How to open the Chakras and Meridians within weeks

images-1At least a few times a week I receive letters from
students and patients letting me know how they are
doing with their practice and the treatments they
received. Mary Ann wrote this morning and I am
very grateful that people from all over the world
are receiving the benefits of the programs,
classes and treatments that I am able to share
with them.

Here is what Mary Ann said:

“I received my copy of the Flying Crane Qi Gong
yesterday and intend to play it all day.

The Flying Crane Qi Gong is wonderful! I do it 2
times a day. I also do your Qi Gong meditation
each afternoon and I do the Spiritual Digestion
breathing each evening.

I’m starting to feel real good. I can’t believe
it! The depression is
Lifting and I have more energy. I think my shallow
breathing habits had
taken their toll. All of this practice gets the
circulation going and is
countering the “bad” vibrations that are being
given off by the organs not
receiving sufficient nourishment from the blood,
if that makes any sense. I
have ways to go yet. Anyway, I’m better.
Many Thanks.”
MaryAnn

I wish I could share all the letters like this
with you but if I did that’s all you would get
since they come in daily. I want to thank all of
you for your feedback and as one of the old
culture heroes once said at the end of his variety
show, with a drink in hand “Keep those cards and
letters coming in.”
-Dean Martin

I want to share my personal experience of
practicing the Flying Crane Qi Gong.
I started practicing yoga when I was 16 years old.
I learned it from my mother in-law, Beverley. She
is gone now. Here is how it happened; I met her
daughter in High school, I was 16 and Lynne was
14. I couldn’t believe my eyes! She was so
beautiful and my first girl friend. We really
liked each other and puppy love was so exciting. I
borrowed my dad’s car and drove over to see her
and meet the family. I asked her mother if I could
take Lynne out on a date.

The answer was NO! You can’t…

In fact I can still remember her words, “If you
think I am going to let my 14 year old daughter
get in a car with a 16 year old boy, you are out
of your mind. No way Jose!”
This was not the answer I was looking for.
This was really disappointing to both of us, “but
ya just can’t stop love!” My girl friend told me
that every Wednesday night her mother had a yoga
instructor come to the house to teach yoga to
everyone. If the entire family didn’t show up for
the classes, there was hell to pay.

Lynne asked me if I wanted to join the class. This
really seemed like a great opportunity to sit next
to her and I told her I love yoga. To tell you the
truth, I didn’t have a clue what it was, but as a
teenage boy I had alternative motives and was
there for class every week.

In fact, I came over early to bring flowers as
offering for the class. Just sitting next to my
girlfriend for an hour or so was sooo exciting and
the exercise was OK too.

After a few months of classes, her mother let us
go out for an hour to pick up dessert for the
family and we took full advantage of that hour and
even came home with the desserts.

As time went on I began to be accepted by Mom and
looked forward to those yoga classes and those
delicious and exciting dessert runs.

I eventually married that girl and kept practicing
Hatha and Kundalini yoga for the next 17 years; it
was really a transformational and growing time in
my upbringing.

By the time I was 33 I had a strong spiritual
background. I was renamed “Yoga Singh” by Yoga
Bhajan the founder of the 3HO foundation who,
started Kundalini yoga in the USA. I then went on
to run the Ashram for “Ma Yoga Shakti “ in
Telluride, Colorado.

Eventually I separated from my childhood
sweetheart and began a 33-year study and practice
of Tibetan Buddhism and Taoist magic practices.

That’s when I was turned on to Qi Gong and after
practicing for just a few weeks, my hand chakras
opened up and I could feel the energy coursing
through my meridians and chakras. Unbelievable! I
have been practicing yoga for years and as soon as
I started working with Qi everything fell into
place like tumbling dominos.

Don’t think for another minute, should I start
practicing Flying Crane Qi Gong?

Of course you should! It will open up new
possibilities in your body, mind and spirit.

Can Buddha take you on the wrong path?

The Bodhi Fest came to Miami and I wasn’t going to
miss it! I heard there is a 7-foot Buddha carved
out of gemstone quality jade that I want to see
and spend some time there doing my meditation
practices. Jade is considered the Gem of heaven
and is a symbolic link between humankind and
spiritual. The mineral is associated with
longevity, beauty, wealth and love.

In China, jade has traditionally been held in
near-mystical reverence and demands a very high
price. The massive boulder of jade was discovered
in the arctic circle of Canada in the year 2000.
Over the next 5 years artists and professional
carvers worked on a 7-foot awesome jade to carve
the Dark Green Jade into a Buddha and it’s in
Miami.

The day was filled with surprises and unexpected
events. I took off early for the Morikami museum
in Boca Raton. It’s about an hour from my house.
It was a beautiful day and a lovely ride, it’s
always nice to get out of town and take a short
road trip. The Morikami Museum and Japanese
Gardens is a center for Japanese arts and culture
and has a series of six different gardens,
waterfalls and Japanese art works, all inspired by
a different historical period and style of
Japanese gardening .

Well guess what? The Jade Buddha wasn’t there. I
assumed it was but it turns out that it was at the
Japanese center about 20 minutes from my house.

You have to be flexible and read the instructions
to get where you want to go. I did spend a few
hours at the museum in Boca practicing and
meditating, as long as I was there. It’s really a
beautiful place and that’s where I shot the DVD on
Flying Crane Qi Gong.

http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

After a nice lunch and some green tea at the
Moeikami I left and drove to the second Japanese
center, this time I made it to the right place.

There were monks chanting prayers and hymns as
well as tribute songs for universal peace and the
sand Mandela by Tibetan Monks.
The Chinese Lion Dance, Tibetan Snow Lion Dance,
Thai, Vietnamese, Philippine and Indian Persian
Folk Dance, Tibetan Monks Cultural Dance, Arts and
Crafts, Organic Food, Plants and Exotic cuisine, a
Dragon Boat Display, performances by Japanese
Taiko drummers, Yoga and martial arts
demonstrations. This was really a lot of fun and a
gathering of the spiritual community.

The purpose of exhibiting- the Jade Buddha is to
take a moment to reflect upon Peace; Peace for the
Universe; Peace in Personal Relationships; Peace
for Families and Friends; Peace at Work; and most
importantly Peace in one’s own heart and mind.

As I said, making the connection to the jade stone
is a link between Humanity and Spirituality. Jade
is believed to have great medicinal properties for
the kidneys, which aids in blood detoxification,
and works with the heart and nervous system. These
healing properties have kept Jade on a different
level among all the gemstones.

When we make a mistake, make the wrong choice or
go to the wrong place don’t fret! There is always
an opportunity for your growth. I spent the entire
day in meditation and my focus was personal
growth. I practiced the Flying Crane Qi Gong at
the Morikmi museum and opened up even more when I
was with the Jade Buddha. My day was all about
spirit.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Build Your Three Treasures

Friday, October 18th, 2013
Share

This morning I met with a few students to train on
the beach at sunrise. I we started out with the
standing practices and moved into the Recharging
Qi Gong and ended with the Tibetan Qi Power set.

This kind of training works on all three bodies
(physical, energetic and physical) to build Jing,
Qi and Shen the Chinese call this the Three
Treasures. – That is what we are cultivating in
the Qi Gong and the internal practices. When you
are consistent and have regular practice, this
wi ll build Essence, Vitality and Spirit.

The Three Treasures are consisted of the Jing, Qi
and Shen. The Jing is related more with our
physical body and is stored in the lower dantian,
located around four inches below your navel. The
Jing is the root of our Vitality. When we lose
Jing it is usually lost through excessive stress
or wo rry. It is also depleted in men when there is
excessive ejaculation, and in women when there is
an abnormally heavy menstruation or from having
too many children. But our Jing can be rebuilt
through Qi Gong, Diet and herbs.

Qi is known as life-force energy, natural energy,
or energy flow. The literal translation of Qi is:
“breath”, “air”, or “gas.” A strong life force
makes a human being totally alive, alert and
present while a weak force results in sluggishness
and fatigue.

jing-qi-shen-5
When we train we are building and cultivating the
Three Treasures and strengthening our life force.

We trained for a few hours and then swam for
around a ½ hour the ocean where this time of the
year is cool and refreshing. By the time we left
the beach I was charged up and really hungry.

Marie invited all of us to have lunch at her
house. She has been in the USA for 30 years from
Cuba, but she didn’t lose any of her Cuban charm
or her cooking skills. She made a traditional
Cuban dish that was so delicious (Arroz Con Pollo)
Chicken and rice. Wow! I’ve eaten dish at a
restaurant before but there is a world of
difference when it is made at home, the vibration
of the love put into the food was like eating a
pure Qi infusion. When ever some one puts a lot of
love and caring into the food they make and serve
it charges it up and if that person who cooks for
you practices energy work like Qi Gong, meditation
or yoga there energy if infused into the meal. To
tell you the truth this is the only food I want to
eat.
If a person is sick, angry or upset make sure
you say a prayer over your food to change the vibe
before you put it into your mouth it will protect
you from ingesting bad Qi and keep you much
< strong>healthier.

I practice daily and encourage my patient’s
students and friends to do the same. If you are
new to energy work, pick up a copy of the
Flying Crane Qi Gong:
http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

Although this is an advance practice, it’s easy to
learn and build your three Treasures within.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

The Chinese Connection

The Chinese Connection

In 1994 I was in China and met some incredible
doctors and healers. They were so in tuned to
people they could pick up what was going on with a
patients’ health problems, what traumas they had
throughout their life and even their emotional
problems and they did all of that just by reading
the pulse or scanning the body using Medical Qi
Gong.

The treatments and healing that I saw were
amazing and I was one of the fortunate ones to
learn some real secrets that are not usually
shared with outsiders.
Here is how my trip began: I had already finished
my formal studies of acupuncture and herbs and was
working double shifts at the clinic and South
Shore Hospital. We would see around 30 people a
day.
Dr. Fu was the head of our clinic, a brilliant
doctor who moved here from Harbin, China. We
became friends very quickly and spent days working
together in the clinic and usually met up a few
times a week for dinner or a drink.
He was newly married, but his wife was still in
China and wasn’t expected to move to the USA until
the end of the year.
When she arrived we went to pick her up at the
Miami International airport. She was a cute
Chinese girl that didn’t speak a word of English,
in fact this was her first trip outside of China.
For the next few months we spent a lot of time
together -going to dinners, visiting all the fun
things in Miami, like South Beach, the museums,
Parrot jungle and for sure the beach.

Before long they started a family. Dr. Fu was
working full time and hardly had a moment to
himself or his young wife. He called me and asked
if I could do a big favor for him. I said what
ever it is you can count on me. He said, “This is
a big one.” I thought he needed to borrow money or
something like that, but that wasn’t it.
He asked me if I would be willing to go to the
Lamaze birthing classes with his wife. At first I
thought he was kidding, but he wasn’t. I just told
him, “what ever it is you can count on me”, so I
couldn’t very well say no.

The following week I was off with a young pregnant
woman who hardly spoke a word of English to a
six-week birthing class.
Everyone in the class thought she was my wife and
why wouldn’t they? Who goes to birthing classes
but husbands and their wives?

It turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us.
It was getting close to her due date and her
parents flew into Miami to be with their daughter
just before the birth. I met the parents and her
father invited me to come to China to study with
him. He’s the head of the Heilongjiang University
and a very prominent doctor at the hospital. I
thanked him very much and said the next time I
come to China I’ll be sure to look him up. At that
time I had no intention of going to China.

It was a year later and I received another call
from Dr. Fu. He asked if I wanted to travel with
his wife and now their one-year-old son to China
and work with his family.

I was honored that he asked me and I agreed to go.
The trip was a long one. We left Miami at night
and arrived in California early in the morning and
after a few hours layover the three of us were on
an 11 hour flight. We arrived in Beijing, China
had dinner and went to sleep.

At 6 o’clock in the morning there was a loud knock
on my door. They arranged a tourist guide to show
me all the sites and I had to be ready in ½ hour.
Exhausted or not we were off to the Forbidden
City, the Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven and The
Summer Palace.

There was so much I could hardly take it all in
and after an 18 hour trip I was ready for some
more sleep. The next morning I left for Harbin on
the train and didn’t arrive until the next day.
Harbin, China didn’t look anything like I
imagined. The architecture looked more like Russia
than China. I was assigned to the department of
the hospital that handled stroke patients. We saw
80 to 100 patients a day; it seemed like an
acupuncture factory. I had no idea that one could
see so many patients in a day but we did week
after week.

To keep myself in balance I was up every morning
at 5 and in the park practicing Flying Crane Qi
Gong. After a few months I told the Qi Master that
I missed doing my Qi Gong by the ocean. Hooked at
me with a puzzled look and said, “so practice
under a tree.”

This was a good lesson, images Join me and keep yourself healthy
and balanced

Got Gas?

Wednesday, August 28th, 2013
Share

Mary Ann moved here from Argentina, started a
family, and for the last ten years or so
everything was going just fine. She felt safer and
adapted to life in the USA like a duck does to
water, and it helped that she moved to Miami since
almost everyone speaks Spanish. Mary Ann is a
perfectionist in just about everything she does
and has been very successful with everything she
put her mind to.

When she came in my office she hemmed and hawed
before she even told me what was going on. She
looked very healthy, young and in her late
twenties, with a great looking smile, beautiful
long black hair, she turned heads when she
walked into the room.

We talked for a long time and she told me that she
stopped dating, going to parties, didn’t really do
much shopping, or even going out into public. Mary
Ann has been going to the gym for years and loved
to stay in shape, but something happened 4 or 5
months ago and she has stopped all public actives.

I scanned her energy fields to see if I could pick
up something that was out of balance in her energy
body- the meridians or chakras, but I wasn’t able
to pick up much more than an imbalance in the
digestive system. Mary Ann is a worrier and she
worries all the time. In the middle of our
conversation she uncontrollably started to cry and
then told me her story.

“A few months ago for no apparent reason I
started to get uncontrollable gas. It happens
every time I eat anything and it smelled so bad,
and it’s really embarrassing.”

This is a problem for any of us, but to a young
woman this is also a total embarrassment as well
as a possible health problem. According to the
National Institutes of Health, the average person
passes intestinal gas 14 times a day and produces
about 1 to 4 pints of the stuff.

The foods we eat can be a factor in the production
of gas. The carbohydrates in some foods are not
completely digested in the small intestine. When
these undigested sugars reach the colon, they are
fermented by the bacteria that normally live in
the colon. This fermentation often results in gas.
The most common source of undigested carbohydrate
is lactose, or milk sugar, which is found in dairy
products. Intestinal bacteria step in to aid the
process and this fermentation causes gas.
Another common source of gas is beans. Beans
contain a sugar that cannot be digested by the
human intestine. Besides beans and dairy products,
many fruits and vegetables are gas producers.
Certain colon bacteria are capable of digesting
these substances, producing hydrogen, methane, and
carbon dioxide in the process. Excessive gas is
the result.

What can you do to Reduce Excessive Gas?
• Eat slowly and don’t talk while eating.
Chew your food thoroughly, instead of gulping it
down.
• Increase your physical activity.
• Reduce your lactose products such milk
skim milk, and cottage cheese. Yogurt is usually
well tolerated by lactose- intolerant people.
• Avoid sorbitol and fructose. Sodas and
hard candies that contain sorbitol and fructose
sugars cause extra gas.
• Too much fiber will increase your gas,
especially if you increase the amount too quickly.
• Presoak dried beans and dispose of the
water. This helps remove the gas-causing starches.

The Chinese have an exercise that seems to work
great to eliminate embarrassing gasses.

images The system of Chinese nutrition is a
healing system that’s on its own. Not only is it a
healing system, but it is also a disease
prevention system. The great advantage of Chinese
medicine is it treats the whole person and not
just the disease. If you take a look at the
five-element chart, the elements are Fire, Earth,
Metal, Water and Wood. The metal element is what
rules the lungs and the large intestine. There is
a color for each element as well as a positive and
negative emotion. For example: the metal color is
white and the negative emotion is sadnes s and
grief, the positive is courageousness and valor.
When walking, we are moving energy in the body and
working the metal energy that works the lungs to
bring more blood and oxygen to our cells and the
large intestine that starts the peristaltic action
to move the toxins out of you body.

It’s been a few weeks now and she eliminated all
milk products, and beans. Mary Ann reports that
she walks at least 100 steps after every meal and
the tooting is just about gone. In fact, she came
to the beach with a few of her friends to learn
the other exercises to improve her digestion.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS. The exercises that I have been doing for the
past 30 years work on your internal organs to
improve their function and rid the body and mind
of toxins that will age you long before your time.
Getting involved in these programs will improve
your health and well-being quicker than any other
exercise.

I suggest you start out with the Flying Crane Qi
Gong and after practicing for 90 days, write me
and I will be more than happy to guide you into a
better you.

A Wealthy bit of Knowledge for Mother’s Day

Friday, May 10th, 2013
Share

Early this morning my friend from Hawaii sent me a
picture of images-4, the famous Hindu elephant God
of wealth and wished me the best in health, wealth
and happiness.

I have seen the picture on t-shirts, little
statues and large woodcarvings for years and know
that Ganesh is the representation of Wealth.

I never really explored the true meaning of what
it symbolizes.

It’s always a good idea to open up to new things
and open up your mind beyond your comfort zone.
So I went to the web to look it up and here is
what I found out.

Ganesh the Elephant symbol of Wealth

When we look at the picture of a Hindu deity it
doesn’t mean a whole lot to us at all in the
western world, but to millions of people all over
the planet it has great spiritual symbolism.

1. The meaning of the elephant trunk- The strength
to uproot a tree as well as the finesse to pick up
a needle. Ganesh’s trunk symbolizes the fact that
the wise person has both immense strength and fine
discrimination.

2. The Large ears- The wise person hears all and
talks less.

3. The four hands- In one hand he holds a lotus,
the symbol of enlightenment. In the other hand he
holds a hatchet that severs old Karma. The third
hand holds a bowl of sweets the rewards of a wise
life, although the wise man is not attached to his
good deeds. His fourth hand sends blessings to
everyone.

4.The broken tusk symbolizes the wise person is
beyond duality. The self and other duality is the
curtain keeping us from realizing our real Self,
beyond body and mind.

5. Sitting with one foot on the ground and the
other resting on his knee- Live on this earth, yet
not entirely of this Earth.

6. Seated on a rat- The wise person rides on his
senses and keeps them under control.

Ganesh governs life force and the Earth mother.

The Hindu mantra or prayer for Ganesh is “Aum
Ganeshaaya Namah

(Let wisdom be our guide).

This is usually chanted 108 times before starting
any important work or travel.

This week I’ll be traveling up north to visit my
93-year-old mother for Mother’s day. It’s a real
blessing to have my Mom around for all these
years. She is quite a character, well versed on
many subjects and well read. Mom is also quite a
conversationalist. She is up on the latest news
events, movies, and very social. She’s liked by
most, if you piss her off, you will just hear her
just saying, “that’s Charming” and walk away.

She used to tell us a story that before she was
sent to charm school she used to say “Bullshit” to
people when they pissed her off or they would go
on and on with their story. At charm school she
learned to say “Charming”. To this day she still
will always stop and listen to everyone’s story
with a smile on her face and often when she walks
away you often hear her say “that was just
charming.”

I wish all the mothers a very happy mother’s day
and safe trips to all of you who are traveling and
remember when someone pisses you off let them know
how charming they really are.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Stuck in your own comfort zone?

There is a wonderful little story about two monks
who lived together in a monastery for many years
and they were great friends. Then they died within
a few months of one another. One of them got
reborn in the heaven realms, the other monk got
reborn as a worm in a dung pile. The one up in the
heaven realms was having a wonderful time,
enjoying all the heavenly pleasures. But he
started thinking about his friend, “I wonder where
my old mate has gone?” So he scanned all of the
heaven realms, but could not find a trace of his
friend. Then he scanned the realm of human beings,
but he could not see any trace of his friend
there, so he looked in the realm of animals and
then of insects. Finally he found him, reborn as a
worm in a dung pile… Wow! He thought: “I am
going to help my friend. I am going to go down
there to that dung pile and take him up to the
heavenly realm so he too can enjoy the heavenly
pleasures and bliss of living in these wonderful
realms.” So he went down to the dung pile
and called his mate. And the little worm wriggled
out and said:
“Who are you?” “I am your friend.
We used to be monks together in a past life,
and I have come up to take you to the heaven realms
where life is wonderful and blissful.” But the
worm said: “Go away, get lost!” “But I am your
friend, and I live in the heaven realms,” and he
described the heaven realms to him. But the worm
said: “No thank you, I am quite happy here in my
dung pile. Please go away.” Then the heavenly
being thought: “Well if I could only just grab
hold of him and take him up to the heaven realms,
he could see for himself.” So he grabbed hold of
the worm and started tugging at him; and the
harder he tugged, the harder that worm clung to
his pile of dung. Do you get the moral of
the story? How many of us are attached to our pile
of dung?

We all have a comfortable zone that we live in and
no matter what happens come hell or high water we
don’t want to change it. We get stuck in our own
snug dung pile. It could be an abusive
relationship or it might be a bad job that you’re
caught in.
Being addicted to lust, money, drugs or power is
just the human way. We get into a robotic pattern
and hate to leave it, no matter if it’s good or
bad. Whatever it is we get comfortable where we
are and we are either afraid or just too lazy to
move out of our comfort zone.

I’ve been stuck several times in my life, but
lucky for me I found a class, a workshop, or a
teaching to pull me out of the pattern and wake me
up. Maybe it’s just karma or my self-discipline
but I believe it’s more than that. You need to
want to wake up and I am sure you want to, that’s
one of the reasons you read my blog.

The best is getting a coach or a teacher who can
guide you on the path.

How to get through the Holidays Stress Free

Friday, December 28th, 2012
Share

In Chinese medicine they say that as long as you
have strong healthy kidneys you will stay young
and vibrant and have a good sex life. Once the
kidneys are weakened from over work, stress or
excessive sexual activity the body first reaches
adrenal exhaustion; your energy is “kaput” you may
even experience different aches and pains, hearing
difficulties, and no libido!

Here’s what I recommend to my patients:

• Reduce carbohydrates and stimulants.Yep! Coffee
& red bull
• High-quality nutritional supplements, including
essential fatty acids from fish oil, and adrenal
support
• Qi Gong exercises– they help build Qi and Jing
• Relax, meditate, go out in nature
• If you are healthy, start taking some wild
white ginseng (but if you’re sick- Don’t take
Ginseng, it will trap the disease in your body)

Your body needs time to heal from stress. I
suggest taking Adrenal boosting vitamins like
B-complex; which includes Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6,
folic acid, and biotin. They help reduce the
negative effects of stress, fatigue and will help
strengthen the body’s immune system. It’s ideal
for those people who lead stressful lives and
experience exhaustion easily. Adrenal support
vitamins helps the body adjust to certain types of
reactions during the alarm phased of stress. It
also increases resistance to environmental changes
that can cause stress for some individuals. These
adjustments should help return the body back to a
state of balance.

The holiday season is fun, exciting, joyful,
loving and can be a bit hectic with more traffic
on the streets, the stores are filled with not so
courteous shoppers and the over abundance family
and friends can be a burn out.
So get those vitamins in your belly ASAP.

What I have been doing is eating more berries for
breakfast after my Qi Gong practice, they are
great antioxidants, easy to digest and delicious.

I start off with the Recharging Qi Gong
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

and finish up with the Flying Crane program
http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html
and do the automatic move for 9 to 36 minutes
depending how much time I have. It’s a great way
to start the day, fill the body with Qi and is a
great de-stressor.

I wish you the beat in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Strengthen Your Creativity

Last week Miami was lit up with more than holiday lights.
The city was buzzing with artist, art collectors,
art dealers and art enthusiasts from all over the world
that came to Miami for “Art Basel” –
one of the major art events in the world and it was huge.

I spent days on the art trail seeing some of the most
creative pieces of work both new and old.
One thing I really noticed more than ever was people were
friendlier, more helpful and had a better attitude everywhere.

Happy times make for happy people,
and creativity can make you Happier.

We are all born with a great deal of creativity
but most people have it squashed, as they get older.
Interesting enough creativity is also our sexual energy
and according to Chinese medicine that’s what rules
the water element our (kidneys and bladder).

It’s true some people are more creative than others
and are born with a unique talent,
but if you want to nurture your talent there things you
can do to be more creative.
There is a technique in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
called mirroring and matching where you emulate
the person you want to be like.
This can be a big help in enhancing your creativity.

I have also used this technique in my spiritual work
following my Master in his habits like eating the same foods,
doing the same exercise and observing what he does.
There is a story of Guru that goes to the river to bathe
and do his morning prayers. He than then took some
rocks and piled them up and began his ritual.
Unbeknownst to the Master his students also piled up the rocks
and began their prayers and bathing rituals.
When the Guru got out of the river he asked the students,
“why they piled up rocks?” One student said,
“Because you did Master.” One brave student asked,
“Master why did you pile the rocks up?
Is it a special kind of blessing?”
The master said “I did it so when I get out of the river
I would know where my clothes are when I get out of the river”.

To be creative you need to ask a lot of questions.
First learn by observation then study
and embody what you have learned and then open up your creativity.

How can you enhance your creative ability?
Observe the habits of creative people,
identify the ones that you feel will work for you
and then make a plan to cultivate them.

1. Ask lots of questions. Keep asking what, why, when,
where and how.
This will keep your mind open and increase your child like
nature and your creativity.

2. Failure is not an option
Realize that the energy that creates great ideas,
also creates errors.
Know that failure is not really the opposite of success.
Both failure and success are on the same side of the spectrum.
You can actually fail yourself to success.

3. Value ideas of others and yourselves.
Write down your ideas whenever they occur no matter
if silly or impossible, you never know it may be workable

4. Embrace challenges.
Challenges bring the best out in us and
give us an opportunity to go beyond our own limitations.

5. Be full of enthusiasm.
This enthusiasm is the fuel for their journey;
the more excited you are about your project the more
creative you can be.

6. Don’t be satisfied with the normal.
Creative people are acutely aware of their
dissatisfactions with the way so called
normal and strive to improve on every situation.

7. Be persistent.
Never give up, it may take time and energy but as long
as you stay on purpose it will happen.
Sometimes I find the more creative the idea, the longer
it takes for it to be appreciated.

8. Be optimists.
Have the attitude that there is no problem that can’t be solved.

9. Become a problem-solvers
They are always looking for a solution to the problem they
will try this or that until the problem is solved.
They see a problem as an opportunity this stimulates the mind
and ones intercreativity.

Creativity and creative people can make a big impact
on you and our earth. Our mind needs to be stimulated
every day in as many different modalities as possible.

Study Qi Gong, learn the magic square, go dancing,
read a book on a new subject try different foods
and open up to all the creativity around you.

Give someone a different kind of present for the holidays
send them a copy of the Flying Crane Qi Gong

be different, be open be creative.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Don’t be Tricked into getting Old!

I can’t help but think about the plotting
little kids who come up with all those creative
ways for getting the most candy.
Deciding what route to take– sure you hit the
houses that give out the best and most
candy or going to a neighborhood with smaller
yards so you can “hit” more houses.
I’ve even heard of people changing into a second
costume so they can go to the same houses a
second time on their way back home.
If you check the internet you can find articles on
getting the most candy, advice on creating a
clever costume, why you shouldn’t linger at
house, if you get stuck with your younger
siblings go out early and then ditch them so you
can get back to the candy lust. The stuff you can
find online is amazing.

Funny how so much thought can go into getting as
much candy as possible. Yet, how many put
the same level of thought into keeping
yourself young and healthy?
Based on a fundamental understanding of what
motivates people to be healthy, and take good care
of body and mind or even eat the right things most
don’t care. When we are young we think we are
invincible.

I hear older people saying, “If I knew I was going
to live so long I would have taken better care of
myself.”
The first 50 years are the most important if you
want to avoid sickness, disease, pain and
suffering.

When you are young that’s the time to establish
your dietary habits, your habits for exercise and
the way you see and act. When you take care of
yourself it will pay off big time in your later
years.

Make yourself a “Health checklist” to
maximize your physical, mental and spiritual
health.

Read all you can, study and most of all practice:
What the people who are a hundred years do
What Information can you read, learn and study.
What foods to avoid and what to put into your
diet

I have found that the internal exercises are one
of the keys from the Chinese longevity practices.
I have devoted years to learn study and practice
daily to slow down the aging process and avoid the
suffering of old age.

If you have been still living like you are
invincible it’s time to make sure that your
superman costume doesn’t get tarnished!

Get the Flying Crane Qi Gong program today and
keep on practicing!
