Is your Cholesterol too high?

Monday, September 16th, 2013

The more you read and study what’s going on in the
American medical system and who they are in bed
with, (the drug companies) you begin to wonder…
“What happens if I get sick? Who can I trust?”
I was speaking to Linda last week and she told me
a story that I could hardly believe. She went to
see her doctor for her annual check up. A few days
later her doctor’s office called and wanted her to
make another appointment to go over her blood
work. When she got to the office she was told that
her LDL cholesterol was over 200 and she had to go
on drugs immediately.

Linda has been healthy most of her life; she eats
a good diet and exercises every day and really
didn’t want to go on medicine that has been proven
to cause liver damage and many other side effects.
She told her doctor thank you but I am not going
to take the medicine.

A few months later she got a cancellation notice
from her health insurance company claiming that
she was at high risk and they could no longer
cover her.

Linda said, I have been with this company since I
was living with my parents and that’s been years
and years ago. So she called to find out what
happened, it seemed that the insurance company got
a notice that she refused to take the drugs
prescribed by her medical doctor and stated she
was at risk for heart disease.

They strongly suggested to her that if she
refused to follow her doctor’s advice and take her
medicine they would be forced to drop her.
For decades, there has been a concern about the
relationship between LDL cholesterol and heart
disease and how it has affected everything from
the food we eat to the drugs we take to the test
results we get back and the worries we have about
our health.

IMG_2133
1. Cholesterol forms part of cellular membranes
and is involved in allowing or preventing critical
nutrients from entering the cell and this in turn
affects cellular function.
2. The brain and central nervous system are mostly
made of cholesterol.
3. The sex hormones: progesterone, estrogen and
testosterone are all derived from and structurally
related to cholesterol.
4. The sex hormones and the adrenal glands are
derived from cholesterol.
5. Cholesterol is also a p recursor for Vitamin D

The LDL (bad cholesterol) preachers have many of
us swallowing the most-prescribed class of drugs
in recent history.

Americans spend more than $14 billion on
cholesterol-lowering medications a year and it’s
growing each year. In fact Cholesterol control has
become the main focus of health care in the United
States. No mater if it’s necessary or not, if your
blood work is out of range you are going to be
prescribed a cholesterol-lowering drug… Bottom
line it’s making a lot of money for the drug
companies.

Of course some cholesterol are relatively safe and
some are dangerous. If you treat them all the
same, you aren’t going to get the true story but
many people are going to get medicated need it or
not.

There are many natural ways you can try to handle
your cholesterol without taking drugs:

1.Drink a cup or two of green tea daily
2.Use a dry brush on your body daily
3.Jump on a small trampoline for 5 minutes a
day
4.Try Red Rice yeast and niacin
5.Quit smoking
6.Take Herbs
7.Lower your intake of meat, butter, cream milk
and cheese to lower saturated fats in your diet.
8.Take Omega 3 fatty acids
9.Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables to add
more soluble fiber to your diet.
10.Reduce Sugar
11.Lose Weight
12.Drink vegetable juices

Take responsibility for your own health and
without a doubt you will get healthier. But you
must work at it! Exercise daily, eat more
vegetables, and drink clean water.

Dr. Carola Cuenca is finally here and seeing
patients. The Computer Regulation Thermography
(CRT) is amazing! We pick up more information
about a patients health in a half hour then most
doctors do with a slew of tests. Today I found out
that a patient who had a root canal was affecting
not only her thyroid but it showed up in the
breast tissue as well. I was able to treat the
patient immediately with acupuncture, detox their
lymphatic system, put them on the correct
homeopathic formula and sent them to the dentist
to get that tooth checked out. Most doctors never
think of the teeth as being the problem with the
body but we now know that if there is a problem
with your teeth there could be a problem with your
heart as well as other organs. The CRT picks up
these problems long before you get any symptoms.

Jack came in to the office and also got the test
done. He was complaining about his sleep and he
thought there was too much going on in his mind
but with the CRT test he found out that there was
a problem in his prostate that his medical doctor
didn’t see. Luckily it was detected and corrected.
I am getting the test done Monday morning to see
what is going on with me and I am having Anastasia
get the test as well. For more information call
the office at 305-407-0120 and schedule as soon as
you can!

Dr. Cuenca will only be here for a week.

Thinking outside the Box of Fear

Making a shift in your thinking as the images-1
revolution and the Darwinian revolution did for
people in the 1600 changed how we look at life in
general. Prior to those revolutions people
explained the world around them in terms of a God
that makes specific decisions. If you fell and
broke your arm it was considered an act of God. If
you were a farmer and your crops failed it was an
act of God. People thought of an omnipotent God
who made everything happen.

Then people shifted and they started looking at
things differently and started to take more
responsibility for their own actions. The new
belief was that God is the one to put in place a
universe with certain principles and what we need
to do is to figure out those principles. That’s
what the Newtonian revolution was all about.

On the other hand Darwinian revolution gave us a
shift in thinking about biological species and
natural history.

Today the Gods seem to be the doctors and the
large corporations telling us what is good for us,
what we need to buy, what medicines we need to
take even what foods we need to eat.
I believe these false Gods are leading us down a
narrow path of destruction, like scared sheep with
false fears of our demise.

I have a patient who came into my office a year
ago with a bloated stomach, which is usually an
easy fix, but after seeing her just a few times
there was no change. I referred her to a medical
doctor and after extensive testing they
discovered she had ovarian cancer. She was
operated within days and then she was told if she
didn’t start chemo right away she was going to
die!

The patient decided not to go the traditional
route and changed her diet removing all sugars,
all carbs, and all dairy products. She began doing
the Recharging Qi Gong program daily.
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html
She stopped stressing out and believing that she
was going to die. The decision she made was to
live a healthy drug free life and to take
responsibility for her own health and not leave it
up to the medical doctors and the drug companies.
Her family thought she was totally out of her
mind.

It’s been a year since the operation and according
to her blood work and the cancer markers she is
Cancer FREE. She lost 30 unneeded pounds, works
full time, is happier than she has ever been and
doesn’t miss any of the cancer producing foods.
She practices her Qi Gong daily and always has a
smile on her face.

Don’t wait for a disease to bite you in your
rear-end and start practicing today.

Real Doc Talk

Wednesday, March 20th, 2013
Share

I had lunch with a group of doctors today and we
were all sharing what we did in our practices. I
was surprised that the two cardiologists have
never done any surgery and only balance patients’
medicine. I thought they did a lot more.

The Chiropractor said he never gives any medicine,
herbs or vitamins. When I asked him why he said,
“I have a busy practice and only see PIP cases
(Personal Injury Protection) and the medical
doctor works for HMO and said he doesn’t have time
to go to the bathroom. He sees up to 60 people a
day and is fried.

My practice is a lot different. I only see 6
people a day and usually spend an hour or more
with them.

My doctor friends were shocked and asked me what
kind of practice is that.
I told them it’s a true family practice.
I believe that if someone or something is
unbalanced in the family, the entire family is
sick and it can even be the house they live in.
I could see the eyes rolling when I told them that,
there were even a few snickers. Then the questions started
flying around the table.
What do you mean the house is sick?
How does my wife’s health affect me?
You see kids? I thought you just stuck people with
needles.

Although I am licensed as an acupuncturist, there
is far more to my practice than you would think. I
have been in practice for 20 years in Florida and
practiced NLP, Postural integration, postural and
structural alignment,Fung Shui, Medical Qi Gong and
have been teaching meditation and Qi Gong for over
35 years.

So when I see a patient I am looking at them from
many different aspects. The treatments are all
customize to suit the individuals’ needs and
sometimes I have to go to their house to go over
and clear up any blockages that may be causing them
or their family any harm.
Yes Houses get sick, too much clutter or old negative
energy or even the landscaping can effect the moods
and health of the home and your family.

When the meeting was over a few of the doc’s
wanted to know if I’d be willing to work with them
and take a look at their homes. I told them to drop me a note
at Dr Wu Dhi@gmail and I’d see what I could do.

I also went over the coaching program that I
offer. It’s amazing and people are getting some
great results in their health, relationships
happiness and even financial break-through.

How to end Worry, Struggle and Blame forever

Monday, January 7th, 2013
Share

I have been sharing clients with a medical doctor
for the last few years and now she is dissatisfied
with the arrangement. According to her the
patients that come in to see me are getting better
too quick. I thought that was the goal, but
apparently for some doctors that’s not it. The
truth is the other doctor is stressed to the max
and doesn’t know where to turn. So the easiest
thing is to blame others for the problems and I
seem to be in the line of fire.

This is a normal human response when one doesn’t
want to take responsibility for what’s put in their plate.
They blame others for the situation.
We have all done this at one time or another,
but it’s far from healthy in any situation.

There is a teaching that comes from the Tibetan
Buddhist tradition of spiritual work. It’s called
the “Wheel of Life “and shows the emotional states
or realms of consciousness often associates with
the unaware states of awareness. It’s depicted by
a painting called a mandala and is often on the
doors of the monetary so the monks are reminded to
wake up and not be caught up in “The Three Poisons”.

In the middle of the mandala is a picture of a
pig, a snake and a peacock. These symbolize “The
Three Poisons”-worry, struggle and blame, also
known as ignorance, greed and aggression,
according to the Buddhists this is the root cause
of suffering and dissatisfaction.

Surrounding the center sphere of the painting are
beings on the path of spiritual evolution.

This is one of the most important teachings to
freedom and get on with life in a positive
harmonious way. The teaching gives you a formula
to move away from “The Three Poisons” and leads
you into a world of wisdom, compassion and
transformative power.

“As Long AS OUR ACTIONS are dominated by anger
(blame) ignorance (worry) and pride (Struggle), we
are lost in a world of illusion, spinning in an
endless cycle from which we will not escape.”
-R.S.

We have put together a package called
The Internal Mantra Program

that teaches in detail the internal workings of
this ancient work that includes a DVD of the
teaching, a powerful CD interview with Eluv and a
rare CD giving you the practice and the
formula for transformation.

Don’t wait for the universe to smack you in the
face. Get the program today and start the

Creating Your Own Power Animals

Friday, July 6th, 2012
Share

The Chinese Taoist’s have
formulas for just about everything,
diet, exercise, meditations, and how
to live your life better.
One of the very special formulas
that are taught uses the power of
visualization and involves 4 animals used as protectors.

1. The dragon
2. The Phoenix sometimes called a Firebird
3. A white Tiger
4. Turtle

Each animal represents
a direction, a color, and the human
organ and does a special job that
carries out a special protective quality.

Although this may sound like a child’s
play, to the westerner these teachings go
back thousand of years and have significant value.
Mythology and creative visualization is
now being used in modern medicine and
psychiatric care. One of my friends is a psychiatrist
in Kentucky and is in his private life is a Mayan Shaman.
One may think that is unusual but another Medical
doctor that I know right here in Florida is a practicing
Shaman from another tradition.

When they aren’t practicing medicine they are
involved in high leave shaman practices and rituals.
A doctor is a teacher — or should be one, in order to
teach his patients ways to heal themselves on a physical,
mental and spiritual leave. We are all three bodies
operating as one and in order to be healthy all three
bodies must function in harmony.

This morning I was training with one of
my students and we saw someone walking their dog.
The dog was a bulldog and I pointed out that one
of my protectors was a bulldog.
The student said how could that be?
“I thought you said that there where only
four protectors and there wasn’t any mention of a dog.”

Our protectors can change and morph
into other beings and creatures.
My dragon protector who lives on my left
side represents a few things.
My liver for one, the emotions of anger
and kindness, the color green, getting things
started and completed quickly.

Over the years my dragon has changed shapes,
has a name and the relationship is stronger.
Why? Because I have placed more attention into
the visualization and have worked with the
protector in my meditations.
Remember, the more you work with
something the stronger it becomes.

Here’s how the morphing happened to my dragon.
One of my friends had a 150-pound dog that
was a great protector. But he was overprotective
and would go crazy if anyone came into the house
that he didn’t know and if you took him for a walk
and he saw another dog he would try to rip him apart.
His master had no idea how to train a dog or anything
else for that matter. His form of training was only to
control and try to dominate. Dogs are intuitive in nature
and they pick up on vibrations and intensions of other
animals and people as well. So the dog became just like
his master, overly aggressive and tried to control
everything and everyone.
Not a good way to live ones life,
if you want to stay around for a while.

I had a great relationship with the dog since it was a pup.
I played with it and the dog picked up on my vibes.
One day the master and the dog had it out — the
dog bit him and the dog was scheduled to be put down
the next day. When they told me what was going to happen,
I asked if I could take him for a walk.
The family agreed and I told the pooch that
he would always be with me as one of my
protectors and not to worry.

To this day the dog has been with me.
He morphed into a dragon dog.
This may sound a little strange to you but if you
have a favorite pet, or a creature that you have
infinity with, you can incorporate it into your
personal mythology as I did.

You may want to learn more about your
own mythology, how to use visualization and
learn to work with the protectors.

Is Your Doctor Sick?

Friday, June 15th, 2012
Share

I had lunch with Ricky last week.
He is a medical doctor that graduated from
Emory Medical School, a four year program of
intense studies covering everything about the
human body possible.

He also had a 2 year internship at
Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Ricky has always been a great student and
has a great memory for details. It seems
like he is always late. We decided to get
together for lunch at Anthony’s at 1:00 pm and
Ricky arrived at around 1:30 pm. I ordered a salad
and some unsweetened ice tea. As soon as Ricky got
there, he ordered a pitcher of diet coke, a pizza
with onions, peppers pepperoni and extra cheese.

As Ricky gulped down his diet cola and ate that
greasy pizza, he was telling me how many patients
he saw that day. I think he said 30 in the morning!

As we finished lunch, he decided to go next door to
the drug store to pick up a few things. To my surprise
he picked up a pack of Marlboro’s, some Tums for his
tummy and some medicine for lactose intolerant conditions.
I asked him what all of that stuff was for. He said that
whenever he eats pizza, he gets heartburn and the cheese
just kills him because he is lactose intolerant.

I asked him a simple question: if you get heartburn
and you are lactose intolerant, why would you eat that stuff?
He said, “mmmmmmhmmmmm, it’s good!” Although Rick’s a smart guy,
I don’t believe he has any sense at all. He is eating the same
diet that he had when he was in his twenties and now he is in his fifties.

He gets constant heartburn, has a cough and you really
don’t want to ride in the car with him with the windows up.

Personally, I wouldn’t see Rick if I were sick.
Sure, he knows everything about medicine and what
drug to put in the body to suppress any condition.
But, as far as health, he doesn’t have a clue!

I invited him to come to my class to learn some of
the prescriptive exercises for the organs, like the
ones in the Recharging Qi Gong program or the Yin set.
He told me that it is really not his thing. He is not
into exercise, he smokes, he has poor eating habits
and did you know that the average life expectancy of
a medical doctor in the USA is 58???
There is defiantly something missing in the system.

I don’t take any medicine myself.
I take vitamins and herbs.
I get up every morning, do my meditation
practices, my Qi Gong practices, and I have
been doing these practices for over 40 years constantly.

Yea, I went to acupuncture school for 4 years,
did an internship in China and another internship
at South Shore Hospital in Miami beach and then did
another 3 year study on medical Qi Gong. I don’t think
the pizza would be good for me either, so I don’t eat it.
I might be lactose intolerant, but I stay away from dairy.
Those brown carbonated drinks are something I always used
to polish my brass bed. I have made a decision long ago
to only put the best fuels in my body.

I know that if I bought an expensive sports car,
I certainly wouldn’t put in the cheapest gasoline I
could find and I surely wouldn’t put cheap fuel in my body.
If I had that sports car, I would make sure that it was
tuned up and all of the parts were working great! I do the
same for my body and I am thankful every day that my health
is good, that my energy and vitality are awesome and I don’t
have to mask problems with pills for my ills.

If your are like me and you want to have a body, mind and
spirit like a fine racecar, start making choices to put only
the best in your body, mind and spirit. Get on the right track!
Order the Recharging Qi Gong program today
