The True Power of Healing

I received a call from Barbara 2 weeks ago. She
was having severe hip pain and although she saw
her doctor his only solution was surgery and she
really didn’t want to go that route.

I worked with her when I was in California and in
Wyoming years ago and was surprised to get the
call after so many years. She told me she was in a
pickle and spelled out all the details and asked
if I could do anything for her. I suggested she
come to Florida to see me but she said it was
impossible at this time and asked what other
options I could give her. At first I thought my
hands were tied, but I told her that I would think
about it and call her the next day. The next
morning I called and told her I would do a long
distance healing for her and we will see if it
will help. So we picked a time and I asked her to
find a comfortable space that’s quiet and I will
work on her from here.

The next day she reported that she had a
remarkable experience. She felt that she was
covered with light and then became very hot as the
treatment was going on, it went on for about ½
hour and then she said she fell asleep for 2 or 3
hours and when she woke the hip pain was gone. She
sent me this letter that I will share with you.
“I met Dr.Sherwood Swartz AKA (Dr Wu Dhi) several
years ago at a Peace Conference in Jackson Hole,
WY.
He was leading a Qi Gong class, the idea being
that learning to be peaceful within would lead to
a more peaceful world. The class was wonderful!
As time went by I had an acupuncture treatment for
a bladder infection on a stopover in Florida on my
way to Brazil. Who wants a bladder infection on a
long plane flight? Again I was cured.
Then years later I had a painful hip event (bone
rubbing on bone). The doctor wanted me to wait
for surgery until I was older, so the joint would
not wear out and have to be replaced a second
time. So I called Dr. Wu Dhi to help me with the
ongoing pain.

Since he was out of town he did a distance healing
on my hip which I was not sure would actually
work. To my amazement, the pain subsided! It was
incredibly helpful and powerful!!

Long distance healing is a powerful way to heal
many different conditions; it is recognized in
many different healing systems around the world
using prayer, energy healing such as Qi Gong and
Reiki healing.

What is your ALTERNATIVE to the FLU SHOT

Tuesday, November 13th, 2012

I have an important message to share with you, on
how to stay healthy during the fall and winter
Season.

The Flu and Cold Season is upon us! In Sunny
Florida, fall and winter are our most desirable
times of the year. Not only for the locals but for
the snowbirds as well, the travelers who are
escaping the nasty winter cold. As the Northerners
invade the Sunbelt so do the colds, coughs and
Flu’s.

Why is it that some of us seem to always get sick
and others appear to never get sick? The answer
lies in our immune system. If your immune system
is, stressed or weakened, you will have a tendency
to get sick more often and that’s a fact.
Sometimes even when we are feeling good, a strong
virus may even sneak in and Boom!– You got the
BUG. In the fall and winter months, this happens
more often because of weather changes, stress and
a poor diet. In Florida we get people from all
over the world bring in new strains. If you think
the Wal-Mart or grocery flu shot is going to help
you wake up, it can do more harm that a condom
with a hole in it.

• There are few ways you can help reduce your
chances of catching a cold or the flu.
• Get more rest

• Wash your hands often

• Avoid sudden temperature changes

• Stay out of the wind

• Drink plenty of water

• Exercise daily

• Get outside and Breathe fresh air

If you get sick, a hot bath with Epsom salts and
baking soda helps to relieve the aches and pain.
If you are getting treatments that build your
immune system, chances are you won’t get sick at
all. Patients report that when they receive an
acupuncture treatment at the first signs of a cold
or flu it can be stopped and the symptoms can be
lessened by as much as 80%.
Call today for an appointment! Phone: 305-407-0120
PS: Come in today for a natural alternative to the
flu shot that will boost your Immune system and
keep you healthy With NO SIDE Effects!

…..And say Good Bye to the flu

Is your Energy Flowing or Not?

Monday, August 6th, 2012

Every Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm, I teach a
meditation class in my office.
It’s based on Internal exercises practices
They are the
opposite of external exercises like swimming,
boxing, wrestling, tennis, weight lifting, etc.
While external exercises may produce an attractive
body, they often do so by depleting the energy of
the heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys and liver. That
causes a number of illnesses and ages you quicker
than you would think. Internal exercises like Qi
Gong are designed to energize the entire body,
balance all of the energy levels and heal as well
as strengthen our internal organs. Internal organs
are designed to correct posture, keep you more
grounded and are based on the five element theory;
fire, earth, metal, water and wood.

One thing that I always emphasize and work on in
the meditation classes is the breathing and the
pathways of energy in the body known as the
meridians. Once a person gets proficient in the
micro cosmic orbit (the spiritual digestive
system)– they’ll easily be able to feel the
energy in the meridians and along the pathways to
balance the body, mind and spirit. When I do an
acupuncture treatment, I am always working with
the meridians, they are like a series of energy
rivers running through the body. There is one for
the lungs, large intestines, stomach, spleen,
heart, small intestines, bladder, kidneys,
pericardium, triple heater, liver and gallbladder
– plus more.

These rivers of energy carry the Qi or energy all
through our bodies. If there is a blockage
mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually or
psychologically, the rivers of energy get blocked
and the next thing you know you have some form of
dis-ease.

When we work with the Qi Gong exercises,
meditations and breathing, we open up those
blockages and the Qi flows properly, balancing
body, mind and spirit.

Personally I practice these types of exercises
daily. I teach my patients and students these
exercises. I make videos about them like the
Flying Crane Qi Gong and Recharging Qi Gong and
much more to the Qi Gong Inner Circle.

If you are ready to turn your health around 360
degrees get on the program!

Build Strong Yin Qi All Summer

Thursday, June 16th, 2011

The first day of summer
is just about here!

The Summer Solstice
This is the longest day of the year.
Summer begins in the Northern Hemisphere
on June 21, 2011, at 1:16 p.m.

The word solstice comes from the
Latin words for “SUN” & “TO STOP,”
as the Sun appears to stop in the sky.

This is one of the most important days
of the year for Energy Work.

Like Meditation,Qi Gong and Yoga practices,
the Energy is at its highest.

In fact, if you are thinking of getting an
Acupuncture treatment, a Medical Qi Gong
treatment or any kind of Energy Work,
the Summer and Winter Solstices
(June 21 and December 21)
are the strongest days to move the Qi.

My calendar gets totally booked up a few
days before the solstice, the day of the solstice
and the week after. It seems like everyone who
knows anything about Energy work is at my office that
week to get a treatment and for good reason a treatment
done at the Solstice can last up to three months.

The six weeks leading up to and directly
after the summer solstice is ruled by the
Fire element. This is the season for a lot of fun.
The Fire Element relates to communication
and community. It’s the time when people
travel, have family reunions, plan June
weddings and spend lots of time outside
having FUN.

The Qi is moving better than
ever and we usually feel great.

As for diet:
It’s better to eat light, more fruits and
vegetables, to keep the body from over heating.
and drink lots of H2O

My Qi Gong practices are focused more on the
Yin element,as the days get hotter.
This helps to cool the body down and quit
the mind.
In China, the summer solstice was observed
by a ceremony to celebrate the earth, femininity,
and the “Yin” forces.

I’ll increase my practice of Flying Crane Qi Gong
for the next few months to build more Yin and stay cool
If you don’t know this style get this
one today it’s great.

I am spending more time on the automatic move
and the Yin set from the Recharging Qi Gong Program

http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html

They both increase the Yin quality and
keep the heart in balance, the mind
calm and the body cool.

Internal Transformation-Change Darkness to Light/Yang to Yin

Friday, June 10th, 2011
Share

This morning my practice was
focused on all the Yin organs.
The heart, lungs, spleen, liver, and
kidneys are all vital organs and are
considered Yin in Traditional
Chinese Medicine. Keeping these
organs healthy and disease free- will
keep all the Yang organs strong and
healthy as well. Like the stomach,
gall bladder, large and
small intestine and the bladder.

In the five element system,
every organ has an emotion to it
as well. For example, the liver
is associated with anger on the
negative side and kindness on the
more positive side. The lungs are
associated with sadness, grief, valor
and courageousness on the more positive note.

The reason why we focus on the
Yin organs is they will balance out the
Yang as you work them in Qi Gong, or
when you’re getting an acupuncture treatment.

It’s like an alchemical process where
you’re changing one emotion to the other.
You’re able to free yourself of any form
of dis –ease by getting the energy to flow.

In China, there isn’t much of a
physiology department or need for
too many psychiatrists.

When there is an imbalance
in the mind there will be an
imbalance in the organ associated with it.

The Heart/ Small Intestines-
Negative: Anxiety, Rush, and Hastiness.
Positive: Love, Respect, Honor, and Joy.

The Spleen/Stomach-
Negative: Worry
Positive: Balance and Equanimity

The Lung/ Large Intestines-
Negative: Sadness and Grief
Positive: Valor and Courageousness

The Kidneys/ Urinary Bladder-
Negative: Fear
Positive: Gentleness

The Liver/ Gallbladder-
Negative: Anger
Positive: Kindness

In the Recharging Qi Gong program,
I teach the Yin set, a series of prescriptive
exercises that focus primarily on the organs
to change the negative emotion alchemically
to the positive emotion and at the same time
correcting the imbalance in the organ.
If the Qi is flowing, blood will naturally follow.
If there is a blockage in the energy patter,
it causes a blockage in the Qi, a stagnation
of the blood, and dis-ease is soon to follow.

In the Recharging Qi Gong program,
specially selected exercises are taught to
not only improve your health but to increase
your energy by TEN FOLD. There are thousands
of people practicing these exercises in seven
different continents, and all report more energy
in general, more vitality, their flexibility has
increased, and their sexual appetite and performance
is the best ever. If you don’t have this program yet,
I highly suggest that you go to
