Qi Gong on the Beach is at a new time 8:00 am on
Saturday morning.

This change was due to it getting darker and the
images. For the rest of you not in Miami
here’s some important information for your Qi Gong
practice.

The fall Equinox is September 22nd and it’s the
time that we change seasons again. It is one of
the 4 best weeks of the year to detox your body.

The Autumnal Equinox signals the end of the summer
months and the beginning of fall. It’s the point
where nights reach the same length as days. After
this point, the Sun will shine lower and lower on
the horizon until the Winter Solstice in about
three months’ time.

I always take the time to reset my system both
internal and external at this time.

The weather is cooler even in Florida, now is the
time to harvest the bounty that grew during the
summer so we can store up for the cold winter
ahead.

It is a time to organize, work hard, and finish
projects that you began in spring and summer.
In Ancient China, physicians observed the natural
cycles of the seasons and prescribed the best Qi
Gong exercises for staying healthy and harmonizing
our energy with that of our environment.

Fall is the season associated with grief and
sadness. It is important to keep the mind clear
and “let go” of negative emotions that impact our
health more strongly during the fall. The organs
most affected are the lungs and the large
intestine, that’s why I highly suggest doing the
fall detox program

If you haven’t learned the Tension Release
Exercises I teach, now’s a great time to do so.
?Go tohttp://rechargingqigong.com and when
you buy the Recharging Qi Gong course I will also
send you a 21 page booklet full of great exercises
to practice every day.

This is the time to gather one’s spirit and
energy, be more focused, and keep your desires in
check. This means practicing breathing exercises
to enhance lung Qi. Maybe do a few extra reps of
the Lung exercise from the Yin set; these are the
exercises in the back of the book.

Also, one should refrain from smoking and avoid
sadness and grief, the negative emotions of lung.
This will prevent kidney or digestive problems in
the winter.

Is the Spirit Word really real?

Is the Spirit world really rea

I got an email from Larry this morning. Here is
what he said, “Dr Wu Dhi you are really full of
it. Spiritual hitchhikers where do you come up
with this kind of BS?
There is no such thing as a spirit and even if
there were what makes you think they can grab on
to someone’s energy and suck them dry. You must
have seen too many sifi movies or read too many
fairytales.”
Lar, thanks for writing and sharing your views
with me.
In the west we haven’t put too much attention on
the spirit world, although if you have been
watching TV lately there seems to be a lot of
interest in ghosts, sprits and that kind of
phenomena. We actually encounter spirits daily,
in the form of emotional upsets. We have
different names for it in the west, sometimes they
appear as nightmares, or a split personally
disorders. (If it looks like a duck, swims like a
duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is
a duck).
The emotional unrest of traumas, low self-esteem,
depression, fear and rage are the feeding ground
for both demon and spirits.
The spirit or demon becomes attached to the person
drawing energy and substance from their release of
negative emotions. This can occur from a multitude
of things:
• Improper meditations
• Misguided hypnosis
• General anesthesia
• Drugs or alcohol abuse
• Deep emotional of physical traumas
• Tantric sex with the wrong individual
• Exposure to places that are haunted b

    imagesy evil
    spirits
    • The practice of black magic

The first thing a demon seeks is to fulfill its
sensual appetite. It could be sex, rage, or
emotional addictions all of these are food for a
spirit; they can even set up camp in your home or
office before you realize it. That unwanted
hitchhiker could be living with you and you may
    not know it.
If you are noticing a lot of drama and emotional
upset you could very well be feeding a spirit and
    be loosing your own energy.
As a doctor of Medical Qi Gong I see a lot of this
stuff causing havoc with patient’s health, loss of
Qi, bad relationships and misdirected energy, even
financial ruin. It can just seem like a streak of
bad luck but I believe that there is much more to
it. People from all walks of life need to have
their energy in balance to avoid sickness and ill
effects on their family and business.
If you ever need this kind of special work done
contact me and we can have a conversation and see
    if it’s right for you.

How to change your Stinkin’ Thinkin’

What you do in the first few minutes of your day
sets the tone for the rest of it. This is why it
is important to begin your day with thoughts of
happiness, success, great health and prosperity.

As soon as your feet hit the ground, you want to
be hurled into the realm of success in all aspects
of your life – Mentally, physically and
spiritually. Accomplish something great today.

Don’t procrastinate for one second more.
Do it now. No more dawdling.

Set a daily goal especially a daily fitness goal.
And if you achieve that goal first thing in the
morning,
the rest of the day is going to be awesome.

Yesterday my friend Andy was in a slump.
He told me that he was going to hit the Gym the
first thing in the morning and he did!
He chose to make things work for him 100% and the
workout changed him.

I have a patient who is complaining about her
situation, her health and her husband. She said
her brain is not good. I told her it’s not your
brain that’s no good it’s the programming of your
brain.

Stinking Thinking, that’s what Zig zigler called
it.

The type of thinking that causes problems:

1. All-or-nothing thinking
2. Over generalization
3. Pick out a single negative detail and dwell on it
4. Discounting the positive
5. Being negative when there are no facts to
support your conclusion
6. Magnification is the importance of your
problems
7. Assuming that your negative emotions
necessarily reflect the way things really are
8. Blaming others and not taking responsibility
for an event, they blame other people or their
circumstances for their problems

Want to make changes in your Brain?
Become more flexible in body and mind.

I have two outside cats that I feed every morning.
They stretch hundreds of times per day and they do
it as soon as they wake up.

You, my friend, would be well advised to do
likewise.

Doing so will not only increase you strength and
flexibility – but it will
ENERGIZE you for hours and will open some more
flexibility in your brain as well.

I’m betting you’d like some of that good ENERGY.
Well,
Move your body the way it wants to be moved.
Stretch like a cat and you’ll know why cats
stretch the way they do.

By the way, you can learn all about this form of
exercise in my Recharging Qi Gong Program book,
CD’s and DVDs.

Change your Stops to Steps

When a person is feeling down he or she
feels as if they can’t get any
worse – It’s time to think again.

Things can always get much worse.

At the same time, things can always get better.

Even if you think everything is
perfect – it’s not.

It’s just a lot better than anything
else you have
ever seen – or done.

When I first started learning about internal
exercises and Qi Gong —
as soon as I left the class I would get one of
those large yellow legal pads and I would write
down everything I learned that day and any questions
I had for my teacher.

Then I wrote:

The “5 Things I Can Improve”

Let me tell you, I improved by leaps and
bounds in my practice,
my energy levels and by aliveness.

Even now, I still carry a yellow pad and
look for five
things to improve after my workouts, when
I teach or when I go to any class.

In the beginning of The Recharging Qi Gong book,
I tell the story of people who want to increase their
longevity, conquer the weight monster, improve their
flexibility thereby lowering their risk of injury and
enhance their quality of life in years to come.

The story takes place in ancient China, in a rural
area where people are working in the scorching rice
fields for the entire day. Burnt out and tired, they
would return home to enjoy the cool nights. It was
then that they became aware of something moving
inside their bodies. This strange, yet wonderful
feeling would move up or down all over their body.
They realized that it was somehow connected to their
mind and their breathing. This center was located right
below their navel and was called the
“Dantian, Energy pool.”

As we move through our daily lives we have a
tendency to accumulate negative emotions and
tension from the world around us.
Eventually, these tensions begin to drain us from
our energy and instead of feeling good, we feel
tired and these tensions begin to drain us of our energy
and instead of feeling bright and refreshed, we feel
tired and run down.
In my healing practice, the number one complaint from
my patients is that they feel their energy is OFF or they
just feel burnt out. When I started to prescribe the
Recharging Qi Gong Exercises to my patients, they got
immediate results and I always insist that both students
and patients carry around a note pad and write down all
of the questions that they have on how they can
improve their life.

Order NOW and you’ll be astounded at
how much better you will feel.

I wish you the Best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness
