Don’t let Cancer Take Over Your Life

Martha wrote me today and asked me if I had any
tricks up my sleeve that would help her. She was
diagnosed with breast cancer 8 months ago and,
since then, she has been going through the inferno
of medical misery. Here’s what she wrote:

“Dr. Wu, HELP! I heard of you from my girlfriend,
and looked up your info on Facebook. I hope you
can help me get out of this situation. I got the
BIG “C” and have been going through hell.

These emotional cries for help are heartfelt and I
hear them far too often.

I got to my office early this morning; my schedule
is full all day. I see cancer patients at least
two days a week to help unravel some of the
problems that people are facing with their health.
I use a very unorthodox, multifaceted treatment
approach that addresses problems that Western
medicine doesn’t touch. My specialty is Medical Qi
Gong and acupuncture. Although these are not
recognized much in this part of the world, it is
used in just about every clinic in Asia. I am a
doctor of Medical Qi Gong (China) and an
Acupuncture Physician in Florida. I have devoted
many years of my life studying and practicing
longevity and anti-aging techniques for my own
health and for my patients.

Qi Gong medicine is not intended to replace
Orthodox Medicine, but rather to complement it.
There are different meditations, practices,
techniques, and prescriptions used in hospitals,
medical universities, and clinics throughout Asia
that rely on the skills of Qi Gong doctors to move
the energy (Qi) within the meridians, and to open
up the blocked and stale energy from the effects
of chemotherapy and radiation.

What does that mean?

When the flow energy gets blocked in our body, the
immune system usually swoops in to clean up the
mess. After a short period, we return to health.
But if your immune system is compromised,
especially if you are stressed, opportunistic
diseases appear in your life. Western medicine
usually only addresses the symptoms and not the
root cause. That’s where the treatments from the
Orient shine. Medical Qi Gong techniques are very
powerful and affect the patients on both physical
and mental aspects of their life. When we think of
Qi Gong, we think of an exercise like Tai Chi.
But, Medical Qi Gong is much more than a dance. It
is the Mother of Tai Chi and is the power behind
the healing and the fighting arts.

There are specific treatments for different
cancers and various homework that the patient must
do along with prescription exercises and
meditations. Also, it is important to regulate the
diet and the patient’s living environment to heal
one of cancer. Medical Qi Gong grew out of the
empirical observation of nature, beginning at
least 4,700 years ago. Western medicine has not
even been around for half of that, but the two
systems work well together. I work with different
doctors on some very difficult cases with some
remarkable results. One of the first things I do
is to take a look at the patient’s home and
workplace to clear out anything that may be
blocking their health – life exposure to toxic
chemicals, eating the wrong foods, or just having
too much clutter in their environment. Emergently,
they may have a stale, old house blocking the flow
of healthy Qi, and that can affect your immune
system.

I put together a program that can clear and clean
all the cobwebs out of your home and help to keep
you and your family healthy. Now is the time to
schedule a total renewal of your home and your
health. Check this out, and make sure your energy
is clear in every aspect of your life.

Longevity Walking Add Years to Your Life

My early morning training involves walking; in
fact I walk every day for at least 30 minutes.
Sometimes it’s fast other times it’s a slow
meditation walk and I always include at least 250
steps backwards. You may be asking yourself, why
backwards?

When you walk backwards it brakes up different
patterns in your body and mind. The more different
possibilities you add to your body and or mind
makes you more flexible, improves your balance and
gives you a new way of looking at the world.

When I was in China I would see people walking
every morning in the parks and many of them were
walking backwards. I asked my Master, “Why are
they walking backwards? Was it a meditation, some
kind of Chinese exercise or what?” He laughed and
explained in his best English, “It’s for many
things, walking backwards not only improves your
balance, but it opens up your vision and
strengthens the kidneys and relieves back and knee
pain.” I tried it and was amazed at how well it
worked.

Try it !

You will be surprised how fast your body will heal
and how much sharper your mind will become.
Walking no matter how you do it can make a big
difference in your health picture. Even just
taking a short walk for 30 minutes a day cuts the
chances of becoming diabetic by more than half.

The Benefits of Walking:
• Cuts the risk of stroke by more than 25 %
• Reduces hypertension
• Walk ing cuts the risk of cancer
• Women who walk have a 20 % lower possibility of
getting breast cancer
•Improves the immune system
• Men who walk 30 minutes a day have a
significantly lower level of prostate cancer
• Strengthens the heart
• Strengthens bones
• Improves the circulatory system
• Generates positive neuro chemicals
• When you walk every day, your body is healthier
and stronger. A single 30-minute walk can reduce
your blood pressure by five points for over 20
hours
• Reduces the risk of blood clots in your legs
• Walking helps the body heal quicker. It keeps
the body healthy. It improves our biological
health, our physical health, our psychosocial
health, and helps with our emotional health.
Walking will add year’s to your life and a smile
to your entire being.

Walking is just one of the ways I stay young and
healthy, add the Qi Gong, meditation and proper
diet and your chances of a long healthy life will
increase by 50% or more.
I’ll teach my students how to do, what to do, and
why we do it in the Qi Gong Inner Circle
membership.

The Future Picture of your Health!

There is a lot going on right now,
It must be a seasonal change.

I get a full check up a few times a year
and this year is no exception.

I have invited Dr. Carola Cuenca
to come to Miami.
Starting on April 4th she will be doing testing
and evaluations
using “Computerized Regulation Thermography,”
(CRT)

This is a testing device used all through
Europe in the major clinics to assess the
state of health of the internal organs.
I use it to see what’s going on inside
the body 6 months before anything shows up.

Computerized Regulation Thermography (CRT)
is a safe, radiation-free, non-invasive,
painless, whole body scan method for
discovering hidden dysfunctions and
infections that monitor the treatment
progress.

It can see problems before they
manifest into a palpable mass, or,
into health problems that may be
irreversible.

Using the CRT, internal organs
can be ‘seen’ digitally through the
nervous system. Connections with
the skin surface and, in many cases,
can help move the person
out of the danger zone, saving both
time and preserving health.

Dr. Carola Cuenca is a homeopathic
physician, her insights and understanding
of the holistic nature of human physiology,
mind and spirit are part of her talent in
helping people heal, she specializes in
women’s issues and immune system
challenges.

The Causes of Breast Cancer:

1. Prescriptions Drugs, especially Synthetic
Hormones, e.g., birth control pills,
non-human estrogen, etc.

2.Exposures to Plastics and Plasticizers
that may act like Toxic Foreign Estrogens
(Xenoestrogens)

3.Hidden and Chronic Infections of the
Teeth, Tonsils and/or Lymphatic and
Internal Organs

4.Toxic Heavy Metal Exposures
(mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium)

5.Improper Diet and Nutritional Deficiencies

6.Liver Metabolism Defects

Breast disease is not a disorder of the
breasts alone, but of multiple, systemic,
physiological malfunctions such as:

•Abnormal liver detoxification
•Hormonal imbalances
•Environmental toxins
-Mercury, lead, arsenic, plastics
•Dietary carcinogens(oxidized,
rancid fats, processed foods,
artificial food colors and
preservatives.

•Unresolved chronic infections
•Trauma and x-rays (30% of all breast
cancers may be triggered by the crush
trauma and radiation exposure of
repeated mammograms).

75% of women who get breast
cancer have no family history of the disease.
Moreover, 23% of all breast cancers occur in
women under 49. The most common
cancer in women is in this age group.
Breast cancers in younger women are
usually more aggressive and have poorer
survival rates.

Mammography and digital infrared image
thermography, as well as MRI and ultrasound,
can help to study the breasts and other parts
of the body, but only Computerized Regulation
Thermography (CRT) can help pinpoint and
explain the relationship and impact of all
the other body systems and their particular
influences on breast health on an individual
basis.
