What is the purpose of Loneliness?

Friday, September 6th, 2013

I’ve talked to friends who have been married for
years and claim they feel lonely in the
relationship even after 20 years and two kids.
Business people who work in offices with hundreds
of people claim they are lonely all day, even in
the midst of daily activities.

In general humans are social creatures and want
the inner action with people. So where does the
loneliness come from and how can you use it for your
growth?

Sometimes external forces affect us and a partner
leaves. We receive bad treatment at work or are
out casted by our social group. We tend to stick
to our pack just like wolves and follow the pack
like sheep. We like what is familiar to us;
anything outside of this is unknown and most
people will stay where they are, no matter if it’s
good or bad for them. We have a need to belong to
something or someone, if those needs are not met
you feel lonely.

images motivates us to take necessary
actions that will relieve it. No matter what!
Emotions do have a purpose, regardless of how
unpleasant some of them can make you feel.

Loneliness can make you feel empty and a sense of
longing for someone to really know you. But
loneliness may not be linked to the reality of a
situation because it can exist when connections
with others are short-lived, meaningless, or not
what you consider to be significant.

Here are a few ways to use loneliness to your
advantage:
1. Meditate- this will allow all of our
thoughts and feelings to come out.

2. Think positively-
Focus on positive and overcome whatever you think
about the most and it will be drawn to you.

3. Use alone time to simmer- soon the energy will
reveal itself to you and you will grow beyond
yourself and imposed limitations. It’s an
opportunity for intensive growth to inner
happiness.

In a relationship, the main focus is
mostly on the partner and not on the spiritual
part. When you spend time alone you get the
opportunity for a lot of rest. Plenty of rest is
the main path to enlightenment. With plenty of
rest, inner tension dissolves almost by itself.
Connecting a lot of rest with regular meditation
practice is the optimal way to enlightenment. When
you meditate regularity the personal things get
clearer, focus becomes like a laser beam. The
fastest way to inner happiness is to constantly
practice spiritually.

Develop a regular meditation plan and stick to it. Spend
the same part of your day in meditation and
within weeks the feelings of
loneliness and boredom will be gone as well
as internal tensions.

In the Qi Gong Inner Circle I have developed a
series of practices to build your practice in
three important domains:

1. Health
2. Internal exercises
3. Meditation

These are key factors in developing your physical,
energetic and spiritual body.
Hop on board and you will be pleasantly surprised
on the practices you will learn and embody.

How you can make people feel important instantly

UnknownThe more you make people feel good the better you
will feel and so will they.

1. Ask questions about them and maintain eye
contact. You don’t have to say much, use body
expressions smile, frown, nod, not so much
verbally, but nonverbally. Your body language is
more powerful than words. It will show the other
person they’re important to you and are interested
in their life. Don’t offer advice unless you’re
asked.

2. Listen closely to everyone, regardless of
their position or social status or “level,” find
something you have in common with them and expand
on it.

3. When you are with someone, give him or her your
100% attention. Don’t check your phone, don’t
glance at your monitor and don’t focus on anything
else, even for a moment. You can never connect
with others if you’re busy connecting with your
own stuff. Give the gift of your full attention,
that’s a gift few people give. The gift of your
undivided attention alone will make others want to
be around you and remember you.

4. Never think about what you can get from others.
Focus on what you can give; Giving is the only way
to establish a real connection and relationship.

5. Make the conversation about them. You already
know what you know. You know your opinions, what
you are and what you do. You know your
perspectives and points of view. None of that
stuff is really that interesting to others. If you
want to make others feel important, relaxed and
calm ask them all about themselves. Talk about
what interests they have, what they like and what
they dislike. If the conversation is about them,
they will find it the most interesting
conversation they ever had.

6. No one receives enough praise these days, No
one! Tell people what they did well in. Not only
will people appreciate your praise, they’ll
appreciate the fact you care enough to pay
attention to what they’re doing.
7. Choose your words carefully. The words you use
impact the attitude of others. For example, you
don’t have to go to a meeting; you get to go meet
with other people. You don’t have to create a
presentation for a new client; you get to share
cool stuff with other people. You don’t have to go
to the gym; you get to work out and improve your
health and fitness. We all want to associate with
happy, enthusiastic, fulfilled people. The words
you choose can help other people feel better –and
make you feel better about yourself too.

Incredibly successful people are often expected to
have charisma simply because they’re successful.
Their success seems to create a radiance effect,
almost like a glimmering light around them. You
don’t have to be incredibly successful to make
people feel important. Just be interested in them.
Making others feel good, important and have good
self worth will bring you better health, wealth
and happiness. Practice making others more
successful and fulfilled and you will be as well.

One of the ways to keep yourself in top condition

How the tooth fairy affects your health

Oh No! Another dentist appointment!
I’m on my way to the dentist this morning for my three
month maintenance. Every three months I get my teeth
cleaned and for good reasons. Did you know that
every tooth in our mouth is connected to an organ
in our body? You wouldn’t think so but if you are
having a problem with your digestion or you are
getting migraine headaches or a nagging backache;
a problem could lie in your mouth. The dentist
that I see is a biological dentist. He understands
the relationship between the teeth and the organs
and uses homeopathic medicine to treat along with his
traditional dental practice or he sends
his patients into my office to balance out the
imbalance in the body.
I tell all my students and patients that,

and start detoxing. If you have never done
a detox program, it is high time that you start
one now. I have found the Core Restore Detox
program to be one of the most effective and
easiest to do.

I have had hundreds of patients go through this
process with great success!
It cleans the digestive system, makes your skin
look younger, lose weight and your energy goes up!

You can order your program today and it will be in
the mail tomorrow!

WHY GO THE EXTRA MILE?

Tuesday, October 11th, 2011
Share

You know the saying, “Go the extra mile?”
How many of us know where it comes from?
Here is how the story goes:

Back in Roman times, a soldier from a
Roman army could ask any citizen to
carry their armor or what ever load they
had for a mile, the citizen would have to
do it since it was the law. This pissed off
a lot of people but it was severely punished
if you refused the soldiers command.

It is believed that Jesus said if you’re
asked to carry a load one mile, carry it two.

This is a very interesting saying indeed, as
well as a great spiritual technology.
No one likes to be ordered to do something that
they don’t want too.
But to go the extra mile is to give more than
is expected. You are taking back the power.

Truthfully, there is much more to it than
what meets the eye.
When you decide to “Go the Extra Mile,”
and do more than is necessary, you are able
to extract the (Qi) energy out of the situation.

Why?

Because you are now in charge!

You made a choice to do more than what was asked.
It may have started out to be an order by law but
when you make the decision to ‘Go that Extra Mile,’
the second mile is you being in total control you
choose to do it and choose gives you Power.
You’re not giving 100% –you’re giving 200% and
you are in charge.

Imagine if you went the extra mile in your work,
in your relationship or just in your daily activity.

How do you think people would perceive you?
How do you think you would feel at the end of the
day knowing that you are the one in charge
of making things better?

Now, if you are working with a bunch of slackers—
they may hate you. But if you are tired of being at
the bottom of the pile with people that don’t care
about making the move, choose to be more!

You will move to the top quicker than you can imagine.
Once you take responsibility for your own
actions, you will succeed at what ever
you choose to do.

In my medical practice, I always go
the Extra Mile. I do more than is expected!

One day, a doctor told me that I spent
too much time with a patient and I was
spoiling them. I also had a guy tell me that
he didn’t want to do too much for his wife,
he might spoil her.

They haven’t figured it out yet.
Caring for someone’s needs isn’t spoiling them,
it’s serving them more and when you serve
others they serve you.
Going the extra mile is your choice.
It’s not necessary and it’s not needed.
You choose to do in order to make a
good situation better.

When I take my time to write a blog, or make a video
or teach a meditation class, I do it because I choose to do it.
There is no obligation. I take the bull by the horns and do what I
do and the rewards come later. These principles are applied in every
product I make and everyone I coach, no matter if it’s their health,
physical training or as a spiritual advisor. I always make a good situation better.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness

Dealing with Stress

Monday, May 30th, 2011
Share

Everyday I deal with stress.
I’m used to stress.
I do my practices and training and for the most part,
I use stress to my advantage and turn stress into power.
Last week, I had to go to Michigan as my eldest son was
stressing out and crashing after his son’s surgery
a few weeks ago. He was stressed to the max.

With his children, job, relationship, and business in general,
he had so much stress,
that he was unable to function and this stressed me.
The reason I’m telling you this story, is even if you don’t have
stress in your personal life, if friends or family are going through
a rough time, they defiantly pull on your strings and can pull
you off center easily.

I noticed in Michigan, I wasn’t following my diet,
let my practice go for three days in a row,
and I was wasted.
“If you don’t eat the energy,
the energy will defiantly eat you.”

Although I had a ton of things to do there,
as soon as I realized I wasn’t training,
I immediately went back to it, corrected my diet,
and began doing the exercises in the
Turn Stress into Power program, www.turnstressintopower.com
and took the reigns
back on my own situation. This happens to many people,
when life throws you a curve ball, the tendency of most
people is to eat, drink, and talk excessively or to just
stay home and do nothing.

But neither one of these strategies
work to put you in a place of power. If you want to be in
charge and on top of your game, its imperative to recommit
to your practice daily and make sure that your health is # 1.
Sometimes, people think this is selfish but it’s not at all.
If you’re sick, you can’t help anyone else.
It’s true in all walks of life. If you see a drowning
man in the water, and you’re not trained as a lifeguard,
and jump in, he could pull you down. Even a lifeguard knows that
when he jumps in to save the drowning man, he always
brings a life preserver to assist the person not only the
person drowning, but to keep himself from drowning.

If you want to help others, you must help yourself first,
and that’s where training comes in. You build in a
muscle memory that brings you back to your training
and your practice. The Turn Stress into Power program
will give you exercises, meditations, mantras, and
strategies to pull yourself out of stressful situations and
keep you healthy strong and powerful.
