The Secret to Anti Aging

The Secret to Anti-Aging and Looking Younger

I am usually at my office from 10:00 in the
morning until 7:00 in the evening. But last night,
I left the office at 5:45 PM, and I went to see
Faye. She runs the anti aging “Fresh Faces Spa”, and does the
most increasable facials. She’s just minutes from
my office, and I was on her table by 6:00 PM.For
the next hour, I disappeared into a deep relaxing
meditation as Faye did her magic of steaming,
cleaning, putting potions and lotions on my face,
and I was gonzo…
If you were to ask me what she
actually did, I couldn’t say as I kept drifting
into the land of far, far away.

Facials have gained a reputation as being only for
women. But this cleansing, purifying treatment has
so many more hidden benefits than just washing
your face when you wake up or before you go to
bed. Aside from having good skin, the treatment
refreshed me for hours. I felt and looked younger
than I would have thought possible, and that type
of relaxation allows one to go into a deep
meditation that rejuvenates body and mind, and
opens up your creativity. When I got home, I spoke
to a few friends and told them I just got a
facial. They all said, “OMG, you are so lucky!”
Well, it’s not luck at all. Caring for your skin
is as important as any part of your health and
longevity. Our skin is actually the body’s largest
and fastest-growing organ. Skin is your body’s
coat and, like any part of your body, it has to be
cared for all the time.

A good facial is part of the anti-aging,
anti-wrinkle detox program. Here are three big
reasons to get a facial:
1. UnknownWrinkles: Everybody wants to look younger. As
we age, the muscles under our mask start to lose
tone, and things drop. Also, the toxins we are
exposed to cause damage to our internal organs.
Whether we like it or not, the results show on our
face. And with so many muscles working in our
faces as we express ourselves and squint in
sunlight, wrinkles start to appear. If you take
care of your skin, you can alter the usual and
harsh aging, and look years younger.
2. Impurities: Facials can remove impurities and
cleanse pores, making your skin look and feel
healthier. If you combine that with a cleaner
diet, you can avoid Father Time for years.
3. Stress: This is the BIG one for all of us. No
matter how you run your life, stress plays a big
part on your health, longevity, and how you look
and age. It can be stress from work, family,
finances, or unforeseen obligations that seem to
creep up on us, and change our moods and the way
we look. I always recommend to my students and
patients that they learn and practice all the
exercises in the Turn Stress Into Power program.

younger. Get yours today and become a

How the Stars and Planets are affecting UsStars and planets

It’s the 1st day of June, and tomorrow is the Full
Moon. This Full Moon is in Sagittarius. This is
the time to make sure you are clear about your own
self-examination and everything that brought you
to the decisions you are now making. Full moons
always have strong effects on our lives, and these
effects can be felt as early as 5 days before and
as late as 5 days after. We are looking at a
strong energy to affect us until June 7th. For
sure, it will take a few more weeks before things
balance out.

Full moons usually force changes and the ending of
situations both bad and good, but this time it may
be a little different as we are still being
influenced by the planet of communications,
Mercury. They say it’s not a good time for travel,
communications, or contract signing. It doesn’t
mean you can’t do it, but it takes a lot more
effort, and things need to be checked and
rechecked to go somewhat smoothly. This is a great
time to get all of your files, paperworks, and
loose ends taken cared of. Also take more time to
do your meditation practices and your internal
exercises. They will keep you grounded and
centered.

I receive questions from dozens of people on a
daily basis and, this week, it was interesting
that out of 18 questions, 7 of them were the same.
“Dr. Wu Dhi, what exercises would be the best to
increase my chances of staying young, avoiding
sickness, and getting more energy?” All the
questions had a little different theme, but they
were basically the same. This is what I found
works and, that’s why, I put together programs to
share the wealth of health. Start doing the
Recharging Qi Gong program
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTM4NzQ1MXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x
once or twice a day, and as soon as you can commit
those exercises to memory, get the Flying Crane
Qigong
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTM4NzQ1MnwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x
and do both of them for 90 days in a row. You will
see huge transformations in your body, speech, and
mind.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Dr. Wu Dhi was born Sherwood Swartz but mostly
known as ‘Woody’ to friends and family. As a student
of various traditions he as received various names
and titles over the years as is appropriate in those
schools. Among these names was Wu Di, very similar
to the pronunciation of Woody, in China the name
means ‘has no enemies’. Wu Di was later renamed by
a Tibetan Lama to Wu Dhi with an ‘h’. Although this
may not seem like that much of a change from Wu Di
or even Woody for that matter, it is in fact a high
honor to receive such a name directly from a Lama.
Dhi in this case is the Sanskrit seed syllable ‘Dhi’ and
associated with the great wisdom holder Manjurshri.

Dr. Wu Dhi has been a pioneer in alternative health

A Miraculous Healing

A Miraculous Healing

This last week I was witness to a miraculous healing of man in my care whose balance was off for years. He could walk for a while and he had so much pain in his feet he had to sit down until it passed. The toes on his left foot were curled up as though he was trying to hold on the ground with claws and he looked like he was drunk when walking.

Here is the amazing part. In only a few days he was able to heal himself of
this on going problem. His doctor didn’t know what to do and told him it was an untreatable nonspecific nerve damage and there was nothing he could do for him.. We changed all of that with only a little coaching, a few treatments of
Medical Qi Gong and an exercise and meditation program that he did for a few days.

The key to his recovery in my opinion was just a few very special
exercise The “Tension Release Exercise” and “The 6 Walks”.

These exercise are so important, in my view, that I included
them in “Turn Stress into Power”program. http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

For those of you don’t know how bad it can be to lose your balance let me explain. If your foot or ankle feels a little wobbly when you stand on one leg it’s probably due to diminished strength and flexibility. After about age 40, we begin to lose roughly 1% of our muscle mass every year. As we age, we also become more sedentary and less flexible. These factors make the body less able to adapt to and correct your balance.

You may have a good sense of balance , but it takes work to keep your balance. As a person ages their muscles have a tendency shrivel -up and they loose tone. The Tendons and ligaments shorten and become less flexible and the next thing you know you are wobbley . The other important factor is ones apprehension about doing things. You might start to avoid physical activities that you feel is risky–even walking becomes fearful. As you avoid activities your balance becomes worse and “what one fears most usually appears”.

In the Turn Stress Into Power Program- you will learn meditations and exercises that will give you a new prospective and way to think from outside of the box. Stay balanced! http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness,

The Attitude of Gratitude

When I sixteen years old I was introduced to Yoga
and the Self Realization Fellowship where Rev.
Oliver Black had a meeting, lecture, and
meditation every Sunday morning. It took place at
the Detroit Institute of Art, and was based on the
teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. In those days
a few hundred people showed up for services. It
was my first introduction to spiritual work, yoga,
and meditation. One of the things that Rev. Black
stressed was thankfulness and gratitude for
everything and everyone. As I evolved in my
spiritual path every teacher, Master, Guru and
Lame stressed the importance of being the same
too.

During Thanksgiving week, people express more
gratitude for the abundance in their lives than
any other time of the year. You may not realize
that you are improving the quality of your health
and increasing your lifespan at the same time.
Did you know happy people live up to ten years
longer than unhappy ones, and optimists have a 77%
lower risk of heart disease than pessimists?
I bet you want to know how you can be happier,
don’t you!

The How To of Happiness

your circumstances just practices of gratitude.

The more optimistic you are the fewer physical
symptoms you get. Chronic illnesses improvement
happens when practicing gratitude for self and
others.

Was Christopher Columbus Apart of The Mafia?

Tuesday, October 14th, 2014

“In 1492 Columbus Sailed the Ocean Blue”.

I heard this poem all through school and believed
that good old Christopher was a great explorer,
trader and discoverer and that’s why we have a
national holiday and celebrate him. The first
Columbus Day celebration in the United States was
held in New York on October 12, 1792. Well as
most things go this was pretty much a lie. Why are
we still celebrating this guy?

He never got to the actual land mass of what we
now call the United States. Christopher thought he
was going to Asia and ended up in the Caribbean
Sea. In 1937, under pressure from the Knights of
Columbus; an influential Catholic group Franklin
Delano Roosevelt and Congress proclaimed October
12th to be Columbus Day, a national holiday.
Here are some other things about Columbus you
 probably didn’t know:

•Columbus did not discover America.

•You can’t discover a continent with millions of
 people already living on it.

•The Vikings were reported being there around 500
 years earlier.

•He kidnapped Native Americans and sold them into
 slavery.

•He killed roughly half the population of Haiti.

•Columbus was self-centered, ruthless, greedy,and a racist.

•Columbus did not prove the world was round.

•Columbus didn’t find a short cut to Asia, as he
set out to do, he was lost.

Now that people have woken up a little more there
have been some changes regarding Columbus Day.
Berkeley, California replaced Columbus Day with
 Indigenous Peoples Day
and now South Dakota
started calling the holiday Native American Day.
Sweet Alabama
is celebrating Columbus Day and
American Indian Heritage Day, and Hawaii now
calls
 it Discovery Day.
You would think that congress
would wake up gracefully and change the name.

Washington, DC honors and celebrates the
achievements of Christopher Columbus
each year
with a national wreath laying ceremony on Columbus
Day.
I can hardly believe we are still celebrating
this chump’s day. Yet it remains a federal
holiday. Now that you have a noggin full of new stuff about
Christopher Columbus and his band of ruffians, how
are you going to celebrate Columbus Day this year?

I know what I will do. I’ll have a Native
celebration and mark my most popular and best

Turn Stress Into Power Naturally

Tuesday, September 9th, 2014

It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon and the
receptionist told me that my next patient was
here. I peeked into the waiting room and saw a
frail lady with dark sunglasses sitting there. I
had no idea who she was, but you could feel a very
dark heavy energy like the deep, deep sadness
around her.

I said, “Hello, I am Dr. Wu Dhi. Welcome to the
office.” That’s when she took off her sunglasses
and said, “It’s me, Dr. Wu Dhi, Gloria.” Her eyes
were filled with tears and she looked old,
washed-out and distraught.

At first, I didn’t recognize her at all. I asked
her to come in to my office and she broke down in
tears and said, “I am desperate. I hate my life
and I just want to die.”

Gloria has an obsessive compulsive personality
and, whatever she does, she does it a 150%. If
it’s good, it’s very good and, when it’s bad, it’s
very bad. And this week, it was very bad. Her
grandmother, her best friend, passed away. Dealing
with a loss, no matter if it’s a death of a loved
one or just a breakup, is one of the major
stressful situations to be in. The biggest
stresses in life are:
• Getting married
• Getting divorced
• Starting a new job
• Moving to a new house
• Embarrassment
• Death of a loved one
• Having a baby

When we are stressed, our body uses more vitamin
B, our serotonin and dopamine levels are depleted,
and our hormone system is in the dumps. Gloria
needed some help and she needed it now! I was glad
to give her a treatment to settle her spirit, open
viewerher heart and get in touch with her emotions. We
spent over an hour together. I felt she needed to
learn some different strategies to transform her
stress into personal power although she suffered a
big loss. The treatment alone wasn’t enough to
balance her body and mind. I taught her a series
of meditations, exercises and protections to
soothe her spirit and balance her mind and body.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this in a
person. We all have sorrows and stresses in life
but, with the right tools, we can handle whatever
is thrown our way.

In the “Turn Stress Into Power” book and DVD

Long-distance Healing and Exorcism

Long distance healing and Exorcism

A highly disciplined mind is capable of
consciously generating specific Thought-Forms
whose main goal is to accomplish particular tasks.
These tasks can be noble and for the higher good
or they can be very destructive. We all have the
ability to create energetic beings through our
intensions and thoughts. When groups of people are
working in harmony, their Thought- Forms can
manifest things at a much quicker rate than an
individual, that’s why group meditations and
prayer groups are so powerful.
Once these energetic forms are created they can
take on their own energy and wander about on the
physical plan and make things better or cause
trouble. Individuals can also create these
energy-Thought Forms and they can be greatly
influenced by the company you keep or even the
office you work in. Whatever you put your
intention or unintentional thought into will
create an energetic Thought- Form that can take
shape and even form.
If it’s not righteous there is a possibility an
energetic cyst or tumor can begin to form and as
the energy cluster continues to grow it will cause
stagnation and eventually affect the internal
organs. In Medical Qi Gong these energetic
stagnations can be dissolved. You might say this
is a form of Cancer caused by your subconscious
thoughts. Emotions like hate, anger, sadness,
grief, anxiety and worry can be the building
blocks for your own demise.

All things that are
created with the mind have the ability to manifest
outside the mind in some shape or form. According
to Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson the leading authority on
Medical Qi Gong in the USA there are 8 rules to
create an energetic Thought- Forms:
1.Shape, form and appearance

2.Goals and function

3.Naming the Thought -Form

4.Method of contact

5.Housing the Thought- Form

6.Feeding the Though-Form

7.The Thought-Form’s life-span

8.Death of the Thought- Form

There are ways to send a Thought- Form to heal or
even psychic attacks, however, when summoned;
these can also attach themselves to the human aura
of its creator.

If you are sending someone hate, anger and even
feeling jealousy or envious of others, those
emotional Though-Forms have great power and can
attach to you and affect your own health. On the
other hand when love, honor and kindness are sent
forth they can make you and the person you send it
to improve their health and improve yours a s well.

At least 2 or 3 times a week I receive a call from
imagessomeone asking for a long distance healing
session. I take these calls and sessions very
seriously.

•First I will find out as much information about
the persons condition.
•Then we look at what will be the best form of
treatment, rid the stale energy.
•Free-up the Energetic Thought-Form and dissolve
it that may be effecting them

These are all part of the Medical Qi Gong process
and the Buddhist and ancient Chinese healing
techniques.

Every time I turn on the TV there is a program
about vampires. Vampires are those mythological
beings who subsist by feeding on the life essence.

“Essence,” in metaphysics, is often synonymous
with the soul.

Are there really vampires?
Yes there are vampires. Maybe not the blood
sucking kind you see in the movies, but vampires
exist. There are many variations of vampires from
around the world. There are Asian vampires, such
as the Chinese jianshi, evil spirits that attack
people and drain their life energy; the
blood-drinking Wrathful Deities that appear in the
“Tibetan Book of the Dead,” and many others.

The vampires that we run into these days are the
Emotional vampires who can drain your energy and
suck you dry and you hardly notice the bite until
you are just plain drained. These emotional
vampires could be your husband, wife, a son or
daughter, or even your best friend. These people
who put your mood take a tailspin, the ones who
you feel sick or tired around.

Basically, it’s a person who changes your mood
for the worse just by being around them. You may
want to know how they can suck your energy without
you knowing it. Do you know someone that is always
complaining about everything, but never seems to
do anything about it?

They love to go over their hard luck story of why
this or that is bad. “This person is trouble” They
suck you into their story and suck you dry. They
come into our lives with fangs out and if you
don’t know how to protect yourself, you can be
just another meal.

Don’t let them suck you dry.

Celebrating the Last Days of Winter

Friday, February 21st, 2014

Spring will be here in another 4 weeks

Spring will be here in another 4 weeks

We are just about through with the long cold
winter and people who live in the colder climates
are more than ready to celebrate the coming of
spring. The winter solstice started on December
21nd and the vernal equinox isn’t until the 20th
day of March.

This winter was a long cold snowy one for many and
they have had enough. I am originally from
Michigan and this year so far they have had 39”
That’s a foot more than usual!
During the winter, the Yin principle dominates our
bodies, as well as the climate. It is inactive,
cold and damp. The earth is in her resting and
quiet season, so like nature; it’s a good time to
rest your internal clock. The cold and darkness
urges us to slow down. Reflect and be aware of
your senses, conserve your energy, seek inner
warmth and spend more time at home with family and
friends. It’s a time to nourish the body, relax
and sleep more. It’s not a very good time to do
heavy exercises because you can easily burn
yourself out, but you still have to stay active in
order to keep your body warm and the energy
moving.

Winter is more an inward and sensitive time. As
the cold climate chills you to your bones, seek
deeper within yourself. Like the earth, we all
have our cycl es. Many of us have cycles in which
held-in emotions are released, like the winter
snows. With awareness and expression of these
feelings, you will be able to open to good
energies.

Staying healthy is also the key this winter
season. The Flu Season is upon us at this time!
Why is it that some of us catch several colds a
year? The answer is in our immune system. If our
immune systems are weakened, we will have a
tendency to get sick more often. In the winter
months this seems to happ en more because of
STRESS, POOR DIET and CHANGE IN WEATHER.
One of my secrets to staying healthy is staying
stress free and the best way to do it is by
learning the protections, meditations and internal
exercises in the Turn Stress into Power book and
