t seem to matter at all.

Q. Dr. Wu, I found myself having difficulty when
doing the double breathing exercise. When I inhale
I don’t feel that I have anough air to bring the
energy all the way down to the sex chakra and when
I exhale I feel like I am blocked.

A. When you are doing the Micro Cosmic Orbit,
double breathing exercise or just the orbit
meditation, I suggest taking a shorter breath in,
holding it for a moment, exhaling and then take in
more oxygen. It is important to apply the root
lock on the sexual organs. Make sure to lock all
the energy as you bring the breath downward and as
you exhale squeeze the sexual locks more. This
will send the energy upward and clear the
blockages.

I will continue to share how to get the most out
of your meditation and Qi Gong practices. These
ancient longevity practices will help to keep you
balanced, strong and flexible. All you need to do
is practice, practice, practice and you will
receive the rewards.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Free yourself from Mass Media

images-2I was listening to Jared Cohen on TV today. He is
a brilliant guy who is a geopolitical advisor and
the Director of Google Ideas. Also known as Ideas,
it’s a cross-sector, inter-disciplinary “think
tank dedicated to understanding global challenges
and applying technological solutions. A few years
ago he predicted “Governments will be caught
off-guard when large numbers of their citizens,
armed with virtually nothing but cell phones, take
part in mini-rebellions. He went on to say that
the future revolutions will be easier to start but
they will be harder to finish. The accelerated
pace of movement making will get lots of people
into the streets, and even lead to more dictators
being toppled. But when a dictator falls and the
dust settles, technology can’t replace the need
for real leaders and functioning institutions,
both of which take many years to emerge and
evolve.

I really agree with Mr. Cohen. Although technology
is making great changes all over the world and
making the planet a more global community, we will
always need strong leaders. The word Doctor, Guru
and Lama all come from the same root word TEACHER.
We will always need strong leaders to uplift us
and to educate the masses. If there is a
government, a leader or anyone who limits your
growth, or your education, BEWARE they have a
hidden agenda that is most likely not in your
interest. A dictator is basically someone who
wants to control you, keep you ignorant and
enslave you.

The reason I practice and teach Qi Gong and
Meditation is because it gives you away to free
your body, mind and spirit. A way to free yourself
from the machinery of enslaving your being.
An hour of practice a day can change the way you
see things and free you from being enslaved by the
media, government and the food Nazis who want to
keep you sick and stupid.

Free yourself, free your mind and body and get on
the program today. Join me and the members of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle and I’ll send you the latest
techniques in Qi Gong, Meditation and health care.

The Magic of 12, 12, 12

Friday, December 14th, 2012

I want to thank all of you for wishing me a happy
birthday!
This birthday was really special as the numbers
were 12-12-12
A very auspicious number in numerology and they
say that it’s one of the port wholes of energy.

I was directed to be in the “Big EZ’ New Orleans
and let me tell you how much fun I had!
It wad awesome!
New Orleans is known for its food, music and
culture and I took advantage of all three.
Although when I got there Thursday night I ate at
a great Gumbo restaurant and it was delicious! I
started my birthday out by waking early in the
morning and being thankful for everything in my
life and of course that includes all of you.

I was up early and did my Qi Gong Training long
before the city woke up and then I was off to a
great restaurant for breakfast and to walk around
the French Quarter and enjoy the beautiful
architecture, music and art.

I talked to as many people as I could and I even
had a chance to work on somebody who had a stiff
neck, so on my birthday I made sure that I did
everything that I want in the coming year. They
say that every 2 hours of the day of your birthday
will represent a month in the coming year.

I ate good food
I trained
I worked on people
I shared my energy
Saw beautiful artwork
Listened to great music
Meditated
And I took in the real meaning of life – peoples’
joys, peoples’ pain and suffering and their
prayers.

I made my special birthday a birthday of gratitude
and thankfulness.
I told you in my last letter that this year is
going to be focused on 2 things and health is #1!

I’ll be sharing more information than ever before
on internal work, meditation, vitality and
longevity practices with the members of the Qi

The Wolf inside of You

Monday, November 5th, 2012
Share

Often the elders of the American Indian tribes
would use stories involving animals to teach this
story that involves two Wolves.

One evening an old told his grandson
about a battle that goes on inside people. He
said, “My son, the battle is between two “wolves”
inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow,
regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt,
resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride,
superiority, and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope,
serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence,
empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and
then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you
feed.”

When we take the time and energy to feed the right
emotion we can create a life that we want to have.
Feeling productive, happy and having the things we
want come to us effortlessly.

I have shared similar stories with my students and
patients. Some are feeding the good and others the
bad. What ever you put your attention into will
grow and give you the rewards.
For years I have put my attention into positive
growth, ways to keep my body and mind strong and
my spirit alive.

These practices take time and energy but so do the
negative ones. Choose to be the best at what you
do and practice daily.

Every month I create a DVD for the members of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle to keep us on tract, build in
positive energy and keep us healthy.

The key is keeping the internal organs healthy-
the brain, the sexual organs and the 5 Yin organs.
Old age happens when you stop practicing. Join us
in learning how to stay young even in old age.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle you will learn
anti-aging formulas to keep going strong!

Can LOVE keep you healthy?

Monday, October 8th, 2012

Yesterday in the Sunday review I talked about
dodge ball.
It’s natural that when someone sneezes or coughs
we all like to avoid them and getting sick.

In traditional medicine, we are always trying to
kill the germ or avoid the germ.
But that’s not really the problem. It all has to
do with our immune system.

But
when I was a kid, I did all the wrong things! I ate
junk food, stayed up all night and I never got
sick! I hardly ever got a cold!

Why?
I will tell you why. I have always been active,
exercised and generally found life to be fun. When
you are having fun and especially when you are in
love, you just don’t get sick. All of the cells in
your body are moving and grooving and you are
feeling good all over. I can remember when I was
20 years old. I was living in Michigan and gong to
school. My girlfriend called me; she was at the
University of Colorado in Boulder.

She said this to me: “I miss you so much, I wish I
could see you this weekend!”

The next thing I knew I was driving to Boulder, CO
– it was a 36 hour trip. I didn’t bother to sleep,
I ate all of my meals at the 7/11 and when I got
there I felt great! I was in LOVE!

When you are in love, every cell in your body is
smiling and vibrating. You are feeling great! The
old stale cells are kicked out and the new live
strong cells are vibrating! Your immune system is
at peak performance! So if you think about it,
it’s not all about diet, sleep, but it’s about
having a strong immune system and feeling good all
over.

Now, we all know that diet and exercise is
important. When I put together the DVD’s every
month for the Qi Gong Inner Circle, I am vibrating
with energy. I love doing this stuff! Once you
become a member and start watching the DVD’s and
start practicing the exercises and meditations,
you will notice a shift in your mental, spiritual
and emotional bodies. If you are not a member yet,
now is the time to join and feel good all over.

Opening up your Spiritual Channels

Friday, July 20th, 2012

Opening our spirit

Over one billion people throughout the world will
be fasting in honor of the special month of
Ramadan this Friday the 20th of July. It is a time
for inner reflection, devotion to God, and
self-control. A spiritual tune up.

They say the fasting has many special benefits:
*Learning self-control
* A means of coming closer to the Creator
* Beneficial to health and provides a break in the
cycle of rigid habits or overindulgence

Ramadan is a time of worship, giving charity,
purifying one’s behavior, and doing good deeds—
Learning thankfulness and appreciation for all of
God’s bounties.

According to the ninth month of the Islamic
calendar, the month is based on a combination of
physical sightings of the moon and astronomical
calculations. The new moon begins on Thursday,
July 19th and the holiday begins on Friday for 30
days.

The last ten days of Ramadan are a time of special
spiritual power as everyone tries to come closer
to God through devotions and good deeds.
Generally, the 27th night of the month is the most
powerful. It is said that this night is better
than a thousand months. Therefore many spend the
entire night in prayer.

When one stops their normal activities to be
grateful and become closer to their Creator it
doesn’t matter what religion or spiritual practice
they were schooled in, the devotion and ritual
will open up the spiritual channels and help to
make you a more in tuned person. I teach these
principles to the members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle.

The disciplines that we learn and practice can and
will make your life better on all levels.
We all have a chance to grow beyond ourselves but
it takes a teacher and education to know the best
and quickest path. One could spend a lifetime
seeking and never find the right path of growth. I
have spent the last 35 years studying and learning
from masters in the eastern systems of longevity
and spiritual openness.

These are the teachings and lessons I share with
the members of the Inner Circle.
This is a great month to start as over a billion
people all over our planet are practicing to be
more spiritually in-tuned.
Don’t just effort at opening.
Open yourself to a lifetime of internal
development!

Secret WORK school

Wednesday, March 14th, 2012
Share

Many years ago, I was
working with a group of
chiropractors in Durango, Colorado.
Durango is an old Western town in
the Soutwest part of Colorado.

It was an exciting place to live.
Cowboy bars, narrow gauge
railway train, hiking, camping,
horseback riding, and river rafting.

I worked at the Durango Chiropractic
healing center with two other doctors.
One day, my friend Steven told me
about a teacher who was called a
structural magician who was coming
to town to teach a seminar.
At that time, I was doing healing
work for quite a few years and
when I heard about the structural
magician, I signed up for the program.
To my amazement this guy came from
the same city that I was brought up in,
studied with the same teachers that I
knew and even told the same stories
that I heard years before.

Suprisingly enough,
his workshop and teachings were right on!
He covered things like communication skills, meditation,
applied kinesiology, deep tissue work and internal exercises
like Qi Gong, Shen Gong and Nei Gong. I was turned on and within
the next six months I moved to California to study.

What an incredible it was for me!
I totally changed my life around 180 degrees and this is what
I now teach to the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle.

Every month, I produce a DVD with teachings, exercises,
mediations and ant aging techniques
to improve your health and well-being.
These teachings are only available in secret WORK schools.

They are not advertised, they are not announced and they are
only shared to chosen students and family.

I spent 35 years of my life studying these secret esoteric teachings.
For many years, I did these practices and kept them
to myself for the most part.

After years of contemplation, I have finally decided to share these
teachings with a select few in the Qi Gong Inner circle.

They say, when you are ready, the teacher will appear.
Are YOU ready?
