Things Do Change if You Put Your Heart Into it

Almost every day has brought a new victory for GMO

labeling, thanks to your continued support. In the

past six weeks alone, Campbell’s Soup, Kellogg’s,

Mars, General Mills, Dannon, and ConAgra have ALL

announced they will label GMOs in their food

products in order to comply with Vermont’s

first-in-the-nation GMO labeling law which goes

into effect in July. This is a BIG WIN!

All of this sounds great, as Your-heart Here is a statement from Whole Foods

market:

“OUR COMMITMENT TO GMO TRANSPARENCY –

We are the first national grocery chain committed

to providing GMO (genetically modified organism)

transparency for our customers by 2018.

We are well on our way to meeting our 2018

deadline. Currently, we offer more than 25,000

certified organic items and about 11,500 Non-GMO

Project Verified products in our stores.

Being the first to do a lot of this work with GMO

transparency means we are paving the way for those

who will follow. Our GMO transparency initiative

includes all of the food we sell and it takes time

to work through all of the details.

Let’s hope Whole Foods keeps their word.

Here are ten reasons to avoid GMOs:

1. GMOs are unhealthy.

The American Academy of Environmental Medicine

(AAEM) urges doctors to prescribe non-GMO diets

for all patients. They cite animal studies showing

organ damage, gastrointestinal and immune system

disorders, accelerated aging, and infertility.

Human studies show how genetically modified (GM)

food can leave material behind inside us, possibly

causing long-term problems. Genes inserted into GM

soy, for example, can transfer into the DNA of

bacteria living inside us, and that the toxic

insecticide produced by GM corn was found in the

blood of pregnant women and their unborn fetuses.

Numerous health problems increased after GMOs were

introduced in 1996. The percentage of Americans

with three or more chronic illnesses jumped from

7% to 13% in just nine years; food allergies

skyrocketed, and disorders such as autism,

reproductive disorders, digestive problems, and

others are on the rise. Although there is not

sufficient research to confirm that GMOs are a

contributing factor, doctor groups, such as the

AAEM, tell us not to wait before we start

protecting ourselves, and especially our children

who are most at risk.

2. GMOs contaminate.

GMOs cross-pollinate and their seeds can travel.

It is impossible to fully clean up our

contaminated gene pool. Self-propagating GMO

pollution will outlast the effects of global

warming and nuclear waste. The potential impact is

huge, threatening the health of future

generations.

3. GMOs increase herbicide use.

Most GM crops are engineered to be herbicide

tolerant the deadly weed killer. Between

1996 and 2008, US farmers sprayed an extra 383

million pounds of herbicide on GMOs, putting

more poison in the air, water, and soil.

4. Genetic engineering creates dangerous side

effects.

By mixing genes from totally unrelated species,

genetic engineering unleashes a host of

unpredictable side effects. Moreover, irrespective

of the type of genes that are inserted, the very

process of creating a GM plant can result in

massive collateral damage that produces new

toxins, allergens, carcinogens, and nutritional

deficiencies.

5. Government oversight is dangerously lax.

Most of the health and environmental risks of GMOs

are ignored by governments superficial

regulations and safety assessments. The reason for

this tragedy is largely political. The US Food and

Drug Administration (FDA), for example, doesn’t

require a single safety study, does not mandate

labeling of GMOs, and allows companies to put

their GM foods onto the market without even

notifying the agency. White House had instructed

the FDA to promote biotechnology, and the agency

official in charge of policy was Michael Taylor,

Monsanto’s former attorney, later their vice

president. He’s now the US Food Safety Czar.

6. The biotech industry uses “tobacco science to

claim product safety.

Biotech companies like Monsanto told us that Agent

Orange, PCBs, and DDT were safe. They are now

using the same type of superficial rigged research

to try and convince us that GMOs are safe.

Independent scientists, however, have caught the

spin-masters red-handed, demonstrating without

doubt how industry-funded research is designed to

avoid finding problems, and how adverse findings

are distorted or denied.

7. Independent research and reporting are attacked

and suppressed.

Scientists who discover problems with GMOs have

been attacked, gagged, fired, threatened, and

denied funding. The journal, Nature, acknowledged

that a large block of scientists…denigrate

research by other legitimate scientists in a

knee-jerk, partisan, emotional way that is not

helpful in advancing knowledge. Attempts by media

to expose problems are also often censored.

8. GMOs harm the environment.

GM crops and their associated herbicides can harm

birds, insects, amphibians, marine ecosystems, and

soil organisms. They reduce biodiversity, pollute

water resources, and are unsustainable. For

example, GM crops are eliminating habitat for

monarch butterflies whose populations are down 50%

in the US. Roundup herbicide has been shown to

cause birth defects in amphibians, embryonic

deaths and endocrine disruptions, and organ damage

in animals even at very low doses. GM canola has

been found growing wild in North Dakota and

California, threatening to pass on its

herbicide-tolerant genes on to weeds.

9. GMOs do not increase yields and work against

feeding a hungry world.

Whereas sustainable non-GMO agricultural methods

used in developing countries have conclusively

resulted in yield increases of 79% and higher,

GMOs do not, on average, increase yields at all.

This was evident in the Union of Concerned

Scientists 2009 report, “Failure to

Yield the definitive study to date on GM

crops and yield.

The International Assessment of Agricultural

Knowledge, Science and Technology for Development

(IAASTD) report, authored by more than 400

scientists and backed by 58 governments, stated

that GM crop yields were highly variable and in

some cases, declined. The report noted,

Assessment of the technology lags behind its

development, information is anecdotal and

contradictory, and uncertainty about possible

benefits and damage is unavoidable.They

determined that the current GMOs have nothing to

offer the goals of reducing hunger and poverty,

improving nutrition, health and rural livelihoods,

and facilitating social and environmental

sustainability.

On the contrary, GMOs divert money and resources

that would otherwise be spent on more safe,

reliable, and appropriate technologies.

10. By avoiding GMOs, you contribute to the coming

tipping point of consumer rejection, forcing them

out of our food supply.

Because GMOs give no consumer benefits, if even a

small percentage of us starts rejecting brands

that contain them, GM ingredients will become a

marketing liability. Food companies will kick them

out. In Europe, for example, the tipping point was

achieved in 1999, just after a high profile GMO

safety scandal hit the papers and alerted citizens

to the potential dangers. In the US, a consumer

rebellion against GM bovine growth hormone has

also reached a tipping point, kicked the cow drug

out of dairy products by Wal-Mart, Starbucks,

Dannon, Yoplait, and most of America dairies.

Don’t let the Big Food Industry or the Big

Pharma pull the wool over your eyes.

They are not about your health and

well-being they’re about their PROFIT.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Happiness.

A Biker With a Gun

A Biker With a Gun

My youngest son, a bicycle enthusiast who rides
hundreds of miles a year, wrote this on Facebook
the other day. I found it interesting how people
interpreted it. Here’s what he wrote:

“Henry Ford said, ‘Whether you think you can, or
you think you can’t–you’re right.’ This week, I
had a cyclist pop into my open house and talked to
me for over an hour. I mentioned the Ford quote
because I found that this guy was looking for
something and kept finding it. What he found out
is that 4 to 5 times a year, he is assaulted by
motorists. According to him, many of these
altercations end with physical contact. He is a
brawler, has been fighting his whole life, loves
to throw down, and carries a gun when he rides.
Basically, he is looking for a fight everywhere he
goes…and finds them. He added, ‘On the other side
of this spectrum, I am looking for a world where
everyone gets along. I know that chaos surrounds
me and bad things will happen, but I go out of my
way to find the silver lining. What I have found
is that most of my interactions are positive with
other people. In conflict, I search for a peaceful
solution. I try to forgive others because I know I
am not perfect. More often that I’d like to hurt
or upset others, not out of being malicious, but
because it seems to be a part of the human
existence. With a level head and a positive
outlook, it ends up with a positive and peaceful
experience.’

So, I’d like to modify Mr. Ford’s comment, and
say, ‘Whatever you look for, you will find.’

P.S. I ride 500 to 600 hours a year. In a decade,
I’ve only had one experience where someone tried
to mace me. I’ve also had dozens of nice
conversations with motorists after they came into
my lane, cut me off, cut in front of me, and other
potentially dangerous situations.”

— Damo

My son’s message was simple: “Whatever You Think,
You Get.” And what people commented about was
carrying a gun, not carrying a gun, how motorists
disrespect people on bikes, why bicycle riders
should have more rights, etc. They missed the
point. Whatever you believe and focus on will
eventually show up in your life.

“Whatever you think you can do or believe you can
do, begin it. Action has magic, grace and power in
it.” — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

In some cases, a belief starts out much like a
theory. Assumptions are made based on logical
observations and deductions. In other cases, a new
belief grows out of an emotional viewpoint that
seems to be supported by logic. It’s the blending
of these two major components that form the basic
structure of our personal beliefs. The guy who
rides with a gun believes that he will be
assaulted, attacked, and eventually ran off the
road by an angry motorist and, sure as shooting,
he will be sooner or later. On the other hand,
Damo has a different outlook on life. Just like
the gun-toting dude, he will pull in what he is
putting out — good vibes.

The Secret to Anti Aging

The Secret to Anti-Aging and Looking Younger

I am usually at my office from 10:00 in the
morning until 7:00 in the evening. But last night,
I left the office at 5:45 PM, and I went to see
Faye. She runs the anti aging “Fresh Faces Spa”, and does the
most increasable facials. She’s just minutes from
my office, and I was on her table by 6:00 PM.For
the next hour, I disappeared into a deep relaxing
meditation as Faye did her magic of steaming,
cleaning, putting potions and lotions on my face,
and I was gonzo…
If you were to ask me what she
actually did, I couldn’t say as I kept drifting
into the land of far, far away.

Facials have gained a reputation as being only for
women. But this cleansing, purifying treatment has
so many more hidden benefits than just washing
your face when you wake up or before you go to
bed. Aside from having good skin, the treatment
refreshed me for hours. I felt and looked younger
than I would have thought possible, and that type
of relaxation allows one to go into a deep
meditation that rejuvenates body and mind, and
opens up your creativity. When I got home, I spoke
to a few friends and told them I just got a
facial. They all said, “OMG, you are so lucky!”
Well, it’s not luck at all. Caring for your skin
is as important as any part of your health and
longevity. Our skin is actually the body’s largest
and fastest-growing organ. Skin is your body’s
coat and, like any part of your body, it has to be
cared for all the time.

A good facial is part of the anti-aging,
anti-wrinkle detox program. Here are three big
reasons to get a facial:
1. UnknownWrinkles: Everybody wants to look younger. As
we age, the muscles under our mask start to lose
tone, and things drop. Also, the toxins we are
exposed to cause damage to our internal organs.
Whether we like it or not, the results show on our
face. And with so many muscles working in our
faces as we express ourselves and squint in
sunlight, wrinkles start to appear. If you take
care of your skin, you can alter the usual and
harsh aging, and look years younger.
2. Impurities: Facials can remove impurities and
cleanse pores, making your skin look and feel
healthier. If you combine that with a cleaner
diet, you can avoid Father Time for years.
3. Stress: This is the BIG one for all of us. No
matter how you run your life, stress plays a big
part on your health, longevity, and how you look
and age. It can be stress from work, family,
finances, or unforeseen obligations that seem to
creep up on us, and change our moods and the way
we look. I always recommend to my students and
patients that they learn and practice all the
exercises in the Turn Stress Into Power program.
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTM5NjE5OXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

You never want to go into battle without an armor,
and these exercises will give you the protections
and training to keep you stress-free and looking
younger. Get yours today and become a
stress-buster.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

How to Change your Bad Habits

How to Change your Bad Habits

I have worked with thousand of different people
over the years and most are kind, caring, very
loving, grateful and have respectful for
everything and everyone in their life. Others just
don’t get it at all, they think they are entitled
to everything and have the “Me first attitude” and
eventually they fall into a rut of one kind or
another.

Last week a psychologist that I work with send me
a patient that she need help with. He is a
very talented singer, whose voice is incredible,
and they say he had perfect pitch. He can sing
anything from opera to the blues to show tunes and
he even sings in 3 or 4 different languages.

Although he is a real talent he can’t hold a job,
or stay in a relationship for more that a few
months. He was given everything he wanted and as
a child, if he didn’t get his way he’d cry and
cry until his parents gave in. Now as a young
adult, he’s the same spoiled brat that his parents
trained him to be. If he doesn’t get what he wants
he bitches and complains and throws a fit. His
family blows his behavior off, saying that he is
just a “temperamental artist.” Over the last few
week’s, he was stressed to the max
and his psychologist sent him to me.

He reported being angry, sad, lonely and now very
depressed. He’s popping anti- anxiety pills all day
just to function and now has heart burn, can’t
sleep and is afraid to leave the house alone..

When working with someone like this, we have to
look at the source or the root of the problem. He
was brought up in a family that never disciplined
him and always gave in to his whining demands. His
mother always took her only son’s side and drove a
wedge in her marriage as well. He was spoiled to
the point where he’s now dysfunctional.

Unfortunately, he had no respect for his parents, nor for
himself and for the most part doesn’t have any
friends.
Everyone wants to be respected; But to get it you
have to show respect for others first.

The first thing to do is stop focusing on yourself
and start thinking about others. When we start to
help others, it inspires change, and growth, in
ourselves.

Here is a good approach to get started on a good
path to unwind years of just bad habits. Begin by
thinking about the people that you have great
respect for. When you think about them, ask yourself
what do they do differently from your own behavior?
This will start to get your head in the right place
Here are a few pointers I shared with the young
man:

1. Start looking at the breakdowns in your life.
Use your own skills and resources to start getting
things done and solve problems. Get in the habit
of figuring things out for yourself.

2. Keep your word ;This is by far one of the most
important actions you can take to start gaining
respect. Your word is the most powerful tool you
have for good or evil. It’s up to you how you use
it.
3. Always keep your commitments and promises. If
you find yourself having trouble with too many
things on your plate, make fewer promises.

4. Stop making excuses no one wants to hear your
excuse anyway. Either do what you said you are
going to do or don’t say it. We all make mistakes
that affect others you can apologize to them and
get on with it.

5. Your time is not your own.
If you respect others’ time, they will respect
yours. Come on time or even a little early for
appointments and you will see a shift in the
people you work with and in your relationships

5. End gossiping, it will bite you in the back
sooner or later. If you want to be respected,
respect others—even if you don’t like there style.
When you talk behind people’s backs, you and your
reputation will quickly become tainted.

6. Live by the code; you may be asking yourself
“what the heck is the code?”.
It’s your own personal code in life.
*What do you believe in?
*What’s important to you?
*What makes you want to change the world?
As you ask yourself these questions they will help
you discover your own personal moral code.

7. Be active and add value to every situation-
Whether you’re part of a team, an organization, or
a group of friends, you can be respected if you
offer value to the situation and to others. Always
leave things better than the way you found them.
Andrew and I are working together a few days a
week. At the last session he asked me how long
will this take before he is better? I told him
this, if it’s just me working on you it may take
years, but if you are working with me, we can do it
in a few months or even weeks.

I wish you the best in your health, wealth and
happiness

Is Clutter Stealing Your Energy (Qi)

Friday, September 12th, 2014
Share

I’ve worked with a lot of patients over the years
and I see this pattern over and over. The person
images-1is going along doing their work, smiling, being a
happy-go-luck kind of guy or gal and then it
happens. They lose it and are out of control. They
explode at someone or something as if a switch was
 flipped.
This is a common pattern in Chinese medicine
called “Liver Qi Stagnation”. You may be asking
yourself, “What the heck is that?” According to
the philosophy of Chinese medicine, the liver is
responsible for the smooth flow of Qi (energy)
throughout the body and smoothing our emotions.
Anger, irritability, and frustration are all signs
that our Qi is not flowing smoothly. This is what
we call Liver Qi Stagnation. How can one get this
under control and change the negative emotion of
the liver (Anger to the positive one of Kindness)?
No need to worry; there are a few things you can
do on your own without seeing me or another doctor
 who knows Chinese medicine.
I previously sent you a post regarding the
Recharging Qi Gong program and how it works on
your physical, mental and emotional bodies to
change and transform energy. Do the program, and
 yes, it works! http://goo.gl/fF6QEi

But don’t stop there. You’ll want to rid yourself
of this stagnation ASAP, get the Qi flowing and
have complete control of your emotions.
I know a fellow who blows-up all the time with
his customers, his secretary and most people he
does business with. He’s a good guy, but his
uncontrolled emotions drag him around on a leash.
The other day while dropping off some papers at
his place of work he brought me into his office.
OMG, you wouldn’t believe it; it looked like a
tornado hit his desk!
My point is, when your house or office is
cluttered it draws away your energy (Qi), your
health, and that invisible life energy flowing
through your space.
The foundation of Feng Shui is to first clean up
your space. This can improve your health, your finances and even your relationships. Here’s a
list Feng Shui tips to balance and harmonize your
life:

1.Your energy will follow your thoughts. Whatever
is on your mind the most, will be drawn to you
sooner than later. Controlling your energy depends
on you and you alone. Respect your own space by
keeping it clean and organized.

2. Clear out your space of bad energy. Do an
intentional ceremony; either energetic or
physically to keep things flowing.

3. “No matter where you go, there you are!” Let
go of your negative energy. Bathe, relax,
meditate, organize and exercise.

4. Your Intention will make things happen for the
good or bad. You have the steering wheel in your hands and you always have. Intend to have your
work and home flow miraculously and it will.

5. If there is any clutter in your office or home
it will block the flow of Qi; Qi, Chi, Ki, Life
Force, Prana what ever you call it is the mirror
of your body and especially your circulation
 system.
When you keep your space clean and
organized you free up the energy and will feel the
power within.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS. Blocked Energy doesn’t just show it’s ugly
face through the external clutter, it can be an
internal blockage as well. If you are having
reoccurring negative incidences that you want to
change contact me for a consultation.(305) 407-0120 and change your karmic address once and for all.

Lost Love

Mack has been one of my friends for some years.
He’s a pretty rational guy and is well skilled in
the martial arts, communications skills, has a
strong spiritual background and has traveled
extensively for years. He is living in Asia and
makes a good living doing international business
with China and Europe.

We met at a conference some years ago and after we
spent some time together we became Dharma brothers
and been in touch ever since. I received a call
from him the other day. It seems that he finally
met a girl that was his equal who he couldn’t stop
talking about.
He said, she is an artist, spiritual, a musician,
a healer, a dancer, a writer, mystical and a business lady.

Mack couldn’t stop talking about her, he sounded like a
teenager in love.
He said, “She is as delicate as a flower and
strong as a bull and as smart as a whip. She has
become my best friend in just a few months and
makes every cell in my body come alive.”

I congratulated him and wished him all the best
and asked; where did you meet her?
That’s when he told me she came into his life from
nowhere and like the fog that comes in from
everywhere all at once and she left just as
quickly.

Mack said his heart was broken.

“I’m a mess right now! I can’t eat, can’t sleep,
bills are piling high, I haven’t been able to work
in three weeks, ain’t bathed, can’t shave, cause
my heart is so tender like living in a blender.
I’m shaken and I’m stirred”
– Anthony Hamilton

This happens to all of us now and then. One of my
teachers told me long ago that if you want to have
your heart open, it has to break first.
Broken hearts are what give us strength,
understanding, and compassion. A heart never
broken, is pristine and sterile, and will never
know the joy of being imperfect.

As the saying goes “Tis better to have loved and
lost than never to have loved at all”

Many years ago when I first started to study with
the “Lama on the Mountain” I asked him if he would
open my heart chakra. He sort of blew me off; I
asked him a few times and got the same response
over and over.

One-day the Lama’s youngest daughter became very
sick she was just a baby and her fever spiked to
over 104. They had to take her to the hospital for
an emergency treatment. There wasn’t anybody to
watch their 5 year old, I immediately offered to
watch her and the parents were off to the hospital
with the baby.

They were gone for hours but I had no problem. I
love kids and for the most part they love me. We
went to town for an ice cream, took a long walk,
and played in the park, on the swings, played with
her stuffed animals and what ever else I could
think of to entertain a 5 year old. Finally they
came back home. The baby was much better. The Lama
on the Mountain said, “we are so grateful to you,
we didn’t know what we would have done if you
didn’t offer to watch our child. If there is
anything I can do for you please let me know.”

That’s when I laid it on him. Yes! There is, will
you open my heart?
The Lama chuckled and agreed to grant my request.
The next day we met in the meditation hall to
begin the ceremony.

He worked with me for the entire day and into the
late evening. The Lama did many different rituals,
prayers, and mantras. Touching different points
on my body with ritual objects, then it started to
happen. imagesand then I
started to see the decaying of everything, death,
hunger, pain and suffering, starving so much
suffering it was very sad. I started to cry and
even after I came out of the meditation I cried
and sobbed for the entire week.

I now know why the Lama didn’t want to open me up
so quickly.
When one opens their heart it not only opens up to
all the beauty it opens up to everything and
that’s hard to swallow. I told Mack this story and
he understood. Opening your heart is a good thing
but very painful indeed.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

pain and suffering and open up to a new and
wonderful you. The Mantra program will help you

best in you.

What is the purpose of Loneliness?

Friday, September 6th, 2013
Share

I’ve talked to friends who have been married for
years and claim they feel lonely in the
relationship even after 20 years and two kids.
Business people who work in offices with hundreds
of people claim they are lonely all day, even in
the midst of daily activities.

In general humans are social creatures and want
the inner action with people. So where does the
loneliness come from and how can you use it for your
growth?

Sometimes external forces affect us and a partner
leaves. We receive bad treatment at work or are
out casted by our social group. We tend to stick
to our pack just like wolves and follow the pack
like sheep. We like what is familiar to us;
anything outside of this is unknown and most
people will stay where they are, no matter if it’s
good or bad for them. We have a need to belong to
something or someone, if those needs are not met
you feel lonely.

images motivates us to take necessary
actions that will relieve it. No matter what!
Emotions do have a purpose, regardless of how
unpleasant some of them can make you feel.

Loneliness can make you feel empty and a sense of
longing for someone to really know you. But
loneliness may not be linked to the reality of a
situation because it can exist when connections
with others are short-lived, meaningless, or not
what you consider to be significant.

Here are a few ways to use loneliness to your
advantage:
1. Meditate- this will allow all of our
thoughts and feelings to come out.

2. Think positively-
Focus on positive and overcome whatever you think
about the most and it will be drawn to you.

3. Use alone time to simmer- soon the energy will
reveal itself to you and you will grow beyond
yourself and imposed limitations. It’s an
opportunity for intensive growth to inner
happiness.

In a relationship, the main focus is
mostly on the partner and not on the spiritual
part. When you spend time alone you get the
opportunity for a lot of rest. Plenty of rest is
the main path to enlightenment. With plenty of
rest, inner tension dissolves almost by itself.
Connecting a lot of rest with regular meditation
practice is the optimal way to enlightenment. When
you meditate regularity the personal things get
clearer, focus becomes like a laser beam. The
fastest way to inner happiness is to constantly
practice spiritually.

Develop a regular meditation plan and stick to it. Spend
the same part of your day in meditation and
within weeks the feelings of
loneliness and boredom will be gone as well
as internal tensions.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle I have developed a
series of practices to build your practice in
three important domains:

1. Health
2. Internal exercises
3. Meditation

These are key factors in developing your physical,
energetic and spiritual body.
Hop on board and you will be pleasantly surprised
on the practices you will learn and embody.

Are You A Taker or A Giver?

We all like getting something for free, but would
you take it if it endangered others? Some do and
don’t give it a second thought.

I was in the lobby in a very busy office building
the other day waiting for a friend to have lunch
with; she was late so I was there for around 20
minutes before we met up. It was around 12:30
and it looked like the Grand Central
Station with all the people pouring into the
lobby.

That’s when I overheard a conversation from
a group of women probably in their twenties. Some
were dressed to the nines and others in scrubs,
all talking at once in a very loud voice. One was
boasting to her friends about how she is “working
the system.” She said, “Girl, I free food,
money, free medical care, free child care and
everything else I can get from the government, and
they don’t know it but both me and my man have
good paying jobs, we just don’t report it. Ha-Ha.”

Then they all walked over to McDonald’s for lunch.
Little does she know the system is working her.
She thinks she is getting the so-called free ride.
The free medical care system is filling her family
up with vaccinations that can cause a host of
developmental problems with her kids, and the
drugs she is or will be taking for high blood
pressure, cholesterol and anxiety from the poor
choices she had made with her diet will bite her
in the back side sooner or later.

The free childcare is not care at all they are
feeding the children milk, cookies, sweet treats
and keeping them as unconscious as their mother.
All of this free stuff will be destroying her
health and most likely both her and her man will
get some disease like cancer, a heart condition
and definitely some major mental problems are
coming her way if the government pulls any of her
benefits away.
Sounds horrible don’t it?
The worst part is the society has her pegged as a
taker not a giver. This kind of poverty thinking
(I’ll beat the system) will keep her there and her
family for a long time.

Don’t be a poverty thinker. Don’t get pegged as a
taker.

Are You in charge?

Our government’s control of things makes all of us
nervous, but now one of the big auto companies is
refusing a National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration request for a recall of 2.7 million
SUVs.

The government agency claims the gas tank design
used in 1993 to 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokees and 2002
to 2007 Jeep Liberty is unsafe.

Chrysler says that the design of the gas tank
cited by NHTSA — placed behind the rear axle —
is a commonly accepted design used in many other
vehicles.

An estimated cost of a recall, will cost Chrysler
around $300 million to install a 3 millimeter
steel skid, a fuel tank check valve and better
fuel filler hose to address the problem.

What do you think is behind all of this?

You guessed it! $$$$

The recall may help knock Toyota Motor (TM) out of
its position as the world’s top automaker.

So whom do you trust? The government?

The auto companies?

This trust issue isn’t only limited to our auto
manufactures and the government.

The big $money$ people have their teeth sunk in to
the food and the medical industry like a loin does
on the neck of an antelope and they aren’t about
to let go.

The only one you can really count on is yourself.
It is more important than ever to educate yourself
and your family on what to eat, what medicine to
take and see what alternatives you have. You
cannot trust the corporate giants, you can’t trust
the Government.

I personally don’t take any allopathic medicine,
not even an aspirin. Yes, I take herbs, and
homeopathic medicine. I do internal exercises; I
have a water filter, a water distiller, and read
labels and grow and eat organic food.

If you are well educated, learn the truth about
the food and the medical industry. You have a
better chance of staying alive and healthy. Why
do you think they don’t want to label foods if
they are GMO? Because we wouldn’t buy them, $$$$$

Learn the exercises that will keep your Qi and
blood flowing, find out what is safe to eat and
avoid others.

Support the people and companies that are working
for your health and avoid the others. Soda, ice
cream, potato’s chips and corn is not healthy for
you. Don’t eat them. There is a chance that they
will contribute to you getting sick and dying.
