The Joy and Luxury of Spending More Time with Each Patient

images-1Marline came to my office today with pain in both of her hands and her energy has been very low since last Christmas.
She had all the usual testes, a series of x-rays as well as an MRI and there was nothing significant showing. Marline’s medical doctor suggested that she starts taking antidepressants and anti-inflammatory for the problem and she decided to pass on his suggestion and came in to see me.
I worked with her for about an hour going over her complete medical history and she checks out A-OK.

As we went over everything from her stress leaves to her openness to makes changes in her life style she told me this. “I have a new job with a lot of travel and that’s great, but there is a ton of stress that goes along with it.”
She is a stewardess on a 150-foot yacht and travels all over the Caribbean in the winter and sails to the Mediterranean in the summer.
“Oh there is one more thing I forgot to mention. I hate the captain he is mean to the crew and me.”
The red flag just came up!
A stressful situation could be the root of the problem
Psychologically speaking it’s say that every part of the body has to do with a certain emotion. For example the hands have to do with our goals and the fingers have to do with the details of our goals. When a person’s energy is low the first thing I look at the balance between fire and water. (yin and yang) That’s the heart and the kidneys. There is also an emotional component to those organs. The emotions of the heart would be anxiety, rush and hastiness on the negative side and love, respect, honor and joy on the positive side. The kidney holds fear and gentleness. The third component in her case would be the liver it holds anger and on the positive side the emotion is kindness. In a thorough examination all these factors have to be explored and of course none of her other doctors ever addressed any of these issues. It’s not their fault; it’s just not in the scope of their practice, that’s why I find it such a joy to practice the way I do. I have the luxury of spending more time with each patient and getting to the root of their problem be it mental, emotional, physical or spiritual.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Wake Up to the Answer to Cancer

Thursday, November 6th, 2014
Share

We have to wake up to what is happening with
our health, and it may be no fault of our own. As
a nation we have a big problem with our food and
water as well as to the amount of chemicals that
are being pumped into the air. We live in a toxic
world and it’s affecting our health daily.
We all want to stay healthy, young, and vibrant
but it takes a lot more work these days than it
did years ago. Yes, you can eat organically. But
if you aren’t growing your own garden with your
own organic seeds you may be getting watered down
organic fruit or vegetables. Large food producers
are working right now to change the laws and rules
for what organic really is.

In my clinic I am seeing more and more patients
who have been diagnosed with CANCER. What’s a
person to do? The best thing you can do is:
•Let your stress go as soon as you can
•Stay hydrated
•Stay out of fast food restaurants
•Eat organically as much as possible
•Drink purified water only
•Put a water filter on your shower
•Be happy, smile a lot, love yourself and
others
•Get hugs every day

The early detection of cancer is very important.
You may have blockage in a tooth or one of your
organs that can cause problems. If you can see
that blockage before you get any symptoms you are
far ahead of the game.
HOW CAN YOU FIND OUT?

‘Computerized Regulation Thermography’

Discovers Breast Health Problems Sooner!

The Causes of images according to leading
American & European Research Studies include:

1)Prescriptions Drugs, especially Synthetic
Hormones, e.g., birth control pills, non-human
estrogen, etc.
2)Exposures to Plastics and Plasticizers that
may act like Toxic Foreign Estrogens
(Xenoestrogens)
3)Hidden and Chronic Infections of the Teeth,
Tonsils and/or Lymphatic and Internal Organs
4)Toxic Heavy Metal Exposures (mercury, lead,
arsenic, cadmium, etc.)
5)Improper Diet and Nutritional Deficiencies
6)Liver Metabolism Defects

Breast Disease is not a disorder of the breasts
alone, but of multiple, systemic, physiological
malfunctions, such as: Abnormal liver
detoxification; Hormonal imbalances; Environmental
toxins (mercury, lead, arsenic, plastics, etc.);
Dietary carcinogens (oxidized, rancid fats,
processed foods, artificial food colors and
preservatives, etc.); Unresolved chronic
infections; and, Trauma and x-rays (30% of all
breast cancers may be triggered by the crush
trauma and radiation exposure of repeated
mammograms).

Seventy-five percent of women who get breast
cancer have no family history of the disease.
Moreover, 23% of all breast cancers occur in women
under 49. This is the most common cancer in women
in this age group. Breast cancers in younger
women are usually more aggressive and have poorer
survival rates. Therefore, young women will
greatly benefit from CRT screening.
Mammography and digital infrared image
Thermography, as well as MRI and ultrasound, can
help to study the breasts and other parts of the
body, but only Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) can help pinpoint and explain
the relationship and impact of all the other body
systems and their particular influences on breast
health on an individual basis.

Computerized Regulation Thermography (CRT) is a
safe, radiation-free, non-invasive, painless and
cost-effective, whole body scan method for
discovering hidden dysfunctions and infections and
monitoring treatment progress. It can see
problems before they manifest into a palpable
mass, or, into health problems that may be
irreversible.

CRT can be used in conjunction mammography,
ultrasound, MRI and physical palpation of the
breasts for more definitive diagnosis and
understanding of the condition. It looks at
stress-response relationships correlated with
health and disease, whereas mammography only
provides imaging of structure.

The internal organs can be ‘seen’ digitally
through the nervous system’s connections with the
skin surface. CRT can detect a suspicion for
breast disease and, thereafter, the patient may be
referred for digital mammography, ultrasound
and/or a non-contrast MRI for further study.

Although the new, digitized, low-radiation
mammography is a step in the right direction, CRT
can be used with a higher (80%) confidence level,
with the additional benefit of detecting breast
disease at much earlier stages than mammography,
MRI or ultrasound imaging.

In a study that followed 300 women for 10 years
after thermographic analysis, there was an
astounding 70% accuracy in predicting breast
cancer up to four years before it was detected by
mammography.

Breast Thermography and Mammography are
complementary procedures, that is, one test does
not replace the other. Research reveals that the
earliest detection is realized when a multiple
testing approach to screening is taken. This
multi-modal approach includes regular breast
self-examinations, physical breast exams by a
physician, mammography and thermography.
In most cases, a primary or secondary cause is
identified, such as hormonal problems, subclinical
infections in the lymph glands, etc. In such
cases, individualized treatment is begun by
initially addressing the imbalance that has the
highest priority.

Computerized Regulation Thermography (CRT) plays
an important role in the early detection of cancer
prevention. The single, greatest risk factor for
the development of cancer is upon us every day.
Thermography is the only known, non-invasive
procedure that can detect things before they
manifest.

If a woman’s thermographic analysis suggest a
relative ‘progesterone deficiency’ (estrogen
dominance), treatment of this condition may play
an important role in prevention. Normalizing the
balance of the hormones in the breasts and entire
body may be the first and most significant step in
disease prevention. Follow-up CRT exams are
compared to the baseline, ‘estrogen dominant’
images as part of the treatment monitoring
process.

Progress is then evaluated with CRT, and, in many
cases, can help move the person out of the danger
zone, saving both time and preserving health. CRT
is used in leading hospitals throughout Europe and
serves to guide physicians toward more accurate
diagnosis and comprehensive therapeutic
strategies.

To schedule an appointment for your CRT exam, call

When is the Best Time to Practice

Wednesday, September 24th, 2014
Share

I woke up around 4:30 this morning and made a pot
of hot tea before starting my morning meditation.
The wee hours of the morning are the best time to
meditate when everything is still. Most people are
sleeping and it’s much easier to be still inside
when there is less movement around us. The morning
sets the tone for the entire day.
I sat for around 30 minutes and then left the
house to do my Qigong practice. If you aren’t a
meditator, just start by sitting for 5 minutes in
the morning and ask yourself this question: “What
am I grateful for?” This will keep your mind
searching for the answers and put you in a
meditative state. Little by little you can
increase the time you sit and open up your
meditation practice. The benefits are incredible.
I’m only a few blocks from the ocean and if I
leave early enough it’s still dark and very quite.
My mornin g exercise is one of the best ways to
wake up the body and get Qi and blood flowing to
the brain. It’s far superior to that cup of coffee
but if you can’t do with that cup of brain juice;
drink it after your practice. Some people go for a
run or get to the gym, but if you want to keep
healthy and increase your chances for a long
healthy life learn and practice the internal
exercises like Qigong, images Tai Chi and Yoga. These
exercises will get your Qi and blood flowing to
the internal organs the quickest and keep them
healthy. I have been practicing Qi Gong for over
30 years. Here are some of the many benefits:

1. Strengthens the Organs
2. Improves Cardiopulmonary Function
3. Strengthens the Nerves
4. Improves Vascular Function
5. Prevents Injury to Joints, Ligaments, and Bones
6. Speeds Recovery Time from Injuries
7. Builds Internal Power
8. Eases Stress and Balances Emotions
9. Improves your Flexibly and Balance

The Anti aging exercises like the Recharging
Qigong program will improve your health and
well-being within weeks of practicing. This is my
top selling program and people have reported
massive changes in their health, flexibility and
agility

The quickest way to Health

UnknownI was brought up in Detroit, Michigan and around
this time of the year it was my job to turn over
the soil to get the garden ready to plant. As a
teenager, this wasn’t my favorite job and just
because the calendar said it was spring time it
sure didn’t bring warm weather. It was still cold
in Michigan, usually in the 50’s and maybe if we
were lucky in the 60’s. This year in Michigan it’s
been a lot different.

My oldest son still lives there, he called last
night and said, “Dad you would think that I am
living in the Arctic Circle or the North Pole, the
temperature went down to 11 degrees last night and
it’s already April.”

They had a tough winter and it’s still going on
and on and on.
I still grow a vegetable garden every year in
Florida. It’s one of the tricks I do to relax and
keep myself grounded. But it takes some
preparation.

Before you just go throw some seeds in the
ground and think you are going to get that organic
salad you have to get the soil ready. It needs to
have the proper nutrition and the pH needs to be
balanced. If the soil is too acidic, you’re not
going to have very good, tasty and healthy
veggies.

It’s the same with your body:
If your diet consists of acid-forming foods; your
internal garden isn’t going to produce good
health.
You can easily measure your pH from saliva and
urine using litmus paper. These two factors will
provide some indication of your biological
terrain.

How to test your pH
Your pH can be measured using a simple at-home
test that measures the acidity of your urine.
Use the first urine of the day, that’s the best.
The pH paper I suggest measures pH from 5.7 to 8.0

This paper measures the acid-alkaline state of any
liquid. Readings at the low end of the scale
indicate an acidic state, and those on the higher
end a more alkaline state.

1.First thing in the morning, tear off an inch
of paper from the roll.
a.Testing with urine: on the paper or collect
urine in a cup and dip the paper into the urine in
the cup.
2. When the test paper is moistened, it will take
on a color. The color relates to the acid or
alkaline state of your body.
3.The ideal urine reading should be between 6.5 to
7.5

If you can’t find the test paper I have it in my
office, call Nelly and she can take your order
305-407-0120. It’s $22.00 and that includes
shipping in the USA or go to my PayPal account:
Drwudhi and let me know how many you want and I’ll
send them out.

If your pH is too acidic you can, increase your
intake of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds.
Your pH should start to balance and you will be
more alkaline soon. Be patient and determined.
Remember, your pH indicates your reserve of
alkaline minerals. It can take time to build up
these reserves.

“Over-acidification” is a root cause of disease.
It makes no difference what type of medicine you
do it can be allopathic, homeopathic, herbal, in a
balanced acid-base state the remedy will work more
effectively, and your body will function more
efficiently once you are alkaline.

The main elements that cause acid is your diet and
lifestyle. Too much protein, stress, smoking,
emotional imbalance s and the lack of fruits,
vegetables can make you acidic.
Foods like meat, fast foods, dairy, drugs and
coffee make the body acid, stay away from them.
Stress and poor lifestyle choices, like lack of
sleep will cause acidity and drugs are even more
acidic than protein.

At night, the blood transports these stored acids
to the liver and kidney for processing and
elimination. Hopefully your elimination organs
are in tip-top shape to pull toxins out. The urine
should be acidic first t hing in the morning, but
the rest of the day it should be alkaline.

Symptoms of an Unbalanced Biological Terrain may
be a false feeling of well-being. You might
believe you’re healthy with no symptoms at all.
However, over time as acidification increases, you
will become irritable, tired, experience greater
difficulty sleeping complain of aches and pains
and have a poor appetite. These are just some of
the warning signs of acid accumulating. But there
is more to it than that you may experience other
symptoms like:

•Gallbladder pains,
•Frequent headaches
•Shortness of breath
•Neck pain
•Enlarged tonsils
•Bad breath
•Wet clammy hands
•Pale skin
•Skin rashes

Some of my women patients who are acidic look pale
as if they just saw a ghost and have scant, heavy
or irregular periods and show premature signs of
aging, and the tanning booths and Botox ain’t gona
fix that.

Once you have a balanced terrain, you will notice
your symptoms disappearing and you will feel good
again and have a lot more energy.

Change your eating habits for 90 days and you will
notice a huge difference in your health. Eat more
organic fruits and vegetables, reducing the
consumption of protein and processed foods, No
lunch meat!

Decrease stress in your life and be cautious about
the use of all prescriptive drugs (Look at what
the side effects are) you can maintain a balanced
biological terrain and feel great.

Finding Money at your Feet

A few days ago I was walking by the ocean and on
my way back home I saw an empty plastic bottle in
the sand. Unfortunately, there is a lot of plastic
that washes up on shore every day. Whenever I
find trash on the beach I’ll stop to clean it up.
Although it pisses me off that people just leave
their trash there and think that it will magically
disappear, I guess they are not really thinking at
all.images
I picked up a few handfuls of trash and I dumped
it in the trash container that wasn’t more than 30
steps away. Right next to the trash was a $5.00
bill just waiting to be picked up.
A lucky day for me indeed! In fact this week was a
good one as far as being lucky.
You have it within your power to create your own
luck.
It’s about recognizing that there’s far more in
life that is for you than against you.
Want to be really “Lucky”? Start looking outside
the box; believe that good luck is sure to come
your way. Believe in yourself, take a few more
chances in your own behalf and adopt an optimistic
view of life. Focus on what you want, not on what
you don’t want.
Whatever you put your attention on the most is
what you will get. You may call it Providence
moving in your favor. It doesn’t matter what the
heck you call it; what matters is that you embrace
the concept that if it is to be, it is up to you.
Here are a few tips for making your life a Lucky
one:
1. Pulling in Good Luck- Invite lady luck to sit
at your table. If you think of yourself as a
winner, you become a winner. Adopt the mindset of
a winner. If you want to succeed think of yourself
as winning long before you ever finish the race.
That’s the key element of Luck!
2. Look for the opportunity at every turn. Life
can be a joy or a burden, you are the chooser.
Choose to have good things, good people and good
luck in everything you do.
3. Yin and Yang -Things are always moving from
light to dark and dark to light as you open up
more internally you can see that energy is just
energy, no good or bad just an opportunity to act
and accomplish what you want to have or be.

4. See Yourself differently than ever before –see
yourself as unique, magical, and unstoppable. It’s
better to be insane than out of sane
5. Listen to your inner voice- if you have a
hunch, go with it. You will know what to do, just
do it!
“Find a Penny, pick it up. All day long, you’ll
have good luck.”
In ancient times, people believed that metal was a
gift from the gods, and would give you protection
from evil.

Thankfulness

Wednesday, November 21st, 2012

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, a day to be thankful for
everything in your life. Although we think of this
holiday as a time to eat and shop, there is a much
deeper meaning. It is being thankful for what you
have in your life which includes your family,
career, health and your friends. It is a time to
rejoice and really look around and see all of the
good things that you have and acknowledge
everything that you have. Whatever we are focused
on the most is what we have in our life.

If your focus is sadness and grief or worry and
blame, that’s what you will get more of, and if
your focus is all of the wonderful places and
people you have met along the path, everything
that has made you into the person that you are
today and you acknowledge all of the lessons that
you had are all part of your growth. In the East,
they call it Karma. We are all on this planet so
that we can learn and grow; we all have lessons to
learn for our growth. So, this Thanksgiving, be
thankful for everything that you have and allow
your heart to open more.

From my heart, I wish all of you the best. I am so
thankful that I am able to share this valuable
information with you.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and

Health has more aspects to it then you would
expect.
Health has the mental, physical, emotional and
spiritual aspect to it.
If any one of these components is out of balance
you will have pain and suffering.

It may manifest as one of the three poisons:
Worry, Struggle or Blame.
It can be turned around in a split second to aim,
contribution and participation.

1. Aim- The intention to reach your goal and
accomplish it

2. Contribution- Give back to the community, your
state, your country and the world

3. Participation- Get involved in life share with
others and give more of yourself to others

When we start working together your health will
improve.
Your sex life gets better, you become more
creative, your humanity unfolds and your heart
opens.

I learned about Meet up a few months ago and felt
that it had a lot of merit so I joined. Meetup is
the world’s largest network of local groups. More
than 9,000 groups get together in local
communities each day, each one with the goal of
improving themselves or their communities.
Our group meets up once a month, there are 15
people in this one and we are sharing information
on a host of subjects. After going to the group
for the last three months and enjoying the
networking and sharing of ideas, I talked to a few
healers and holistic doctors in the area and
decided to host a group.

The focus will be Health care, stress reduction,
Mediation, longevity practices and anti-aging.
(Not sickness care) the group will meet the last
Wednesday of the month for a few hours and share
alternative techniques to stay healthy and avoid
illness. Meetup’s mission is to revitalize local
community and help people around the world to
self-organize. Meetup believes that people can
change their personal world, or the whole world,

Opening up your Spiritual Channels

Opening our spirit

Over one billion people throughout the world will
be fasting in honor of the special month of
Ramadan this Friday the 20th of July. It is a time
for inner reflection, devotion to God, and
self-control. A spiritual tune up.

They say the fasting has many special benefits:
*Learning self-control
* A means of coming closer to the Creator
* Beneficial to health and provides a break in the
cycle of rigid habits or overindulgence

Ramadan is a time of worship, giving charity,
purifying one’s behavior, and doing good deeds—
Learning thankfulness and appreciation for all of
God’s bounties.

According to the ninth month of the Islamic
calendar, the month is based on a combination of
physical sightings of the moon and astronomical
calculations. The new moon begins on Thursday,
July 19th and the holiday begins on Friday for 30
days.

The last ten days of Ramadan are a time of special
spiritual power as everyone tries to come closer
to God through devotions and good deeds.
Generally, the 27th night of the month is the most
powerful. It is said that this night is better
than a thousand months. Therefore many spend the
entire night in prayer.

When one stops their normal activities to be
grateful and become closer to their Creator it
doesn’t matter what religion or spiritual practice
they were schooled in, the devotion and ritual
will open up the spiritual channels and help to
make you a more in tuned person. I teach these
principles to the members of the Qi Gong Inner
Circle.

The disciplines that we learn and practice can and
will make your life better on all levels.
We all have a chance to grow beyond ourselves but
it takes a teacher and education to know the best
and quickest path. One could spend a lifetime
seeking and never find the right path of growth. I
have spent the last 35 years studying and learning
from masters in the eastern systems of longevity
and spiritual openness.

These are the teachings and lessons I share with
the members of the Inner Circle.
This is a great month to start as over a billion
people all over our planet are practicing to be
more spiritually in-tuned.
Don’t just effort at opening.
Open yourself to a lifetime of internal
development!

There is Always More than You Can See

Thursday, July 5th, 2012
Share

Last week when I was talking
to a group of young students
about healing they all had their
opinion on what healing was
and how to do it.

One claimed it wasn’t to be done
by men and should be left up to the
creator and the second student
disagreed and said only doctors
should do healing, the third said
healing should be done by Spirit alone,
and the fourth said there was really no
healing at all, you either get better on
your own or you die, the fifth student
had no opinion at all.

I stopped the discussion and told
them a story that I heard from
(the Lama on the mountain) years ago.

It was six men who went to see an
Elephant
 for the first time.
All of them were blind.

The First blind man happened to
fall
against the broad and muscular
side of the elephant, at once he
began to shout:

”the Elephant
Is very like a wall!”

The Second blind man, feeling the tusk,
cried out “no you are wrong, the
Elephant
Is very like a spear,
sharp and pointed at one end!”

The Third blind man approached
the animal; felt the trunk
and said,
“I don’t agree, the elephant
Is
like a huge snake!”

The Fourth blind man reached out and
felt the leg and claimed

”the Elephant Is very like a tree!”

The Fifth blind man touched the ear
of the elephant and said,
“you are all wrong the Elephant

Is very like a huge leaf!”

The Sixth blind man grabbed the
tail and said,
“the Elephant
Is very like a rope!”

These 6 blind men argued
and
disputed loud and long, each
having their own opinion
and claiming that
they were right, although each of them were
somewhat right, all of them were wrong!

The moral of the story:
There is always more to the
Elephant
then you can see!

When it comes to your health
you can’t isolate just one thing.

It takes everything to stay healthy!
Diet, exercise, internal peace,
right thinking,your moral code,
proper nutrition, love and
respect of self and others.

When we only focus on one or
two aspects of your health, like
the blind men you are not getting
the full picture.
You may be treating the
symptom but not the cause.
