How a Health Problem Can Be a Blessing

Health Problems Can be a Blessing

Health Problems Can be a Blessing

Nicole has health problems and has  been suffering for the last three or four years from
stomach pain and has had diarrhea and cramps after
eating most of the time, this is a big problem . A few years ago, she was
traveling with his eldest sister in Asia, and she
accidentally cut her right leg. They were a little

tipsy at the time, so she just innocently washed her leg off in the river, not thinking of the consequences of what might be in that water. That was not a good idea. Since that time, she has had stomach problems.

Nikki has taken many stool tests, extensive blood work, and has tried a multitude of digestive enzymes and probiotics, but has gotten no positive results so far.

After I did a thorough examination, I believed her problem
is more in the Metal element where the lungs and
the large intestines are located. The lungs have
to do with respiration, energy or Qi, the exterior
of the body, our skin, and the emotions of sadness
and grief. The large intestines is the final stage
of digestion and has a lot to do with the spleen.
Nikki appears to have a form of bacterial
dysentery undetectable by Western medicine, but
the problem still exists. Chinese medicine would
call this condition as an accumulation of damp
heat. But it isn’t coming from contaminated food.
Where could the roots of the problem lie?

The treatment that we have been doing so far seems
to be working, but more information needs to be
gathered. The first thing we did was to send her
blood to the ALCAT labs to see what foods she is
sensitive to. The ALCAT test will tell us which
foods and chemicals are causing inflammation and
which are not. It provides us a personal road map
to what is good and what can’t be tolerated. It is
a live blood cell test designed to measure one’s
reaction to foods, chemicals, and molds. There’s
more than an 80% chance that Nikki is intolerant
and sensitive to the food she eats every day.
Inflammation caused by reactions are linked to a
wide variety of chronic health problems, such as
obesity and diabetes, as well as skin, heart,
joint, and digestive disorders. Symptoms can show
up hours or even days later, making it hard to
connect the dots. Elimination diets can be
effective for the big offenders, like corn,
gluten, dairy, and soy, but what about the dozens
of other foods she likes to eat? When I received
the test results, I found that there were more
than a dozen foods that Nikki could not tolerate
at this time but is eating at least half a dozen
daily, thinking they were healthy for her.

The other test that we will run is the
Computerized Regulation Thermography (CRT) to find
out what organs, meridians, and internal systems
are affecting this stomach problem. Along with the
use of herbal and complex homeopathic medicine,
both tests will help us get to the bottom of her
health issues. The symptoms are just the warning
system to let us know it is time to change habits,
diets, and patterns.

Dr. Carola Cuenca is finally here and seeing
patients. The Computer Regulation Thermography
(CRT) is amazing! We pick up more information
about a patients health in a half hour then most
doctors do with a slew of tests. Today I found out
that a patient who had a root canal was affecting
not only her thyroid but it showed up in the
breast tissue as well. I was able to treat the
patient immediately with acupuncture, detox their
lymphatic system, put them on the correct
homeopathic formula and sent them to the dentist
to get that tooth checked out. Most doctors never
think of the teeth as being the problem with the
body but we now know that if there is a problem
with your teeth there could be a problem with your
heart as well as other organs. The CRT picks up
these problems long before you get any symptoms.

Jack came in to the office and also got the test
done. He was complaining about his sleep and he
thought there was too much going on in his mind
but with the CRT test he found out that there was
a problem in his prostate that his medical doctor
didn’t see. Luckily it was detected and corrected.
I am getting the test done Monday morning to see
what is going on with me and I am having Anastasia
get the test as well. For more information call
the office at 305-407-0120 and schedule as soon as
you can!

Dr. Cuenca will only be here for a week.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

The Key to longevity, update on Dr. Cuenca

Dimages will be at my office later this
month July 25th for a week to run some interesting
testing on patients, she is a naturopathic doctor
from Santa Cruz, California and specializes in
Computer regulation thermography (CRT) and
advanced homeopathic medicine. The Thermography is
a wonderful tool used to get a functional picture
of all the organ systems in the body.

The Test is performed by measuring different
points on the skin, which correspond to specific
internal organs and tissues through
viscerocutaneous reflexes. Thermography has been
used in Europe for more that 20 years, and has
recently been computerized to make interpretation
easier and more accurate.
How the CRT works?

The autonomic nervous system, which controls
automatic body functions, determines circulation
to internal organs as well as the skin. It does
this by altering the amount of dilation and
constriction in blood vessels. Environmental
temperature impacts the autonomic nervous system
and, therefore, affects blood flow. By measuring
the temperature of many different points on the
skin before and after a cold stimulus, we can
monitor changes in circulation. The actual
temperature, as well as how it changes in response
to the cold stimulus, provides information about
the function of organs and tissues that correspond
to the points being measured.

After adapting to room temperature, the first set
of measurements is taken. A 15 minute cooling phase
follows before measuring the
points a second time. After the results are
interpreted, they will be explained during a
follow-up appointment. Treatment will be based on
the test’s results, the patient’s specific
situation, and the doctor’s assessment.

Why is this test so important ?
Regulation thermography is effective in the early
detection of many physical imbalances and
diseases. Often times symptoms are affected by
areas of the body that may not at first seem
directly related. Thermography can help determine
what additional lab work; if any; may be needed to
determine the source of ill health; and can help
avoid many unnecessary, expensive lab tests.

CRT can discover possible sources of chronic
disease and infections. Breast, ovarian, and
prostate health can also be assessed. Possible
cardiovascular, stomach, liver, pancreas, and
gallbladder problems can be detected using the
CRT. Unknown causes of infection and inflammation,
allergic or toxic reactions to food, the presence
of intestinal mycosis or dysbiosis, and possible
correlations between dental health and disease can
all be determined using CRT. Your overall vitality
can be estimated by CRT.

To schedule an appointment call my office at
305-407-0120

This is what you will need to do before the
testing
1. Do not shower, exercise, or engage in any
activities that will increase your blood pressure.

2. Eat a light breakfast. Do not drink coffee,
including decaf, or any caffeinated beverages,
like Coke or Pepsi.

3. Do not smoke or drink alcohol for a
minimum of 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Take only medications that you take regularly.

5. Wear comfortable clothing that covers your
arms and legs and make sure to wear socks.
A lose button-down shirt is good.

6. No tight clothing, including
belts. Anything that leaves a red mark when you
remove it is too tight.

7. Do not use any creams, lotions, or make-up on
your skin. *Men avoid shaving on the morning of
their appointment.

8. Avoid confrontation or emotional stress on the
day of your appointment

If you have any questions contact the office and I
will answer them the best I can or refer you to

If you could look into a crystal ball and see what
is going to happen in your life next year, would
you?
I would.
Although I don’t have a crystal ball I do have a
special way of looking into your health to see
what will happen… long before it happens.
Nobody wants to hear from out of nowhere that
you’re tagged with a horrible disease.
Take a look into your future April 4th- 7th, 2013
We will be doing testing using the
Computerized Regulatory Thermography
(CRT) to examine all major organ systems to
reveal if there are any problems developing
and to correct any condition that may be out of
balance like Breast/Prostate problems.
We can locate disease processes in organs long
before the laboratory tests or scanning images
will show even a hint of a problem.
The test is radiation-free, non-invasive, painless
and cost-effective, it is a whole body scan for
discovering hidden dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring treatment progress.

NOTE—The CRT test must be performed before
noon, so we will be starting at 8 AM – 11 AM, &
the test only takes 30 minutes.

The testing will be held at Whole Life Health and
Wellness Center in Aventura: 18205 Biscayne
Blvd Suite #2214, Aventura, Florida.

Please forward this email to anyone you
think this could benefit!
You can ask for Anastasia and she will schedule

ABOUT THE CRT 2000
CRT stands for Computerized
Regulatory Thermography. It should not be confused
with the thermograms used in the past that were
not
very precise and only looked superficially at the
surface of the body. CRT is a FDA 510K-approved
diagnostic medical device used to
determine the efficiency of your regulatory
system. It is able to locate disease processes
in organs long before the laboratory tests or
scanning images will show even a hint of a
problem. It will also tell if the therapy you
have been receiving is making a difference.
It has been used by over 1500 practitioners in
Europe and is the considered state-of-the-art.
Unlike many of the “testing” devices used by
alternative care practitioners, CRT is objective
and reproducible. The test will look at problems
originating in the head, teeth, thyroid,
lymph/thymus/immune, lungs, stomach
and upper abdomen, liver, lower abdomen and
colon, ovaries, testes, prostate, back, breast,
kidney.
It also will give an indication of the severity of
the condition, if allergies are a consideration,
if there is toxicity involved, and if there is
degeneration involved. Every human has a specific
pattern.
What is unique about CRT is that it is a
functional test.
There are only a few functional tests used in
modern medicine like a stress EKG, pulmonary
function test, nerve conduction tests, oral
glucose tolerance test, etc. Each of these only
tests one organ system at the most and many are
time consuming, expensive, and miss subtle signs
of disease. The CRT examines nearly every major
organ system in the body and gives direction
on how to correct the condition.
The CRT should save a lot of time and
money by eliminating the tendency chasing
down every symptom with expensive and
insensitive lab tests. It should narrow down
the hit-or-miss therapies by focusing on the
most important problems first.
CRT can be very useful as an adjunct test
for early detection of cancer.
PREPARING FOR YOUR CRT
• CRTs are only scheduled early in the day up to
11:00. A CRT should not be performed if you have a
cold or viral infection
• No hot coffee, tea, or hot drinks the evening
before and the morning of your test.
• Do not exercise before your CRT.
• Do not smoke the morning of your test.
• Avoid acupuncture, massage, or any other
physical therapy for several days before the
analysis.
• Prescription medications should be held unless
Thyroid should be taken as early in the day as
possible.
• Do not take any vitamins, minerals, protein
supplements, herbs, homeopathic agents, etc. the
morning of your CRT analysis. Avoid excess lotion
or perfumes.
• A light breakfast/meal is okay, but should be
completed at least 2 hours before.
• Avoid showering or bathing the morning of the
examination.
• Wear loose fitting clothes that cover most of
your body like long pants or a long dress. Wear a
long sleeve shirt that can be rolled up to above
the elbows. Please wear appropriate undergarments.
• Women should not be actively menstruating.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR CRT
The entire visit takes about 30 minutes.
The first 10 minutes are spent relaxing in the
test room, which is usually between 68-72 degrees.
If you wear glasses, these must be removed.
You may read quietly or listen to music.
The next 5-10 minutes are spent collecting the
data from the surface of your face, neck, abdomen,
chest, and back using a specialized probe. All
clothing is then removed except for undergarments.
This is a 10-minute temperature challenge, which
is the basis for the test. The measurements are
then repeated. The results are printed out.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CRT
Health can be defined as the undisturbed process
of regulative physiologic mechanism. In other
words, healthy tissue is in the best condition to
respond to stress or assault from the environment.
It is neither over-active nor underactive, but in
a balanced state of alertness. One could also call
this a state of maximum adaptability. The CRT
measures a specific tissue’s ability to respond to
the stress of a colder temperature. There are many
things to look at:
The first is your overall baseline temperature as
general measure of your metabolism and your
autonomic nervous system. If the baseline
temperature is too high, it may indicate a state
of over-active metabolism, medications, or being
vasodilated (flushed). A low baseline skin
temperature may indicate a slow metabolism,
exhausted regulatory system, or signs of overall
degeneration.

The autonomic nervous system grows into each organ
from an embryonic state that consists of the
circuitry and connections between the nervous
system and your internal organs. This nerve signal
is transmitted to specific locations on the
surface of the body called the cutaneous
(skin)-visceral (internal organ) points. The
temperature of these points gives an indication of
their state. In a specific measurement, a low/cold
reading indicates degeneration. The tissue cannot
support the metabolic fire, hence low temperature.
For example, if the lungs have been damaged by
smoking and there is emphysema. A high initial
reading suggests inflammation or excessive
metabolic activity.
The second part of the CRT test indicates how you
adjust to and thus suggests the health of the
tissue. This is what the CRT is all about. By
putting together patterns based on this cutaneous
(skin) – visceral (organ) profile, the temperature
difference tells the ability of each tissue to
regulate to the relatively colder air of the room
(68-72 degrees) compared to your temperature with
clothes on. Because each person has a signature,
that is consistent over time, the effect of
therapy or an event can be monitored.
This test is an important one to determine any
imbalances in your system and we will be able to
treat them with the most effective natural
treatments.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness
