Reminder and Equinox details

Qi Gong on the Beach is at a new time 8:00 am on
Saturday morning.

This change was due to it getting darker and the
images. For the rest of you not in Miami
here’s some important information for your Qi Gong
practice.

The fall Equinox is September 22nd and it’s the
time that we change seasons again. It is one of
the 4 best weeks of the year to detox your body.

The Autumnal Equinox signals the end of the summer
months and the beginning of fall. It’s the point
where nights reach the same length as days. After
this point, the Sun will shine lower and lower on
the horizon until the Winter Solstice in about
three months’ time.

I always take the time to reset my system both
internal and external at this time.

The weather is cooler even in Florida, now is the
time to harvest the bounty that grew during the
summer so we can store up for the cold winter
ahead.

It is a time to organize, work hard, and finish
projects that you began in spring and summer.
In Ancient China, physicians observed the natural
cycles of the seasons and prescribed the best Qi
Gong exercises for staying healthy and harmonizing
our energy with that of our environment.

Fall is the season associated with grief and
sadness. It is important to keep the mind clear
and “let go” of negative emotions that impact our
health more strongly during the fall. The organs
most affected are the lungs and the large
intestine, that’s why I highly suggest doing the
fall detox program

If you haven’t learned the Tension Release
Exercises I teach, now’s a great time to do so.
?Go tohttp://rechargingqigong.com and when
you buy the Recharging Qi Gong course I will also
send you a 21 page booklet full of great exercises
to practice every day.

This is the time to gather one’s spirit and
energy, be more focused, and keep your desires in
check. This means practicing breathing exercises
to enhance lung Qi. Maybe do a few extra reps of
the Lung exercise from the Yin set; these are the
exercises in the back of the book.

Also, one should refrain from smoking and avoid
sadness and grief, the negative emotions of lung.
This will prevent kidney or digestive problems in
the winter.

Wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness

How to increase your Qi to go deeper in your meditations

Detox It was a great weekend!
I am on the “Core Restore liver cleanses”, a 7-day
program to clean out toxins out of my body.

Although the first two days were a little rough
and I needed to get a lot more sleep, I feel good
and now my energy level is way up! My head is
clear, I dropped more than 5 pounds and my
meditations are much deeper.

Every morning long before the sun comes
I walk down to the ocean and begin my
Qi Gong practices.
It’s usually still dark and very quite
it’s the best time to train and your meditations
will be much stronger.
My focus this week has been slow moving Yin
exercises, like the Yin Set
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/yin-set.html
and the Flying Crane QiGong.
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html

When you are around large bodies of water you can relax deeper
and it’s much easier to open up your spiritual centers
The water element is very grounding. You just need to take
time to embrace the energy.
Our internal Qi should flow downward like water.
When you are around water let your energy sink
down. This will keep your body relaxed, your mind
calm and keep you rooted.

I am sure that we all want to go deeper in our
meditations and generate more Qi. Try the 7 day
detox program. It will enhance your body, mind and
spirit.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
happiness.

How the Summer Solstice will affect your internal Energy

Friday, June 21st, 2013

The summer solstice is almost upon us again. It is
the longest day and shortest night of the year,
from the moment of the start of Summer Solstice,
on June 21st. The Sun immediately begins to wane
and the days will get shorter. In the Five
element system we are moving into the images,
which rules the heart, pericardium, triple heater
and small intestine.

A TIME THAT YOU WANT TO STAY COOL.
In both body and mind.

I like a refreshing and tasty drink. I take cold
fresh Mint mixed with lemon juice, ice and a
little maple syrup as sweetener. It will help to
cool you down as things continue to heat up for
the next 3 months.

The formula:
¼ cup of washed fresh mint leaves
4 to 6 organic lemons
2 Quarts of filtered water
Maple syrup to taste

Squeeze the lemons, add juice to the water and
maple syrup, add ice and put in a blender with the
mint leaves and blend on high until smooth.

Midsummer has been one of the important solar
events throughout the evolution of humankind. It
was an indicator that the year was about to begin
waning, thus winter would be again returning. The
sun appeared to stand still in its northern
progression on the 21st

Whenever there is a change in the seasons and
especially on the winter and summer solstice it is
an opportunity to reset our internal clocks. It is
an excellent time to take a break from your usual
pace and allow oneself some quite time to reflect,
meditate or just relax.

Eat very light at these important junctions,
as it will help you move into the new system smoothly.

The Summer Solstice is the time to recharge your
spirit, building your personal power and fortify
your health.

This is an excellent time to detox the body mind
and spirit. I am doing the 7-day detox program
with a group of patients and students, called the
“Core restore program”.

http://rechargingqigong.com/core-restore-detox-program.html.

It’s easy to do, will benefit your liver, kidneys
and digestive system. “The Core Restore program”
will cool your body down, relax your mind and
you’ll lose a few pounds to boot.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

have fun!

How the tooth fairy affects your health

Oh No! Another dentist appointment!
I’m on my way to the dentist this morning for my three
month maintenance. Every three months I get my teeth
cleaned and for good reasons. Did you know that
every tooth in our mouth is connected to an organ
in our body? You wouldn’t think so but if you are
having a problem with your digestion or you are
getting migraine headaches or a nagging backache;
a problem could lie in your mouth. The dentist
that I see is a biological dentist. He understands
the relationship between the teeth and the organs
and uses homeopathic medicine to treat along with his
traditional dental practice or he sends
his patients into my office to balance out the
imbalance in the body.
I tell all my students and patients that,

and start detoxing. If you have never done
a detox program, it is high time that you start
one now. I have found the Core Restore Detox
program to be one of the most effective and
easiest to do.

I have had hundreds of patients go through this
process with great success!
It cleans the digestive system, makes your skin
look younger, lose weight and your energy goes up!

You can order your program today and it will be in
the mail tomorrow!

Is this The End of the World?

hey say it started on my birthday 12/12/12.
It was an Awesome Day for me !
.
12-12-12 stimulated lovebirds, counting on the date to be
ever lasting. 12+12+12=36
3+6=9

Symbolism of #9
*Number of the patience, the meditation.
*It is the expression of “the power of the Holy Spirit”.
*Symbolize the plenitude of talents, the reward of the tests.
*Symbol of the creation and the life as a rhythm and development.
*As a product of 3 x 3, is perfection, the symbol of the virile power
*Nine = the one who accomplishes the divine will.
*The eternal number of human immortality.
*Being the last simple number, it is the number of finalization
*This number is sacred in Egypt and in Greece.
*Number of the man, as a numeral symbol of his gestation
*Number symbolizing the nocturnal and terrestrial things
*Number of the hierarchy, represented by nine choruses of the Angels.
*Represent the three divine manifestations in the three plans
*A fortunate number, associate to the eternity.

For me it means a completion and great year.
No mater how you look at it, as Bob Dylan once said

“Things are a Changing”.

The Dooms day crowd say the 21 of December is the END
and it could be really ugly like what happen in Newton Mass
or amazingly wonderful.

The best any of us can do is to be present, calm,
conscious, strong and elevated.
The most effective and time-tested way to achieve such a
state is through Meditation and Qi Gong.
History tells us that Qi Gong and Meditation really works
to calm us down and increase our energy at the same time.

Yogis have been practicing for thousands of years.
Current scientific studies show the amazing,
proven effects of meditation to recover from disease and
increase the quality of our lives.

Since the holidays are known as a time of high stress,
I put together program two programs
Turn Stress into Power www.Turnstressintopower.com
and
The Internal Mantra Program
http://rechargingqigong.com/the-internal-mantra-program.html
that will carry you through the holidays with ease.

Take care of yourself, manage your stress and be radiantly bright.
NOW is the time, more than ever to rev up your personal practice
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness
