Longevity Walking Add Years to Your Life

My early morning training involves walking; in
fact I walk every day for at least 30 minutes.
Sometimes it’s fast other times it’s a slow
meditation walk and I always include at least 250
steps backwards. You may be asking yourself, why
backwards?

When you walk backwards it brakes up different
patterns in your body and mind. The more different
possibilities you add to your body and or mind
makes you more flexible, improves your balance and
gives you a new way of looking at the world.

When I was in China I would see people walking
every morning in the parks and many of them were
walking backwards. I asked my Master, “Why are
they walking backwards? Was it a meditation, some
kind of Chinese exercise or what?” He laughed and
explained in his best English, “It’s for many
things, walking backwards not only improves your
balance, but it opens up your vision and
strengthens the kidneys and relieves back and knee
pain.” I tried it and was amazed at how well it
worked.

Try it !

You will be surprised how fast your body will heal
and how much sharper your mind will become.
Walking no matter how you do it can make a big
difference in your health picture. Even just
taking a short walk for 30 minutes a day cuts the
chances of becoming diabetic by more than half.

The Benefits of Walking:
• Cuts the risk of stroke by more than 25 %
• Reduces hypertension
• Walk ing cuts the risk of cancer
• Women who walk have a 20 % lower possibility of
getting breast cancer
•Improves the immune system
• Men who walk 30 minutes a day have a
significantly lower level of prostate cancer
• Strengthens the heart
• Strengthens bones
• Improves the circulatory system
• Generates positive neuro chemicals
• When you walk every day, your body is healthier
and stronger. A single 30-minute walk can reduce
your blood pressure by five points for over 20
hours
• Reduces the risk of blood clots in your legs
• Walking helps the body heal quicker. It keeps
the body healthy. It improves our biological
health, our physical health, our psychosocial
health, and helps with our emotional health.
Walking will add year’s to your life and a smile
to your entire being.

Walking is just one of the ways I stay young and
healthy, add the Qi Gong, meditation and proper
diet and your chances of a long healthy life will
increase by 50% or more.
I’ll teach my students how to do, what to do, and
why we do it in the Qi Gong Inner Circle

Long Distance Healing

Long Distance Healing

I received an urgent call last week from a client
who lives in Santiago, Chile.
She was flipping out! Her boyfriend promised to
spend Holy week with her and her parents but he
didn’t show up and he didn’t call.
She was beside herself! She didn’t know if he was
hurt, dead or found another woman to shake up
with. She got so upset her blood pressure was over 200–
she couldn’t sleep and ended up with a bellyache.

I received her call early Good Friday morning
around 6:00 o’clock. At first I couldn’t understand
who it was or what she was saying. She was
sobbing, crying and yelling in Spanish and I dare
not spell out the words she was saying in any
language.

After that, we talked for an hour or so on Skype.
I told her that she needed a clearing and
balancing and I could do it for her to clear the
space and bring in more harmony and balance in
their lives.

Remote or distance healing can be a little bit
difficult to comprehend for the Western mind. It’s
a form of healing, which brings similar results as
a one-on-one Medical Qi Gong healing in my office.
The only difference is the patients’ physical body
isn’t there. I would say that 15% to 20% of the
work I do with patients is distant healing.
Some patients are really doubtful at first when
they hear about long distance healing or healing
in any sense of the word, but it really works.
I am always asked questions like; how can you
possibly heal somebody without seeing them in
person. It does sound unbelievable in some ways,
but we get amazing results and that’s the bottom
line.

I have heard that people who are incarcerated for
any length of time are affected physically and
emotionally and they need to have that energy
cleared as soon as possible. On the other hand if
an old friend or a lover calls to chat, by the
time you get off the phone your vibration is
changed and uplifted.

Let me explain how it works and why it works!
First, I gather as much information from the
person, the same as I would do in my office when I
make an initial consultation. This is done via
email; however it can also be done via regular
mail, or sometimes through phone contact. The
client also gives me an explanation of the
physical symptoms, as well as any disturbances
that they are feeling in their relationships,
their work, family and their spiritual life. I
begin each healing by going into a deep meditative
state. It usually takes around 30 minutes.
I’ll go into the persons’ direct Qi, into their
energy field and energy body. These thoughts are
transmitted through to hold the person in my
awareness while the healing takes place. The
transmission of Qi is directed to the area that
needs the healing. There is a veil of energy (Qi)
that protects both the patient and myself as we
are working and helps to facilitate the actual Qi
flow and any energy. This is all the protection
that is ever in need.

One thing I always impress on each person being
worked on is that the healing is being done no
matter how far away they may be. Energy has no
time, distance or boundaries. It’s limitless.
After the healing has been completed, I will
e-mail the patient, and tell them what I found and
what I did as well as what results they should
expect. People do not generally reply after I have
performed a distant healing, unless they
experience a further problem or if their problem
is quite severe.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Discover The Nutritional Story in your Blood Test and take charge of your own health

I was having lunch with Nastia
this afternoon and I asked her,
when was the last
time you had a check up and
your blood work done?

She said, “Noting hurts, I sleep fine,
I have a good appetite and I am
regular with my period, why even
check if I’m feeling good.
Is it necessary to get a check up
when I feel just fine?”

You would be surprised how
many people ask me the same thing.
If it’s not broken why fix it?

This may be true in many situations
but not your health.

Our health has
to be attended to all the time with
diet, exercise, hygiene, vitamins,
minerals and proper attitude.
If it’s not, you are looking for big problems.

You can compare your body to a garden.
The garden needs to be watered, and
weeded, you need to maintain the right
pH balance and get the right amount
of sunlight, if you hope to harvest
anything of value.

In our human system we also need
to check things like blood pressure,
proper Ph balance, blood flow, organ
function, as well as checking out the
alternative stuff. It’s a good idea to
have your acupuncturist take a look
at your internal balance.
Although there are many ways to
check, I have found that the most
accrued and scientific way is
through the blood work.

There are different values to
consider when reading blood work;
most doctors use the standard
clinical range. In my opinion
this is a mistake. It is based on
an average of very sick people,
very healthy people, and everyone in between.

The Functional Range, is a more
sensible range as it’s going to be
smaller because the calculations
are designed to eliminate the
extremes on both ends of the gamut.

The key point about the Functional Range
is that it can be used to optimize health
by restoring the sub-healthy ranges
before they turn into dis-ease.

In my office we use the state of the
art analyzing software to design a
clinical nutrition plan to optimize
the total health of the patient.

If your doctor is just focused on
the standard clinical range alone,
diseases like diabetes wouldn’t be
detected until the blood sugar is
above the normal level. That could
be too late and the damage on your
organs could already have started;
even if you don’t have any symptoms.
It is always better to be as natural as
possible, no matter if it’s your diet or
treatment. It’s much better to treat
naturally and assist the body in
healing itself by strengthening
the immune system.

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness
