Don’t be Tricked into getting Old!

I can’t help but think about the plotting
little kids who come up with all those creative
ways for getting the most candy.
Deciding what route to take– sure you hit the
houses that give out the best and most
candy or going to a neighborhood with smaller
yards so you can “hit” more houses.
I’ve even heard of people changing into a second
costume so they can go to the same houses a
second time on their way back home.
If you check the internet you can find articles on
getting the most candy, advice on creating a
clever costume, why you shouldn’t linger at
house, if you get stuck with your younger
siblings go out early and then ditch them so you
can get back to the candy lust. The stuff you can
find online is amazing.

Funny how so much thought can go into getting as
much candy as possible. Yet, how many put
the same level of thought into keeping
yourself young and healthy?
Based on a fundamental understanding of what
motivates people to be healthy, and take good care
of body and mind or even eat the right things most
don’t care. When we are young we think we are
invincible.

I hear older people saying, “If I knew I was going
to live so long I would have taken better care of
myself.”
The first 50 years are the most important if you
want to avoid sickness, disease, pain and
suffering.

When you are young that’s the time to establish
your dietary habits, your habits for exercise and
the way you see and act. When you take care of
yourself it will pay off big time in your later
years.

Make yourself a “Health checklist” to
maximize your physical, mental and spiritual
health.

Read all you can, study and most of all practice:
What the people who are a hundred years do
What Information can you read, learn and study.
What foods to avoid and what to put into your
diet

I have found that the internal exercises are one
of the keys from the Chinese longevity practices.
I have devoted years to learn study and practice
daily to slow down the aging process and avoid the
suffering of old age.

If you have been still living like you are
invincible it’s time to make sure that your
superman costume doesn’t get tarnished!

How much are you willing to pay for good health?

Are you Willing to Pay for Good Health?

Health is a Gift

When we experience dis-ease, no matter
what it is it’s usually because our bodies
and minds are out of balance and have become
too toxic. Dis-ease is our body’s way of sending
us signals that all is not well and needs to be listened to.

Our health directly impacts our consciousness,
conduct, the choices we make, and how we present
ourselves to others.

Back in the mid 90’s there were nearly
twelve thousand people who were still alive at
the age of 100 in the USA. Today that’s no
longer true, the life expectancy is down to 78 years.

What happened in that 12-year cycle? Our world has
turned upside down. On September 11, 2001 the
World Trade Center was destroyed by hostile forces
and since then people in general are more stressed
than ever. You can’t even fly from one city to another
without being checked screened and sometimes probed.

The stock market left thousands of people
Penniless and we are all now 12 years older.
These stresses have rocked the boat big time,
our freedom and privacy in no longer sacred.
There is a lot more unemployment, insecurity and tension.
STRESS has shaken the nation.

When all this hit people in general tightened up
their pocket books, their trust in the system and
their bodies tightened up almost overnight and became
stiff and tense. Why? Stress and the fear of the unknown.

Unfortunately, this dynamic will affect us the rest
of our lives, and unless we take action and learn tools
to soothe and alleviate the stress, it will lead to
disease and eventually kill us.

People are fanatical about things like abortions,
dishonesty, pilfering, and betrayal. They casually
overlook things like over eating and drinking, food
addiction, and our political system and stay surprising
unaware in areas regarding health. If you bought a
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport car one of the most expensive
cars in the world, it costs somewhere around $2,400,000.00
you would be overseeing every single thing that went into
that car, down to the quality of the gas, oil, and lube.

You would want to manage the overall care; to the
smallest detail. However, with own body and health,
it’s a completely different story… Most people have no
idea what is in their food or what products they put on
their skin, if they are filled with toxic chemicals or
carcinogens they keep a blind eye to that.

In today’s toxic and high-stress world, taking care
of your health should be your #1 priority, If you don’t
think so just get hit with a disease — it will turn
your head around 360 degrees in less than one second.
Every ache and pain we experience is a result of toxins
in our body and our body’s way of communicating to us
that something is out of balance.

Detoxing will clear your most important organs, we
change and clean our oil filters and air filters in are
expensive cars. Are you cleaning your bodies filters?
The Liver Kidneys and the colon in our body has filters
that must be clean to prevent illness and disease.

The Secret Healing Mantra Revealed!

Larry called me on the evening
of the Chinese New Year and told
me he was suffering big time and
couldn’t understand why.
He was brought up with loving parents,
went to good schools, always had a job,
a nice home and yet he suffered every
day from lack of ‘something.’
Like so many of us these days when the
world is in turmoil, we feel out of sorts
for no apparent reason. It’s not really
depression, sadness or melancholia.
It’s more like a feeling of emptiness or
maybe feeling some sort of limitations.
I explained to Larry that all of the
limitations we have are our own. We block ourselves from
being successful, healthy and happy and blame
others for our misfortune. That’s when he started to sob,
saying that others seemed to always block his success,
how he never really got a chance, how others beat him out
of jobs, money and opportunities. He was really suffering.
My Master told me long ago that pain is mandatory,
but suffering was optional. If you hit your thumb with a
hammer it is painful, but if you are still complaining about
it years later- that’s suffering.
Causes of human suffering from the
Buddhist perspectives are like immense traps
known as The Three Poisons.
They are Worry, Struggle and Blame.

1.We worry about what will happen, how we will
survive and will we have what we need?

2.We struggle and push others out of our way,
thinking that there will not be enough for us.

3.We blame others for our shortcomings; these are
all poisons that keep us trapped like rats in a cage.

These poisons are the source of our
unquenchable thirst and the root cause
of all of our harmful illusions, keeping
one stuck in painful existence.
It’s time that you free yourself from
sickness, mentally, physical emotionally
and spiritually.
You can transform worry, struggle and
blame into Aim, Contribution and Participation
in a heart beat!
This technology is thousands of years old.
When I first learned this meditation,
I practiced morning, noon and
night until I discovered the power of Subliminal
programming.
I Discovered A Way To
Take 365 Days Of Spiritual Practice
And Shrink It Into A Single Afternoon!

With Subliminal programming of the meditation,
I just let it play as background music while I
work, relax, sleep or play.

You’re not going to believe how GOOD these
CD’s will make you feel. It’s incredible!

The bulk of your “achievement power” is
in your subconscious mind!
The Subliminal Mantra CD utilizes a
powerful combination of these methods
which can reach your subconscious mind
at a great accelerated pace because it
completely bypasses all interference from
the conscious mind.

As you relax and listen to the energizing
Mantra, you will be gently guided through a
powerful transformational experience that will obliterate
The Three Poisons of “Greed,” “Hate” and “Ignorance,”
into a positive new you. These practices invoke love,
kindness, generosity, and selflessness.

Order NOW and change your life for the better.

Going the Extra Mile

Friday, October 14th, 2011

I came across this story that Petey Parker wrote.
I don’t know who Petey is, he could secretly be
“Spider Man” as far as I know or just a dam good writer.
Petey, thanks for sharing this.

“A cab driver taught me a million
dollar lesson in customer satisfaction and
expectation. Motivational speakers charge
thousands of dollars to instruct his kind of
training to corporate executives and staff.

It cost me a $12 taxi ride.

I had flown into Dallas for the sole purpose of calling
a client. Time was the essence and my plan included a
quick turnaround trip from and back to the airport.
A spotless cab pulled up.
The driver rushed to open the passenger door for
me and made sure I was comfortably seated
before he closed the door.
As he got in the driver’s seat, he mentioned that
there was a folded Wall Street Journal
next to me for my use.

He then showed me several tapes and
asked me what type of music I would enjoy.
Well! I looked around for a “Candid Camera!”
Wouldn’t you? I could not believe the service
I was receiving!

I took the opportunity to say,
“Obviously you take great pride in your work.
You must have a story to tell.”

“You bet,” he replied,
“I used to be in Corporate America.
But I got tired of thinking my best would
never be good enough. I decided to find my
niche in life where I could feel proud of being
the best I could be.
I knew I would never be a rocket scientist,
but I love driving cars, being of service and
feeling like I have done a full day’s work and
done it well. I evaluated my personal assets
and… Wham! I became a cab driver.
One thing I know for sure, to be good in my
business I could simply just meet the expectations
of my passengers. But, to be GREAT in my
business, I have to EXCEED the customer’s
expectations! I like both the sound and the return
of being ‘great’ better than just getting by on ‘average’

Did I tip him big time?
You bet! Corporate America’s loss is
the traveling folk’s friend!”

Lessons to be learned here:
-Go an Extra Mile when providing any Service to others.
-There is no good or bad job –You can make any job good.
-Good service always brings good return.

“Imagine what a harmonious world it could be
if every single person, both young and old,
shared a little of what he is good at doing.”
~ Quincy Jones

We all strive to achieve personal success in our lives.
At times we forget how important service is to others —
Things like unselfishness, kindness and generosity;
deeds that give meaning to your lives and above all,
that sustain and honor the lives of others.
I have been teaching and working for my entire life to
help others achieve their goals no matter if it’s health,
or being all they can be.

I have worked with Master’s, Guru’s, Lamas,
Doctors and Coaches that have
devoted their lives to the service of others.
They all helped others to move beyond their own
self-imposed limitations to success.
