What’s the difference between Insane and Out-of-Sane?

Thursday, October 13th, 2016
Share

R.D. Liang has something very
Interesting to say about insanity I call the
condition being out of
Sane. He believed that out-of-sane people,
especially schizophrenics, were driven into being
that way from outward stimulation. A great
example he shows is being checkmated by life and
by your own doing. When you can no longer cope
with the world there is no alternative other
than to be delusional and create a world where
there is less pain and suffering to survive.
Our Western culture promotes
materialism, and because after the scientific
revolution, anything experienced by the mind is
thought of as irrelevant, anything experienced
that is not ordinary to the general population is
deemed as some form of insanity. Yet in other
countries,
schizophrenics or people that experience episodes
of insanity are considered
to be the holy ones like shamans, and sages.

Some people live an alternative lifestyle compared
to what is considered the norm, like many creative
people who are artists, astrologers, healers, and
musicians. Sometimes, they are labeled as insane,
maybe that’s a good thing. Being out of sane
seems to be the norm these days – robotic, uncreative,
and a zombie-like existence. On the other hand the alternative
lifestyle is a lifestyle diverse in respect to mainstream ones
generally perceived to be outside the cultural
norm.

Insane or out of sane
This group doesn’t believe what’s
in the news or the medical establishment are
saying. They read the labels on everything they
buy. They avoid the flu, and shingles
shot, they don’t drink soda and avoid eating at
Mickey-D, the Burger places, taco
trucks and all those chicken places. To the norm
this group of people are insane. Are the other out
of sane?

If you are insane and want more coaching on this

crazy lifestyle contact me ASAP.

Can Qigong Improve your Life?

Saturday, October 8th, 2016
Share

My cousin sent me an e-mail yesterday and asked
what the benefits of Qi gong are for memory. She
wanted to know how Qi Gong specifically helps
improve memory.

First, let me tell you a little about my
experience of Qi Gong. I was living in Michigan in
the seventies and my dentist gave me a call. He
had a patient whose son was moving to the USA from
Mainland China. He needed some help, but he didn’t
speak a word of English. My dentist knew I was
into the martial arts, so he thought it would be a
good match to put us together. Sure enough, it
was. We became good friends and he taught me my
first form of Qi Gong, the Flying Crane Qigong
http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MjIyNDE5NXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x
which led me on a path that lasted for more than
thirty years.

If you aren’t familiar with Qi Gong, I give you a
little background. Qi is a moving, ethereal energy
that includes material substance and potential
ability, and it has great feedback information.
The Gong in Qi Gong is the sense of practice. Qi
Gong can raise resistance to illness and aid the
development of a strong constitution. Qi Gong can
cure disease and prolong life by tapping the
potential energy and mobilizing it to maintain
life. Dr Wu's Qi Gong

Let’s get back to the original question: “Can Qi
Gong improve your memory?” When we practice Qi
Gong, we activate all of the meridians. A meridian
is like a river of energy traveling through the
entire body. There is one for each organ. If we
have an imbalance in our body, mind, or spirit,
whether mentally, emotionally, physically,
spiritually or psychologically, the energy (Qi) no
longer flows smoothly and we end up with a
Dis-Ease. It’s like taking a large boulder and
throwing it in to one of the rivers. When we
practice Qi Gong on a regular basis, we keep the
Qi flowing. What follows Qi is blood and oxygen
which, in turn, nourish the brain and,
consequently, our memory functions well. I highly
recommend practicing Qi Gong daily. It will keep
you flexible in body, mind, and spirit.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Spirit.

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. Start practicing Qi Gong twice daily if you
have the time. Within 30 days, you will see and
feel the difference.

How To Prepare Yourself For A New President

The Truth and nothing but the Truth

The Truth and nothing but the Truth

Our two presidential candidates are being dragged

through the coals by the media. I guess this is to

be expected if there isn’t anything more exciting

to write about. Politics is a hot topic and any

hot gossip is news. Now they are all up in arms

about the nature of their health. Is Hillary sick?

What issues do Donald has that he is hiding? In

fact, Trump went on Dr. Oz to talk about his

health. How silly, but I bet the audience was

huge.

As a citizen of the USA, I am more interested in

what the candidates’ plans are for the health care

of the nation, education, taxes and what they plan

to do about the interest rates, jobs, and how to

keep peace in the world. We haven’t heard anything

about world peace, or how we are going to deal

with the Middle East. Trump claims he is going to

fix America. HOW? I am not political at all, but I

make plans on what I am going to do all the time,

when I am going to do it, and who I am going to do

it with. It’s not that I don’t do things at a

moment’s notice but, for the most part, I plan out

weekly, monthly, and yearly.

In the Magic Square Workshop, I share the ancient

techniques of the “Ba gua”, how to organize every

aspect of your life. This gives you a plan and a

map to follow. Check this program out. It can save

you hundreds of hours and get you on track to have

a successful life in every domain of your life.

Emotional Water Moon is all about your Relationships

Sunday, September 18th, 2016

Full Moon is today, September 16, 2016. For the
Northern Hemisphere, this Full Moon is known as
the Harvest Moon. It’s a particularly close and
large Harvest Moon, which is called a super moon,
it’s so beautiful. We also have a very subtle kind
of eclipse known as a penumbral eclipse, visible
from the Eastern Hemisphere. The moon will reach
the crest of its full phase at 3:05 P.M. EST.

This Full Moon brings forth a surge of emotional
energy as it is in a water sign of Pisces. It is
said, “We must feel to heal” What lies in the
shadow or beneath the surface can be set free at
this time. This Pisces Full Moon eclipse is here
to dissolve what holds us apart from the Spirit
and our true self. It’s high time that we all
forgive people in our life, and surrender will
free us up to grow into what is to come. You
can expect some strong energy especially in your
relationships; it should be a good one. Keep
positive and smile. You may discover what has been
holding you back or out of alignment with matters
of the heart. Harvest Moon  In this Pisces watery
Moon, you have to go with the flow to avoid what
hurts. Let go of trying to find an
explanation. Accept what is. If you accept the
pain, it will dissolve like an ice cube in the
sun. One of the keys to staying centered at this
time is know where you are going and stay focused.
The Magic Square will give you the tools to put everything
into perspective.

Growing Spiritually

I'll be spending as much time as I can this week
with the Lama. In my eyes, Lamas are not ordinary
beings. There is something special about them.
They live their life. They are happy. They inspire
people to become happier and to wake up. Their teachings
bring us a new awareness about life. I have
already changed some of my thinking and how I act,
and even my teachings have opened. What a blessing, I
am grateful for the opportunity to grow beyond my
limitations and myself.

Human life, no matter how successful, famous,
rich, and powerful one may think one is, it is
completely incomplete without taking a proper
spiritual path. All the external visible objects
and internal thoughts and emotions are like soap
bubbles, subject to burst and keep on bursting!
Yet, ignorantly, one is so much attached to all of
these visions and therefore one suffers endlessly.
Taking tranquilizer pills is not the answer, but
to learn to detach from attachment is the supreme
and lasting tranquilizer as Buddha Tonpa Shenrab
and his successors have taught! Lama Phuntsog

BIG Cypress Swamp- Snake and Alligator Hike

BIG Cypress Swamp- Snake and Alligator Hike

My friend, Bob, has been talking about an

adventure he took last year to the Big Cypress

Swamp, not on a path or a bridge, but in the F-ing

swamp filled with giant alligators, some over

eight feet long, and snakes like the python,

anaconda, Nile monitor, and the ones that don’t

swallow you and are venomous. Why would anyone

want to go hiking there is beyond me. Sounds scary

and dangerous! When I was a young lad living in

Detroit, maybe I was ten years old or so, my

mother would give me a half of a dollar and let me

walk to the movies for the Saturday matinee. The

movie theaters had double features back then.

After watching Tarzan and the Apes for hours, I’d

walk home shaking in my boots. I made a decision

to never, ever go to the jungle or swamps. But,

here I am, fifty years later, about to take a walk

into the cypress swamps of the Fakahatchee Strand

Preserve State Park.

The Fakahatchee Strand is known as “The Amazon of

North America.” For thousands of years, moving,

clean, fresh water has carved away at this

spectacular environment. Seventy-five thousand

acres of wilderness area that spans approximately

twenty miles long by five miles wide. If you got

lost, you are a goner for sure. There is a

protective canopy of bald, cypress trees that

covers a slow-moving, shallow “river” running

North to South. The canopy and water below create

a unique humidity-controlled environment that

neither gets too cold in the winter or too warm in

the summer. Flora and fauna flourish, and the

Strand is home to rare and endangered tropical

plant species. It contains the richest diversity

of native orchid and bromeliad species in North

America as well as the largest groves of native

royal palms and a lot of beautiful birds and

creepy spiders.

I like to face my fears, and my going on the swamp

walk is an opportunity to rid myself of some

childhood fears that are probably lodged somewhere

in my

Cypress swamp walk to face FEAR

Cypress swamp walk to face FEAR

. So today, I am off on an

excursion with a group of guys brought up in the

Northern woods who, I hope, is a very

knowledgeable and passionate group of naturalists

to explore the many wonders of this environment. I

want to learn more about the exotic plants and

their healing and rejuvenation qualities, and to

see the wonders of nature while avoiding the

animal that stings and bites.

Did you know that we store memory in our muscles?

We do! That’s why you can still ride a bike twenty

years later and can remember how to swing a golf

club and not relearn on every hold. Fright and

fear are also held in the muscle. It’s a

phenomenon aptly called muscle memory. When you

teach your body how to do something—ride a bike,

yoga, Qi Gong—it creates a physiological

blueprint. So, even if you take some time off,

you’ll get back to where you were, faster than it

took you to learn the exercise in the first place.

Muscle memory stems from your body’s learning, not

just how to perform a task, but also how to break

down muscle tissue, and then repair and rebuild

it. The key is practice. The more you practice,

the easier it is to get back into the groove.

Practicing Qi Gong

http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTg2NjY4NHwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

is one of the best learning tools to build muscle

memory and to keep fit mentally, physically, and

spiritually, as it has the elements that work all

three bodies at the same time. Start practicing

and build your muscle memory today.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Happiness.

Dr. Wu Dhi

P.S. The Flying Crane Qi Gong program has 3 parts

to it: Qi Gong meditation, an instructional DVD,

and a practice DVD. This is the fastest and most

comprehensive way to get the training into your

muscle memory.

Can too much JOY in Your Life make You Sick?

Monday, February 22nd, 2016
Share

Living in the Western world, we all believe that

the emotion of joy is a good thing. Even our songs

exonerate joy, “Joy To The World, “You Are My

Joy”, “Joy! Joy! Joy!”, “Your Joy Is My Love”,

“Let’s Dance To Joy Division”, just to name a few.

According to Webster’s, joy is “a feeling of great

pleasure and happiness, and delight”.

Too much Joy can injure the Heart

Too much Joy can injure the Heart

When one is excessively joyful, the spirit

scatters and can no longer be stored. Joy refers

to a state of agitation or over-excitement and

over-stimulation. This can lead to problems of the

heart and disturb the fire (yang), water (yin),

and balance of the entire body, causing symptoms

of insomnia, mania, palpitations, worry, tension

and excessive consumption. Moderation is the key

word here – not too hot, not too cold, not too

dry, not too wet, not too fast, not too slow. If

you think of someone who is manic, they have

trouble sleeping, they may talk excessively and

very fast, they may have trouble connecting with

other people and it leads to depression, and they

go up and down like a yoyo. On the other hand, too

little joy can injure the heart as well. Cold-hearted people

will have an excessive craving and can’t stop buying,

eating or whatever they are obsessing on at the moment.

I know a fellow who can’t stop his mind. He is

brilliant and quite successful in material things.

He can’t sleep, can’t stop buying things, and is

obsessive-compulsive. And now, the heart fire is

causing problems with his earth element, the

stomach and the spleen. This has put the poor guy

on antidiabetic medicine for the rest of his life.

From the outside, you would imagine that he has a

great life, but the obsessive behavior is causing

more health problems than you could shake a stick

at. Overthinking is causing the sleeping problems

and the tendency to over-consume. This is a form

of mania and can go into depression, headaches,

and dizziness.

The heart is fire and the kidneys are water. If

the heart is excessive, the water of the kidney is

depleted, bringing up the emotion of fear and

worry. This situation can be a time bomb if not

corrected. But it’s not hopeless. There are

meditations, exercises and foods that will help

bring the body and mind back into balance. I would

start out by getting a copy of a few of my

best-selling and most effective programs, “The

Internal Mantra Program”

and “The Recharging Qi Gong Program”

http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTg2MjUwNXwxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

long and happy life and eliminate a slew of health

problems.

Happiness.

How to Avoid the Evil Wind

Sunday, November 29th, 2015

IMG_3393How to Avoid the Evil Wind –

I understand that there is a hurricane brewing
around Mexico. For the last week, we were getting
high winds daily, and the waves were really huge.
In Chinese medicine, wind is one of the six evils
that causes disease. Wind is called Feng in
Chinese which causes considerable difficulty. We
use the term, wind, to describe many diseases. It
has no real equivalent in Western medicine. I
explain wind to a patient by saying that exposure
to windy weather can cause disease, or when
symptoms appear in different parts of the body at

different times like the movement of wind.
Diseases include skin rashes, stroke, Parkinson’s
disease, common colds, and sore throats.

If you can, it is best to avoid the wind like
avoiding flying arrows. I was out in the wind the
other day, and not for very long. I had to walk
for just a few blocks and, sure enough, the evil
wind got me. It started with a stiffed neck, then
the sore throat, and the sneezing and runny nose.
If you treat the cold quickly, you are less likely
to suffer very long. The important thing is to
> treat the cold as quickly as possible, and stay
out of the wind. But if you have to be in the
wind, make sure that your neck is covered as the
first-line prevention. If it gets you, make sure you get plenty of rest and avoid stress for a few
days. Avoid sweets, and stimulants such as coffee
which can cause progression in the severity of the
illness, and also ginseng which can actually trap
the pathogen in your body.

I have been taking 2 Vira-Qi http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTcxNzQ5NXwxMjAyMjEzMjcyfHM9MQ%3D%3D
every 3 hours. I have been drinking a lot of
grapefruit juice, water, and herbal tea. To purify
your home, take  cup of vinegar, and place it in
a pan on the stove on high heat, bring to a boil,
and allow the fumes to purify and cleanse your
house of germs in the air.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness!

Moms are Forever

Friday, July 3rd, 2015
Share

imagesIt was Friday when I got a call from my cousin,
Suzie. She lives in California and asked me where
my mother was. I told her Mom’s at home, and then
I called her…. No answer! I just talked to my
mother on Thursday night, where could she be? I
usually call her every evening around seven o
‘clock just to check in and see how her day went.
No answer! I called the hospital, and there she
was.

“Hi Mom, what’s going on?”

She said she wasn’t feeling well, so she called an
ambulance and they are looking her over.

“Good, how are you now?”

“Okay! But, tired.”

I asked her, “Should I fly in?”

She said, “Don’t be silly, I am OK.”

Shortly after, I received a call from my
daughter-in-law, and then, moments later, my
friend, Linda, called. And they said, “Come home
now.”

Mom’s 95 years old, and she handled things quite
well. She lived on her own, cooked, shopped, went
on walks daily, drank at least 2 quarts of water a
day, and read 2 or 3 novels a week. She did very
well on her own, and she always did. Independence
had always been her middle name. She was in charge
of herself and everything she did. If you asked
anyone in the family or any of her friends, they
will tell you that she knew exactly what she
wanted and made no bones about it. If Mom said she
was going to do something, she did it!

There was a little tale that she told now and then
to let you know where she stood…

“When I was younger, if I didn’t like something
someone was saying or doing, I’d just say, that’s
Bullshit. Then, I was sent off to charm school and
learned to never say Bullshit as it wasn’t
lady-like. They told me if I didn’t care for what
someone was doing or saying to just say,
Charming.”

Often, you would hear mom talking to someone on
the phone or in a business meeting, and you would
hear her say, “That’s just charming.” This would
bring a smile to my face as I always knew just
what she meant.

I flew in to Detroit on Saturday and went right to
the hospital. She seemed to be fine. In fact,
after a few hours of visiting, she sent me away
and wanted to make sure I ate dinner. When I
called Sunday morning, they said she had been
moved to Intensive Care Unit (ICU). When I got to
the hospital, Mom asked me to sit down. She told
me that today would be her last day on earth, and
she refused all medicines as she wanted to be
awake for this one. Then, she called my son in
Arizona to say goodbye.

He asked, “Grandma, is there anything that I
should do?”

“Yes. Plant a tree in my name, and call it Betty
Boop.”

Afterwards, she asked all the children and great
grandchildren to come in the room and asked them
if they knew what was happening. Mom explained
that death was just another part of life, and we
all have to go through it. The last thing she said
to everyone was that she needed some private time.

And, she was gone within an hour.

Mother was in charge right up to the very end.

I miss her. She was one of the awakened ones.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

The FDA Is Not Protecting You or Your Family

The FDA Is Not Protecting You or Your Family…

You are under attack! It is not by a radical group
from a hostile nation nor the Muslims, the
Russians, ISIS, Al Qaeda, Islamic terrorism, or
the Hamas. It’s right in your own backyard. We
have the fox in the hen house. If you check out
who is in our own FDA Board, it is mostly people
who worked for Big Pharma or the Big food
companies. In fact, most high-level FDA employees
have a background in either medicine or law, but
one of the largest private-sector sources is the
Monsanto Company. Over the past decades, at least
seven high-ranking employees in the FDA have an
employment history with the Monsanto Company.
Connections have led many to speculate whether any
conflicts of interest exist within this revolving
door between the big food companies and the
department charged with regulating them. Check it
out! We are being herded like sheep about to be
slaughtered. THE FDA is not your friend and is not
working for your health and well-being!

Now, we are having another attack by the FDA. Read
on this article from Natural News posted last
April 16, 2015. http://www.on2url.com/lnk?MTMzNDMwM3wxMzAzNDU3OTN8cz0x

Despite the fact that people have turned to
homeopathic remedies for hundreds of years, and
enjoy their health-boosting benefits to this day,
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is
coming down hard on such products, issuing safety
alerts and encouraging people to report any side
effects.

Wait a minute.

If anything, many people use these products to
avoid the side effects they’ve incurred while
ingesting or applying some physician-prescribed
pill or cream in the first place. Homeopathic
remedies improve conditions, rather than make them
worse, which is far more than what can be said of
many conventional approaches.

Still, the FDA forges on, adamant that anything
other than what Big Pharma and mainstream
head-nodders espouse to be life-improving must be
heavily scrutinized and done away with. They’re
planting the “homeopathic is bad” seed in the
minds of consumers and doctors using fear-based
tactics such as the one in their safety alert
about homeopathic products designed to help
provide asthma sufferers with some relief.

What the FDA has to say in its alert about
homeopathic remedies

“FDA is warning consumers not to rely on asthma
products labeled as homeopathic that are sold
over-the-counter (OTC),” the alert begins.

What do they recommend? Surprise, surprise:
prescriptions!

“Although there is no cure for asthma,” the alert
continues, “there are many prescription asthma
treatments approved by FDA as safe and effective,
as well as some products that are marketed OTC in
accordance with an FDA monograph.”

The alert uses the fact that the FDA has not
evaluated homeopathic remedies for effectiveness
and safety as reasoning behind why people should
turn to what they have approved, which are, of
course, costly and often ineffective
pharmaceuticals.

They clearly outline an us-versus-them mentality
in their explanation and subsequent
recommendation.

OTC asthma products labeled as homeopathic are
widely distributed through retail stores and via
the Internet. Many of these products are promoted
as “natural,” “safe and effective,” and include
indications that range from treatment for acute
asthma symptoms, to temporary relief of minor
asthma symptoms.(2)

The predictable, money-making FDA recommendation

Following is their suggestion:

RECOMMENDATION: Speak to your health care provider
if you think you or your child may have asthma.
Consumers with asthma can take an active role in
managing their condition by making certain they
have appropriate treatments on hand in the event
they experience an asthma attack or a worsening of
asthma symptoms, and by consulting with a health
care provider when needed.(2)

From there, the FDA urges people to report any
adverse reactions from homeopathic products,
despite the mainstream media and medical
establishment routinely claiming such products are
“inert” due to dilution:

The FDA encourages health care professionals and
consumers to report any adverse reactions related
to OTC asthma care products labeled as homeopathic
to the agency’s MedWatch Safety Information and
Adverse Event Reporting.

What the FDA is leaving out

What the FDA doesn’t mention is that homeopathic
remedies have been in place for hundreds of years
and that, today, people the world over turn to
them to help manage — successfully — everything
from anxiety and depression to headaches and, yes,
asthma. In fact, homeopathic remedies were first
introduced to the United States in 1925 and have
been in use ever since.(1)

They also don’t mention that researchers from
Stanford and Cornell discovered a few years back
that people using Serevent, Advair and Foradil for
their asthma were “3.5 times more likely to die
from asthma and 2.5 times more likely to be
hospitalized (whether or not death resulted),
compared with those taking a placebo.”

But homeopathic remedies, whether OTC or suggested
by a homeopathic professional? Run like the wind,
the FDA suggests.

How to help ensure homeopathic remedies don’t fall
victim to FDA naysayers

In fact, keep an eye on April 20 and 21, 2015, as
those are the dates on which the FDA is expected
to hold a hearing in which they will re-evaluate
homeopathic remedies. They’re poised to review
regulations pertaining to the matter and, if their
aforementioned alert is any indication, it’s safe
to assume that they’ll tout the benefits of
pharmaceuticals over natural solutions.

The hearing will be broadcast live during these
dates at Collaboration.FDA.gov for those
interested in staying updated on this matter.

We also encourage people to voice their opinions
on this issue at Regulations.gov or by writing:

Drug Administration, 5630 Fishers Lane, rm. 1061,
