Isn’t it time to reverse those negative life-stealing patterns

I’ve known Maryann since she was 9 years old.
She was always a very talented little girl. She
danced, sang, stared in plays and was highly
creative. She always demanded the best for herself
and so did her parents. As she grew-up all of her
friends knew she was an excessive compulsive type
with whatever she decided to do. It came natural
for her, as both of her parents are the same,
successful, and excessive with just about
everything.
Unfortunately Maryann has multitude hang-ups and
always had to push herself not allowing even a
smidgen for a mistake. If things didn’t go her
way she bitched and moaned making herself and
everyone around her miserable. At an early age she
developed a host of allergies and didn’t fit in
with other kids.
A year ago maybe a little longer she was at the
mall shopping and ate some ice cream. Within
minutes her throat started to close up and she was
whisked off to the hospital and filled up with
drugs to stop the allergic reaction, she just
doesn’t have good genes to eliminate toxins.

Although she has a strong will she has always been
highly susceptible to what she hears, reads and
watches on TV. Once she decides something was
good, or bad she went for it full force.
This can be a good quality or one that can pull
you apart.
Someone once told her that Honey was good for her
stomach and now she pours honey on everything she
eats- fruits, vegetables and even meat, and
chicken. When I asked her why all the honey she
said, “It’s good for my stomach.”
It’s true that all honey contains vitamins and
minerals, but some types of honey have a very high
glycemic index.

Honey has the same relative sweetness and chemical
structure as table sugar. One tablespoon is
considered a serving and it is not recommended
that you exceed 10 tbsp. in the course of one day.
This 10 tbsp. recommendation is for all added
sugars, including those hidden in foods.
Going over the 10 tbsp. daily limit causes gastric
problems such as stomach cramps, bloating and
diarrhea. Because of honey’s fructose content,
eating too much interferes with your small
intestines’ ability to absorb nutrients.

When you are consistently over-consuming honey, it
can have long-term negative effects on the
gastrointestinal tract. Nutrient absorption could
become a permanent problem. Honey also is slightly
acidic and prolonged exposure to acidic foods can
erode tooth enamel and the linings of your
esophagus, stomach and intestines, which can lead
to acid reflux disease. Excess honey consumption,
as with any excess sugar consumption, can result
in insulin insensitivity.

As with most excessive types it’s important to
pick your poison very carefully, as they will
dictate what kind of life you will have as well as
your mental and physical health.

To much of a good thing can kill you

To much of a good thing can kill you

If
someone suggests you change or stop a pattern,
your robot will fight tooth and nail not to change
its patterns. It happens with drugs, food,
alcohol, smoking and every little habit pattern
you have.
The same process goes on even when you establish a
good habit like practicing Qi Gong. You may excess
and spend hours a day practicing, go to every Qi
gong conference and then what happens you repeat
the healthy pattern over and over.
It’s a good habit and you will reap the benefits
of good health, longevity and a quality life.

How to Cultivate Qi

Cultivating Qi is the way to store and use the
energy of Qi. There are many names for Qi and
several types of Qi that do a multitude of things.
Qi can never be fully understood simply by
thinking about it, Qi only becomes a tangible
force when you can cultivate it and that’s where
practice comes in.

QUnknown
Over thousands of years masters have studied,
taught and practiced techniques to cultivate Qi
through exercises, breathing and meditations to
nurture Qi. Techniques like yoga, Qi Gong and Tai
Qi are all-famous for the cultivation of Qi and in
today’s world they have become more main stream.
As you learn to cultivate Qi, you can prevent
disease and prolong your life.
It is said that Qi Gong practitioners, who
specialize in the art of cultivating personal Qi,
have lived to the exceedingly old age of one
hundred, one hundred-fifty, and even two hundred
years or more.

Traditional Chinese theory states that aging is a
process that consumes ever more of the diminishing
resources of our bodies, particularly Qi. Once the
supply is depleted, weakness, illness, and death
are sure to follow. Practice is the key to
longevity.

Chinese mystics, philosophers, herbalists, and
medical practitioners have discovered a number of
ways to supplement our Qi and you can learn them
and improve your health and wellbeing.

The famous Chinese herbalist Li Ching-Yuen
practiced Qi Gong for his entire life. They say he
lived most of his life as a recluse in the
mountains; he was married 27 times, outliving each
of his wives.

He began gathering herbs in the mountain ranges at
the age of ten, and also began learning of
longevity methods, surviving on a diet of herbs
and rice wine. According to history he lived for
two and a half centuries.

In our modern world you don’t have to move to the
mountains, become an herbalist to live a long
healthy life, but you need to practice longevity
exercises.
The Recharging Qi Gong Program will give you the
tools to stay healthy and flexible in body, mind
and spirit. Get on the program and grow younger

What choices will you make this year?

What choices will you make this year?

Just last night, I received a call from Bryan
who lives in Northern California.
He has been wrestling with a multitude of problems
such as health, self-confidence, sexuality, money
and lack of knowledge on how to get out of the deep
hole he’s dug for himself.

Every time I suggested something he answered
with a phrase that blocked any positive input he said,
“Yes But” as if it were the cream in his coffee.
This went on until I had to stop the conversation
and point out that his “Yes BUT” answer was in the way
of making any movement and keeping him in the rut.

“Yes But” is a Killer Phrases that destroys ones
creative potential. I asked him if he was ready
to transform “Yes, But…” into “Yes, and…” and
ideas into reality!
Bryan’s self talk was blocking him on every level.
He was stuck knee deep in his own muck.
What ever you think about the most
is what you’ll bring into your life.

It makes no difference if it’s good or bad.
What ever you think about, say and talk about the
most often is what you will get… If you say,
“it’s going to be a bad day.” Guess what? It is!
On the other hand if you declare,
“it’s going to be a great day,
” it’ll be Great!

Brian wanted to tell me how his situation
blocked everything in his life. He went on
to tell me again, and again, and again that he had a
dysfunctional family. He doesn’t have any money or a job,
and he made sure that I knew that as he repeated it to me
3 or 4 times in the conversation.

“Many people are in a rut and a rut is nothing but a grave –
with both ends kicked out.”
Vance Havner quotes

I am 99 and 44/100% sure that the universe was listening
to his every word and following his instructions to the Tee.
He said, “I’ve been with depression and anxiety for as long
as I can remember. I’d say since about the age of 11 or 12,
and it’s only getting worse.” What he is really doing is
reinforcing his stuck situation and allowing the same dark
cloud to stay right over his head.

Self-talk can be the # 1 jamming process you do to yourself
or the it can be the key to having everything you want.
Over the past 25 years I have been teaching, coaching and
mentoring both individuals and groups on how to make
positive changes. It’s more than possible to
re-program oneself, and when you work with a coach
you can eliminate falling back into old patterns. You
make advancements quicker and have an objective
person moving you into what you want to be.

A coach can help pull you out of that rut.
No matter if it’s your health issues mentally,
physically, spiritually, or getting back on
purpose of reaching your true wants, needs
and desires. When we work one- on- one
there are major shifts that can happen
in ones life. A stronger bond is created
and a personal connection is established,
even if you are on the other side of the world.

Every month we have a personal Skype call, and go over
practices together. The goals to be accomplished and we
adjust them for maximum success; we look at where we are now,
where we want to go and how to do it… I have been working with
people outside of the box using meditation practices
and internal exercises like Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Shen Gong to
customize personal growth and health.

Your life can be easer and more powerful when you
can work at strategies with a teacher who comes
from a totally different tradition than most coaches.
Your choices may range from profound to trivial,
and each one has an effect that makes your life more fulfilling
or less fulfilling, more balanced or less balanced, that makes your
process of living more effective or less effective.
Coaching helps you learn how to make choices that
create an effective, balanced and fulfilling life.

As we work together we will connect your body,
head and your heart to help transform your hunger
for your dreams into action for your life. Take this
test and get a snap shot and see if the coaching
program is for you!
