Avoid the three poisons of worry, struggle and blame

You’ve come up with a great idea, you took months,
even years to put it together, you did your
research, made the right contacts and everything
is set to go. There has been a tremendous amount
of planning and preparation done in order to get
your project ready for the big launch. You are
about to take the final leap of faith into the
abyss praying that everything will go as you
expected. That’s when it happened the
hole-freaking thing seemed to crumble right before
your eyes.

“NOW WHAT?”
We may not be able to control a lot of things in
our lives, but one thing you can always control is
how you respond to a situation.

1. Take responsibility for the situation and avoid
the three poisons of worry, struggle and blame.
a. Worry -is just negative visualization and
whatever we visualize is what we bring into our
life. The key is to focus on what you want, not
what you don’t want.
b. Struggle- When you feel that you will be
left out of something or not have enough, one
becomes greedy, jealous and life seems like a
struggle.
c. Blame- When you accuse others for your
problems and anything that doesn’t go your way.
Take ownership of your circumstance as a stance
and posture towards your situation.
2. Analyze where the breakdowns happened.
Acknowledge where you are now and decide where you
want to go from here. Ask yourself this, how can I
do it better? What have I learned? What’s the next
step?
“Turn your Stops into Steps.”
3. Take Action! –After you have taken
images of your circumstances and evaluated
your mistakes, it’s time for action. Get up and
keep moving forward. What are the most important
things you should be doing- Keep life as simple as
you can and keeping the focus where it needs to
be. Keep up with your practices
4. Be grateful for what you have, for the
opportunity to learn and grow and get going again
ASAP.
The one who wins the fight is the one who is still
standing at the end.

I have had projects that I thought couldn’t fail,
they did.
I had projects that I thought would never work,
they worked.
The only projects that never work are the ones
that you don’t work.

I always take time out for a few essentials-SLEEP,
TRAINING, and TO PUT THE BEST FUEL IN MY BODY I
CAN FIND. (Diet)
The training that works the quickest and will give
you the most power are Internal exercises, the
Recharging Qi Gong and the Flying Crane Style Qi
Gong programs.

How the Solar and Lunar Eclipses Affect You

Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012

‘We are in a remarkable global pattern
for the next few years that can affect all of us.’
This is what some of the finest astrologers
in the world are saying.
Now, practice and staying grounded
is a must to keeping you balanced.

A Solar Eclipse occurred at 7:47 pm
on last Sunday May 20th 2012 and the
Lunar Eclipse will happen on June 4th.
The full moon has triggered an aspect telling
us to pay attention to what is right under our nose.
It is time to look at mental patterns that no longer work.
Pay attention to your habitual thinking and what you
create as the by-product of those thoughts.

Change the way you think about a
condition and the situation will change.
It’s as simple as that!

What you are saying to yourself can change a
habit and it creates the space for something new to happen.

It’s your Self-Talk – which is that
conversation that goes on inside your head,
the running commentary about everything you do.
It never lets anything go by
without some comment, remark or evaluation.

Once you become aware of
this process you can charge yourself
to the positive, successful, powerful
person you want to be. If the your
Self-Talk is not under control, look
out -the automatic reactions you have to
this constant chatter of judgments and
evaluations can keep you feeling stressed
and less able to meet your goals
and challenges of life.
Mind chatter like, “I’m not smart
enough, good enough, something
is wrong with me, I can’t do it,
I never finish anything, and this is too
hard” can rule you if you don’t take charge.

You may have initially formed
these negative ideas about yourself
from things you heard from a parent,
teacher or someone who was an
influence over you. You definitely
don’t need those people to tell you
what to do anymore, even if it’s
just in your head.

These thoughts surface when
you are faced with doing something
that is counter productive to what
your mind thinks you can do.
We may still crave things that are no longer
fulfilling. But now it’s essential to move in a new
direction. It is time to let go of the old mental
chatter and learn something new.
The past is the past — it is time for a healing and release!

We need to communicate what is important to us.
“Put your money where your mouth is”
“The proof is in the pudding” or “There is no free lunch”
may be the mantra for this period.

Start to look at things from outside of the box,
think differently and get on a healthy program.
Learning new things is the big key to the situation.
It is time to listen, learn, practice and ground your energy.
Get the Recharging Qi Gong program and the
Flying Crane Qi Gong program and practice daily.
These will give you the rooting and the grounding
techniques you will need to keep your
balance mentally, physically and spiritually.

keep Your Eyes Open and Your Big Mouth Shut.

Many years ago my master
warned me to keep my eyes
open and my mouth shut.

He would say, “Guarding your
speech is as important as guarding your life.
What ever you say, when you say it and who
you say it to can get you killed, or save your life.”

I remember I was a blabbermouth
and my teacher gave me an assignment to
control my speech and break me out of
a habit for over talking.

At first it seemed like an easy exercise to me.
I thought I could do it for the assigned time of
12 hours without any problem, but it was
more difficult than I imagined.
Before I really made a commitment
to train myself, my mind was jumping
from one thought to the next, like a monkey
jumping from branch to branch chattering as
I went from one subject to the next.

Here is the exercise the master had me do:
He told me to take a penny, wash it and
put it on my tongue and hold that penny on
the roof of my mouth.

I was told to be sure to take it out of
my mouth to eat and drink.
It’s a way to train the mind,
to stop the mind from chattering and a
way to guard your speech.

When we talk and talk and talk and talk
we lose a tremendous amount of energy.

The 3 ways we lose the most of our energy is:

1. Through our digestion
– over eating is an energy sucker.

2. Sexual activity
– too much too often can zap you and age you prematurely.

3. Over talking, your speech, and what you say
– Guarding your speech is most important of the three.

When we are trying to make changes in our lives,
no matter if it’s mentally, physically, emotionally
or spiritually, we will run into some resistance.
Our bodies are like robots and we like doing the
same things over and over. It makes no difference
if those habits are good or not, the body / mind likes
doing what it does.

Now, how can we make those positive changes
that we all want in our Health, Wealth and Happiness?
There is a way and it really works.

1st is Education and 2nd is Training.

With the right instructions and the correct
Practice, you can change just about anything
and be in control of most situations in your life.
The easiest way to get permanent change
is to change the body first.
That’s where the commitment comes in.
If you want to change, you need to do something
to make those changes.

Body first, then mind and spirit.

The combination of the three will
make and hold the permanent changes in your life.

I have found that Qi Gong Practices include all three.
It trains the physical to be more flexible and supple,
it opens up the flow of energy in the meridians and
quiets the mind.

When I was first introduced to Qi Gong, it blew my socks off.
My hand chakras opened, my meditations improved and I
became much more flexible in both body and mind.
I started my Qi Gong training in
Flying Crane Qi Gong and
I still do it to this day.
