Are you in a Spiritual crisis?

Sam called me and seemed troubled. This isn’t
typical of him at all. He is a swimmer and is
usually in great shape! He is very active in the
community as a teacher and contributes both his
time and resources to help others. When I saw him
he said, “I am going through a spiritual crisis. I
feel that I am losing my spiritual roots, I don’t
feel like myself, I am losing my connection with
the work that I have devoted my life too.” Sam
works as a priest and helps whenever and where
ever he can. I was flattered that he came into see
me for some help.

I know what he’s going through. I had a few
spiritual crisis’ myself over the years. Sometimes
it comes from over work or stresses. You push too
hard or get tempted by the worldly things or the
flesh and before you know it you get lost on the
path resulting in a drying up of spiritual insight
and perception.
A Spiritual crisis can come from one of the follow
things:
-Not sharing emotional and spirit ual insights with
colleagues that work with you in the same field.
-Getting into a rut from performing repetitions in
your meditations. (Like doing the same practices
mechanically with no true spiritual energy behind
it).
-No divine hook-up. Working with others and
forgetting to connect to spirit. This will
definitely drain you.

-Worry, struggle and blame (the three poisons). If
you have a hidden agenda or you are too rushed it
will disturb your meditation, drain your power and
can cause spiritual burn out.

-Getting caught up in guilt, self-blame shame,
lack of gratitude all these can result in the loss
of spiritual vision.
One must connect to the divine, be open, honest to
receive and send.

When you’re involved in spiritual work no matter
if it’s with a group or your individual practice
there are rituals that can include a trance like
state, communications with your ancestors and
different deities, and even sacred drumming and
dance. I have found similar practices in the
Native American, The Tibetan Buddhists, and the
Taoists practices and even in the Jewish and
Christian practices. It’s never about the dogma or
the politics of the church when it comes to spirit
although some groups may want you to believe that
it just not true.
I have studied and personally worked with many
different groups over the years and if you can
follow the different practices of any spiritual
group it all seems to lead to the same place, A
Devine energy that opens you up and makes your
life better. Spirit is much more than a group of
people getting together to pray and do social
stuff.

Doctor of Medical Qi Gong

It was back in May of 2003 when I heard that Dr.
Jerry Alan Johnson was coming to Florida to teach
at the Five Element Acupuncture School. Professor
Johnson is one of the few internationally
recognized Non-Chinese Grand Masters, practicing
doctors, and Director/Professor of Medical Qigong
Therapy. He is recognized both in China and the
West as America’s leading authority on Medical Qi
Gong Therapy. I called the school to see if I
could get in the program. It took a few days until
they returned my call and gave me all the details.

At that time a was already practicing and teaching
Flying Crane Qi Gong for twenty some years at that
as well as many other forms of Qi gong, but I hadn’t
received any formal training in Medical Qi Gong.
This really tweaked my interest!
Screen Shot 2013-07-03 at 10.08.10 AM

I received a call from a lady who asked if I
would teach their family the Flying Crane Qi Gong.
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html
This was the sign I was looking for and the next
day I registered for the Medical Qi gong training.
Sometimes you just have to have faith and the universe will
put you to where you should be.

I had no idea what a great adventure I was in for.
The group started off with 47 people. They were
made up of acupuncturists, massage therapists and
a host of different healers. The first year is
where we learned to build and cultivate our Qi
and open up the internal energy.
Dr. Johnson is an exciting and knowledgeable teacher
with one story after another, keeping the class
exciting and filled with mysticism from the Taoist Masters.

In fact the teachings were so good I signed up for
the advanced program where we studied more
in-depth energy work and started to explore the
spirit and demon world and how they can attach to
our energy body and destroy our health mentally
physically and spiritually.

This kind of work (spiritual work) was right up my
ally as I have been studying and practicing spiritual
with the Lama on the Mountain work for the
past 30 years.

When the two-year program was over we had around
16 students left and we all wanted more. Professor
Johnson agreed to have the Masters program taught
in Miami and we all signed up for another year of
intense studies that included long distance
healing and learning more about projecting our Qi.
It seemed like that year flew by and I was
grateful that I was invited to be in the Masters
program and so were my patients.

A large group of us went to China with Dr. Johnson
and Dr. Bernard Shannon (he is the Executive Director of
the International Institute of Medical Qigong
Deputy Director, Overseas College of Medical Qigong,
Henan University of TCM) and another incredible Taoist teacher

My reason for the China trip was to further my
studies of Qi Gong and Taoist meditations and when I returned to
florida I knew I still wanted more.

I arranged to host the doctoral program in Miami and after
working for months I convinced ten other students to join
the advanced doctor’s program. The focus was oncology, working
to disrupt the blueprint of the cancer and restore
health to the person.

The studies were intense and even exhausting at
times. I had to fly out to California a few times
to receive more advanced training with Dr. Shannon
and to be review by Dr. Bernard Shannon to coach
me in sending Qi and the skills to teach others.

Finally we completed the studies in conjunction
with Henan University and I was awarded the title
of “Doctor of Medical Qi Gong” both from the USA
school “The international Institute of Medical Qi
Gong” and the Peoples Republic of China “Henan
University of Traditional Chinese Medicine”.

There are only a handful of doctors of Medical Qi
Gong in the entire USA and I am proud to say I am
one of them.

As a celebration I am offering all of
you a 50% discount off both of my most popular
programs, Recharging Qi Gong and the Flying Crane
Qi Gong Program. These two programs when practiced
regularly will change your energy body and
increase the amount of Qi you can generate and
cultivate for yourself.

How to end Worry, Struggle and Blame forever

Monday, January 7th, 2013
Share

I have been sharing clients with a medical doctor
for the last few years and now she is dissatisfied
with the arrangement. According to her the
patients that come in to see me are getting better
too quick. I thought that was the goal, but
apparently for some doctors that’s not it. The
truth is the other doctor is stressed to the max
and doesn’t know where to turn. So the easiest
thing is to blame others for the problems and I
seem to be in the line of fire.

This is a normal human response when one doesn’t
want to take responsibility for what’s put in their plate.
They blame others for the situation.
We have all done this at one time or another,
but it’s far from healthy in any situation.

There is a teaching that comes from the Tibetan
Buddhist tradition of spiritual work. It’s called
the “Wheel of Life “and shows the emotional states
or realms of consciousness often associates with
the unaware states of awareness. It’s depicted by
a painting called a mandala and is often on the
doors of the monetary so the monks are reminded to
wake up and not be caught up in “The Three Poisons”.

In the middle of the mandala is a picture of a
pig, a snake and a peacock. These symbolize “The
Three Poisons”-worry, struggle and blame, also
known as ignorance, greed and aggression,
according to the Buddhists this is the root cause
of suffering and dissatisfaction.

Surrounding the center sphere of the painting are
beings on the path of spiritual evolution.

This is one of the most important teachings to
freedom and get on with life in a positive
harmonious way. The teaching gives you a formula
to move away from “The Three Poisons” and leads
you into a world of wisdom, compassion and
transformative power.

“As Long AS OUR ACTIONS are dominated by anger
(blame) ignorance (worry) and pride (Struggle), we
are lost in a world of illusion, spinning in an
endless cycle from which we will not escape.”
-R.S.

We have put together a package called
The Internal Mantra Program
http://rechargingqigong.com/the-internal-mantra-program.html
that teaches in detail the internal workings of
this ancient work that includes a DVD of the
teaching, a powerful CD interview with Eluv and a
rare CD giving you the practice and the
formula for transformation.

Don’t wait for the universe to smack you in the
face. Get the program today and start the
practice.http://rechargingqigong.com/the-internal-mantra-program.html

Strengthen Your Creativity

Monday, December 10th, 2012
Share

Last week Miami was lit up with more than holiday lights.
The city was buzzing with artist, art collectors,
art dealers and art enthusiasts from all over the world
that came to Miami for “Art Basel” –
one of the major art events in the world and it was huge.

I spent days on the art trail seeing some of the most
creative pieces of work both new and old.
One thing I really noticed more than ever was people were
friendlier, more helpful and had a better attitude everywhere.

Happy times make for happy people,
and creativity can make you Happier.

We are all born with a great deal of creativity
but most people have it squashed, as they get older.
Interesting enough creativity is also our sexual energy
and according to Chinese medicine that’s what rules
the water element our (kidneys and bladder).

It’s true some people are more creative than others
and are born with a unique talent,
but if you want to nurture your talent there things you
can do to be more creative.
There is a technique in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
called mirroring and matching where you emulate
the person you want to be like.
This can be a big help in enhancing your creativity.

I have also used this technique in my spiritual work
following my Master in his habits like eating the same foods,
doing the same exercise and observing what he does.
There is a story of Guru that goes to the river to bathe
and do his morning prayers. He than then took some
rocks and piled them up and began his ritual.
Unbeknownst to the Master his students also piled up the rocks
and began their prayers and bathing rituals.
When the Guru got out of the river he asked the students,
“why they piled up rocks?” One student said,
“Because you did Master.” One brave student asked,
“Master why did you pile the rocks up?
Is it a special kind of blessing?”
The master said “I did it so when I get out of the river
I would know where my clothes are when I get out of the river”.

To be creative you need to ask a lot of questions.
First learn by observation then study
and embody what you have learned and then open up your creativity.

How can you enhance your creative ability?
Observe the habits of creative people,
identify the ones that you feel will work for you
and then make a plan to cultivate them.

1. Ask lots of questions. Keep asking what, why, when,
where and how.
This will keep your mind open and increase your child like
nature and your creativity.

2. Failure is not an option
Realize that the energy that creates great ideas,
also creates errors.
Know that failure is not really the opposite of success.
Both failure and success are on the same side of the spectrum.
You can actually fail yourself to success.

3. Value ideas of others and yourselves.
Write down your ideas whenever they occur no matter
if silly or impossible, you never know it may be workable

4. Embrace challenges.
Challenges bring the best out in us and
give us an opportunity to go beyond our own limitations.

5. Be full of enthusiasm.
This enthusiasm is the fuel for their journey;
the more excited you are about your project the more
creative you can be.

6. Don’t be satisfied with the normal.
Creative people are acutely aware of their
dissatisfactions with the way so called
normal and strive to improve on every situation.

7. Be persistent.
Never give up, it may take time and energy but as long
as you stay on purpose it will happen.
Sometimes I find the more creative the idea, the longer
it takes for it to be appreciated.

8. Be optimists.
Have the attitude that there is no problem that can’t be solved.

9. Become a problem-solvers
They are always looking for a solution to the problem they
will try this or that until the problem is solved.
They see a problem as an opportunity this stimulates the mind
and ones intercreativity.

Creativity and creative people can make a big impact
on you and our earth. Our mind needs to be stimulated
every day in as many different modalities as possible.

Study Qi Gong, learn the magic square, go dancing,
read a book on a new subject try different foods
and open up to all the creativity around you.

Give someone a different kind of present for the holidays

Retrograde Mercury Screw Up

Wednesday, November 28th, 2012

I often talk about retrograde mercury, when the
planet mercury seems to be going backwards and
causes havoc with our communication, contracts and
all mechanical things; from you car to your
toaster, and although I was traveling this year in
a retrograde mercury I planned and re-planned. I
checked in with the airline many times, carried my
luggage so they wouldn’t lose it and was all set
to travel for Thanksgiving without a glitch. For
the most part it went well except for the two hour
delay at the airport and not getting home until
2:00 a.m.

This all seemed normal to me and my friend Anthony
agreed to pick me up at the airport. He told me
he’d meet me at baggage pick up and I called him
as soon as I landed. I got my suitcase and met
him downstairs. He told me he was at J, and I
told him I didn’t see J!

I told him I was at number 2 and he said he
couldn’t find number 2… He circled the airport
two or three times and we were on the phone
constantly, and then I said to him, “I can’t
believe you can’t find me this is the easiest
airport to find someone! I’m glad I didn’t fly
into Miami cuz that’s the confusing one!” That’s
when we discovered… he was at the Miami
International airport and I was at the Ft.
Lauderdale airport. So with bags in hand I looked
for the shuttle guy and finally got home at 2:00
a.m. exhausted. Sometimes even when you plan you
need to plan all the details…

It’s the same with our lives. If you’re not paying
attention to the nine main things in your life:
your career, relationships, family, money,
spiritual work, where you go and who you’re with,
projects and your success, you could end up with a
life that isn’t what you chose. Most people
choose what they don’t want and not what they want
and what they end up with is what they don’t want.
It’s important to focus on what you want and the
Magic Square can give you all of this and more.
The magic square workshop is a two DVD workshop
that will take you through the exercises and goal
setting procedures that will get you where you
want to go and make your life work 100%.

Incredible Energy from Burma

Incredible Energy from Burma

A friend of mine just returned from Burma and as
you know Burma is a dangerous place to be in on
the planet right now due to wars, fighting,
pollution and corruption. He spent the last six
months there having beautiful pieces of precious
jade carved and just yesterday I have received
some of the most incredible jade statues that I
have ever seen.

Why do the Asians find jade more valuable than
gold? In Asia jade is considered the “Stone of
Heaven.” Yes it was more valuable than gold in
imperial china, and is considered the bridge
between heaven and earth that allows us to open
our spiritual centers. It has been prized for its
beauty and symbolic value and has been worn as a
talisman to bring in energy, health, wealth and
happiness by Asians for thousands of years.

Jade has been known to strengthen the kidneys as
it transforms our fears into gentleness. The
kidneys are the key to energy, staying young and
sexual energy. It strengthens both the heart and
the nervous system balancing the Yin and Yang
energies of the body.

About 8 years ago, I returned from a spiritual
trip in mainland China. I visited one of the
sacred Dragon Mountains and traveled to Putuoshan
Island where they say Quan Yin appeared. On my
return I went to visit a friend in California and
take a few days to relax. He invited me to go to
the Calistoga hot springs and relax for the
afternoon. On our return to Santa Rosa someone
smashed into his car, the airbags went off yet
neither one of us were hurt. The car was totaled!
I contacted my master and told him about the crash
and he said, “I believe you were spared because of
the spiritual work you did on the sacred island of
Putuoshan. The next day I purchased a large jade
statue that represents to me both the healing
power of my spiritual quest infused in jade.

High imperial jade like the six pieces that I just
received carry the energy of healing, longevity,
and peacefulness. I only have six of these rare
pieces of art and although I treasure them all I
have agreed to let some of my students be able to
get these beautiful pieces of art.

They range in price from $600.00 – $ 2,000.00. If
you are a collector of fine art, or want to have
an energetic talisman in your house please contact
me by writing to “drwudhi@gmail.com,” and I will
be more than happy to send you a picture of these
one-of-a-kind master pieces.

Your Birthday Spiritual Lesson

Monday, August 13th, 2012
Share

“The greatest voyage any human being ever
undertakes is that of his creation. During the
nine months in which you are slowly forming within
your mother, you are traveling from some unknown
world and materializing within her. The formation
of the physical body can be compared to a rocket
ship, coming from space, bringing a soul. This is
the only creative experience that you undergo in
which the higher force is brought from the
spiritual to the physical level.

So, we are really like salmon trying desperately
to return to the home of our creation. Helping to
succeed in this attempt is the real purpose of all
religious and spiritual work. We are continuously
reaching up into the unknown, unconsciously
seeking that which is our heritage: the rebirth
and return to the level of being and purity that
exists in us at birth.”
-Swami Rudrananda

Returning to the source may seem difficult at
times. As there are so many different meditations,
a student can get discouraged and wander from path
to path always seeking and never finding the inner
peace they are seeking.

A simple way to insure your spiritual balance is
to put your external focus on an object like a
crystal, or the light of a flame.
Sit quietly and place your attention on the
object. Keep only a peripheral awareness on the
rest of the space around you. As you sit there
feel the object you are focused on is taking on
life. Allow your creative energy to open. It can
shine forth from the object in all directions and
breath that into yourself.

Open to the energy and ask deep inside to grow and
teachings will start to come to you. They could
take a number of different forms; maybe a book, an
exercise, new DVD or a workshop. What is
important here is you make your needs known to the
universe in your meditation and the spiritual
gifts that are for you will appear.
I called on old friend last night to wish her a
Happy Birthday.

She told me about the joy of her son getting
married, getting a daughter at last and then she
dropped the bomb.

In the beginning everything was great. My son got
married and a new daughter was brought into my
life and then “poof” everything vanished from one
day to the next.
Mom devoted all of her energy, money and time to
bring up her son, as most good mothers will do.
As young men will do they find a girl, fall in
love and get married.

“BUT move to Europe?”

They packed up and left the country. Mom is out of
a job and devastated.
She told me, “I have no idea what I should be
doing now. I am going through a spiritual crisis!”
I asked her if she knew about the magic square and
how to work it? You can balance yourself out and
create a direction for yourself and not be pulled
around by your emotional thoughts and feelings.
‘Oh yea, I have the DVD’s on the workshops you
taught and the notes.’

Well it’s nice that you have it in your closet or
on a book shelf, but now is the time to work the
magic in the square. It will help give you a
direction and a purpose. It touches on all aspects
of your life and will center you.
I went over the formula and gave her the
9-envelope practice to make a Mandela board so her
subconscious mind will be programmed as well as
changing her consciousness.

This is a great practice to do anytime but your
birthday can be extra special if you work the
magic and make it special.

If you don’t have a copy of the Magic Square
workshop part I and II get it today!

It’s Time to Awaken the Energy

Wednesday, June 27th, 2012

My friend Diana came to Miami
with her daughter this past weekend.
I have known her and her family for over 30 years.

When I first went to Caracas, Venezuela
in 1978 it was a tropical paradise.
There were people walking everywhere with
smiles on their face, the cafés on the
streets were full and the economy was booming.
To me being in Caracas at that time was like
being in a dream, there was always magic in the air.

The parks were filled with well-groomed exotic
lush tropical plants from all over the world, the
museums had wonderful paintings and sculptures
with vibrant colors and the parties, weddings
and festivals were all elegant.

I came to Venezuela to see patients and
study with my Meditation Master.
We started our days with meditation, exercise
and a good breakfast before seeing patients.
After another long day and after a short break
for dinner the real magic began.
“The Opening of the Way”!

Working with a Master who is in tune, open and
is willing to share his knowledge is rare and a
privilege only a few get to experience.

When most people think of meditation they imagine
sitting with their eyes closed contemplating their navel.
The studies were far from that. In fact we worked the
spiritual digestive system to the maximum. When they say
spiritual work, they mean work.

We focused on teachings from the
Tibetan Buddhism and the Shaivism, one
of the three branches of Hinduism as well as
the western teachings of alchemy, the kabala and
esoteric Christianity and of course the
Chinese Taoism longevity practices.

The classes would go until the wee hours
of the morning! We would do breathing practices,
expand our energy, open our hearts, increase
awareness as well as learn how to extract
Nourishment from the universe and unconditional love.

“The Awakened Energy
feeds the Spirit within.”
-The Lama on the mountain

These practices were focused on longevity and
anti aging, which opened up the spiritual
channels revealing what’s really behind the cosmic curtain.

I traveled back and forth to Caracas every 4
months for years until I permanently moved
there in 1987 to run the Ashram and share the teachings.

I am still teaching and coaching now in Miami Beach.
Every Wednesday night at my office I share these
valuable teaching with students and some patients on
how to stay grounded, open and how to develop their
spiritual digestive system as well as Practices like
the Taoist Sexual longevity practices.

Yes SEX can either keep you healthy or kill you.

“Whole- Lee work” – is knowing about your 9 holes
and how to use them. Your speech, your hearing, your
digestive system, what you see, smell and of course your
sexual energy. For those of you who live in other parts
of the USA or are on the other side of the world,
I have a few opportunities for you!

We can set up a date for some private coaching in Miami!
Call Anastasia at 305-407-0120 and we can set up a
phone consultation or if you can’t travel we can
touch base on Skype.

If you didn’t know it I record these teachings and
send the members of the Qi Gong Inner circle a DVD
every month on practices, meditations, exercises
and much more on how to make you more powerful in every aspect.

Get ready! Changes are in motion for all of us.
Stay grounded, centered and focused.

Finding a Good Spiritual Teacher

Friday, June 1st, 2012
Share

How do you find a good teacher
when it comes to internal practices?
Meditation and Spiritual work in general?

“It is said that when the student is
ready the teacher will appear.”

Although I believe this is true, when
you are ready your teacher you need to
be prepared for their arrival.

I grow an organic garden every year filled
with a multitude of vegetables radishes,
tomatoes, eggplant, peppers,
cucumber, lettuce, garlic and onions,
spinach, squash, zucchini and a lot of
green leafy stuff that I don’t know the name of.

I don’t just through the seeds in and
expect to get food. It takes work. I first
have to turn the soil over, add fertilizer,
dig the holes, plant the seeds or plants and
then I have to water them and just the right
amount and there has to be lots of sunshine
but not too hot. I am continually picking
bugs and slugs and snails off and pulling
weeds out and this gives me a nice garden
with plenty of great organic food.

It’s the same with spiritual WORK. One
needs to cultivate a practice daily, meditate,
exercise, diet, right thinking and reading the
right kinds of books. It takes seeking; going to
lectures, joining with right minded people and
then a teacher has a place to land in your life.

I know this because I spent years studying,
reading, practicing and praying to be open
enough so a teacher could come into my life
and I was lucky as many showed up. I have
studied with different teachers–with a host of
teachings from many different schools and
traditions Taoist teachers, Buddhist teachers,
Hindu, Sufi, Jewish and Christian.
Every one of these teachers had a valuable
lesson for me to learn. Spiritual teachings
are like a giant puzzle, it seems like every
teacher has a piece and they are all valuable
and fit somewhere in your life to make you
the person you are today.

I consider myself fortunate to have worked
with Spiritual teachers for a greater part of
my life and the teachings I have learned I
share in these letters, in the meditation classes
I teach, the workshops I give and to the
members of the Qi Gong Inner circle.

If you feel you are ready to receive more
pieces to your puzzle, I invite you to join
me and the members of the
Qi Gong inner Circle.

Get in Flow with the Universal Energy

Friday, April 27th, 2012
Share

start my week on Monday but according
to the Judaic Christian calendar the beginning of
the week starts on Sunday, the day of the Sun.

Constantine the Great can be credited with the
introduction of the seven day week which is largely used
today, some three and a half centuries after Julius Caesar’s
reform of the calendar.

The seven-day cycle was gaining acclaim because of the significance,
through astrology, to the seven planetary bodies plus the included
sun and the moon. In Spiritual work this is known as the Seven Thunders.

Every day of the week has a planet connected to it, as well as a
wisdom being, physical location reference, a color, an angel, metal
jewel or gem, as well as principles of being.

The planetary bodies’ relationship to the seven thunders:

Sun – Sunday
Moon-Monday
Mars-Tuesday
Mercury-Wednesday
Jupiter-Thursday
Venus-Friday
Saturday-Saturn

The more you can be in alignment with what’s going with the universe,
the easier your life can be.

Being in flow with the days, month and year is like
swimming with the current.

Some years ago I received a teaching from my Master called
“Postures of the Heart” a way to assume an internal posture.
One could be coming from a place of total hopelessness, or
frustration, an internal state of no matter what the goal is
– it always is just beyond reach they live their life accordingly.
Definitely out of Flow they live life as a struggle.

As you start to wake up on a conscious level you will begin to
assume a posture of more than, much more than and that reflects
where they are coming from internally.

As you move up the ladder, the Posture of the Heart,
(your internal consciousness) begins to radiate a sense of
thrill, clarity, bliss, gratitude and then something happens —
your life is in flow, the universal cooperates and you move into a
place of Miraculous where you can alter reality and be the master of
your destiny.

Don’t waist your precious life groveling around in a
place of not enough.

You can at will jump out of your rut and live from a place
of Miraculous, flow and Thrill.

Are you ready for a change in the Posture of your Heart?
It’s easy to do once you know how.
Join me, and become a member of
the Qi Gong Inner Circle today.
