Do You have the code for Happiness?

Do You have the CCodeode for Happiness?

I met a businessman who sold his company for millions of dollars and retired for and from life. He plays golf every day, eats whatever he wants, and buys anything he wants. You would think that he would be the happiest guy in the world, but he’s not. He’s overweight and doesn’t have a clue what’s good or bad for him.His diet is the same as it was when he was a teenager, eating hotdogs and drinking chocolate milk and sodas daily. He told me his favorite food was banana splits, and loved everything fried. I asked him if he ever thought about changing his diet. He said, “Why would I do that? I love everything I eat and I eat everything I love.” He now has a host of health problems and can’t understand why. There is another component to his health that he isn’t aware of and doesn’t want to look at.When he was in business, he was ruthless. He cheated and lied. He had a motto of “All is fair in business and war” to beat someone out of money and position was just part of winning to him and
belittling them brought him pleasure. His integrity and word were not to be trusted. Over the years, his name became so bad that he had to abandon his family name and change it to something nondescript. Today, he is an old, lonely man with poor health.
He is so poor, all he has is money.
He refers to himself as The Fat Cat.” He never understood why anyone would want to
give, share, or help others. Our word is our bond. Our integrity and valor are worth millions. These virtues are of the metal element in the Five Element Theory. The negative emotions are sadness and grief which affect the large intestine and our breathing can manifests as digestive, breathing, and skin problems, and now Fat Cat” has all of these health issues. There is a big difference in a warrior attitude that lives by a Code. In Japan, the word, Bushidō literally meaning “the way of the warrior,” is the way how the Samurai lives. It would be the concept of chivalry in Europe. Just as the knights in Europe, the Samurai had a code to live by that was also based in a moral way of life. The “way” itself originates from the Samurai’s moral values, most commonly stressing some combination of frugality, loyalty, mastery,
and honor until death. Unfortunately, the Fat Cat missed some lessons on how to be a warrior. One day, we were talking when he asked me, Are you happy? I answered, ” I am happy because I choose to be happy. Sure, I have my ups and downs like everyone else, but I am happy inside. My emotions don’t pull me around like a dog on a leash, and I try my best to make others lives better as well as my own.” There is a story about a group of sailors who were out to sea for weeks. Out of nowhere, a rough wave hit the ship and ripped it apart. The crew was tossed into the rough sea. A few men found a raft they could hold on to and save themselves. One guy was only thinking about his own life and made sure no one got on his raft. He floated away from the shipwreck by himself and didn’t care what happened to the other crew members. The other fellow lived by a Code and picked up as many of his crew members as he could. The one guy who went out solo ended up being forced into the rocks and drowned. The virtuous crew members worked together and steered away from the sharp rocks, ended up in calm waters, and eventually reached dry land.Their teamwork saved them all. Everyone was eternally grateful for the fellow who pulled them out of the sea. A bond was created that will last forever. When we unite as a team, we become somewhat invincible and can pull out of many hazardous situations. When I train, I usually find a training partner and coach students and patients on how to be Healthier, Happier, and more Powerful. If you are ready for a transformation in your life, join me and the group of people that live by the Code. http://rechargingqigong.com/private-coaching.html I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness. Is your Life Full?

imagesI ran into Deloris yesterday.
She is a successful real-estate
broker and sells million dollar
properties in Miami Beach and
New York. I have known her for
years, and when I met her, she
was selling beaded jewelry at
the flea market and was barely
squeaking out a living. Today,
she owns her own home, has a few
investment properties, and is more
than comfortable. But, Deloris
is still living in the past. She
never thinks she is good enough
and by looking at her, you would
never think so. She is beautiful,
sexy, successful, dresses to the
nines, and drives a new Mercedes
Benz. Deloris IS a Hot Successful
Babe. However, she still has a flea
market consciousness. She sees
herself as a homely, skinny, poor,
and an unsuccessful mess but that’s
just way far from reality.

I suggested that she comes into the
office to see me for a coaching
session, and a few days later, she
showed up crying. She said, “I hate
my life, my relationship and the way
I look.” I guess she is looking through
her eyes of the past. I showed her a
formula that is thousands of years old,
developed by the Daoist mystics to
direct people to a balanced life.
You may have heard of Feng Shui
as a way to place the furniture in your
home, but this ancient practice has more
to it than one would think.

Feng Shui is the Chinese
philosophical system of
harmonizing the human existence
with the surrounding environment.
Feng shui literally translates as
“wind-water” in English. Actually,
Feng shui is one of the five
branches of Chinese Metaphysics
and there are many branches of
Feng Shui. One that I practice
in my life is the Magic Square.
http://rechargingqigong.com/magic-square-workshop.html

images-1The Magic Square is a mathematical
formula with spiritual overtones
that can be used to set your goals,
allows you to see where the
blockages are in your success
patterns, and shows you how to
bring what you want into your life
effortlessly.

I coach many people from all
over the world using the Magic
Square formula to bring them
what they want in their life.
Most of my sessions are done
in person, but in the last few
months, I have been counseling
people via Skype. It’s interesting
how technology has brought people
together with no more boundaries.
If you want to book a private
session with me, you first need
to get a copy of the Magic Square
Workshop. After you watch the
program, we can schedule a private
session.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness!

DELIBERATE PRACTICE

Wednesday, March 19th, 2014
Share

unnamedI put a lot of emphasis on training and practice
for good reason. If you truly want something you
have to do more than just Ask and Receive. There
needs to be some action and that’s where the
practice and training comes in. If you want
something, really want it, start to direct your
body, mind and spirit in the precise direction of
what you want. You may be asking yourself, what
exactly am I talking about? I am talking about
DELIBERATE PRACTICE again.
My friend Char sent me this

From The Genius in All of Us: New Insights into
Genetics, Talent and IQ by David Shenk. Practice.
Rather than being the result of genetics or
inherent genius, truly outstanding skill in any
domain is rarely achieved with less than ten
thousand hours of practice over ten years’ time.

“For those on their way to greatness [in
intellectual or physical endeavors], several
themes regarding practice consistently come to
light:

1. Practice changes your body. Researchers have
recorded a constellation of physical changes
(occurring in direct response to practice) in the
muscles, nerves, hearts, lungs, and brains of
those showing profound increases in skill level in
any domain.
2. Skills are specific. Individuals becoming great
at one particular skill do not serendipitously
become great at other skills. Chess champions can
remember hundreds of intricate chess positions in
sequence but can have a perfectly ordinary memory
for everything else. Physical and intellectual
< span style="font-size: medium;">changes are ultra specific responses to particular
skill requirements.
3. The brain drives the brawn. Even among
athletes, changes in the brain are arguably the
most profound, with a vast increase in precise
task knowledge, a shift from conscious analysis to
intuitive thinking (saving time and energy), and
elaborate self-monitoring mechanisms that allow
for constant adjustments in real time.
4. Practice style is crucial. Ordinary practice,
where your current skill level is simply being
reinforced, is not enough to get better. It takes
a special kind of practice to force your mind and
body into the kind of change necessary to improve.
5. Short-term intensity cannot replace long-term
commitment. Many crucial changes take place over
long periods of time. Physiologically, it’s
impossible to become great overnight.

“Across the board, these last two variables —
practice style and practice time — emerged as
universal and critical. From Scrabble players to
dart players to soccer players to violin players,
it was observed that the uppermost achievers not
only spent significantly more time in solitary
study and drills, but also exhibited a consistent
(and persistent) style of preparation that K.
Anders Ericsson came to call ‘deliberate
practice.’ First introduced in a 1993
Psychological Review article, the notion of
deliberate practice went far beyond the simple
idea of hard work. It conveyed a method of
continual skill improvement. ‘Deliberate practice
is a very special form of activity that differs
from mere experience and mindless drill,’ explains
Ericsson. ‘Unlike playful engagement with peers,
deliberate practice is not inherently enjoyable.
It … does not involve a mere execution or
repetition of already attained skills but repeated
attempts to reach beyond one’s current level which
is asso ciated with frequent failures.’ …

“In other words, it is practice that doesn’t take
no for an answer; practice that perseveres; the
type of practice where the individual keeps
raising the bar of what he or she considers
success. …

“[Take] Eleanor Maguire’s 1999 brain scans of
London cabbies, which revealed greatly enlarged
representation in the brain region that controls
spatial awareness. The same holds for any specific
task being honed; the relevant brain regions adapt
accordingly. …

“[This type of practice] requires a constant
self-critique, a pathological restlessness, a
passion to aim consistently just beyond one’s
capability so that daily disappointment and
failure is actually desired, and a never-ending
resolve to dust oneself off and try again and
again and again. …

“The physiology of this process also requires
extraordinary amounts of elapsed time — not just
hours and hours of deliberate practice each day,
Ericsson found, but al so thousands of hours over
the course of many years. Interestingly, a number
of separate studies have turned up the same common
number, concluding that truly outstanding skill in
any domain is rarely achieved in less than ten
thousand hours of practice over ten years’ time
(which comes to an average of three hours per
day). From sublime pianists to unusually profound
physicists, researchers have been very
hard-pressed to find any examples of truly
extraordinary performers in any field who reached
the top of their game before that
ten-thousand-hour mark.”

That may seem like a lot of time and a lot of
work, but if you want something truly want it why
not go for it. The average American spends 5:11
hour’s a day watching TV, that’s a 40-hour week of
having your mind programed by someone or something
you probably don’t want. That’s a lot of practice
time and if you make it deliberate practice you
will see a quantum shift in your life. Practice is
the key to your success. You may be saying but
what do I practice? I need help. Don’t worry
that’s exactly what I do in my coaching program. I
teach you the practices, go over your health
issues physically, mentally and spiritually to
redirect your body, mind and spirit to be the best
you can be.

It takes just 2 things: the education and the
practice and you got it!

Changing your Karma

Monday, March 3rd, 2014

In 1978 I first traveled to Venezuela to work with
a group of new age psychologists that were mostly
family therapists. I traveled with my Master and
another student and that was it, only the 3 of us
on that first trip. I had to look at a world map
to see where it was as I had no idea where
Caracas, Venezuela was located.

You could have imagined how surprised I was when I
got a call from my Master saying that he need me
to travel with him to work with a group of people
and assist in tea ching classes in communication
skills, like NLP and Erickson hypnosis techniques
and work on people using a technique called “Body
Mind Clearing” this is a combination of a few
different modalities- (Applied kinesiology, deep
tissue work, NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, guided
fantasy and both the Tibetan Buddhist and Bon
system of meditation).

These psychologists were working with the late
Virginia Satir, the “Mother of Family Therapy”

Satir suggested that they work with us to
incorporate the body, mind spirit into their
therapy. Satir’s work was done under the umbrella
of “Becoming More Fully Human” and so was ours.

This trip was the beginning of a big
transformation in my life. Venezuela at that time
was a fully democratic with a two party system,
the 3 oil companies that were in full swing and
life was beautiful, I revisited and shared the
teaching for many years, I made many lifetime
friends and travel ed everywhere, without any
feelings of fear. This was long before Chavez took
power and lead the country into socialism. He
Closely aligning himself with the communist
governments of Fidel and then Raúl Castro in
Cubaand the socialist governments of Evo Morales
in Bolivia, Rafael Correa in Ecuador, and Daniel
Ortega inNicaragua,. Enough politics for now,
I’’ll get back to it later.

To jump forward around 10 years I was in La
Jolla, California coaching the president of Pro
Golf of America when I received a phone call from
my Master again.

I have no idea how he knew I was there or where he
got my number, but he did. He asked me this, “are
you ready to change your karma forever?” I was a
wee bit in shock, but I said, Yes, What do I have
to do?

I was told that I needed to move to Caracas in 3
days and run the Ashram, if you didn’t know what
an Ashram is it’s a spiritual hermitage or a
monastery. There were 45 students that need a
teacher and were expecting me. I guess he told
them that I would be there before I was asked.

Those Masters know what the student will need long
before the student does. My instructions were to
teach the group meditation, healing and
communication skills for the next 6 months and
prepare a retreat at the end of the training and
he would arrive.

Three days later I moved into the center and began
teaching; my original plan was to stay for 6
months. It changed into a 3 year, three months
and 3 days a real life changing retreat for me.
There is a saying, “ The reward for good work, is
more work.” This journey was one of the most
important times in my spiritual growth as well as
a life changing experience for the students. It
definitely changed my karmic address as well as
the students who worked with me.

Are you ready to change yours? If you are, I can
get you going on a path that will open up doors
that you never even knew were there.

You Don’t have to get old

Monday, February 17th, 2014

Imagine in as little as 12 weeks you could look
AND feel up to 10 years younger.

Without surgery
Without harmful drugs
….and without long, tiring workouts.

You can really reverse your biological age…
Feeling better
Full of energy
Losing weight
Thinking clearer
Looking terrific
Living longer
….and having the best sex you’ve had in years!

Believe me it really is possible to turn back the
clock!

Have you noticed some of the signs of aging?

It could be the fine lines and wrinkles in your
face, age spots and the loss of your once youthful
glow. Are grey hairs everywhere now, where there
used to be only one or two?

Are you gaining weight like never before and find
it almost impossible to take it off?

Maybe you become tired more easily and need more
sleep at night.

You& rsquo;re not bouncing out of bed like you used to,
your energy levels are lower than they once
were…you just feel “old.”

And sex?
Has that faded away along with your flat stomach
and smooth skin?

Perhaps, worst of all you are becoming forgetful,
having senior moments and having memory loss…

Listen, there is hope!
You can literally reverse your biological age by
triggering the “healing mechanisms” in your body
that keep you young.
I have put together a program where we work
together one –on- one and the follow up goes on
for a year.

What are you waiting for? Old man time is coming
for you if you are not reversing your age you are
getting old.

I will be coaching you on all the longevity and
anti aging systems.

What’s your next step?

imagesimagesJamie wrote me and asked if The Druids really
existed or were they just mystical characters that
lived in the oak groves of Great Britain? Well
according to what I have read and studied, yes,
they exist!

Druidism existed since the 5th century. The Celts,
as they were called, were tribal people who spread
throughout Gaul, Britain, Ireland, and other parts
of Europe, Asia Minor, and the Balkans. There is
little first hand knowledge of the Druids or of
their religion. The chief reason for this is that
they taught their acolytes secret Druidical
knowledge by word of mouth. None of this trusted
knowledge was committed to writing; it was all
learned through mnemonics.
I have found that many of the teachings that I
have received from the Tibetan, Shivait’s and
Taoists are only passed on orally. This is the
way the traditions keep these teachings going for
thousands of years, not reading about it,
researching or debate, but the actual practice.
The true practitioners practice until they embody
the teaching and they become the teaching and
eventually the teacher.

If you really want to extract the juice from any
of these sacred teachings you must practice them
until you become the teaching itself. I have
devoted my life to the teachings and teaching
others. They didn’t come just by going to
workshops and studying they came from practice and
more practice. If you are ready for the next step
in your health, your longevity and awareness
contact me and we will set up a private coaching
appointment for a one on one meeting.

PS

I get a lot of requests to join the private
coaching program and I am really grateful that so
many people are interested in moving forward into
the next step. But it takes commitment, courage
and trust to move forward. I only take on one new
client a month and January is already booked. If
you are ready, truly ready let me know and we can
begin.

The most dynamic speaker at the Anti -Aging
conference and a personal friend of Dr. Goldman,
the Co- Founder of the A4M, was the terminator
himself- Arnold Schwarzenegger actor, politician,
businessman, investor, and former professional
body builder.

“The Governor” won the Mr. Universe title at age
20 and went on to win the Mr. Olympia contest
seven times. When Arnold hit Hollywood he became
an icon in just a few years.

He was first elected Governor of California and
served two terms. Governor Schwarzenegger raised
awareness to stem cells and helped get millions of
dollars for research. The Big guy has been
involved in health and fitness his entire life. 30
years ago he got involved in the anti-aging
movement through his good friend Dr. Goldman and
the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
that promotes the field of Anti-Aging Medicine and
trains and certifies physicians in this specialty.

Approximately 26,000 practitioners had been given
certificates with members from 110 countries. I
have been involved with the anti-aging movement
for over 30 years and have been exploring both the
ancient ways of Qi Gong and the modern scientific
approach to staying young.

The A4M has the 5 star technology to detect,
prevent, and treat aging related disease and to
promote research into methods to retard and
optimize the human aging process to maintain
health in old age, such as staying slim, avoiding
smoking, regular exercise, maintaining an active
social, sex life, continued mental stimulation,
avoiding stress, a healthy diet, and moderate
alcohol consumption.

We recommend consuming antioxidant supplements,
avoiding tap water, which is “dangerous” due to
being contaminated with toxic chemicals. With the
proper coaching you can increase your
immortality”, and extend your lifespan in excess
of 150 years, the future lifespan can range up to
200 years old.

I have been active in the group for some years and
write articles on Energy Medicine and share my
incites on how Qi Gong exercises, Medical Qi Gong,
Herbs and internal exercises will affect your
health and chances for a longer and healthier
life. Most of my studies and research have been
based on personal experience as well as research
from China and Tibetan medicine.

If you are sick of being told, take this or that

The real reason to practice and train

Monday, November 11th, 2013

The Daoism’s most basic purpose is to become immortal.
Immortality is the ability to live forever (eternal life).
They say that the human body has the opportunity to to achieve
immortality.

Yes believe it or not the Daoism and the Tibetan
Buddhists believes immortals exist.
They believe we can achieve immortality through
self cultivation.

There are four phases of humanity to immortal
transformation.

Phase 1: Normal human – in this stage we are
ordinary humans who follow nature, live a normal
life, around 80 years , they suffer from illness,
have attachment and desire, and die.

Phase 2: Extra-ordinary human – in this stage they
are doing a cultivation practice to refine the
spirit and to create a healthy body. Once you
reach this level of cultivation you no longer
suffer from illness and live a long life.

Phase 3: Immortal on Earth – An immortal on earth
has achieved enlightenment but continues to reside
on earth in order to continue cultivation and to
teach others their evolution. These beings are
known as bodhisattvas

Phase 4: Immortal in Heaven – An images in
heaven is a being who has achieved and sustained a
union and who no longer has need of a physical
body.

Immortals are sometimes tasked with returning to
earth to teach us how to become immortal.

Unless you treasure life, enjoy life, improve the
quality of life, you cannot achieve immortality.
To just live is not enough, you must enjoy and
treasure life and live well. With sufficient
practice you can become an immortal on earth.
Through physical and mental cultivation, material
life can be extended and spiritual life improved
until the individual achieves immortality. Daoist
priests and ordinary humans throughout history
have sought shortcuts. The theory and practice of
Daoism is that Each of us is responsible for our
own cultivation and spiritual practice.

PRACTICE,PRACTICE PRACTICE!

As we proceed along the path and achieve the
different levels of cultivation, immortals will
come to us in the guise of teachers to help us
along the path, but each step and each day the
practice is in our own hands.

I have spent over 35 years practicing and teaching
techniques to build a body of immortally.
I am not saying that I will achieve it but I have
slowed down the aging process in my body and mind
with these practices.

I spent many hours training and practicing to keep
myself and my students healthy, young and disease
free. Do you want to get off the cycle of birth
sickness and death?

Are you aging too fast?

images-1Every Wednesday night for the last 5 years I have
been teaching a meditation class and sharing the
teachings of Internal Qi Gong work as well as
incorporating mythology like the use of imagery,
ritual, and metaphor. When we exercise our will in
such a manner as to bring about changes in one’s
state of mind and body, we Subtle the Body through
the practices involving the use of imagination and
perception to open chakras, meridian channels, and
energy flows.

This rare work impacts our life in such a way that
we grow beyond our old patterns. We move outside
the norm and begin to experience life differently.
We gain purpose, mission and self-worth outside
our own limitations and the limitations of
society. We reach a form of so called insanity.
We actually become in-sane rather than out–of-
sane, our view of the world changes and so do we.

In today’s world the pace has quickened, the old
patterns of life no longer work. We are forced to
become a-new or struggle with habits and patterns
that no longer work.

Just yesterday I had a lady referred to my office
with a common cold. She was brought up in a system
that her belief structure (BS) led her to believe
she needed only two things, Pain pills and
antibodies.

She had a fever and wanted it gone and didn’t want
to deal with any of the discomforts. As we went
over her medical history she shared that she was a
smoker and has been smoking for 40 years and
wasn’t about to quit. She also complained of a bad
cough and a chronic sinus condition. But her (BS)
wouldn’t let her change.
Fortunately, her sister insisted that she open up
and try something new.

That’s how I came into the picture. I explained
that although the antibiotics may eliminate the
symptoms temporally, they were not a cure and she
was going to wipe out her digestive system. We
needed to build up her immune system and change
her biological terrain. I explained that if we
look at the body as a garden and the soil is not
balanced in our garden, we will only grow inferior
plants. To grow health plants we need to balance
the PH of the garden, feed the soil proper
nutrients, which give it water and stay away from
poisons. Our body is the same. We need the right
stuff to stay healthy, exercise, drink water, good
food and right thinking, and to be able to handle
our stresses.
This made sense to her and we treated her with all
natural medicine, teas, herbs, homeopathic
medicine, heat acupuncture and massage.
I called her this morning and guess what? To her
amazement she got better!
The smoking will be the next challenge. She has
been using cigarettes for years to ovoid
confronting her emotions. I’ll let you know how it
goes.

If you are going through some health challenges
yourself, let me know about them. There may be
ways to let go of your own Belief Structure (BS)
and renew yourself.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS. I have a group of serious students and
patients who are working hard to reverse their
aging bodies. They meet with me for an intensive
weekend of treatments, exercises and lifestyle
changes and we communicate via e-mail and Skype to
support the changes every month.
Are you ready to let go of your BS? Check out the private
coaching program

You will be glad you did! If you qualify for this
kind of program, you can reverse the aging process
in less than a year.

Do you trust the Health care system?

Monday, March 25th, 2013
Share

We’d all like to believe that the healthcare
system we have is the best…
But is it?
Our doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers and
the pharmaceutical industry are about keeping us
healthy or at least you would think that the
health of people would be their first priority.
But it’s not.
The healthcare system is devoted to making money.
The number one focus is making profit. Sure, they
care about your health but that’s not what is
oiling the wheels. The Pharmaceutical industry
continues its booming business off of individuals
with conditions that are for a large part,
preventable.

Cancer, heart conditions, stress and diabetes can
be greatly reduced with life style changes like
diet, Qi Gong, Yoga, positive visualizations,
meditation and stress reduction. But for the most
part people are not going to give up their big
mac, super sized soda or their coffee and donuts.
They would rather take a pill to control their
weight, calm our minds, balance the heart and get
that sex organs working.

Health isn’t free- it takes work, training,
practice and dedication. But if you are working on
your health, you won’t lose it.
Preventative style health-care is such a small
part of the over all picture that the drug
companies are laughing all the way to the bank.
Taking medicine is simply a creation of our
society, our nation, and our way of life and we
believe that we are being taken care of by the
system.

Well guess what?
They are taking care of you like General Grant
took care of Richmond (He burnt the town to the
ground and killed all the woman and children).
You and I are not being taken care of.
Everyday the top advertising agencies are paid
huge sums of money to sell you on the idea that
you need medicine and if you don’t get your meds
you will die or something much worse.
We are being programmed and now it is or seems
like the norm, we are in a cultural trance. Let me
give you an example. My friend Frank had a heart
condition. 35 years ago this doctor told him to
take an aspirin every day. Everyone knows that you
need to take an aspirin everyday to prevent a
heart attach. It’s part of the trance. It’s the
norm. I am sure many of you take aspirin daily and
believe it’s good for you.

Now Frank has ulcers, digestive problems
hemorrhoids and to top all that he still has a
heart problem.
Take a look at this article
An Underappreciated Risk of an Aspirin a
Day

By Neena Abraham, M.D.
If your physician has suggested you take aspirin
to reduce your risk of heart disease, it is
important to remember that even small doses of
daily aspirin — including “baby aspirin,” at a
dose of 81 milligrams daily — can increase your
risk of ulcers and bleeding. It is important to
remember that all Nsaids, including over the
counter aspirin, have the potential to damage the
tissue of the gastrointestinal tract. Damage can
occur anywhere, from mouth to anus.
However, it is important to remember that your
risk of aspirin-induced ulcer will further
increase if you have high-risk features such as:
• Being older than 60
• Having a history of gastric or duodenal ulcer
• Having active Helicobacter pylori infection
(the bacterium linked to ulcers)
• Taking aspirin at the same time as you take
full strength Nsaids (such as ibuprofen, Motrin
and naproxen), anticoagulants (such as warfarin)
or antiplatelet agents (such as clopidogrel or
ticlopidine)
• Taking aspirin if you are a chronic steroid
user.

Aspirin is not a nutritional supplement — it is a
medication with real risks and side effects.
Isn’t it time to put down your Cheese Berger, dump
out your soda and take responsibility for your own
health?
The culture is going to have to shift if we as a
notion want to avoid disease. We are going to have
to shift our mentality to health and make it the
Number 1 priority….

“If you don’t have your health you don’t have
anything”

We rely on food industry and the government to
inform us what is healthy. Wake up they are in it
for money not their or your health. It’s the big
corporate advertising that is ultimately educating
our population on what is good for you.
Get a piece of paper and write down the top 10
things you want to accomplish in your life, use
your imagination, no limits, go all out.
Now imagine that the paper you just wrote on was
your health. Take away the paper and the entire
list is gone. Yup you got it….no health you’re
screwed.

Now is the time to make the lifestyle change. Work
on your diet, weight, and exercise, your mental
emotional being and cultivate your spirit.
Join me in being healthy, young, vibrant and aware
of how to avoid what the corporate giants have
planned for you.

Come to Florida and enjoy a weekend with me and
train on the program and you can change your
healthy.
