The Black Snake Water is almost here

The Chinese New Year celebrations will last more
than a week! The New moon will be in Aquarius on
February 10th, which is considered to be a
particularly auspicious day.

It is known as the Lantern Festival
and is an all-out celebration of lights, fireworks
and parades. It is a day to welcome the God of
wealth, a day to celebrate farming and produce and
days to celebrate friends and family. Friendships
and family relationships are a very important part
of Chinese New Year.

The Celebration in my neck of the woods includes a
feast and lots of decorations and ceremonial fires
to burn up the old and welcome the new.

This February 10, 2013 is Chinese New Year which
is the year of the Water Snake. They say that it’s going to be
a year of conservation, a year of rebuilding and
a year of changes.
If you were born in any of these years, you’re a
SNAKE!

HEALTH – Be aware of having small ailments,
including accidents. Drive carefully! Avoid
unnecessary surgeries and exercise more.

WEALTH- Your wealth is related to people, contacts
and relations. The harder you work, the more you
make.

RELATIONS- Your relations tend to be better
outside your home than inside. There may not be
many romances, make it a lot of fun.

There are antidotes for just about everything. In
Chinese Medicine, if there is too much anger it
can be balanced by kindness. Sadness and grief can
be transformed into valor and courageousness. Rush
and hastiness can alchemically be transformed into
love and respect. Worry changes into balance,
being grounded and centered. Fear can be changed
into gentleness. It’s just a matter of staying in
flow. This year of the Snake can be filled with
worries or transformed into what ever you aim for.

I want to give you more this year than ever to
make your year of the Snake the best. As a great
way to bring in the New Year all my products are
now on sale for the entire week!

Preparing for the Chinese New Year

It’s already February!
The Chinese New Year is just about upon us. In China,
the celebration starts on February 4th this is
when most people take a vacation and travel to see
their family. They clean their house, put up
decorations, light incents and get fireworks ready
to bring in the New Year! the Year of the Black water Snake.
Usually, snakes are more comfortable when they are in their
own element of fire but this year the snake is in
the opposite element, the element of water so we
can look for imbalances in the weather, in the
environment and somewhat in our lives but don’t
fear. We can balance our own lives by staying
grounded, rooted in our meditation and our
practice. There are a few things that I always do
before the Chinese New Year at my house.

-Make sure that the house is clean in every room.
If there are any old things that you no longer
use, throw them out or give them away.

-Get some good incents and burn it every day from
the 4th until the 10th feeding the spirits and
harmonizing the house.

-I always put up decorations and you can get them
at the Chinese market or any of the Chinese
stores. I get colorful red lanterns and hang them
up. I will put pictures of Chinese Wealth and
prosperity symbols on my windows and doors

-Have sweets and wine available for both drinking
and offerings

-Every night for the entire week I will make
offerings of wine, incents, meat and sweets by
putting them on a plate outside to feed any hungry
spirits.

-I make sure that I do my Qi Gong every day and
spend time in meditation every night bringing in
the New Year.

This year eat a healthier
diet, practice daily and put more attention into
your meditation and the offerings that you make to
others for their well-being.

The practice of Qi Gong will ground you and give
you a center that cannot be shaken no matter of
there are storms in the weather, internally or
externally.

If you are not practicing, it is time to get on
the stick before the snake bites you in the …..

Enter the Dragon

Chinese New Year is ALWAYS a time
to clean up your life and that means your
internal spiritual temple as well as your outer temple- your home.
I started getting it together weeks ago and I’ll
make sure it’s all done by February 4th.
This year, the cleansing process is even
more important as we are in a Yang Water Dragon year.
The emphasis of the year 2012, a Water
Dragon year is to gather the spiritual benefits
and clean out all of the cob webs in our personal
as well as our spiritual lives.
The rituals done this time of year are most
important for your health, wealth and happiness.
In China, you will see statues of Guan Yin, the
Goddess of Compassion, riding on a Water Dragon.
This might give us a clue to be more
compassionate in all that we do.
It’s important to clean out your closets of anything
you no longer use, get rid of all the clutter in
and around your house!

You also have to make sure that before February 4th,
you clean and renew all of the spiritual things in your life.
If you have spiritual statues, paintings,
amulets, books, and ritual objects, no matter what tradition, they all
need to be cleaned, polished, dusted off and
made ready for the year of the Water Dragon.
I will light incense around my house at every door.
This is a way to feed the spirit and I always make sure
that there are flowers in my house with fresh clean water.
I also put the traditional Chinese Red Welcome mats
at my door. Internal cleansing of the body is very
important at this time. I do skin brushing every morning
to cleanse and stimulate my skin which is one of the
largest detox organs in the body.
It’s important to do your own personal cleansing,
inside and out, at this time. Deep cleanse the surface
of your body. If you have access to hot tubs, saunas,
mineral or herbal bathes, this is the time to soak,
scrub and sweat out as much of the impurities as possible.
Be very clean on February 4th
(that’s the day ).
Wear only fresh clothes on February 3rd and 4th.
(The Dragon starts emerging in the evening of February 3rd).

I am definitely going to the Russian
Sauna to absorb the heat, jump in the cold plunges
and clean my body of toxins! I am even doing the
7 day Core Restore Program to clean out my liver,
remove all additional toxins from my diet and lifestyle.
This will REMOVE, RESTORE, and REVITALIZE
my entire system! It’s a way of gently cleansing my
body inside and out, and it only takes 7 days!

I have a personal practice that is based on
ancient tradition that involves early morning meditations,
cleansing the house using epsom salts.
You can get the formula on my You Tube channel

Make this upcoming week a time of purifying your
body, mind and spirit. Eating pure foods at this time
is also VERY important. The Taoist Chinese say your
whole year’s fortune can depend on how you
enter the new year.

The Secret Healing Mantra Revealed!

Friday, January 27th, 2012

Larry called me on the evening
of the Chinese New Year and told
me he was suffering big time and
couldn’t understand why.
He was brought up with loving parents,
went to good schools, always had a job,
a nice home and yet he suffered every
day from lack of ‘something.’
Like so many of us these days when the
world is in turmoil, we feel out of sorts
for no apparent reason. It’s not really
depression, sadness or melancholia.
It’s more like a feeling of emptiness or
maybe feeling some sort of limitations.
I explained to Larry that all of the
limitations we have are our own. We block ourselves from
being successful, healthy and happy and blame
others for our misfortune. That’s when he started to sob,
saying that others seemed to always block his success,
how he never really got a chance, how others beat him out
of jobs, money and opportunities. He was really suffering.
My Master told me long ago that pain is mandatory,
but suffering was optional. If you hit your thumb with a
hammer it is painful, but if you are still complaining about
it years later- that’s suffering.
Causes of human suffering from the
Buddhist perspectives are like immense traps
known as The Three Poisons.
They are Worry, Struggle and Blame.

1.We worry about what will happen, how we will
survive and will we have what we need?

2.We struggle and push others out of our way,
thinking that there will not be enough for us.

3.We blame others for our shortcomings; these are
all poisons that keep us trapped like rats in a cage.

These poisons are the source of our
unquenchable thirst and the root cause
of all of our harmful illusions, keeping
one stuck in painful existence.
It’s time that you free yourself from
sickness, mentally, physical emotionally
and spiritually.
You can transform worry, struggle and
blame into Aim, Contribution and Participation
in a heart beat!
This technology is thousands of years old.
When I first learned this meditation,
I practiced morning, noon and
night until I discovered the power of Subliminal
programming.
I Discovered A Way To
Take 365 Days Of Spiritual Practice
And Shrink It Into A Single Afternoon!

With Subliminal programming of the meditation,
I just let it play as background music while I
work, relax, sleep or play.

You’re not going to believe how GOOD these
CD’s will make you feel. It’s incredible!

The bulk of your “achievement power” is
in your subconscious mind!
The Subliminal Mantra CD utilizes a
powerful combination of these methods
which can reach your subconscious mind
at a great accelerated pace because it
completely bypasses all interference from
the conscious mind.

As you relax and listen to the energizing
Mantra, you will be gently guided through a
powerful transformational experience that will obliterate
The Three Poisons of “Greed,” “Hate” and “Ignorance,”
into a positive new you. These practices invoke love,
kindness, generosity, and selflessness.

Order NOW and change your life for the better.

Chinese New Year at Dr Wudhi’s

It’s the year of the Rabbit-
a Metal Rabbit year.
This means this year will be ruled
by a lot of structure.
According to Chinese tradition,
the metal Rabbit year will brings
you a year in which you can catch
your breath and calm your nerves.
It’s a time for good negotiations
with others but don’t try to force
issues, which could end in a disaster
for both parties and cost you more
than you could imagine.

To gain the greatest benefits in 2011,
it’s important to focus on home,
family, security, diplomacy,
and your relationships, especially
the Yin nature, women and children.
Make it a goal to create a safe and
peaceful lifestyle, so you will be
able to calmly deal with any
problem that may arise.

The Rabbit that is sometimes referred
to as the Cat, which is the symbol of
the Moon, while the Peacock is considered
to be the symbol of the sun.
These two animal signs represent
Yin and Yang in the Taoist system.

This is the year when wishes will be
fulfilled, so be careful what you
Wish for in the Year of the Rabbit
–you may just get it!

The practice that I will be doing
this year will build strong Yin Qi
plus much more. On every Full Moon
nights I take a healing stroll in
the moon light for an hour or so
and if possible near a large body
of water.
Water is also yin like the moon.
I fix my eyes on the Full Moon
and I visualize Moon beams and
Moon glow flowing into my entire
system, filling
my body with bright white light
as I gather the pure yin energy.
This will strengthen the inner
Qi and bring wisdom into ones
life.

One of my life time friends from
my home town of Detroit is here in
Miami Beach to share in the celebration
of this New Year with me.
We haven’t seen each other for years
as he has been living in Asia for
the last 20 years soaking up the
Qi of the Orient.

He is well skilled in energy work,
a tea master and holds the title
of World Sport Qi Gong Master of
the Year by the World Qi Gong
Congress.

We took the entire day to prepare
for the Chinese New Year.
The house was cleaned inside and
out to get rid of any stale energy.
I got rid of everything in that wasn’t
in alignment with my goals.
Things like old papers and books that
hadno value any more.

I made sure that useless things that
were just sitting around were now gone
opening the gates for the new Energy
and Pure Qi to flow in without
any obstructions.

Next we went to the Asian import store
and gathered all the goodies to
transform the house to welcome
the New Year.
