Is this the End of your Life or the beginning??

A few weeks ago I was walking in the park and a
woman who was raggedy dressed and looked like she
was down on her luck came up to me and said hello
to me. I thought maybe she was hitting me up for
some spare change. I said hi and thought nothing
of it. She then called me by name and told me who
she was, I looked into her eyes and apologized to
her and I said, I can’t remember how I know you.

She said, “It’s me Gloria you know me from high
school.” I still didn’t recognize her. I thought
to myself I don’t know this woman at all.

When She told me her full name and I was stunned.
I would have never recognized her in a thousand
years. She looked very old, with bags under her
eyes, she had straggly yellowish gray hair, a pale
complexion, and she was over weight and had a very
low vibration. I told her it was nice to see her.

Although I was shocked, I tried not to show it on
my face. She was a knockout in high school. Gloria
was tall, blond and beautiful and all the guys
were crazy about her.
She told me that she made some bad decisions in
her life and now is paying for them. She was now
divorced from a bad marriage, her family stopped
talking to her, she lost her job and went through
all her money, all bad news.

Although our encounter was brief it had a big
impact on me. I thought about her for days.
How such a beautiful girl could end up as a bag
lady.

It all comes down to what decisions we make and
how you orchestrate your life. The decisions you
make daily, weekly and through the years will
bring your future to you. Yes, we are in charge of
our own future.

Every decision you make affects your life for the
better or worse.

Dr. Carola Cuenca is finally here and seeing
patients. The Computer Regulation Thermography
(CRT) is amazing! We pick up more information
about a patients health in a half hour then most
doctors do with a slew of tests. Today I found out
that a patient who had a root canal was affecting
not only her thyroid but it showed up in the
breast tissue as well. I was able to treat the
patient immediately with acupuncture, detox their
lymphatic system, put them on the correct
homeopathic formula and sent them to the dentist
to get that tooth checked out. Most doctors never
think of the teeth as being the problem with the
body but we now know that if there is a problem
with your teeth there could be a problem with your
heart as well as other organs. The CRT picks up
these problems long before you get any symptoms.

Jack came in to the office and also got the test
done. He was complaining about his sleep and he
thought there was too much going on in his mind
but with the CRT test he found out that there was
a problem in his prostate that his medical doctor
didn’t see. Luckily it was detected and corrected.
I am getting the test done Monday morning to see
what is going on with me and I am having Anastasia
get the test as well. For more information call
the office at 305-407-0120 and schedule as soon as
you can!

Dr. Cuenca will only be here for a week.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and

How to Stay Thin

How to Stay Thin
The cheapest sweetener you can buy is High
Fructose Corn Syrup. Corn sweeteners are both
cheaper and sweeter and that’s why it is in just
about everything you buy.
I was in Michigan a few months ago and went to the
store to pick something up. My granddaughter and
her girl friend wanted to go with. When we got
there she asked. Can we get something? I told her
you can get what ever they want, as long as it
doesn’t contain high fructose corn syrup. They
looked around the entire store reading labels and
they both came back to me and said everything has
it.

I did some research my self and found out that
most corn in the USA is Genetically Modified and
that’s an entirely different problem that I will
address later.

I found an article by Dr. Mercola very
interesting.
“A 2009 study from University of California, Davis
takes its place in a growing lineup of scientific
studies demonstrating that consuming high-fructose
corn syrup is the fastest way to trash your
health. It is now known without a doubt that sugar
in your food, in all its myriad of forms, is
taking a devastating toll. Fructose in any form —
including high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and
crystalline fructose — is the worst of the worst!
Fructose, a cheap sweetener usually derived from
corn, is used in thousands of food products and
soft drinks. Excessive fructose consumption can
cause metabolic damage and triggers the early
stages of diabetes and heart disease.
Some of the side effects are
Insulin resistance and obesity

• Elevated triglycerides and elevated LDL

• Depletion of vitamins and minerals

• Cardiovascular disease, liver disease, cancer,
arthritis, and gout

• High Blood Pressure

It isn’t that fructose itself is bad — it is the
MASSIVE DOSES you’re exposed to that make it
dangerous. There are two reasons fructose is so
damaging:

1. Your body metabolizes fructose in a much
different way from glucose. The entire burden of
metabolizing fructose falls on your liver.
2. People are consuming fructose in enormous
quantities, which has made the negative effects
much more profound.

The FDA classifies fructose as GRAS: Generally
Regarded As Safe. Which pretty much means nothing
and is based on nothing. There is plenty of data
showing that fructose is not safe — but the
effects on the nation’s health have not been
immediate. That is why we are just now realizing
the effects of the last three decades of
nutritional misinformation.

If you really want to lose weight and keep it off
it’s easy if you are willing to make a life style
change. But if you are not about to change your
eating habits you may just be on the yoyo program
where you loose a few pounds and gain them right
back. I sure you know that one.
I have found that there are a few things that
really work well.

a. Read all the labels before you buy it. If you
see high fructose corn syrup don’t buy it.
b. If it’s pastoralized take it out of your
diet. Dairy products will make you fat.
c. Most of the wheat in the USA and Canada is
GMO. Forget it! They are not going to keep you
slim or healthy. Not only will you keep stacking
on pounds your health maybe in danger.
d. Start detoxing your body on a regular basic.
I do a detox every 3 months for a week or two.
Summer, fall, winter and spring are the best
times. If you haven’t ever detoxed , most likely
you are toxic from the air you breath, the water
you drink and the foods you are eating. I found
the core Restore Program to be one of the best and
easy to do.
http://rechargingqigong.com/core-restore-detox-program.html

e. Begin an exercise program and do it 4 times
a week for 90 days. I have found that the internal
exercises work wonders on balancing the mind and
the body. Yoga, Tai chi and Qi Gong keep you
strong and flexible in body, mind and spirit.
Start off with the Flying Crane Qi Gong it’s easy
to learn and will open up the hand centers in
weeks, and you will feel the Qi

Sue works in a weight clinic near my house and she
has been struggling with her own weight for years.
We were talking and she was telling me that there
are more over weight people in the USA than in
Asia or Europe combined hands down.
I asked her why she thought that was true? She
went on to say it’s big business that’s fatting up
America.

Sue said that most of the people who come into her
clinic just want a quick fix. They don’t have a
clue what they are doing to their health.
Sue told me that the woman that came in to see her
is running around from one fast food restaurant
deal to another looking for the discount of the
week. No wonder they are busting out of their
pants and as far as their workout it’s with a
knife and a fork.

She has completely stopped eating at fast food
restaurants and now wants the next step to those
love handles.
images-1 If you want
something sweet have some fruit before 5 O’ clock
in the evening the earlier in the day the better.

As far as sugar:
1. Use organic cane sugar in
moderation.

2.Use organic raw honey in moderation.

3. Avoid ALL artificial sweeteners,
which can damage your health even more quickly
than fructose.

4.Avoid agave syrup since it is a
highly processed sap that is almost all fructose.
Your blood sugar will spike just as it would if
you were consuming regular sugar or HFCS. Agave’s
meteoric rise in popularity is due to a great
marketing campaign, but any health benefits
present in the original agave plant are
processed out.

5.Eat a fruit in moderation it will satisfy
your sweet tooth and drink more water.

6.Avoid energy drinks and sports drinks because
they are loaded with sugar, sodium, and chemical
additives.

In the hot summer wake up earlier, drink more
water, and practice the Yin exercises
http://rechargingqigong.com/yin-set.html
these will pull the heat out of the body, keep
your internal organs healthy and give you better
sleep and more energy.

It’s the full moon and it’s National Hot Dog Day.
What’s in a hot dog? Don’t’ ask,
and we won’t tell.
Sometimes, its best if you don’t know.
At least that’s what they say on the national hot dog website.
I haven’t had a dog in years I gave them up long ago;

But there are much more significant things going on
right now that we should all be aware of.
On July 22nd, 2013 at 02:15 pm EDT the Full Moon,
will be full in the sign Aquarius, what will mean
for us?

•It’s a great time to start networking with groups.
•Time to work on relationship with friends.
•Create something for yourself,something special
•Spent time with people you aspire to be like.
•It’s high time to put yourself around people
that you aspire to be like.

Join a group that has the same kind of goals
and interests that you have.

Saturn is currently in Scorpio.
This is the sign of power and money.
It is the values of others that we associate with.
Saturn holds us responsible for the company we keep.
Don’t put yourself around people that you don’t
want to be like.

Take sometime to set your goals and
know where you are going.
This is the best way to understand the flow
of energy and how to work things out.

Whatever comes up at this Full Moon,
which requires attention or release,
there are options that aid in the movement forward.

I was at a beautiful christening ceremony on Saturday
with a group of people who are Unknown.
These are the kind of people that you want to
associate with.
Although we don’t share the same religious believes we
share the same spiritual believes way different than
the dogma of the church.
We share a heart to heart connection.

An Unwanted Hitchhiker

Jocelyn returned from a meditation retreat at the
Taoist monastery in China the last week of May.
She’s an old friend and called me when she
returned and shared her adventure with me.
She told me that she had the opportunity to visit
Tibet and see where the Sky burials take
place.
Living in the western world we never hear much
about death and any burial practices. In the USA
we are sort-of born from nothingness and then die
into nothingness. It’s like it all takes place off
stage.
How many of you have witnessed a birth or been
with someone when they died? Not too many of us
get to see the comings and goings of birth and
death.
She told me of The Sky burial, it’s a funerary practice in Tibet
wherein a human corpse is incised in certain
locations and placed on a mountaintop, exposing it
to the elements and predatory birds. This practice
is known as jhator, which means “giving alms to
the birds.”
According to tradition there is no need to
preserve the body, as it is now an empty vessel.
Birds may eat it, or nature may cause it to
decompose. Thus, the function of the sky burial is
simply to dispose of the remains.

Last week Jocelyn gave me a call and said she
wasn’t feeling very well. She reported that she
had no energy and just wanted to sleep all the
time.
She said, Dr. Wu Dhi I just feel horrible it’s
almost like I am not myself.
She told me that she needed to see me ASAP. The
next day she came into the office and I hardly
recognized her. She was drained and after an
examination I suggested that I come over to her
house to clear the energy and see what’s going on
energetically.

We found that she picked up a hitchhiker-spirit on
her travels and it followed her home and was now
having a feast with her energy.

We set up an appointment to clear her home office
and do some Medical Qi Gong to clean and clear
the energy and send the hungry spirit packing.

We don’t hear much about this in America. It
definitely exists here but it is usually treated
as a mental problem.

I had images
This week I will spend 3 or 4 hours at her home
clearing out all the cobwebs, using a combination
of special mantras, incents and rituals to clear
cleanse and purify the house and property.

Sound spooky to you? It is just part of the
Medical Qi Gong work
If you ever need this kind of special work done
contact me and we can have a conversation and see
if it’s right for you.

The Key to longevity, update on Dr. Cuenca

Dimages will be at my office later this
month July 25th for a week to run some interesting
testing on patients, she is a naturopathic doctor
from Santa Cruz, California and specializes in
Computer regulation thermography (CRT) and
advanced homeopathic medicine. The Thermography is
a wonderful tool used to get a functional picture
of all the organ systems in the body.

The Test is performed by measuring different
points on the skin, which correspond to specific
internal organs and tissues through
viscerocutaneous reflexes. Thermography has been
used in Europe for more that 20 years, and has
recently been computerized to make interpretation
easier and more accurate.
How the CRT works?

The autonomic nervous system, which controls
automatic body functions, determines circulation
to internal organs as well as the skin. It does
this by altering the amount of dilation and
constriction in blood vessels. Environmental
temperature impacts the autonomic nervous system
and, therefore, affects blood flow. By measuring
the temperature of many different points on the
skin before and after a cold stimulus, we can
monitor changes in circulation. The actual
temperature, as well as how it changes in response
to the cold stimulus, provides information about
the function of organs and tissues that correspond
to the points being measured.

After adapting to room temperature, the first set
of measurements is taken. A 15 minute cooling phase
follows before measuring the
points a second time. After the results are
interpreted, they will be explained during a
follow-up appointment. Treatment will be based on
the test’s results, the patient’s specific
situation, and the doctor’s assessment.

Why is this test so important ?
Regulation thermography is effective in the early
detection of many physical imbalances and
diseases. Often times symptoms are affected by
areas of the body that may not at first seem
directly related. Thermography can help determine
what additional lab work; if any; may be needed to
determine the source of ill health; and can help
avoid many unnecessary, expensive lab tests.

CRT can discover possible sources of chronic
disease and infections. Breast, ovarian, and
prostate health can also be assessed. Possible
cardiovascular, stomach, liver, pancreas, and
gallbladder problems can be detected using the
CRT. Unknown causes of infection and inflammation,
allergic or toxic reactions to food, the presence
of intestinal mycosis or dysbiosis, and possible
correlations between dental health and disease can
all be determined using CRT. Your overall vitality
can be estimated by CRT.

To schedule an appointment call my office at
305-407-0120

This is what you will need to do before the
testing
1. Do not shower, exercise, or engage in any
activities that will increase your blood pressure.

2. Eat a light breakfast. Do not drink coffee,
including decaf, or any caffeinated beverages,
like Coke or Pepsi.

3. Do not smoke or drink alcohol for a
minimum of 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Take only medications that you take regularly.

5. Wear comfortable clothing that covers your
arms and legs and make sure to wear socks.
A lose button-down shirt is good.

6. No tight clothing, including
belts. Anything that leaves a red mark when you
remove it is too tight.

7. Do not use any creams, lotions, or make-up on
your skin. *Men avoid shaving on the morning of
their appointment.

8. Avoid confrontation or emotional stress on the
day of your appointment

If you have any questions contact the office and I
will answer them the best I can or refer you to

I highly suggest this test for better health and
as a guide for longevity practices.

How to Balance your Body

perfect-balance-affirmation-480x360
Just this morning I had a lady come into my
office who was suffering from symptoms connected
to her menopause. She said, “I can’t
sleep, I wake up every few hours and I am burned
up, I sweat so much I feel like I am sleeping in a
sauna bath and it’s been going on for months.

We went over her medical history and she reported
that she has a cold right now, but doesn’t want to
take any medicine, no matter if it’s natural or not.
She reported having a chronic back problem and doesn’t
want address it either.
She also said that she is gaining weight and is
really depressed about that but not willing to
change her diet.
She said, “I drink coffee all day
and I am not willing to change my coffee drink
habits at all! I love my coffee, and will drink
6 to 7 cups a day.

It sounds to me that she loves her habits much
more than her sleep, her health, or the way she
looks. There is a mental emotional imbalance here
and she isn’t willing to look at it.

There are many different ways to treat illness and
balance the body and mind. Our body and mind are
so tightly coupled you would be amazed how much
one affects the other. There is a scientific name
for it; it’s called psycho-neuro immunology.
There is now a huge body of published evidence
documenting at the neurological and biochemical
level, how states of mind such as anxiety,
depression and anger affect the functioning of
immune system.

This patient really didn’t want to hear about that
either. I didn’t tell dare tell her this in her
delicate state, but I’ll tell you.

That coffee habit she has is warming up her entire
body, as well as over stimulating her mind and is
a stronga diuretic. Coffee has been used to
stimulate the mind and wake you up. It’s also
considered a mental stimulant, but if you are having extreme
night sweets it’s a No, No .

If the coffee isn’t organic they are using
poisonous herbicide and pesticide sprays. If you
think decaf is a good alternative, wake up and
smell the coffee. Petroleum based solvents are
used to make the stuff and it’s not the best for
your health.

Let’s get back to the patient; she drinks coffee
all day long, caffeinated until 3 or 4 in the
afternoon and decaf at night.
She can’t sleep why?
According to Chinese medicine she is damaging the
water element the kidneys and bladder. The excess
of coffee can be acting as a diuretic injuring the
balance between fire and water that’s the yin,
yang balance of the body.

When there is an imbalance in the water element
the fire element goes wild. As we all know if you
make a fire the heat will rise. In the body if
there is too much heat it goes upward as well and
will disturb the mind, hence the insomnia. Too
much heat could be the cause of the excess
sweating as well. If she wants to get back to a
good nights sleep she needs to cut down on her
beloved coffee and start loving herself.

When we practice Qi Gong and meditation a few
great things happen. We cool the body down. This
relaxes the mind and will allow for a better
nights sleep as well as harmonizing the balance of
our fire and water element.
Start practicing today.

The beauty of Computer Regulation Thermography

The beauty of Computer Regulation Thermography

Dr. Cuenca from Santa Cruz, California will be in
Miami again on July 25th for a week to test
patients with the CRT (Thermography) to determine
if there are any under functioning, over
functioning or blockages held in the body. I have
had this test numerous of times over the years and
it gives a picture of your health long before any
symptoms show up.
I recommend it highly.
By the time you are getting symptoms the dis-ease
is well rooted in your body and much harder to
treat.
The beauty of images-1is
that you can find hidden blockages 6 months to 1
year before symptoms show up. This test is used in
most clinics in Europe and the treatments used are
with Homeopathic remedies, herbs, neural therapy
and diet to keep you healthy and dis-ease free.
Thermographic reads 119 body points taken with a
very sensitive, non-invasive, and radiation-free
sensor. Measuring the lymphatic & endocrine
systems, breasts, teeth, major organs, and more.

When there are disease processes in a human body,
the body’s organs respond differently to stress. A
physiological response from these stressed organs,
called the visceral cutaneous reflex, makes
detection possible by way of distinguishing
differences in skin temperature with thermography.

As with any thermographic device, temperatures out
of normal range can indicate areas of potential
concern and then be treated and brought back to
internal stability or homeostasis with natural
drug-free treatments.

Begin your journey into a younger, healthier,
vibrant you and contact my office and schedule an
appointment for the testing and treatments.

Avoid the 3 Poisons of Worry, Struggle and Blame

Wednesday, July 10th, 2013

Avoid the three poisons of worry, struggle and blame

You’ve come up with a great idea, you took months,
even years to put it together, you did your
research, made the right contacts and everything
is set to go. There has been a tremendous amount
of planning and preparation done in order to get
your project ready for the big launch. You are
about to take the final leap of faith into the
abyss praying that everything will go as you
expected. That’s when it happened the
hole-freaking thing seemed to crumble right before
your eyes.

“NOW WHAT?”
We may not be able to control a lot of things in
our lives, but one thing you can always control is
how you respond to a situation.

1. Take responsibility for the situation and avoid
the three poisons of worry, struggle and blame.
a. Worry -is just negative visualization and
whatever we visualize is what we bring into our
life. The key is to focus on what you want, not
what you don’t want.
b. Struggle- When you feel that you will be
left out of something or not have enough, one
becomes greedy, jealous and life seems like a
struggle.
c. Blame- When you accuse others for your
problems and anything that doesn’t go your way.
Take ownership of your circumstance as a stance
and posture towards your situation.
2. Analyze where the breakdowns happened.
Acknowledge where you are now and decide where you
want to go from here. Ask yourself this, how can I
do it better? What have I learned? What’s the next
step?
“Turn your Stops into Steps.”
3. Take Action! –After you have taken
images of your circumstances and evaluated
your mistakes, it’s time for action. Get up and
keep moving forward. What are the most important
things you should be doing- Keep life as simple as
you can and keeping the focus where it needs to
be. Keep up with your practices
4. Be grateful for what you have, for the
opportunity to learn and grow and get going again
ASAP.
The one who wins the fight is the one who is still
standing at the end.

I have had projects that I thought couldn’t fail,
they did.
I had projects that I thought would never work,
they worked.
The only projects that never work are the ones
that you don’t work.

I always take time out for a few essentials-SLEEP,
TRAINING, and TO PUT THE BEST FUEL IN MY BODY I
CAN FIND. (Diet)
The training that works the quickest and will give
you the most power are Internal exercises, the
Recharging Qi Gong and the Flying Crane Style Qi
Gong programs.

hours per night and I eat organic as much as
possible. Eat smaller meals more frequently.

Happiness
