How to Tone up your Kidneys

Monday, November 24th, 2014
Share

When I see a new patient, first thing I look at is
the balance of Yin and Yang. The Yang is the
expression of our masculine energy and is the
element of fire while the Yin is the expression of
our feminine energy and is the element of water.
If there is an imbalance of Yin and Yang energy,
the entire system will not be functioning a 100%.
Its not a good sign. As we move into winter, its
important to put more attention on your kidneys as
the water element is more active in the winter.

Kidney injury is a common ailment characterized by
weakness and lack of energy. In Chinese medicine,
the kidney system involves much more than just
filtered water. It also includes storing the
essence of life of sperm and eggs, the strength
and health of your bones, bone marrow and the
brain, growth and reproduction as well as the
production of blood and hearing. The adrenal
function is included in the kidney system, too. If
there is adrenal fatigue, check for kidney
deficiency. When there is weakness in the kidney
channel, you could have symptoms, like, low back
pain, knee problems, hearing loss, tinnitus, and
problems with your libido and reproductive system.

Chinese medicine also regards the kidneys as the
key to longevity. If your kidney Qi is strong, you
usually have a lot of sexual energy. A kidney Yang
deficiency would show up as impotence,
infertility, coldness, swollen extremities and
face, frequent urination, premature ejaculation,
diarrhea, low sex drive, low energy, fatigue, pale
face and tongue, low back pain, knee pain or
weakness, deafness, ringing in ears, and a general
feeling as though the fire is about to go out. I
recommend eating warming foods like chicken, lamb,
scallions, sesame, black bean, lotus seed, wine,
ginger, cinnamon, and black tea. Avoid cold food,
cold fruit and raw foods.

A Kidney Yin deficiency, on the other hand, can
happen when the individual is not drinking enough
water and is literally drying up. There is an
imbalance in the Yin and Yang, the heart and
kidney. This syndrome may include irritability,
insomnia, red cheeks, night sweats, low afternoon
fever, damp palms and soles, dry mouth, low back
pain, seminal emissions, ear ringing, red tongue,
and blurry vision.

If you are Yin-deficient, putting more cooling
foods in your diet will help to cool the fire and
restore balance. Avoid hot and spicy foods,
smoking, alcohol, stress and strong emotions. The
foods I like that nurture Yin are mulberries,
apples, peaches, pears, fresh vegetables, mung
beans, most beans, tofu, soy sprouts, and
chrysanthemum flowers and sweet potatoes.

It is also very important to move the Qi in your
body and that’s where Qi Gong comes in. Start with
the Flying Crane Qi Gong
http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html
and it will open up the meridians in a very short
time. I have produced 2 DVDs and a meditation CD
that will teach you the form very quickly and
comfort your Shen at the same time. Order the
package today and start moving your Qi.

Miami Florida, The hottest Place in the World

Thursday, November 20th, 2014
Share

Right now, Miami is the hottest real estate in the
world. Over a million people move to Miami every
year and they come from all over the world.
Whenever there is a war or political disturbance
anywhere in the world, people pour into Miami. I
was brought up in Detroit and lived there for 28
years and I don’t think I ever heard anyone
speaking any other language than English. In
Miami, I hear Spanish, Portuguese, Russian,
Italian, Hebrew, Creole and French daily. This is
such a mixing pot of cultures, food and different
ethnic practices you would be amazed. This
morning, I was at a Jewish Orthodox temple for one
of my friend’s son’s Bar Mitzvah, his coming of
age ceremony, where I was dancing to Jewish folk
music, and yesterday, I was at a Caribbean party
listening to 3 guys playing Congo drums to an
African beat.

Interesting enough, I see more patients from
Europe, the Islands of the Caribbean and South
America than I do North Americans. Why is that?
Europe, South America and the Islands have
something in common. They all use Homeopathic
Medicine and Herbal Medicine. In the USA, we are
somewhat brainwashed by the big drug companies. I
was watching TV the other night and I heard more
commercials from drug companies than anything
else, and if you put your attention on the side
effects, you would freak out. They said there was
a chance of death, impotence, blindness, insomnia,
hair and tooth loss, and more. I have been
practicing Alternative Medicine for close to 40
years, have taken Homeopathic Medicine and Herbal
Medicine thousands of times, and recommended it to
patients with no side effects that caused more
than an occasional itch here and there that lasted
for, at the most, 5 minutes. We all know modern
medicine has its place and has helped millions
but, come on, for minor pains, colds, flu,
headaches, insomnia, infertility and impotence,
both herbal and homeopathic medicines work just
fine.

But one needs more than medicine to feel well. It
also takes proper diet and the right exercise. If
you are pushing 50, forget about weights, and
running, the pounding and stress on your body will
cause more problems than good. I suggest a good
Yoga or Tai Chi class and learn and practice Qi
Gong. Start out slow and you will notice an
improvement in your overall health in weeks. Start
out by getting a copy of the Flying Crane Qi Gong
http://goo.gl/gnXjWC. It is easy to learn. It
comes with 2 instructional DVD’s and a CD on Qi
Gong meditation.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness!

Trick or Treat

Tuesday, October 28th, 2014
Share

The streets are lined with pumpkins and a soft
orange glow. Small children are disguised as
everything from scary monsters to Ghosts, Goblins
and Witches.

I love Halloween; it’s a great American tradition.
What’s great about Halloween is how we use it to
spoof our fears. We indulge ourselves just a
little bit and it takes the sting out of life.
Fear and the fear of pain and suffering are some
of the strongest forces in most people’s lives.
Every Halloween since I’ve lived in Florida I
spend this scary night with some really fun, yet
spooky friends. They remind me of one of my
favorite TV shows as a kid; The Addams Family.
They go all out for this holiday! Their house
takes on an eerie glow, decorated from top to
bottom with all kinds of creepy stuff. And on the
31st of October literally hundreds of kids would
come to their ghoulish residence to see all the
decor of skeletons, ghosts and goblins, and go
home with handfuls of goodies.

If you are lucky enough to peek into the house
you’ll see that it’s filled with monsters, large
robots, witches, crystals, magic wands, and
statues of dragons, frogs, and even a captain’s
chair from the Starship Enterprise. The Master of
the house spends weeks preparing for his favorite
holiday and hours giving treats to hundreds of
spooky little kids.

If you didn’t know them you would think they were
either crazy or really part of the Addams family.
Some folks would consider their house scary and
stay away as it can bring out hidden fears.

If you consider your fears of sickness, old age or
dying; let them all go. Use this Halloween to
think about what fears you have that may be
holding you back and make a commitment to release
those fears and breakthrough to what you really
want.

Remember, you can turn back the hands of time.
Start today by freeing up the tensions in your
body with some movement and breathing. Visualize
what you want coming to you as you do your
exercises.
These are the important principles I believe in
and practice.

Those of you who already have the Flying Crane Qi
Gong know how this works and the importance of the
kidney and lung exercises when dealing with fear
and sadness.

If you haven’t gotten the Flying Crane Qi Gong yet

The Skies are Alive

Thursday, October 9th, 2014
Share

There’s a lot of action in the sky this week so
hold on to your seat.
As I previously told you
last Friday Mercury went retrograde, which causes
a bit of havoc if you aren’t aware of what’s going
on. Listen-up! Check and double-check your flights
and all your reservations. Allow more travel time
and make sure that all communications are clear on
both sides, yours and theirs. “Communication is
the response you get!”

The good side of the retrograde Mercury is you can
get all of your papers and files in order. By
October 25 you should have everything in order and
be ready to go ahead full-force. But wait! There
is more coming our way.

On the 8th of October we have a full moon with an
eclipse. The Native American tribes referred to
this moon as the Hunter’s Moon, as it was the time
to go hunting in preparation for winter. It’s also
called the Travel Moon. I am not sure why but
maybe it’s the time that people left there
northern home and came to Miami Beach for the
winter. The Eclipse is only visible from a few
places. If you live in Hawaii you will be able to
see the Full Eclipse, but living on the East Coast
of the USA we’re out of luck.
Lunar Eclipses are subtle but very powerful. They
have a tendency to change the course of our lives.
This is a good time to stay calm, meditate and
simplify your life.

When an eclipse hits us the light from the Sun or
the Moon is obstructed even before it reaches the
Earth. This darkness causes a glitch in the
general cycle of day and night wherein a period
that should have been in light is now in darkness.
This darkness opens up a portal of negative
energies’ just enough to disrupt things.

How do you protect yourself from any negative
energy affecting you or your family?
I increase my practice of Qigong, and do more
clearing and discharging of blocked energy, spend
more time staying grounded. A walk in the woods or
a hike in the mountains would be good; I’ll
definitely spend some time down by the sea. .
Light candles in your home or if you can make a
fire in your fireplace by all means do so.

The Flying Crane Qigong http://goo.gl/1JgPH2
is a Qigong that is very soothing and healing to
the body, mind and spirit get a copy today this is a great practice to keep you grounded and very helpful around the Solar or Lunar Eclipse.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

How to Shake a Stubborn Cough

Friday, September 26th, 2014
Share

When I was a kid I had Bronchitis and every time I

got a cold it would settle in my chest and I’d be

up all night hacking.

The doctor told my mother that I had bronchitis

and it’s generally caused by lung infections,

usually viral in origin. My lungs were my weakest link

until I was around 18 years old before I

cleared it out of my system once and for all. I

believe I did it practicing Yoga and Qigong

breathing exercises.

Even after my cold was long gone that nasty

cough seemed to linger on for weeks and wiped me

out. It kept everyone awake most of the night.

The average time for a cough to last after a virus

is an exhausting 18 days – with many coughs

sticking around even longer.

But why do we even get a cough? “Coughing actually

has an important purpose.”

“It’s your body’s way of keeping unwanted stuff

from getting into your lungs and it gets the mucus

out. ”

The real secret is strengthening your lungs

and that’s where the Qigong comes into play.

It’s normal to have a cough with a virus, as it’s

triggered by mucus draining down the back of the

throat.

First let me say this 99% of antibiotics won’t

help, they just don’t work for a cough.

I’ve tried many of these things and they help

Here are a few home remedies that I have

tried over the years and will help get you well again.

1. No cold drinks. Hot drinks like tea, hot water

with lemon and honey will help break up the mucus.

2. Stay out of drafts; don’t let even a fan blow

on your body.

3. Inhalers can be helpful. Even standing over a pot of

boiling water can help break up a stubborn cough,

but use caution not to get burnt.

4. Sleeping with an extra pillow can help the

mucus from draining and may help you get a good

night’s sleep.

5. Drink plenty of fluids I like lemon and water

it help cut the mucus.

6. Grapefruit juice is much better than orange

juice. I have tried this and it seems to work well.

Get a few organic grapefruits and slice in half

remove the seeds, loosen the pulp with a grapefruit

knife and pore some honey over the 2 half’s. Then

put on a baking pan and put in a 350 oven for 20

minutes and then put the oven on broil for 10

minutes and eat warm.

7. Take up to 2000mg of vitamin C every 4 hours.

8. Get as much sleep as you can.

All of these help but bottom line as soon as you’ve

cleared the cough get on a Qigong program to

strengthen your lungs.

I love doing the Flying Crane Qigong http://goo.gl/aH9GP6

It works the muscles, the internal organs and when

done regularly will keep you young and healthy .

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness.

Moving Into The Future

Thursday, August 7th, 2014

I had no idea how stressful moving to a new home
could be. For the last 16 years, I have collected
more stuff than I ever imagined. It just seemed
to creep in here and there and before I knew it, I
had a house full and it all had to be moved.
Although my new home is just a few blocks from my
old one, everything was packed, boxed, wrapped and
put on the moving truck. I guess that’s what
happens when you pull up stakes and move to a new
oasis, even if it’s just down the block. I got rid
of plenty of stuff that I was going to fix, work
on, or was just saving because it was cool. I have
been packing for a few months and really thought I
had it down to a science with all my bases
covered. All the boxes were labeled and then it
happened. The movers came, picked up everything,
threw it all in to the truck and got me totally
disorganized. My new place must have 50 boxes in
the living room that I’m slowly opening and
putting away.

When one makes a move in their life, it’s
important to stay centered and grounded. The world
is a spinning ball in our Solar System. And if you
want to be powerful, you must stay grounded. Qi
Gong is an ancient technique that allows one to
take charge of their lives and be the master of
your own destiny. My main practice is the
Recharging Qi Gong

and Flying Crane Qi Gong

and I have trained people in all 7 continents to
stay centered, grounded and become more powerful.
It’noname-1s time to take charge of your life, ground and
center and start to feel your personal power.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and

Moving in!

Well, everybody, I’m finally in my new home! It
was a big shift to move from a house to an
apartment. I got rid of a ton of stuff. I said
goodbye to all the little entities who lived with
me, my two cats which protected the house, my
banana trees, my papaya trees, and my huge mango
trees. Whenever you live in nature, there are a
lot of spiritual entities that live with you.
They’re almost the guardians of the plant world.
When I go down to the ocean every morning to do my
Qi Gong, I get in touch with the energies of the
sea. Before I left the property, I walked around
it three times, and as I walked, I opened my heart
to the plants and the blessing it’s been for the
last 16 years. The move has forced me to open my
heart and it couldn’t have come in a more perfect
time. Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson was here last week
and his workshop really addressed the spiritual
world. When healing takes place, it always takes
place in the spirit. Even if people don’t believe,
if one of their loved ones gets sick, they
immediately start prayers, going back to their
place of worship and asking for help. As a Shaman
healer, I’ve invested most of my life into making
people’s lives better on a mental, physical and
spiritual level. The reason that I teach and write
programs is to share this knowledge. Two of my
best-selling programs, Recharging Qi Gong and
Flying Crane Qi Gong, are hard to keep in stock.
If I order 50, I get order for 75. And when I
ordered for 150, I get order for 200. So, I wanted
to thank all of you for supporting me in this
work. This type of work is rare to come by but
very much necessary to enrich the spirit. You can

Qi Gong by clicking here:

What is the Magic Kingdom

Thursday, June 5th, 2014
Share

I stayed just a few blocks from
the Magic Kingdom but my purpose
in Orlando wasn’t Dancing-on-the-Beach I
spent a powerful weekend with
three thousand doctors, mostly
D.O. and M.D., and just a few
naturopathic doctors, doctors
of Oriental Medicine and even
a chiropractor. All of these
doctors are stepping outside
of the box and putting their
license and practice on the
line to keep their patients
and family healthy.

Every year, I attend
The American Academy of
Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
seminar. Last year was in
Las Vegas and it fell on my
birthday, a great way to start
a new year! The Spring
conference in Orlando was the
22nd one. The focus was the
latest technology in the
state-of-the-art information
on stem cells, bio-identical
hormones, green-based diet, and
the ultimate in personalized
medicine.

Finally! The medical community
is recognizing the importance
of including everything they
can to heal the human body,
no matter if it’s dental,
acupuncture, massage, drugs,
exercise, diet or nutrition.
Why would you want to leave
anything out when healing the
human body? You wouldn’t if
you wanted to keep someone
healthy and disease-free.
But, that’s not always the
case in the USA. More and more
doctors are dissatisfied with
traditional Western medicine.
Patients are sick and tired of
being medicated with no lasting
results. The Anti-Aging Movement
is about the patient’s health,
quality of life and longevity.

I am one of the writers for the
American Academy of Anti-Aging
Medicine and what I contribute
to the group is “Energy Medicine”
— how it works, how it heals the
body, mind and spirit, and how
doctors can protect themselves
from the stresses of seeing sick
patients all day. Packages like,
The Recharging Qi Gong Exercise Program
http://goo.gl/WdfpUo,
The Flying Crane Qigong

Hold On To Your Hat! Summer’s Just Around the Corner!

Thursday, May 29th, 2014
Share

The New Moon just passed on the
May 28th and it the last New
Moon until summer. This year,
the Unknownfalls on a
Saturday, specifically, on
June 21st. In Florida, it will
hit us at 6:51 AM EDT. For many
years, I would go to New Mexico
and spend a week in deep
meditation, never uttering a
word except for mantras and
prayers for the entire week.
Morning meditation started hours
before the sunrise and the
entire week was devoted to
meditation and spiritual
practices. Other than that,
the retreat was in complete
silence.

For eons, people from all
over the world acknowledge
and celebrate the longest
day of the year. This is a
powerful day with a lot of
energy as it is the longest
day in the Northern Hemisphere
and the shortest in the
Southern Hemisphere. Places
like, Stonehenge and Macchu
Pichu, were built to align
with the powerful energies
of the Summer Solstice Sun.
I will be writing more about
the power of the Solstice
and what the best practices
are to do around this time
of the year as we move closer
and closer to summer.

My birthday is in December
and I always intensify my
training 6 months before my
solar return (my birthday).
On June 1st, I will begin my
intense workouts for the summer
aimed at strengthening my Wei Qi
field and practices to
cultivate and store more Qi.

If you are anything like me,
you will want to start now by
practicing your Qi Gong twice
a day. Whether it’s your birthday
or not, who wouldn’t want to
increase your life expediency
and stay healthy and young for
as long as you can? Start out
with the Recharging Qi Gong
http://goo.gl/5KK5gk
in the morning and the
Flying Crane Qi Gong
http://goo.gl/dOmhB4
in the evening. The best times
to practice these powerful Qi Gong
forms are at sunrise and sunset.
Thats when you will receive the
most powerful energy.

I wish you the best in your
Health, Wealth and Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. This is the Year of the Horse.
Make sure all of your horses are in
alignment and you give yourself all
the advantages of sunrise and sunset
practices. Time is shorter than you
would think.

Practice, Practice and more Practice.

The Lunar Eclipse will change your life

Monday, April 14th, 2014
Share

The 15th of April seems to have much more going on
than just taxes in the USA.

April 15, 2104 will be a Total Lunar Eclipse
visible over east Australia, the Pacific, North
and South America.

The Lunar Eclipse emphasizes the completion of
something. It will be in the 7 house of
partnerships. This will affect partners in both
business and personal.

Get ready! Change is on the way or reorientation.
As an eclipse affects the three bodies: the sun,
moon and earth, it is bound to affect us mentally,
physically and spiritually.

On the material plane this could seem like one
wins and the other loses out. Looking at the
forces of energy from a bigger view there always
has to be one door shutting before you can open
another one.

Something must end to open up to the next
experience. For years I trained in martial arts,
lifted weights and ran, now I practice the healing
arts, do internal exercises, focus on anti-aging
and longevity techniques.

I had to let one door close to open the other.
The Lunar Eclipse deficiency is a very powerful
full moon. Eclipses are meant to bring change to
your life, teach you what you need to learn and
make you grow. You may discover alternative ways
to make your life better and open up to new
possibilities. Flexibility is the key word, even
though an oak tree is strong, its rigid, it can
break in the storm and yet the bamboo will just
sway in the wind.
Be flexible and open, emotions can flair up and
health issues can be in the forefront. This is the
time to be centered, grounded, focused and most of
all flexible.

I spend a lot of time training and I have been
keeping up with my practice for years. It keeps me
centered, grounded, focused and flexible.

The Flying Crane Qigong will do the same for you
all it takes is to start. I guarantee it!
