There is Pain and then there is Pain

Mary came into my office on Saturday with a story
so insane it was hard to believe. I can’t go into
the details here, but it wasn’t good. To give you
a hint  it’s as if she jumped out of a plane at
10,000 feet and, on her way down, she noticed that
she forgot her parachute. Mary told me that she
was on half a dozen medicines to keep her balanced
and, yet, she was still unstable, shaking inside
and an emotional wreck. She was grabbing for
straws, going from medical doctors to
psychologists to psychiatrists and spiritual
advisors to try and solve her dilemma with no
luck. Mary asked me about acupuncture for her
condition. Sure, I do a lot of acupuncture and it
really works well. But, if you have mental and
emotional problems, Medical Qi Gong is ten times
more effective for these kinds of condition.

Here is what my friend and teacher, Dr. Bernard
Shannon, wrote. He is The Man at the International
College of Medical Qi Gong.

Medical Qigong therapy is the oldest therapeutic
modality of Chinese medicine. It is a
comprehensive system of health care addressing the
root cause of symptoms or disease while treating
the client as a whole. Medical Qigong treatments
are based upon a differential diagnosis rooted in
Chinese medical theory. In a Medical Qigong
treatment, the practitioner, having developed
through dedicated study and self-cultivation the
ability to sense and manipulate energy, uses Qi
emission to restore health and wellness to the
client.

Pain

Drawing by Frank Buzelle

I have seen patients and treated conditions that
Western medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.
Whether you know it or not, Medical Qi Gong is an
excellent adjunct to Western medicine, and it
addresses parts of our psyche that other
modalities barely touch. I have worked with
Western doctors to help their patients go through
a traditional treatment and help them eliminate
many of the nasty side effects of pain medicine,
no matter if it’s physical or psychological pain.
As a doctor of Medical Qi Gong (China), I have
been trained in a different way to address not
only the physical body but also mental health
issues. I always tell my patients that I can help
with any problem they have but, if I am the only
one working on it, it will take a long time.
However, if they are willing to work on the
problem with me by doing the exercises and
meditations, they will be amazed how quickly it
can be resolved.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.
Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. The roots of the ancient Medical Qi Gong
tradition are the direct experiences of early
practitioners of spiritual Daoism, Shamanism, and
of the internal Chinese martial arts. Medical Qi
Gong exists to alleviate the pains of humanity,
whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

Your Roots are the Key to Your Practice

Father’s day was all about love, health and fun. I have returned to the land where I was reared. This is the land of the Chippewa and Ottawa Indians. You probably have heard of Chief Pontiac and, to my surprise, a tribe called the Miami Indians. Miami Indians are the Algonquin people, how interesting to me, now that I live in Miami. The Miami Indians believed that Manitous roamed the world and could take the form of humans and animals. The source of the Manitou’s power was known as the Kitchi Manitou, and was often equated with the sun, although the Kitchi Manitou was apparently not considered to be inanimate. From youth, women and, particularly, men were instructed to seclude themselves, fast, and try to contact a Manitou in a dream. Once contacted, a Manitou became the individual’s guardian spirit, giving the person power in return for respect and sacrifices. Feasts were given and public and private sacrifices of food or tobacco were made to gain power from or appease specific Manitous. The Shamans were considered to be closer to Manitous than ordinary people and could gain power from them either to heal or to kill. Shamans also participated in the Midewiwin and in unabashed displays of their strength: they would fight and kill each other using supernatural power to throw bones, shells, and other charmed objects into the adversary and then try to bring the dead back to life. As I walked through the woods amongst the huge oak trees, I found a clearing to practice my ritual Qi Gong. I dropped my energy and got in touch with my roots internally and feeling the physically energy, the power and strength of the forest, the lakes, and the energy of the native people. Want to tune in more to your roots and inner nature? Get tuned in. I have put together a downloadable Qi Gong bundle that you can get instantly. http://rechargingqigong.com/qigong-video-bundle.html I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness. How to Change your Bad Habits

How to Change your Bad Habits

I have worked with thousand of different people
over the years and most are kind, caring, very
loving, grateful and have respectful for
everything and everyone in their life. Others just
don’t get it at all, they think they are entitled
to everything and have the “Me first attitude” and
eventually they fall into a rut of one kind or
another.

Last week a psychologist that I work with send me
a patient that she need help with. He is a
very talented singer, whose voice is incredible,
and they say he had perfect pitch. He can sing
anything from opera to the blues to show tunes and
he even sings in 3 or 4 different languages.

Although he is a real talent he can’t hold a job,
or stay in a relationship for more that a few
months. He was given everything he wanted and as
a child, if he didn’t get his way he’d cry and
cry until his parents gave in. Now as a young
adult, he’s the same spoiled brat that his parents
trained him to be. If he doesn’t get what he wants
he bitches and complains and throws a fit. His
family blows his behavior off, saying that he is
just a “temperamental artist.” Over the last few
week’s, he was stressed to the max
and his psychologist sent him to me.

He reported being angry, sad, lonely and now very
depressed. He’s popping anti- anxiety pills all day
just to function and now has heart burn, can’t
sleep and is afraid to leave the house alone..

When working with someone like this, we have to
look at the source or the root of the problem. He
was brought up in a family that never disciplined
him and always gave in to his whining demands. His
mother always took her only son’s side and drove a
wedge in her marriage as well. He was spoiled to
the point where he’s now dysfunctional.

Unfortunately, he had no respect for his parents, nor for
himself and for the most part doesn’t have any
friends.
Everyone wants to be respected; But to get it you
have to show respect for others first.

The first thing to do is stop focusing on yourself
and start thinking about others. When we start to
help others, it inspires change, and growth, in
ourselves.

Here is a good approach to get started on a good
path to unwind years of just bad habits. Begin by
thinking about the people that you have great
respect for. When you think about them, ask yourself
what do they do differently from your own behavior?
This will start to get your head in the right place
Here are a few pointers I shared with the young
man:

1. Start looking at the breakdowns in your life.
Use your own skills and resources to start getting
things done and solve problems. Get in the habit
of figuring things out for yourself.

2. Keep your word ;This is by far one of the most
important actions you can take to start gaining
respect. Your word is the most powerful tool you
have for good or evil. It’s up to you how you use
it.
3. Always keep your commitments and promises. If
you find yourself having trouble with too many
things on your plate, make fewer promises.

4. Stop making excuses no one wants to hear your
excuse anyway. Either do what you said you are
going to do or don’t say it. We all make mistakes
that affect others you can apologize to them and
get on with it.

5. Your time is not your own.
If you respect others’ time, they will respect
yours. Come on time or even a little early for
appointments and you will see a shift in the
people you work with and in your relationships

5. End gossiping, it will bite you in the back
sooner or later. If you want to be respected,
respect others—even if you don’t like there style.
When you talk behind people’s backs, you and your
reputation will quickly become tainted.

6. Live by the code; you may be asking yourself
“what the heck is the code?”.
It’s your own personal code in life.
*What do you believe in?
*What’s important to you?
*What makes you want to change the world?
As you ask yourself these questions they will help
you discover your own personal moral code.

7. Be active and add value to every situation-
Whether you’re part of a team, an organization, or
a group of friends, you can be respected if you
offer value to the situation and to others. Always
leave things better than the way you found them.
Andrew and I are working together a few days a
week. At the last session he asked me how long
will this take before he is better? I told him
this, if it’s just me working on you it may take
years, but if you are working with me, we can do it
in a few months or even weeks.

I wish you the best in your health, wealth and
happiness

Bad Habits

Is someone trying to change you?

Friday, February 7th, 2014
Share

This happens to me at least once a week. I am
talking to either a man or a woman and they start
to tell me about their mate and how they want to
change them for the better. Sometimes it’s about
losing weight or stopping smoking or drinking and
other times it’s about too much sex or not enough.
The bottom line is they don’t like what their
partner is doing and they want them to change.

Well guess what? They are not going to change
unless you do. If they wanted to stop smoking they
would and you got nothing to do with it, or very
little. In fact, the more you bug them, the more
they are going to do what they do.

Weight loss is a hard one to tackle. How can you
tell your wife that she is fat without having
weeks of aggregation, cold shoulder and as far as
you getting to make love to her, Ha, Ha! You don’t
have a chance in hell.

I have a client that is a health nut so to speak.
She only eats organic, non-gluten, dairy free,
non-GMO foods. Her husband eats the same at home
but “when the cats away, the mouse will play.”
Every chance he gets he goes out for a Chili
cheese hot dog or a Krispy Cream donut and thinks
he is getting away with something. If she isn’t
watching him he would eat himself to death.

Another guy I know changed his diet to a plant
based one and for the most part he is a
vegetarian. He’s a bright guy and after reading up
on anti-aging and longevity practices he decided
to eat differently. His wife loves to eat and she
will eat just about anything that doesn’t eat her
first and of course all this eating caused a lot
of collateral damage, like fat around the heart,
fat around the liver, joint problems and lots of
pain. But now “she’s a changing.”
Her diet is more and more veggie based. I don’t
think she would admit it but she’s learning by
example.images
This happens to our kids all the time. They don’t
listen to what you say, but they do what you do.
They will learn from your example and they will
learn that very well. All of the good stuff you
do, as well as all your not so good stuff, if you
know what I mean.

It’s the same with learning the Qi Gong. It has to
been practiced and trained into your body until
you have what is called a “Muscle Memory.”
Once that’s rock-solid you got it! I have been
practicing for over 3 decades and have discovered
a set of internal exercises that are not only easy
to learn, they work every joint of your body and
work all the internal organs as well.

The Recharging Qi Gong Program is the real deal.

The True Power of Healing

Thursday, April 18th, 2013

I received a call from Barbara 2 weeks ago. She
was having severe hip pain and although she saw
her doctor his only solution was surgery and she
really didn’t want to go that route.

I worked with her when I was in California and in
Wyoming years ago and was surprised to get the
call after so many years. She told me she was in a
pickle and spelled out all the details and asked
if I could do anything for her. I suggested she
come to Florida to see me but she said it was
impossible at this time and asked what other
options I could give her. At first I thought my
hands were tied, but I told her that I would think
about it and call her the next day. The next
morning I called and told her I would do a long
distance healing for her and we will see if it
will help. So we picked a time and I asked her to
find a comfortable space that’s quiet and I will
work on her from here.

The next day she reported that she had a
remarkable experience. She felt that she was
covered with light and then became very hot as the
treatment was going on, it went on for about ½
hour and then she said she fell asleep for 2 or 3
hours and when she woke the hip pain was gone. She
sent me this letter that I will share with you.
“I met Dr.Sherwood Swartz AKA (Dr Wu Dhi) several
years ago at a Peace Conference in Jackson Hole,
WY.
He was leading a Qi Gong class, the idea being
that learning to be peaceful within would lead to
a more peaceful world. The class was wonderful!
As time went by I had an acupuncture treatment for
a bladder infection on a stopover in Florida on my
way to Brazil. Who wants a bladder infection on a
long plane flight? Again I was cured.
Then years later I had a painful hip event (bone
rubbing on bone). The doctor wanted me to wait
for surgery until I was older, so the joint would
not wear out and have to be replaced a second
time. So I called Dr. Wu Dhi to help me with the
ongoing pain.

Since he was out of town he did a distance healing
on my hip which I was not sure would actually
work. To my amazement, the pain subsided! It was
incredibly helpful and powerful!!

Long distance healing is a powerful way to heal
many different conditions; it is recognized in
many different healing systems around the world
using prayer, energy healing such as Qi Gong and
Reiki healing.

Who is responsible for your health?

How many of you have an HMO insurance plan?
Most people who have health insurance in the USA
are covered by HMO, a Health Maintenance
Organization. In fact our government gives all the
American Indians who live on reservations the best
government HMO insurance and guess what! The
average of those receiving it live to 66 years
old. On the other hand people who don’t get
involved in the HMO insurance plans live 15 to 20
years longer.

Simages
I have been in the health field for 35 years and
we would think it is getting better every year.
Well it is for some, but if you are on the short
end of the stick, watch out.
Every time there is a new ruling from the FDA to
protect us, you have to wonder who they are trying
to protect. Is it our health or the drug industry?
They don’t seem to be concerned with what people
are eating, the side effects of drugs or how many
people are self-medicating at the drug store.
Could the lobbyists be controlling your health?
Let me tell you what I feel is happening. The
major drug companies, who like to be referred to
as pharmaceutical companies have a lot of money,

NICE Profit guys!

TV ads are full of commercials to promote their
products. They are distributed at every drug
store, grocery store and even Wal-Mart and Costco
are selling all kinds of drugs and flu shots. This
is BIG business and they are all on the stock
exchange making money for their investors. What do
you think they are in business for anyway, Your
Health? You would think that this program is
working fine if you were in the drug business, but
there is a problem.

People are getting sicker with more cancer, heart
conditions and diabetes then ever before and the
numbers are rising daily, there is something wrong
with this picture.

I am not saying that modern medicine is all-bad,
if you haven’t been following a good health
regiment or you were born with bad genetics, got
shot, or have been in an accident, modern medicine
is a blessing. Modern medicine has saved thousands
of lives both in wars and peaceful times; medicine
and can keep you going for years even if you were
on your deathbed.

Here is where the systems fails; the management of
disease. It stinks! They don’t know squat about
keeping you healthy.

Years ago I worked in a Psychiatrist office and
every patient that came into the office was told
that they needed to be on meds. If you see a
traditional Western doctor, for pain you are given
anti-inflammatory, pain pills and steroids or sent
in for psychological evaluation.

People have brain washed to believe they need to
be on medicine or something very bad will happen
to them.

Well it just ain’t-so!
I am not telling you to stop your medicine or
ignore your doctor but there is plenty you can be
doing to feel better and stay healthy but it takes
work…

First, stop listening, reading or looking to any
commercials that are trying to suggest to you that
you need their medicine. No matter if it’s about
the flu, low T or sleepless nights. Start
exercising every day. If you are able, begin a Qi
Gong program, take a yoga class or start
meditation today. If you aren’t ready for that at
least walk.

The gym will keep you looking good but not
healthy. I dropped my membership years ago. There
were too many sick people all in the same room
coughing, sneezing and bitching about their
problems. Get-out in nature, breathe fresh air,
eat a healthy diet. No Fast Foods (they are a fast
way to the grave).

If you think I am being harsh try a few days in
the hospital with bad air, bad food, and a hoist
of diseases all locked up in the building with
you. No one goes to the hospital to get healthy.
I have created programs to keep all of us healthy,
younger, and happy.

I practice daily and so do thousands of students.
They are staying healthy, feeling younger more
active.

I suggest you start out with the Flying Crane Qi
Gong Program
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

You will be able to learn that within weeks you
will be on your way to a healthy, stress free,
happy life. This was the first Qi Gong I learned
years ago and I still practice it daily.

Order it now and it will be in the mail tomorrow.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Yes Oxyhydrate has worked like a charm. Not only are people
becoming regular they are also losing weight,
have less bloating more energy and their
general health is getting better!
I have patients who think it’s normal to only have a
BM only two to three times a week, and THAT IS NOT NORMAL!!

You should be having a BM everyday, come rain or
shine.
If you look at food as fuel, and you’re
putting the proper fuel in you system – after the
fuel is used the exhaust has to come out! If it
was your car you would be at the mechanics the next
day.
Oxyhydrate is not a laxative.
Oxyhydrate is a combination of carefully developed
minerals and vitamins that puts more moisture and oxygen in
your system, and has regulated thousands of people
with no adverse side effects at all.

This is why I do what I do!

Elizabeth wrote and told me I can share it with you.

“My son Gryphon who is 9 years old has been sick with
stomach problems since September 2010. After each meal he
eats he feels sick to his stomach. In late April, 2011 the
issue escalated that he was throwing up after every meal.

We went for special testing in January 2011 to All
Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, which is 3 hours
away from our home in Naples. The doctors did numerous tests
at the hospital, and the only report they could give us
was reflux of the upper GI tract. We were told to give our
son “Prevacid” which he threw up as well as soon as he took
the medicine. I looked up the side effects and found that the cure was worse than the problem some side effects could be serious. Things like, rash, blistering or peeling skin, hives, swelling of the eyes, face, lips, mouth, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing. OMG the list went on and on and my son is only ten years old.

After a month of throwing up, I finally got in touch with
Dr. Swartz’s AKA Dr. Wu Dhi. I called the office and told him that I needed help!
…. and it was an emergency. Gryphon was now
losing weight due to throwing up.
He met us at his office
in Aventura the next day.

Dr. Wu has been practicing alternative medicine for decades. When we met the doctor he had a lot of unusual questions about diet, family life, exercise as well as standard questions about past illness and them He
did what looked like a massage, called Medical Qi Gong and put Gryphon under a special machine he called “the light beam generators” After about ½ the pain away from his aching belly. Finally, he
injected him with a homeopathic medicine directly into
his belly area on acupuncture points, and he gave us
Homeopathic drops to do at home for a week.

That was 30 days ago and my son has never thrown up again.

My Gryphon wants to go back and see Dr. Wu Dhi as he said, “Mom it felt so good to not be sick any more. In my opinion as
a mother Dr. Wu Dhi is a miracle healer. I have experienced his
healing personally as a patient myself 11 years ago, and I
have been a follower ever since.

I recommend Dr. Wu to you too. He is truly a healer who can
help with all ailments and disease. He has studied Chinese
and homeopathic medicine for a long, long time. You can
trust him to heal you as he is an expert in his field. I
now know that I should always start healing by seeing him.

Our medical bills from All Children’s Hospital have
exceeded $20,000 with no results. One visit to Dr. Wu
Dhi’s clinic was far less and my son is healed. It is a
simple decision for me today to call Dr. Wu Dhi and we
drive 3 hours round trip to see him. Utilize Dr. Wu, and
you will experience the miracle too.

Happy mother

She tossed her cookies all over the floor

Friday, October 12th, 2012

Adriana was at the office before me this morning
and when I got there the staff said she came in
and tossed her cookies all over the floor. I
heard it was a mess.

I missed it.
Lucky for me!

When I got to the office she was holding her stomach and looked
as white as a ghost.

“I don’t feel good”

She told me that she cooked last night
and was as sick as a dog ever since.

Each year, millions of people in the United States
get sick from contaminated food.
The Symptoms of food poisoning include:
*

The list of symptoms go on and on
may range from mild to severe.
If you have ever had food poisoning you know what I mean.

Poisoning could come from a lot more than just bad food?
Bacteria and viruses are the most common cause of
food poisoning. The symptoms and severity of food
poisoning vary, depending on which bacteria or
virus has contaminated the food.

It could come from any number of these things :

1. Parasites are organisms that derive nourishment
and protection from other living organisms known
as hosts. The most common food born parasites are
protozoa, roundworms, and tapeworms. Nasty critters
that cause havoc in even the healthiest.

2. Mold, Toxins, and Contaminants
Food poisoning can be linked to either natural
toxins such as those in some mushrooms
fish or chemical toxins like pesticides or
melamine. Molds can produce toxins that cause
sickness that can knock your socks off in a second.

3. Allergens
Food allergy is an abnormal response to a food
triggered by your body’s immune system. Some
foods, such as nuts, milk, eggs, or seafood can
cause allergic reactions in people with food
allergies.

I don’t exactly know what triggered Adriana’s problem
but here are a few things you can do if you ever
get food poisoning.

1.You can drink Ginger tea or make a compress
of ginger and put it on your stomach.

2.You can get some coke syrup and take a
teaspoon.

3.Charcoal pills have the ability to absorb
many times their weight in harmful toxins.
This is really a good one

4. There is a tree in Africa called Okoubaka
aubrevillei and they make a product called Pleo Oku
and that works great. I never travel with out this one.

Over the years both friends and families suffer
from food poisoning and sometimes the symptoms
will last for days. I ate some muscles that were bad
when I was living in Caracas and the oil treatment
really saved me from days of suffering.

It’s One of the most successful
treatments I have found that pulls toxins out of the
system and relieves stomach aches.
I didn’t have to take
any medicine or drinking any horable tasting stuff.

In fact I have used it for many stomach disorders
from diarrhea to menstruation problems with great success.
Make sure that you check with your health provider
to make sure you you are on the mend as well.

Is life Hitting you in the Schnozzle?

One never knows what can happen from one moment to
the next, we plan our next move and then the
universe does what it wants and we either freak
out or go with the flow. Imagine for a moment that
something is flying at your nose at 100 miles an
hour. If you meet that force with your nose it’s
going to hurt. But if you move just slightly the
object will miss you and although it could have
landed on your noodle it didn’t.
Some people go through life face first; they are
always getting hit with whatever the universe
flings at them.
When I was in my twenties I spent a lot of time
practicing Aikido, a that
teaches how to use energy. The motion of the
attacker is redirected rather than opposing it.
Aikido training is mental as well as physical,
emphasizing the ability to relax the mind and body
even under the stress of dangerous situations.
That’s where I learned to redirect energy and not
oppose it.
If you are a Steven Seagal movie fan, Aikido is
his main fighting form.
If a force is coming at you it’s a form of energy
(Qi) there is no bad or good to it. Just pure
energy and when you learn to direct the force no
matter if it’s a punch or a verbal attack it can
be redirected to your advantage.
I grow an organic garden every year and harvest
tomatos, radishes, 3 or 4 different kinds of
greens, lettuce, plus a lot more food.
I live in Florida so my gardening usually gets
going around the winter solstice and goes strong
until late May.

If there is no rain, the soil dries out and there
are a ton of bugs that love to munch on my organic
garden and this is bad. But if you come to Florida
during the winter and you live in the north you
surely don’t want rain. You are hoping for sunny
beach days. So the dry warm weather is good. See
there’s really no good or bad it just is……..

There is always good to be found in everything.
You just have to stay on top of things so you can
know where, when and how.

I have been training and practicing internal
exercises, meditation and working on my health for
years and it has paid off big time.
People my age are on a slew of medicines from
anti- depression to sleeping pills. They are
taking medicine to take a dump, regulate their
blood pressure, control their cholesterol and make
their weenie hard.

I haven’t taken any of that stuff and I am healthy
and strong. I exercise everyday and have a smile
on my face a bounce in my step and so do my
students and patients.

That’s how it’s supposed to be.

If you are stuck in the drug cultures, seeing one
doctor after another and sick and tired of being
there, lets work together to get healthy strong
and happy.

There are a few ways you can get started.
