Clearing your house of stale energy, demons and spirits!

Last Sunday I drove up to Boca Raton for a very
special kind of work.
It’s only 45 minutes from my house and a nice
ride on a Sunday afternoon.
The family I visited moved into a new house around
6 months ago and since then they have had nothing
but bad luck.

The first thing that happened was their family dog
died unexpectedly within weeks of moving in, the
storm that hit Florida a few months ago caused
havoc with their roof, even though it was just
inspected and they said it was A- OK. This
brought the ceiling down in a few rooms and now
they have black mold covering the walls and the
termites are having a picnic.
Anyone would be stressed with all this happening
in their life. But wait… there is more. The lady
of the house had such a strong migraine she had to
go to the hospital and was unable to drive. She
asked the neighbors kid if he would drive her in
her car and on the way to the hospital he got into
a bad accident. The lady was knocked out cold. No
one knew it at the time but the kid’s license was
suspended for a DUI and when he hit the embankment
and saw she was unconscious he bailed, leaving the
car and the woman there, not knowing if she was
dead or alive. I guess you are starting to get the
picture.
The family seemed to be getting hit with
everything including the kitchen sink.
This isn’t usual for them, it all started when
they moved into their new house.

This family really needs to change their karmic
address! (What they’re drawing in to their lives).
When I interviewed them they told me everything
was going well for everyone in the family with
their career, their relationship, health, money
and family until they moved into the new home.
That’s when all hell broke loose.
The purpose of my trip was to balance and
harmonize the house, property and the family. This

it’s a method of divination that
interprets markings on the ground or the patterns.
Once practiced by people from all social classes,
it was one of the most popular forms of divination
that can work to balance a piece of land and the
house it sits on. This is similar to what is done
in Chinese Taoist medicine and other healing arts
to balance the body, mind and spirit.
In the Chinese Taoist healing system the focus is
to keep our body, mind and spirit balanced but we
also need to keep the place where we live, work
and play in balance. Sometimes it takes an entire
house clearing or cleaning on an energetic level
to get things to harmonize. All of this should
have been done before they moved into their new
home, but it wasn’t. Chances are all of this so
called bad luck could have been avoided.

In the study of Medical Qi Gong we refer to spirit
possession and demon possession that affects the
mind and the mental state of a person. In Western
terms we have words for this like obsessive
compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, bio polar,
depression, delusional disorder Etc.

These disorders are somewhat affected by your
environment where we live and who lived there
before you. I’ll give you an example; lets say
there was a death in the house by suicide or an
abusive behavior pattern, lots of drinking and
drugs this will effect the vibration of the home.

It is a good possibility that when the family
moved into there new home some lingering vibration
was from the previous owners.
That’s why it is important to not only clean out
the old physical stuff but the vibrational
energetic junk also needs to be cleared and
cleaned.

Over the last 30 years, I have done this for
homeowners in South America, in Hawaii, Colorado,
Michigan and in Florida with some amazing results!
Sometimes we do these clearings when moving in to
a new home and other times it’s necessary to clean
the energetic vibration in the place you have been
living in. this is all based on an ancient
oriental system that changes the vibrational
quality of ones living space and harmonizes the
energy to make your home a place filled with love,
health, wealth and happiness. If you or any of
your family members are interested in having this
ritual performed with all of the necessary
cleaning processes and rituals releasing negative
energy and making your home safe, give me a call
and I would be glad to speak to you about what is
going on and how we can change it.

You can call me at 305-407-0120 and we can setup
an appointment. I can do this anywhere in the
world, it’s just a plane flight away!

Happiness

How to Free yourself from negative reactions

There is a story about a princess who had a small
eye problem that she felt was really bad. Being
the King’s daughter, she was rather spoiled and
kept crying all the time. When the doctors wanted
to apply medicine, she would invariably refuse any
medical treatment and kept touching the sore spot
on her eye. In this way it became worse and worse,
until finally the king proclaimed a large reward
for whoever could cure his daughter. After some
time, a man arrived who claimed to be a famous
physician, but actually was not even a doctor.

He declared that he could definitely cure the
princess and was admitted to her chamber. After he
had examined her, he exclaimed, “Oh, I’m so
sorry!” “What is it?” the princess inquired. The
doctor said, “There is nothing much wrong with
your eye, but there is something else that is
really serious.” The princess was alarmed and
asked, “What on earth is so serious?” He hesitated
and said, “It is really bad. I shouldn’t tell you
about it.” No matter how much she insisted, he
refused to tell her, saying that he could not
speak without the King’s permission.

When the King arrived, the doctor was still
reluctant to reveal his findings. Finally the king
commanded, “Tell us what is wrong. Whatever it is,
you have to tell us!” At last the doctor said,
“Well, the eye will get better within a few days –
that is no problem. The big problem is that the
princess will grow a tail, which will become at
least nine fathoms long. It may start growing very
soon. If she can detect the first moment it
appears, I might be able to prevent it from
growing.” At this news everyone was deeply
concerned. And the princess, what did she do? She
stayed in bed, day and night, directing all her
attention to detecting when the tail might appear.
Thus, after a few days, her eye got well.

This shows how we usually react. We focus on our
little problem and it becomes the center around
which everything else revolves. So far, we have
done this repeatedly, life after life.– Driven by impulses of
desire and rejection without finding a way out. As
long as attachment and aversion are our sources of
living and drive us onward, we cannot rest. To
free yourself of being a slave to your likes and
dislikes first set your goals. To travel a new
road in life you need to know where you want to
go. Then you can make the best choices to get
yourself there.

I have found the Chinese system of the Magic
square can give you the directions you need to get
on course and bring you to what you want the
quickest.

Every season I review and update my direction on
all nine aspects of life’s directions. This is the
most precise and fastest way of getting what you
want.

Get a copy of the entire program today and start
the journey into your success mentally,
physically, financially and spiritually.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

I have patients complaining that they can’t get a
goodnight sleep, and when that happens their body
just can’t recover from the stresses of life.
More than 50 % of Americans have trouble sleeping
at night.

Insomnia is such a huge problem that even the
famous Hollywood celebs like Elvis and
Michael Jackson who are
now pushing-updaisies died trying to
get a good nights sleep.

Our Sleep is a natural part of life. Our bodies
regulate sleep in much the same way that they
regulate eating, drinking, and breathing. Sleep
serves a critical role in our health and
well-being – but the drug companies don’t want you
to know that. They’d rather have you hooked on
sleeping pills for life. And they want you to believe
that their pills are a norm to
getting a good night’s sleep.

I have a friend who thought taking sleeping pills
was normal too until they almost killed him, too.

Then he discovered the secret to a sound sleep –
and his life changed for ever.

No more drugs. No more sleepless nights and his
stress seemed to just melt away.

He now sleeps through the night with ease, no
matter where he is

I have been in contact with an old Dharma buddy
for years. We followed the same Master and as
Dedicated Practitioners’ we were involved in
Programs designed for serious practitioners of
Meditation to expand the understanding of the
dharma and intensify their practice.
As life goes on people make choices and then have
to live by the choices they make. I decided to
keep teaching and practicing and my buddy didn’t
make the same choices. It was two weeks ago when I
received a call asking for help. She said, with a
trembling voice, “I am lost, un-centered and have
no direction what should I do?” She was tormenting
herself with past regret and was not following any
common sense at all or the teachings she received
from the Master.

I asked her if she remembered the teaching from
the Magic Square?
Yes, you sent me a copy of your workshop and the
notes a few years ago. In fact I have it on my
bookshelf.

We went over the 9 different categories together
for more than an hour and I suggested she takes
the time to write out exactly what she wants in
each of the categories. Then make a poster board
with pictures on it for each part of her life.
This way every time she looks at the poster her
mind and subconscious mind will be reprogrammed.
She thanked me and we said goodbye.

I haven’t heard from her for a few weeks, but last
night she called again and asked if I knew anybody
who could do soul retrieval for her? I suggested a
few teachers but she had excuses why one or the
other wouldn’t work for her.

Then I asked; Did you finish the Magic Square?

She didn’t!

Did you start it?

She didn’t!

So I shared this story little with her.
A man caught a bird, and the bird said to him,
“Release me, and I will give you three valuable
pieces of advice. I will give you the first when
you let me go, the second when I fly up to that
branch and the third when I fly up to the top of
the tree.”

The man agreed, and let the bird go. The bird
said, “Do not torment yourself with excessive
regret for mistakes.”
The bird then flew up to a branch and said, “Do
not believe anything that goes against common
sense, unless you have firsthand proof.”
And then the bird flew up to the top of the tree
and said, “You fool. I have two huge jewels inside
of me, and if you had killed me instead of letting
me go, you would have had them.”
“Darn it!” the man said. “How can I have been so
stupid? I am never going to get over this. Bird,
can you at least give the third piece of advice as
a consolation?”

The bird replied, “I have been hoaxing you. And
now you are asking for more advice, yet you have
already disregarded the first two pieces of advice
I gave you. I told you not to torment yourself
with excessive regret for mistakes, and I told you
not to believe things that go against common sense
unless there is some kind of firsthand proof. And
yet, you just tormented yourself with excessive
regret for letting me go, and you also believed
that somehow there are two jewels inside of a tiny
bird like me! So here is your third piece of
advice: ‘if you are not using what you know why
are you so intent on seeking what you do not
know?”

Sometimes we all get lost, un-centered, not
knowing what the next move will be like. You can
take the Bull by the Horns and get that BULL out
of your life if you have a formula. The teachings
in the Magic Square workshop have the formulas
that date back thousands of years. They have
worked for hundreds of thousands of people. They
are woven into the teachings of the Tao and the
ones who follow the teachings succeed in what they
want in life. I use it in my life and share it
with patients and students to bring them back to
balance in life no mater how bleak it may seem at
times.

If you are ready to make the changes necessary to
make your life better order the Magic Square
program now! But if it’s going to sit on your
bookshelf and you are going to wrestle with your
Bull for a few more weeks, months or years wait…

When you are ready Order the Magic Square program:

Take a Blessing whenever you can get it!

I was living in Caracas, Venezuela in 1989 in Las
Mercedes, an area filled with little shops, nice
hotels, restaurants and great art galleries.

I lived just a few blocks for the Church of
and had to pass it every time I left the
house. It was in the middle of the week on a
special day for me; it was my birthday December
12.

I was up early and hiked up the Avila, the
mountain that separates Caracas from the sea with
a few students. We were back in the city by noon
and as I was walking home I noticed a long line
going around the block at the church.

I imagined it was some kind of blessing, maybe
they were splashing people with Holy water or a
high priest was there giving special blessings.
Why else would there be such a large group? So I
got in line, hoping to get a Birthday blessing of
some kind.

I really didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t
speak much Spanish at the time so I couldn’t ask
but with a few friendly hola’s and a big smile on
my face I moved along in the line. I think it took
a few hours by the time I got the actual blessing
part. Someone gave me a little water and a little
cookie and that was it.

I was finally on my way home it was well after 3
O’clock by the time I got there.

When I walked into the living room, my girlfriend
was furious and wanted to know where I was. I told
her I was at the church for some kind of blessing.
She asked me, what kind of blessing did you get? I
said, how would I know, it was all in Spanish. I
think it was a birthday blessing. She asked me
what they did and I told her of the long line and
the water and cookie blessing.

She screeched, “Are you kidding me? You took
Communion!”
That’s when I made the Lady of Guadalupe, my
patron saint. We share the same birthday.
She is the Saint that you see in Mexico. The story
goes like this:

At the beginning of December, a poor Indian named
Juan Diego left his house one Saturday morning to attend
divine service.
On the way, as he passed the hill of Tepeyacac
(“Hill of the Nose,”)
He was startled by a song coming from the summit.
The sweet, tender singing surpassed the trilling
of the most
exquisite birds.

Juan Diego stopped, entranced, and mused, “Is it
my luck to be worthy to hear such music? Is it a dream perhaps?
Did I get up from my bed? Where am I? In Paradise,
in heaven perhaps? I don’t know.”

The singing ceased and a heavenly sweet voice
called him from
the hill-top, “Juan, my little one, Juan Diego.”
Filled with joy, Juan Diego was
not at all frightened, but climbed the hill in
search of the mysterious voice.
When he reached the top, he saw a lady who bade
him approach.

It was a wonderful lady of superhuman beauty. Her
raiment shone like the sun; the rock on which she set her foot
seemed to be hewn from precious stones and the ground red like
the rainbow.

The grass, the trees and the bushes were like
emeralds; the
foliage, fine turquoise; and the branches flashed
like gold. Juan Diego bowed before her and the lady spoke:
“Juan, my little
one, the humblest of my children, where goest
thou?”

“My lady, my child, I go to listen to such divine
matters as our
priests teach us,” he replied.
“I am,” said the wonderful Lady, “the Holy Mary,
the eternal Virgin, Mother of the true God. I wish a shrine to
be built here to show my love to you. I am your merciful mother,
thine, and all the dwellers of this earth. To bring to pass what I
bid thee and so a Temple was built.

In our lives sometimes we are called to a place to
do something because we have to. We end up in
a place where we could receive something special like a
teaching or a blessing. It’s our destiny.

Many years ago I was
directed to learn about health, healing, meditation
and internal work to change my life and the lives
of others. I am not religious but I practice and
train religiously, a calling to make things
better for all off us.

Different teachers have
come into my life to give me tools along the path
showing me the way. I have been passing those
tools along to my patients, students, friends and family
filling in pieces to the puzzle of life for our
growth and higher consciousness.

In May of 2007 I started a group called the “Qi
Gong Inner Circle.”
Since then I have produced a DVD with a different
teaching each month on longevity practices like meditation, exercise,
health, Qi Gong, body work,
energy work and anti-aging.

bounds over the years and so have all the

The story of the two monks

Monday, July 16th, 2012
Share

A long time ago, two devoted monks found themselves bound
together, travelling by foot across a vast land.

After travelling for many days without a break for many
miles, they came across a barely clothed woman sitting by the
side of the river, crying.

The woman turned to them and explained how she must get
back across the river to her children, but because she is too
weak and poor, with barely any clothes… she doesn’t think
she can safely overcome the river with it’s strong currents.

She asks if the monks can please help her across, letting them
know how grateful she would be.

The two monks pause and look at one another, and immediately,
the older monk picks up the woman and safely carries her across
the river.

When the older monk returns to his partner, some time later… the
younger monk is staring at him, horrified.

One of the many oaths these monks had taken, was to never
EVER touch a woman.

And the younger monk simply doesn’t understand how the older
monk could, in good conscience, violate this really important
oath.

Being too intimated to ask the older monk, the younger monk
says nothing, and the two of them continue on for the remainder of
their journey.

An hour passes… then a second… and then another.

And all during this time, there is tension building inside the
younger monk. He simply can NOT understand how the older monk
had the audacity to pick up that almost naked woman and carry her
across the river.

Finally, after hours and hours, the young monk can no longer
contain himself and he cries out, “How could you have picked
up that woman back there on the side of the river?”

The old monk smiles and replies, “Oh, are you still carrying her
around? I put her down four hours ago.”

We all carry around far too much stuff from our past,
for longer than we deserve to. Our backs are weighted down
with a sack FILLED with mistakes, guilty feelings, hurts,
failures, regrets over things you didn’t do or paths you didn’t
walk down, and fears about the future. And the sad thing is,
we carry these things around voluntarily.

My friend Wally told me the story that you just read, and he
asked me to share it with you, because in life it’s easy to get
caught up in the past…when you really should be moving
onto the future. When you’re focused on today your
energy is free to create your next move.

Wally used to be in a job that he hated, full of tension and
was just generally stressed out. He found a way to free his
energy and get beyond all the tension and has created a
really powerful video for you to see here:

Finding a Good Spiritual Teacher

Friday, June 1st, 2012
Share

How do you find a good teacher
when it comes to internal practices?
Meditation and Spiritual work in general?

“It is said that when the student is
ready the teacher will appear.”

Although I believe this is true, when
you are ready your teacher you need to
be prepared for their arrival.

I grow an organic garden every year filled
with a multitude of vegetables radishes,
tomatoes, eggplant, peppers,
cucumber, lettuce, garlic and onions,
spinach, squash, zucchini and a lot of
green leafy stuff that I don’t know the name of.

I don’t just through the seeds in and
expect to get food. It takes work. I first
have to turn the soil over, add fertilizer,
dig the holes, plant the seeds or plants and
then I have to water them and just the right
amount and there has to be lots of sunshine
but not too hot. I am continually picking
bugs and slugs and snails off and pulling
weeds out and this gives me a nice garden
with plenty of great organic food.

It’s the same with spiritual WORK. One
needs to cultivate a practice daily, meditate,
exercise, diet, right thinking and reading the
right kinds of books. It takes seeking; going to
lectures, joining with right minded people and
then a teacher has a place to land in your life.

I know this because I spent years studying,
reading, practicing and praying to be open
enough so a teacher could come into my life
and I was lucky as many showed up. I have
studied with different teachers–with a host of
teachings from many different schools and
traditions Taoist teachers, Buddhist teachers,
Hindu, Sufi, Jewish and Christian.
Every one of these teachers had a valuable
lesson for me to learn. Spiritual teachings
are like a giant puzzle, it seems like every
teacher has a piece and they are all valuable
and fit somewhere in your life to make you
the person you are today.

I consider myself fortunate to have worked
with Spiritual teachers for a greater part of
my life and the teachings I have learned I
share in these letters, in the meditation classes
I teach, the workshops I give and to the
members of the Qi Gong Inner circle.

If you feel you are ready to receive more
pieces to your puzzle, I invite you to join
me and the members of the
Qi Gong inner Circle.

“Do you want to change your Karma forever?”

Monday, March 12th, 2012
Share

My Master called me and
asked, “Do you want to
change your Karma forever?”
He really tweaked my interest
and the next thing I knew I was
living in a strange land, speaking
a different tongue.

My assignment, – teach advanced
Tibetan and Taoist meditations
practices as well as health and
longevity practices.
My title-“the senior instructor” -in charge
of the Grace Essence Fellowship
meditation center in Caracas, Venezuela.

The group of 50 advanced students
needed to learn Buddhist and Taoist
healing and meditation practices.
I began to see patients every day and
teach meditations in the evenings and
every month I taught a weekend
workshop on Qi Gong, Meditation,
Stress reduction and a host of subjects
related to spiritual matters, anti
aging and longevity.

I was growing by leaps and bounds in
my practices and so were the students.
My days consisted of early morning
meditations, and then I saw patients
all day and taught at night.

Hey, wait a minute- that’s what
I am still doing!
I had the opportunity to explore the
customs and culture of Venezuela,
their medicine, herbs and healing techniques.

I studied the folklore and found out about a
healer,
I really wanted to meet this guy, but I was too late.
He was long gone before I got to Caracas
October 25, 1864 – June 29, 1919 before I was on the planet.

They say that Doctors and patients all around
the world have testified to his intercessory powers,
especially for those seeking a proper diagnosis and
healing under a physician’s care, in fact official
steps have been taken toward his sainthood.
He’s a Patron Saint of Venezuela and a
Patron Saint of medical students, diagnosticians,
doctors, and all of the patients requiring the
help of physicians for healing.
It is said that those who light a candle to
Dr. Jose Gregorio and carry his holy card with
them while going in for medical tests will
obtain a favorable diagnoses.

Medical students also seek his aid in this way
while they are taking tests. People who have
scheduled surgery have reported benefits
from keeping a DR. JOSE GREGORIO candle
burning in the home on the day of the operation.

Although I haven’t personally felt his energy,
my patients have told me that I have his touch.
I had the opportunity to meet and study with
great Shamans, Healers, Medicine men, Guru’s
and Lamas and study and learn from these teachers.
When I make a DVD, write a blog or hold a class,
I am drawing from years of practice.
If you are up for an adventure and want to change
your karmic address join me and the members of
the Qigong Inner Circle now.

If You Really want it You can Get It.

When I was just 17 years old
I met a girl and I fell head-over-
heals for her. At that time she was
just 15 and I couldn’t wait to take
her out on a date. So I borrowed my
Dads car and headed over to see
her and meet the parents. I guess
it was no surprise when her mother
said she wasn’t going anywhere with a
teenager with a car and raging hormones.
I was disappointed but there was no way
I was giving up.

It turned out that her mother was a Yoga
instructor and taught classes every week.
Although I didn’t have a clue what yoga
was at that time, I went to her classes and
said I loved it and wanted to come to more
classes. It was great! I sat as close to my
sweetie as I could possibility get and rolled,
stretched, bent over and laid with my eyes
closed and my heart beating for the entire class.
After I became a regular Yogie fan her
mother trusted us to go out and pick up
some dessert and bring it back to the family.
At last we had an hour alone.
I drove to the
restaurant as fast as I could go, pick up
the order, park in a dark street and make
out for ½ hour and drive back to her
parents’ house as quick as possible.
That was it! I was hooked on Yoga and
never missed a class. In fact I often
stopped over to ask her mother questions
about the practices and got to spend some
more time with my sweetie.

My entire body mind and spirit was focused
on being at their house and the yoga was
the key to unlocking what I wanted.
Doing a practice has rewards way beyond
our imagination. When I was a youngen it
didn’t matter what the motivation was.
I had a goal and nothing was going to
stand in my way.

That was a long time ago but the lesson
learned still applies today. If you want
something no matter how impossible it
may seem, if you are motivated in body,
mind and spirit- YOU WILL GET IT!
Over the last 40 or 50 years I have studied
many aspects of health, both Eastern and Western.
They include internal and external exercises,
many systems of yoga, meditation, Qi Gong,
Shen Gong and Nei Gong and many longevity
practices you may not be aware of that are
still practiced in Europe today.
These practices involve living life in a
responsible way and living life to its fullest
but integrating the reality of the world you
live in by taking a mindful look around you.
In Buddhism they have a formula to live life
to it’s fullest, it’s called:

The Noble Eightfold Path
1. Right View
2. Right Intention
3. Right Speech
4. Right Action
5. Right Livelihood
6. Right Effort
7. Right Mindfulness
8. Right Concentration

It is a practical guideline to ethical and
mental development with the goal of freeing
the individual from attachments and
delusions; and it finally leads to
understanding the truth about all things.
Great emphasis is put on the practical aspect,
because it is only through practice that one
can attain a higher level of being and
reach Enlightenment.

1. Right View
To see and to understand things as they
really are. Right view is the intellectual aspect
of wisdom. It means to see things through,
to grasp the impermanent and imperfect
nature of worldly objects and ideas, and to
understand the law of karma.

2. Right Intention
The mental energy that controls our actions,
it can be described best as commitment to
ethical and mental self-improvement.

3. Right Speech
Proper conduct is viewed as a guideline to
proper control of your life. The importance
of speech is obvious: words can break or
save lives, make enemies or friends,
start war or create peace.

4. Right Action
Healthy actions lead to sound states of mind.
Again, the principle is explained in terms of
abstinence: right action means

A. To abstain from harming any living being,
especially to abstain from taking life
(including suicide) and doing harm
intentionally or delinquently.

B. To abstain from taking what is not given,
which includes stealing, robbery, fraud,
deceitfulness, and dishonesty.

C. To abstain from sexual misconduct.
Positively formulated, right action means
to act kindly and compassionately, to be
honest, to respect the belongings of others,
and to keep sexual relationships harmless to others.

5. Right Livelihood
Right livelihood means that one should
earn one’s living in a righteous way and
that wealth should be gained legally and peacefully.

6. Right Effort
Without effort, which is in itself an act of
will, nothing can be achieved. Mental
energy is the force behind right effort.
The same type of energy that fuels desire,
envy, aggression, and violence can on the
other side fuel self-discipline, honesty,
benevolence, and kindness.

7. Right Mindfulness
It is the mental ability to see things as
they are, with clear consciousness.
Right mindfulness is anchored in clear
perception and it penetrates impressions
without getting carried away.

8. Right Concentration
Right Concentration on wholesome
thoughts and actions to develop the
right concentration is through the
practice of meditation. The meditating
mind focuses on a selected object, then
sustains concentration, and finally intensifies
concentration step by step.
Through this practice it becomes natural
to apply raised levels of concentration in
everyday situations.

In search of a Good Meal

For the last few years I have been looking
for a good breakfast place near my house.
God knows I have tried everyone within a 5 mile
radius of my house and I am sorry to say there just
aren’t any good ones, but I kept on searching.

I knew there must be something around.
Most restaurants serve eggs, bacon, toast and coffee
but they don’t think about health. Breakfast is often
called the most important meal of the day and there
are good reasons for that.
When you wake up in the morning, your body has
been fasting, for hours.
Breakfast literally means, “Break the fast.”
A good breakfast gives your body and brain
the energy they need to function.
By eating breakfast, you’ll be less likely to overeat
later in the day. If you’re trying to lose weight,
don’t try to cut calories by skipping breakfast.
Studies have shown that most people who have lost
weight and kept it off eat breakfast every day.
Research has shown that those who eat a healthy
breakfast are more productive than those who don’t.
We know school reports that children who eat
breakfast get higher test scores and perform
better all year long.

What I prefer in the morning is protein like eggs at
least a few days a week with vegetables and
occasionally I’ll add some smoked salmon or turkey.
I usually do 2 whites to one whole egg.
A few mornings I just eat fruit and drink tea, and
this really gets the bowels moving and keeps the
system clean. As for the other days I drink a good
protein drink like I-5 from Zymogen -16 grams of
protein, all of the amino’s and the necessary vitamins.

I’ll add a scoop of “Greens First,” it’s filled with all of
the fruits and vegetables you’ll need for the entire day
in 1 scoop and I make sure I take my vitamins with it.

You can order the I5 and the Greens First
by letting me know and I’ll send it out the next day.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness
