Are you tired of being Overweight?

Well they finally did it the AMA; The American
Medical Association has adopted a new policy that
officially labels obesity as a disease like any
addictive behavior, pattern drugs, alcohol, sex or
food where people are out of control and are
suffering the consequences.
The U.S. obesity rate increased almost 50% between
1997 and 2012, according to the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention. Today, nearly 30%
of American adults are considered obese and the
problem is almost as prevalent in kids. Childhood
obesity has more than doubled in the past 30
years.
I believe its roots are coming from the fast food
industry, poor quality food and the sugar
industry. They are all the culprits behind you
getting fat and staying that.
Being fat increases your risk factor for
developing many serious conditions, including
heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood
pressure, stroke, liver disease, sleep apnea and
osteoarthritis. In fact, obesity has been linked
to almost every chronic disease in some way or
another.
Unknown
“Recognizing obesity as a disease may change the
way the medical community tackles this complex
issue or it maybe another way to mask a symptom
with drugs, tummy tucks and surgical stomach
bands.”
I hope the new recognition of obesity doesn’t
discourage people from making the lifestyle
changes known to combat obesity. People generally
like to take the easy way out and not necessarily
the healthy one.
Identifying obesity as a disease may also help in
reducing the stigma often associated with being
overweight, “Obesity has been considered for a
long time to be a failure of personal
responsibility — a simple problem of eating too
much and exercising too little. There are many
psychological and hormonal problems as well.”
Don’t let food trap you, read the labels, stay
away from fast food restaurants. Eat more fruits
and vegetables and join the Qi Gong Inner circle

and powerful.

How do you train without a trainer?

Monday, April 8th, 2013
Share

The weather in South Florida is great. At this
time of the year it’s usually hot and humid but so
far it is in the 50’s and 60’s and the perfect
weather to train. I have been getting up earlier
and spending a few hours practicing Qi Gong every
morning and I can feel the difference! The key is
consistency; you want to train every day to build
in a “BODY MEMORY”

Our body’s nervous system sends a message to the
muscles to take action; the results can be
positive or negative. When it is impossible to act
on the message for whatever reason, the body’s
next reaction is to freeze.
Tension in the body creates areas of hardness,
pain, constriction and decreases the range of
motion. Over a long period of time, the body
adjusts to this tension, and symptoms of disease,
disorder and illness begin. Many times, symptoms
begin after an emotionally traumatic event. Anger,
sorrow, grief, joy and fear, which are stored
because of the freeze response, begin to manifest
as symptoms of imbalance in the body we actually
have a “BODY MEMORY” that holds all of this in
place.

In his book, Waking the Tiger, Psychologist Dr.
Peter Levine, describes how humans can remain in
the freeze response long after the threatening or
overwhelming experience has passed, which is why
many people remain ill, despite medical or
pharmaceutical intervention, professional therapy,
exercise and smart lifestyle choices. Most modern
medical techniques are incapable of releasing the
freeze response because it maintains muscle
guarding, even during sleep. We are constantly
over stimulated by both internal and external
forces, and difficult cases may not respond to
therapy, due to tension in the body’s tissue
systems as well as energetically and spiritually.
Such cases may have a history of sexual abuse,
violence, post-traumatic stress disorder, past
traumatic events, depression, anxiety, digestive
problems, headaches, migratory bodily pain,
accidents and surgical trauma. These symptoms can
all be effectively treated and eliminated.

Back in the late 70’s I worked with a group of
Doctors/Healers/Shamans and Individuals dedicated
to longevity, of course we were in California.
A brilliant teacher “Larry Short”, who was light
years a head of his time created a system called
“Total Person images” where we combined a
unique recipe of performance consisting of NLP,
applied kinesiology, deep tissue work, to free the
body of these traumas as well as guided fantasy,
body reading, bone and joint mobilization,
corrective exercises, homeopathic medicine,
meditations and much, much more. Even today the
system would blow you away. In these techniques,
we learned not only how to clear the body of past
traumas; we learned how to build in the muscle
memory to give you optimal performance of
body/mind and spirit.

Our goal was and is Longevity and Awareness. Over
the past 40 years I have worked with this system
adding my own personal touch, as well as another
25 years of experience of Chinese Medicine and
Medical Qi Gong to create a system of Anti Aging.

What the Heck is April Fools Day anyway?

Monday, April 1st, 2013
Share

The beginning of April is the time of the year
that many different cultures have had days of
foolhardiness. The Romans had a festival named
Hilaria on March 25, rejoicing in the renewal of
Attis. The Hindu calendar has Holi, and the Jewish
calendar has Purim. Perhaps the ending of a long
winter and the beginning of spring lends itself to
lighthearted celebrations. April 1st is celebrated
in many countries and is referred to as All Fools’
Day when people play practical jokes and hoaxes on
each other.

In the tarot deck, the Fool remains the most
controversial card in the deck. It is the only
card that has a zero on it; the other cards all
adhere to Roman numerals

The Fool is a powerful card because its
possibilities all start in nothingness and reach
into infinit, The Fool most likely represents you
enjoying a new life. It can also represent a
coming love interest that is not ordinary by any
of your measurements.
If you have been ignoring your health, you are
truly being played as the fool. There is large
book that lists all the medicines called the
Physician’s Desk Reference (PDR) and there is not
one single drug to promote longevity or anti
aging.

If you want to stay young, avoid being caught in
the loop of drugs and surgery wake up don’t let
anyone pull the wool over your eyes and make you a
fool. Learn what you can do and practice it like
it will save your life. This is no April fools day
joke. It’s the truth. If you train, practice and
are flexible, you have a good chance of living a
long healthy life mentally, physically and
spiritually.

younger together.

How to change your fate and become a star

Friday, March 29th, 2013

Around 5:30 this morning I woke up and headed down
to the beach for my morning training. It’s been
cooler than usual in South Florida, somewhere
between 45 and 55 degrees all week. To tell you
the truth it’s quite refreshing. The waves were
roaring in and the tide was way out. As I walked
along I noticed the beach was full of large
starfish. I have been in Florida for close to 20
years. I train every morning and this is the first
time I have ever seen them, the beach was filled
with stars. How cool is that?!

I started putting them back in the sea and then
met up with a group of students to practice for a
few hours — what a great way to start the day!

A Qi Gong workout energizes the entire body, mind
and spirit. When I got home I looked up starfish
on the Internet and came across this story.

Once upon a time, there was a wise man that used
to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a
habit of walking on the beach before he began his
work.

One day, as he was walking along the shore, he
looked down the beach and saw a human figure
moving like a dancer. He smiled to himself at the
thought of someone who would dance to the day, so
he walked faster to catch up.

As he got closer, he noticed that the figure was
that of a young man, and that what he was doing
was not dancing at all. The young man was reaching
down to the shore, picking up small objects and
throwing them into the ocean.

He came closer and called out, “Good morning! May
I ask what it is that you are doing?”

The young man paused, looked up and replied,
“Throwing starfish into the ocean!”

“I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish
into the ocean?” asked the somewhat startled wise
man.

To this, the young man replied, “The sun is up and
the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them in,
they’ll die.”

Upon hearing this, the wise man commented, “But,
young man, do you not realize that there are miles
and miles of beach and there are starfish all
along every mile? You can’t possibly make a
difference!”

As if he hadn’t heard, the young man bent down,
picked up yet another starfish and threw it into
the ocean. As it met the water, he turned, smiled
and said, “It made a difference to that one!”

Real Doc Talk

Wednesday, March 20th, 2013
Share

I had lunch with a group of doctors today and we
were all sharing what we did in our practices. I
was surprised that the two cardiologists have
never done any surgery and only balance patients’
medicine. I thought they did a lot more.

The Chiropractor said he never gives any medicine,
herbs or vitamins. When I asked him why he said,
“I have a busy practice and only see PIP cases
(Personal Injury Protection) and the medical
doctor works for HMO and said he doesn’t have time
to go to the bathroom. He sees up to 60 people a
day and is fried.

My practice is a lot different. I only see 6
people a day and usually spend an hour or more
with them.

My doctor friends were shocked and asked me what
kind of practice is that.
I told them it’s a true family practice.
I believe that if someone or something is
unbalanced in the family, the entire family is
sick and it can even be the house they live in.
I could see the eyes rolling when I told them that,
there were even a few snickers. Then the questions started
flying around the table.
What do you mean the house is sick?
How does my wife’s health affect me?
You see kids? I thought you just stuck people with
needles.

Although I am licensed as an acupuncturist, there
is far more to my practice than you would think. I
have been in practice for 20 years in Florida and
practiced NLP, Postural integration, postural and
structural alignment,Fung Shui, Medical Qi Gong and
have been teaching meditation and Qi Gong for over
35 years.

So when I see a patient I am looking at them from
many different aspects. The treatments are all
customize to suit the individuals’ needs and
sometimes I have to go to their house to go over
and clear up any blockages that may be causing them
or their family any harm.
Yes Houses get sick, too much clutter or old negative
energy or even the landscaping can effect the moods
and health of the home and your family.

When the meeting was over a few of the doc’s
wanted to know if I’d be willing to work with them
and take a look at their homes. I told them to drop me a note
at Dr Wu Dhi@gmail and I’d see what I could do.

I also went over the coaching program that I
offer. It’s amazing and people are getting some
great results in their health, relationships
happiness and even financial break-through.

Instant Spiritual Enlightenment

Last weekend I was at the Fruit and Spice Park in
Homestead, Florida. It’s about an hour drive from
my house I decided to take a drive with a few
friends to see what exotic fruits grow in Florida
and stock up on spices. I really wanted to get
some local cinnamon and see what else was grown
locally in South Florida.

When I finally got there I was pleasantly
surprised to see the Asian cultural festival was
there! It was so crowded! It took 1/2 hour just to
find a parking space. There were literally
thousands of people, foods from all over Asia,
India and the Philippines, Yum!

There was also a special performance by “Fushu
Daiko” a group that plays Japanese Taiko Drums.
I only heard the Taiko drums a few times in my
life and it was definitely a spiritual
experiences. The first time was in Maui, Hawaii.
I could feel my core opening as the drums shook
the ground under my feet.

The rumbling power of the Taiko drums has been
long remained associated with the Gods in
religious ceremonies, to honor their ancestors.
Both Buddhist and Shinto, some Buddhist sects use
Taiko drums to represent the voice of Buddhah,
Shinto rites to offer up prayers to the Gods.
If you haven’t had the experience of hearing them
I highly recommend it. It can be a real opening in
your spiritual growth.

Unknown On the full moon I taught a weekend
workshop based on some aspect of healing,
meditation or Qi Gong from both the Taoist and
Buddhist traditions.
The main purpose of being in South America was to
raise the vibration of the group and teach them
the work.

Today in Florida I am still teaching and seeing
patients daily. Although the groups have changed,
the teachings are the same.

I share these teachings with the members of the
Qi Gong Innercircle www.Qigonginnercircle.com
through a series of DVD’s that are made every
month and sent by mail all aver the world to
educate and train students in Meditation, Qi Gong
and the different aspects of healing work.

Years ago when I was a young student I wished I
had these teachings on video. Every now and then
one of the Masters would record a teaching on a
cassette (if you remember what that was). I would
listen to it until I wore it out to get the
teachings. In today’s world where internet, DVD’s,
pod casts, Facebook and down loads are the main
communications, you can learn and grow much
faster.

Join the Qi Gong Inner Circle today and get these
ancient teachings in your hands today.

Look into the crystal ball about your health

Monday, March 11th, 2013

images-1

If you could look into a crystal ball and see what
is going to happen in your life next year, would
you?
I would.
Although I don’t have a crystal ball I do have a
special way of looking into your health to see
what will happen… long before it happens.
Nobody wants to hear from out of nowhere that
you’re tagged with a horrible disease.
Take a look into your future April 4th- 7th, 2013
We will be doing testing using the
Computerized Regulatory Thermography
(CRT) to examine all major organ systems to
reveal if there are any problems developing
and to correct any condition that may be out of
balance like Breast/Prostate problems.
We can locate disease processes in organs long
before the laboratory tests or scanning images
will show even a hint of a problem.
The test is radiation-free, non-invasive, painless
and cost-effective, it is a whole body scan for
discovering hidden dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring treatment progress.

NOTE—The CRT test must be performed before
noon, so we will be starting at 8 AM – 11 AM, &
the test only takes 30 minutes.

The testing will be held at Whole Life Health and
Wellness Center in Aventura: 18205 Biscayne
Blvd Suite #2214, Aventura, Florida.

Please forward this email to anyone you
think this could benefit!

ABOUT THE CRT 2000
CRT stands for Computerized
Regulatory Thermography. It should not be confused
with the thermograms used in the past that were
not
very precise and only looked superficially at the
surface of the body. CRT is a FDA 510K-approved
diagnostic medical device used to
determine the efficiency of your regulatory
system. It is able to locate disease processes
in organs long before the laboratory tests or
scanning images will show even a hint of a
problem. It will also tell if the therapy you
have been receiving is making a difference.
It has been used by over 1500 practitioners in
Europe and is the considered state-of-the-art.
Unlike many of the “testing” devices used by
alternative care practitioners, CRT is objective
and reproducible. The test will look at problems
originating in the head, teeth, thyroid,
lymph/thymus/immune, lungs, stomach
and upper abdomen, liver, lower abdomen and
colon, ovaries, testes, prostate, back, breast,
kidney.
It also will give an indication of the severity of
the condition, if allergies are a consideration,
if there is toxicity involved, and if there is
degeneration involved. Every human has a specific
pattern.
What is unique about CRT is that it is a
functional test.
There are only a few functional tests used in
modern medicine like a stress EKG, pulmonary
function test, nerve conduction tests, oral
glucose tolerance test, etc. Each of these only
tests one organ system at the most and many are
time consuming, expensive, and miss subtle signs
of disease. The CRT examines nearly every major
organ system in the body and gives direction
on how to correct the condition.
The CRT should save a lot of time and
money by eliminating the tendency chasing
down every symptom with expensive and
insensitive lab tests. It should narrow down
the hit-or-miss therapies by focusing on the
most important problems first.
CRT can be very useful as an adjunct test
for early detection of cancer.
PREPARING FOR YOUR CRT
• CRTs are only scheduled early in the day up to
11:00. A CRT should not be performed if you have a
cold or viral infection
• No hot coffee, tea, or hot drinks the evening
before and the morning of your test.
• Do not exercise before your CRT.
• Do not smoke the morning of your test.
• Avoid acupuncture, massage, or any other
physical therapy for several days before the
analysis.
• Prescription medications should be held unless
Thyroid should be taken as early in the day as
possible.
• Do not take any vitamins, minerals, protein
supplements, herbs, homeopathic agents, etc. the
morning of your CRT analysis. Avoid excess lotion
or perfumes.
• A light breakfast/meal is okay, but should be
completed at least 2 hours before.
• Avoid showering or bathing the morning of the
examination.
• Wear loose fitting clothes that cover most of
your body like long pants or a long dress. Wear a
long sleeve shirt that can be rolled up to above
the elbows. Please wear appropriate undergarments.
• Women should not be actively menstruating.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR CRT
The entire visit takes about 30 minutes.
The first 10 minutes are spent relaxing in the
test room, which is usually between 68-72 degrees.
If you wear glasses, these must be removed.
You may read quietly or listen to music.
The next 5-10 minutes are spent collecting the
data from the surface of your face, neck, abdomen,
chest, and back using a specialized probe. All
clothing is then removed except for undergarments.
This is a 10-minute temperature challenge, which
is the basis for the test. The measurements are
then repeated. The results are printed out.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CRT
Health can be defined as the undisturbed process
of regulative physiologic mechanism. In other
words, healthy tissue is in the best condition to
respond to stress or assault from the environment.
It is neither over-active nor underactive, but in
a balanced state of alertness. One could also call
this a state of maximum adaptability. The CRT
measures a specific tissue’s ability to respond to
the stress of a colder temperature. There are many
things to look at:
The first is your overall baseline temperature as
general measure of your metabolism and your
autonomic nervous system. If the baseline
temperature is too high, it may indicate a state
of over-active metabolism, medications, or being
vasodilated (flushed). A low baseline skin
temperature may indicate a slow metabolism,
exhausted regulatory system, or signs of overall
degeneration.

The autonomic nervous system grows into each organ
from an embryonic state that consists of the
circuitry and connections between the nervous
system and your internal organs. This nerve signal
is transmitted to specific locations on the
surface of the body called the cutaneous
(skin)-visceral (internal organ) points. The
temperature of these points gives an indication of
their state. In a specific measurement, a low/cold
reading indicates degeneration. The tissue cannot
support the metabolic fire, hence low temperature.
For example, if the lungs have been damaged by
smoking and there is emphysema. A high initial
reading suggests inflammation or excessive
metabolic activity.
The second part of the CRT test indicates how you
adjust to and thus suggests the health of the
tissue. This is what the CRT is all about. By
putting together patterns based on this cutaneous
(skin) – visceral (organ) profile, the temperature
difference tells the ability of each tissue to
regulate to the relatively colder air of the room
(68-72 degrees) compared to your temperature with
clothes on. Because each person has a signature,
that is consistent over time, the effect of
therapy or an event can be monitored.
This test is an important one to determine any
imbalances in your system and we will be able to
treat them with the most effective natural
treatments.

I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

The Apes and the Two Travelers

Friday, March 8th, 2013
Share

TWO MEN, one who always spoke the truth and the
other who told nothing but lies, were traveling
together and by chance came to the land of the
Apes. One of the Apes, who had raised himself to
be king, commanded them to be seized and brought
before him, that he might know what was said of
him among men. He ordered at the
same time that all the Apes be arranged in a long
row on his right hand and on his left that a
throne be placed for him, as was the custom among
men. After these preparations he signified that
the two men should be brought before him, and
greeted them with this salutation:

“What sort of a king do I seem to you to be, O
strangers?’

The Lying Traveler replied, “You seem
to me a most mighty king.” “And what is your
estimate of those you see around me?’ “These,” he
made answer, “are worthy companions of yourself,
fit at least to be ambassadors and leaders of
armies.”

The Ape and all his court, gratified with the
Lie and commanded that a handsome present be given
to the flatterer.

On this, the truthful Traveler thought to
himself:” if so, great a reward be given for a
lie, with what gift may not I be rewarded, if,
according to my custom, I tell the truth?’

The Ape quickly turned to him. “And pray how do I
and my friends around me seem to you?’ “Thou art,”
he said, “a most excellent Ape, and all these thy
companions after thy example are excellent Apes
too.”

The King of the Apes, enraged at hearing these
truths, gave him over to the teeth and claws of
his companions.
This is one of images-1

The moral of the story, man or ape when we have a
belief that that we are a certain way and the
people around us agree with us, we reward them. No
matter if it is a lie or the truth. We sometimes
see ourselves through a smoky distorted mirror and
no mater what anyone says; good or bad we refuse
to change. To tell someone the truth can surely
ruffle their feathers and even start a battle.

We all think change is good, unless it means we
have to change something we are attached too.

Many of us are being forced to change at this
time, like it or not. The world economics are
changing, politics are changing and we are
changing with age. Do you care? Only if it affects
your paycheck, or your health and if it doesn’t,
most people have a who cares attitude.
The key to change is flexibility. Flexibility of
body, mind and spirit and how can you get that? It
takes work, play and coaching.

“If you want to make a permanent change, stop
focusing on the size of your problems and start
focusing on the size of you!”
― T. Harv Eker,

Is your Doctor Burnt-out?

Monday, March 4th, 2013
Share

Did you realize that Doctors are more likely to be
burned out from their work than people in other
professions?

Around 50% of the doctors in practice today have
a serious problem, they are all burnout:

•Emotionally exhausted
• Work and family -life
•Poor job satisfaction and poor
productivity
•Moodiness
•Lack of sleep
•Depression
•Feeling detached from their patients

Did you know that Medical Doctors have high rates
of depression alcoholism, drug problems and even
suicide compared to the general public?

Being a doctor is certainly a great honor, it
takes years of education and a huge investment to
become a physician, but it is also an enormous
toll on the emotions. The pressure a doctor is
under is a frightening:

1. The pressure to see a high volume of patients,
thanks to the HMO’s just to keep his job

2. A heap of paperwork for insurance companies,
lawyer’s and not to mention hours explaining stuff
to patient’s families

3. All the restrictions, rules and regulations

4 Untrusting patients

5. The advertising of medicines by drug companies
on TV forces the doctor to give medicines that
they may feel isn’t the best for the patient

6. Having responsibility without any power is a
big stressor

7. Never knowing if their practice and repetition
can all crash at any moment by making a wrong
decision

If my doctor was burnt-out I may just pass on
seeing him for a few reasons. Energy moves from
the highest to the lowers point, that’s just plane
physics.
If you are seeing a doctor that is burned-out,
stressed or maxed out, most likely their energy is
compromised. They are drained of Qi, energy,
juice, whatever you call it and they may just be
going through the paces when working with you.
They need to be recharged.

There is an apparent incongruity between what
doctors are trained to do and what they are
required to do. Medical school prepares the doctor
to focus on the disease model, diagnosis and
treatment. But now there is now increasing
emphasis on communication skills, law, ethics and
Holistic medicine. These skills have not been part
of the training and can cause even more stress.
Doctors are almost forced to practice either
emergency medicine, pain control, working for a
medical corporation or teach for a lot less money.
Most doctors don’t have a way of de-stressing from
this demanding pace.

That’s why I put together a coaching program to
keep people healthy, no mater if you are a doctor
or work with any segment of the public. Stress is
there, it’s at the forefront of all disease or at
least a big contributing factor to illness.
We all need a coach to guide us, ask any
professional athletic.

The private coaching
program can turn your life around.

You can change your stress into power and you can
recover your health and well-being. The coaching
program is taught over 10 months and gives you the
tools to handle stress and nip it in the bud,
before it causes dis-ease to any part of your
system –body, mind or spirit.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness
