I decided to switch my webpage to WordPress. I
thought it would be easier to manage and it has
been a disaster! Not that WordPress is bad but
just the switching over process made a mess of
things for a few days.
Now, some of my programs come up with the wrong
fount, wrong dates, and the website was a mess for
a few stress filled days. I am somewhat of a
perfectionist and the website hasn’t been running
to my normal standards. Even my best selling
program, the Recharging Qi Gong
http://rechargingqigong.com/products-from-dr-wu-dhi/recharging-qi-gong/
no longer had a place where you could order it.
This is stressful to say the least. My inner
circle group is behind and I have been getting
letters daily asking what the heck is going on?
Usually the first month of the year is so busy I
can hardly keep up with orders but this year it’s
not that way. My first thought was maybe it’s the
economy but my office is busier than ever. It
never occurred to me to check the website, but
when I did I stressed out, my back tightened- up,
and my shoulders tensed as my head started to
spin. I wouldn’t have found the mistake for days
but Moazzam wrote me and asked:
Dr. Wu,
What is the price for the Recharging Qi Gong
Program? When I went to the
www.Rechargingqigong.com website and clicked on
the program trying to place an order all I got was
a “Error 404 –Not found message”
I flipped out for a moment and contacted my web
master just to find out that they were on vacation
for a few days.
As the saying goes, “I was up the creek without a
paddle.” I had to change my state of mind and do
it quickly.
Here is what I did to pull it back together and it
only took me 5 minutes before I was balanced and
was able to see clearly enough to pull out of my
jam. I started out with the first exercise in Turn
Stress Into Power program.
http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

I lied on the floor with my feet elevated above my
heart and placed both of my hands on my forehead
where the stress receptors are located and began a
few minutes of deep breathing. I could feel the
changes happening and within minutes I calmed down
and was able to get the problem handled. There are
many more exercises and techniques in the Turn
Stress Into Power program that can quickly change
your state of consciousness quickly and rebalance
your body and mind. Get your program today and

Did Christmas Make You Sick?

Monday, December 30th, 2013
Share

You ever wonder why so many people get sick over
the holidays?
It may be because stress weakens your immune
system.

Our immune system is the key to health. If it’s
weak you are unable to fight off colds, flu’s or
whatever comes your way. By simply boosting your
immune system, you can protect yourself from the
effect stress has on your immune system.
In the early 1980s, psychologist Janice
Kiecolt-Glaser, PhD, and immunologist Ronald
Glaser, PhD, of the Ohio State University College
of Medicine were
intrigued by animal studies that linked stress and
infection.

From 1982 through 1992, these pioneer researchers
studied medical students. Among other things,
they found that the students’ immunity went down
every year under the simple stress of the
three-day exam period. Test takers had fewer
natural killer cells,
which fight images They
almost stopped producing immunity-boosting gamma
interferon and infection-fighting T-cells
responded only weakly to test-tube stimulation.

They say that stress kills and it’s true. Stress
affects our immune system so strongly that our
immune system no longer functions to the way it
should and the next thing you know you have some
kind of dis-ease.

That’s one of the reasons so many people get sick
over the holidays. They stress over money and
having everything perfect.

They stress over Christmas lights, food, crowded
malls and what to buy for family, friends and even
what to wear.

Just this morning I had a patient call and yell at
me because she was stressed from her husband and I
guess she wanted to share it with me.

Luckily I process that stuff quickly and you can
too. Get a copy of one of my best selling programs

“Turn Stress Into Power” and use those stresses to
make your immune system stronger.

Learn the trick to handling Holiday Stress

20131214_121047My brother was into boxing and although not a pro
he trained and loved to spar. He thought Mike
Tyson was great when he fought Evander Holyfield
for the World Boxing Association heavyweight
championship and knocking Holyfiend out with an
uppercut. I am not a boxer and to tell you the
truth I never liked it. My passion has been more
into the martial arts like Judo, aikido and wing
chun and when Tyson bit that guy’s ear in a
professional fight he lost face with me and
thousands around the world. I was in China at that
time and at least 20 people came up to me and
apologized to me for Tysons behavior.

As you know
by now I am into anti-aging and have been
practicing longevity formulas for decades. I met
an actor and a martial artist at the longevity
seminar last week. Michael Jai White who played
Tyson in the 1995 HBO movie does. Michael White is
a martial artist who has been in more than 50
movies best known for his role in the Batman film
The Dark Knight. Whit’s triple kick is infamous —
he’s the real deal! Michael Jai White is a
legitimate holder of eight black belts of varying
degrees in eight different Martial Arts forms.

I had the opportunity to talk to him at the
Anti-Aging conference and He told me that he is
first a marital artist and a fighter and then an
actor. He puts a lot of his attention on health
and said, “If you don’t have your health you don’t
have anything.” He is 100% correct! If you’re
sick, tired, you can’t remember what you’re doing
or what’s next on your program most likely you are
stressed and not handling it. This happens more
and more around the holidays when there is a lot
more to do than usual and you’re over stretched.
This is the time of the year to get a hold on
things and turn your stress into power. Let’s

The Farmer in the Dell could be Hell

Monday, December 9th, 2013

A lot happened when I was very young and I didn’t
like it at all. I am the first-born and I had all
of the attention from my parents, my uncles and
aunts and my grandparents. Not only that, I was
born on my grandfather’s birthday! I was the king
of the castle until I was five and a half.

That’s when my younger brother showed up. Before
him I had a great playroom, a TV and I was in full
control of it. Then it happened! He was born and
my playroom became his nursery. Not only was I
kicked out, lock, stock and barrel they sent me
off to school. I wasn’t a happy camper.

Let me tell you what happened on my first day of
school. But before I do that I’ll share a little
history of the family pecking order.

On my mothers side I was the oldest. My cousin
Lauren Sue is 2 or 3 years younger, at that time
everyone lived in the same city, in fact we lived
in the same apartment building in the city of
Detroit. We got to see each other every day. That
was nice except when it wasn’t. We would get in
fights now and then and if we knew any four letter
words, we probably would have used them at least
once before we had our bottoms tanned with a belt
or the famous spanking spoon.

So we came up with a 3-letter word that allowed us
to slide under the radar. It was RAT. Rat was a
really strong insult and could even stir up a
fight.

Now that you have a little history, let’s get abck
to my brother and my first day of Kindergarten.

I already knew what school was about as I was sent
to nursery school for years before my brother came
along. But this time everything seemed different
not only was I kicked out of my position of the
one and only, lost my playroom but now I was taken
away from the house and was put with a group of
strange kids.

In the first hour of school, everything was going
well. The teacher and her assistant introduced
themselves and had all of us do the same and then
it happened!

The teacher said to all of us, do you want to play
a fun game? We agreed and then she started with a
song.

The farmer in the dell
The farmer in the dell
Heigh-ho,[2] the derry-o
The farmer in the dell
The farmer takes a wife
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The wife takes the child
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The child takes the nurse
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The nurse takes the cow
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The cow takes the dog
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The dog takes the cat
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The cat takes the RAT….
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The mouse takes the cheese
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .
The cheese stands alone
Heigh-ho, the derry-o . . .

And some one was chosen to be the farmer. He stood
in the middle of the room and all of us held hands
and made a big circle around him and sang the
song.

I wasn’t impressed as I already knew that song,
but this time it had a twist to it. We kept
circling the kids in the middle of the circle
singing the chorus and the game continued….. the
cow takes a dog, the dog takes a cat, then it got
real personal! The cat takes a RAT and they chose
me!

I was floored! The entire class was looking at me
I didn’t know any of them and I was called the
RAT!

I stood my ground and in a very loud voiced said,
“I am not the RAT!”The teachers came over to me
pointing her fingers in my face and said, “Yes you
are the RAT.” That’s when I bit one and broke the
other ones watch. It wasn’t too much longer before
my Dad was at school to rescue me from this hostel
environment. I didn’t have to go back there for 3
days! What a relief!

It was many years later when my mother was telling
a story at a family dinner. She said, referring to
me; “you were a horrible student you even got
kicked out of kindergarten.”

That’s when I told her the real story.
This happens in life. Someone says something to
you or puts you in a situation that triggers
something from your past history. It can be good
or bad and you act on it.

My interpretation of the situation was that I was
being personally attacked and I defended myself
the best I could.
I am sure this happens all the time to people and
feathers fly causing an innocent word to escalate
into needless fights. The teacher thought that I
was an undisciplined kid, my parents thought it
was because of my new brother and I just thought
that they personally insulted me.

Communications are the key to everything.
The power of the word is true power. An innocent
childhood game sent me home and influenced the
teacher’s first impression of me. They didn’t have
a clue what was going on with me and I felt
attacked by a group of strangers.

These types of situations affect all of us now and
then. turn-stress-into-power-150x227

Are you feeling stressed?

I had a real scar the other day. It was the middle
of the day and my office was filled with patients,
when my mother called from Michigan and said, “The
ambulance is here I am on my way to the hospital”
and hung up. Damn Ma, what was I supposed to do
with that info? How was I going to get in touch
with her? At 92 years young she sure doesn’t carry
a cell phone. What hospital was she going too and
should I hop on a plane now? My head was spinning.
I immediately called my son who lives near her and
No answer! I called my daughter-in-law, No answer!
Finally I called a good friend who lives near by
and she got the details for me and later called me from
my Mom’s hospital room. It was a sever stomach
pain that was diagnosed as “Diverticulitis- (a
bulging sac of the inner lining of the
intestine that become inflamed and infected). No
one knows exactly what causes the sacs, or pouches
of diverticulitis to form but it is painful and
puts you on the toilet seat most of the day.

I’m sure it all started from the foods they have
at the assisted living facility my mother lives
in. People who eat mostly processed food, as many
Americans eat, do not get enough fiber in their
diet. Processed foods include white rice, white
bread, most breakfast cereals, crackers, and
pretzels.

As a result, constipation and hard stools are more
likely to occur – causing people to strain when
passing stools. This increases the pressure in the
colon or intestines and may cause these pouches to
form.

Symptoms of diverticulitis are more severe and
often start suddenly, but they may become worse
over a few days. They include:
•Tenderness, usually in the left lower
side of the abdomen
•Bloating or gas
•Fever and chills
•Nausea and vomiting
•Not feeling hungry and not eating

Although I later discovered that Mom had a few of
these symptoms she didn’t let anyone know until it
was too late and she was whisked off to the
hospital. They gave her a handful of antibiotics
and sent her home. She was told to take 2 in the
morning and one at night and although it helped
with the infection, the medicine killed off all
the friendly bacteria as well as the bad stuff.
She spent the next 10 days on the potty still suffering
with stomach pain and now has pain where the sun
doesn’t shine.

Now Mom doesn’t know what to eat and is afraid to
eat at all. I sent her acidophilus but of course
her doctor didn’t recommend it so she wouldn’t
touch it.
I didn’t know that I was going to be STRESSED. I
thought everything was going well on my end and it
was, but you never know when the universe will
throw you a spinner.
Thank God Mom is feeling better! We are not out of
the crisis yet but things are sure better.
When we are faced with stressful situations we
immediately go into flight or fight mode.
This affects two important systems:
1. The sympathetic nervous system
2. The adrenal-cortical system.

The next thing you know, your heart is pounding,
hormones are releasing that gets the body prepared
to deal with the situation to help you survive by
organizing you to either run for your life or
fight for your life.

In situations where the tiger is about to rip you
to threads this is a good thing. But when you are
just threatened by things like Family, Work, or
Money that’s the time to use the energy of the
stressful situation to transform the “Stress Into
Power” We are all confronted with stressful
situations daily and if you are not eating the
stress it’s eating you.

Turn your Holiday Stress into Power

‘Oh there’s no place like home for the holidays,
‘Cause no matter how far away you roam –
If you want to be happy in a million ways,
For the holidays – you can’t beat home, sweet
home.’

This is an old song that they play around this
time of the year that I have heard as long as I
can remember.
The holidays are about friends and family and my
trip to Michigan was all about that. I spent time
with my mother, my oldest son my grand children,
my aunt and a few cousins and even saw a few
friends. In 4 short days I drove more than 600
miles and that was after I flew home. That’s the
nature of the holidays.

. You want to get more
sleep even if it’s just a few catnaps here and
there. Stay hydrated. Those holiday sprits could
dry you up if you aren’t drinking a lot of water
and sugar can tip your balance.

Although we all love to kick back and party for a
few days, the holiday season will go on for around
40 days. Yea you can do it! But you want to do it
and stay balanced and centered with a day here and
there for some full out party time.

Before you get caught up in the festivities order
the Turn Stress into Power program and party on
with your own secret formula to stay healthy
through the entire season.

Summer Suffering Gone Forever

Tuesday, May 15th, 2012
Share

It’s just about summer in South Florida
again as the temperature and humidity hits the 90’s.
This is the time of the year when my office fills up
with patients suffering from migraines, headaches,
cramps, pain in the lower abdomen, dizziness and
low back pain.

The culprit is heat and humidity. Every day I
hear from people complaining about THE HEAT, they
have excess thirst, their face gets red and so do their
eyes and irritability is a nice word for what I hear.
In general, people are restless and not having fun.
If you’re a woman combine that with your once a month
cycle and all hell can break lose.

Heat is Yang or male in nature and tends to injure the
blood and Yin is the female aspect. Heat dries things out,
makes your internal organs wither and atrophied. Too much
heat in your body will appear as wrinkles on your face and
your skin will start to dry out and look old.

But all of this can be reversed or at least slowed down
naturally, some with homeopathic, herbal medicine or a
relaxing natural treatment.

Hear are a few things you can do to beat the summer heat
and cool everything down:

1.Stay well hydrated. Drink at least 6 glasses
of water a day. Skip the drinks with carbonation-
they will throw your PH off and will bring you
more age related problems

2.Increase your Vitamin C

3.Tea is better for you in the
summer than coffee, I find jasmine tea quite
cooling and calming as well.

4.Believe it or not that summer Bar-B-Q can
make you look older than you really are, it
puts too much heat in the body.

6.Summer heat combined with too much cold food
weakens the digestive organs. Coldness causes
contraction; it holds in sweat and heat, and
interferes with digestion. Avoid iced drinks
and ice cream.

In my office I treat people where the root of
the problem begins and together we can retain
our youth longer and stay healthy.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Being Cheap can cost you Big Bucks

Tuesday, May 8th, 2012
Share

We all love a good deal, but going cheap
at the expense of your health, is just plain stupid.

The old saying penny wise and pound-foolish has
more truth in it than you could imagine.

Here are 6 of the most penny-pinching
things that you should never do.

1. Eating Fast food for the most part
may seem cheap in the moment but in
the long run you will just be mounting up big
health bills later. Digestive problems, ulcers,
blocked arties are just a few of the things that can
go wrong by eating the wrong foods.

“Cheap people care about the cost of something;
frugal people care about the value of something.”

2. Avoid seeing your dentists for
years can cost you your teeth, gum problems
bad breath and even heart problems.
You may think you are saving money or don’t
have the money but take care of your
teeth they will soon be gone.

3. White bread should
be avoided like the plague.

The whiter the bread,
the quicker you’re dead!” – old saying.

White bread is a main stay of most people’s diets.
Believe it or not, eating white bread is bad for you!
If you want to improve your health, lose some weight
and avoid the possibility of ending up with all types of
diabetes, then white bread will have to go.

4. Freezing to death during the winter to keep the
thermostat low is just a bad idea. Although you may be
saving on the front end, your body has to work hard to
generate enough heat to keep you alert and healthy.
If you are alert you can come up with more creative
ideas and balance out your income.

5. Neglecting the basic maintenance needed on your
home and car will only end up costing you more money
down the road. House upkeep, such as changing furnace
filters, cleaning out the chimney, cleaning out the gutter,
even keeping up with landscaping, is not something you
should neglect. Neither is changing the oil and checking the
fluids on your car. Lack of maintenance inevitably leads to something
big breaking and that will cost you a lot more to repair than it would
have cost to make small, ongoing investments in regular maintenance.

6. Your retirement fund needs the years it has until your
retirement to build, and when you take it out early, you’re
costing yourself a huge amount that you’ll definitely wish you
had later. Solve your urgent problems with a little creativity.

• Pick up a side job or do some freelance work.
To make cash in today’s world you have to be more creative than ever.
I have my medical practice, my Internet business and teach classes and
I am always keeping my eyes open to new opportunities.
Always keep your finger in the pie and you’ll be happier, and wealthier.

• Sell some of your belongings that you don’t need.

• Stop (or cut down on) eating out and buying coffee or soda.

• Look for ways to cut costs in your regular expenses,
such as dropping/reducing your cable and cell phone plans.
But don’t cheat yourself out of retirement money!

Don’t be cheap especially with yourself and family.
Look for ways to be more creative and bring more health into your life.
I have known people who never do anything about their
health until it’s far too late, they are the type that think they
are saving or that they don’t have enough to take care of their
health so they wait and wait and then they freak out when they
are sick and say they will pay anything to get their health back
and it’s usually too late. Yet they never did a damn thing to stay healthy.

Don’t let this happen to you.
Start taking all unhealthy foods out of your diet.
Start loving your self.
Get on a regular exercise program and Stay well hydrated.

These are a few of the keys to Health, Wealth and Happiness
Don’t be cheap with the things in life that really pay.

Get the anti stress solution today and add more value into your life!

When Life throws you a Curve Ball

Everything was going just find today, I walked down to the beach before
daybreak to start my meditation and trained. It was around 6: O’clock and
everything was beautiful quite and still.

I practiced for a little over an hour and then headed to breakfast.
Now that’s a great way to start your day. By 8:00 am
I was home showered, dressed, relaxed and ready to start my day.

I got to the office and that’s when the she -it hit the fan.
Anastasia is in her last days of school.
In fact this Saturday she graduates from Miami-Dade Honor collage
and Top of Her Class.

Congratulations!

Little did I know that I was totally booked with patient,
appointments and everyone had an emergency of some sort
or another.

I even had a few new people walk in at the end of the day in major
neck pain going on, I guess when your busy you just get busier.

Around the busiest time of the day Anastasia received a call
from her classmate and much to her surprise and mind she was
told that they had switched her meeting from Saturday to today
and she had to go to school to finish her last project.
I was really not too happy that she was leaving last minute in the middle
of the workday.

But sometimes in life these unexpected things happen and
you just have to handle them like it or not.

Now if I didn’t start my day with the calm relaxing meditation
and training. I could have really stressed myself out and been
the one with the sore neck.

The morning training and meditation are one of the best ways to
protect you from STRESS.
You can actually put a protective bubble around yourself

I was Shanghaied and held as a Prisoner

Monday, December 19th, 2011
Share

This morning after my workout
and a little breakfast,
I planned to go to the Glazer Farms organic market
in Coconut Grove.

It’s about 30 to 45 minutes away from my house.
What I like about the organic market is that
they have countless unusual prepared salads,
soups, fresh juices, mouth-watering coconut
water and the best darn raw fruit pies that you
have ever tasted. Not only are all of these treats
delicious, they are extremely healthy filled with
minerals and vitamins.
My plan was to stock up and have a weeks worth
of ready to eat healthy foods and treats.

My friend Bob said he was going to the market as
well, so we planned to go together and meet up at
around 10 O’ clock. The market trip usually takes
around 2 or 3 hours from port to port- if you stop
for lunch, and it’s a relaxing way to enjoy the morning.
He picked me up with Shaina, his wife, and we
were off to the market.
We were driving for about 20 minutes and that’s
when I heard the news.

Shaina said, “We were going to The Red Lands
to “Country Robert’s.” Not only is it about an hour
and a half away, nothing is organic!
Too late for me to get off this trip!
I was now a prisoner on Shaina’s trip.

“Cest La Vie.”

This kind of thing happens to all of us now and then.
We are forced to do something or go somewhere
that we really don’t want to do and this was one of them.

It turned out to be a lot of fun, although it wasn’t
what I had in mind. I finally got home around
6 O’ clock in the evening and just had to laugh at
how the day went. Let me give you some good advice
when you are “Shanghaied.”

You need to roll with the punches.
You can go kicking and screaming or curl up in your
emotional shell or love what you’re doing when
you are doing it.

Do you remember the song by Crosby Stills & Nash,
‘You gotta love the one you’re with?’
“Don’t be angry, don’t be sad don’t sit crying talking
good times you’ve had Love the one you’re with.”

In every situation we always have a choice.
How we will handle our own emotional state
is 100% up to you.
One can change it at will or be pulled around by our
negative emotional being.

As you go through the exercises in the book and DVD
in the Turn stress Into Power program, you will learn
powerful and yet simple exercises, meditations and
secret hand positions called Mudras; A gesture or position,
usually of the hands, that locks and guides energy flow.

Get your copy today
http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html
and take 100% control of your emotions.

I wish you the best in your Health,
