Creating positive energy in your life!

If you have been reading my blogs, you know that
last week I had to go up to a family’s house in
Boca Raton and clear out all of the negative
energies and vibrations from their house.
Interesting enough I found out that the people who
lived there before lost one of their loved ones to
cancer and they were living in the downstairs part
of the house.

We found this out just by chance when their real
estate agent who sold them the house brought over
a house warming gift and the couple asked of there
were any illness or deaths and the real estate
agent told them the story.

which affected her life and sent her into a deep
depression. In the Chinese system the lungs have
to do with sadness and grief and the liver, anger
and rage. Apparently that’s the energy that
permeates the house. No one would have known this
but as we investigated we got a better picture of
the energies of the house.

Once we knew this the focus was to balance and
harmonize the house with the emotion of valor and
courageousness which is the positive emotion of
the lungs and kindness, the positive emotion of
the liver.

We were able to free the stale energy in the house
and lift the black cloud of negativity and bad
luck that surrounded their family.

Often you will find that if there is a sickness or
death and especially if it involves suicide, the
entity or spirit will linger for years unless it
is freed. We may never see the actual spirit but
the energies may just feel strange, dark and not a
comfortable place to be in.

This type of work is very typical in China as well
as many of the Islands in the Caribbean and in
Europe. You may have not heard of this type of
work in the Untied States as people have a lot of
hidden fears and would rather not talk. I received
a lot of letters from many of you asking if I
would be willing to clear the energies in their
house, their property and even in some offices.

I consider this part of my practice and an
important aspect in someone’s overall health. If
you would like to find out more, you can write me

What do you want? Youth or old age?

I received this story from a friend about a family
that lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The husband was a heavy smoker, he was having
chest pains– so they took him to the hospital and
they found out he had multiple spots on his lungs.
His cancer was so far advanced; there was nothing
they could do.

A few days later he died.
The poor guy, retired from the military and had
spent his whole life serving his country, and
although he had a pension coming, because he was
diagnosed with lung cancer, his family was not
entitled to any money when he died.
Later they found out that if he had been diagnosed
with throat cancer, it would have been covered and
the family would be entitled to his entire
pension.
The doctors felt there was a good chance that he
actually had throat cancer and that it had
metastasized to his lungs, only at the time they
had no reason to run further tests.
Unfortunately, he was already gone by the time
they found out about the pension.
If only they had known earlier, maybe something
could have been done, if the results had proved it
was throat cancer, they would have received
100% of his pension.
The military knew the information, but didn’t
offer it and of course; it never occurred to the
family that such a thing could ever occur.
As a consumer, you’ve most likely experienced an
“If only I had known” situation a few times
in your life.

That old saying “If I’d only known” syndrome can
cost you much more than you would think.
I hear it every day in my office. If I’d only
known, I would have taken better care of myself,
If I’d only known I would have eaten better, or If
I’d only known I would have practiced those
exercises regularly.

Don’t let this happen to you. Take the action and
do what it takes to keep you healthy.
I have been doing Qi Gong for around 30 years.
When I first found out about it only a few people
were practicing in the USA or even knew about the
benefits of longevity, staying younger and the
proven anti-aging effect has had on people for
thousands of years is incredible.

I hear people saying, if I only knew what you were
saying years ago I would have practiced, but now
it’s too late.
It’s not too late at all, if you start practicing
on a regular basis you can get the Qi flowing in
your body and what follows Qi is blood filled with
rich oxygen.

Once you get a rich blood flow to all your organs
flowing properly you’ll enhance all your organs,
as well as your brain. It’s a no brainer, practice
and become younger! Or Sit on your duff and age.
There is never a best time to make this decision
as you will always have things going on. Let’s do
this now and get it handled for you so you can
start benefiting now. Order your copy today

Smells can make your Memory Better

Some years ago my parents made a special
party for my friends and their parents. It was
my fifth birthday and I can still remember how much
fun it was. I was so excited! I received two special
gifts from my parents that I loved. A new wristwatch
with Roy Rogers picture on it and a big bottle of cologne
that smelled just like the one my dad wore.

After the kids went home the adults stayed to have their
own party and I was able to stay up late for the first time
I could ever remember. But the rule was, “I could be seen
but not heard.” I was bubbling with excitement about my new
gifts and kept asking my mother if I could say something,
I wanted everyone to smell my new cologne and hear my watch tick.
She said, no! Repeating the rule, “Kids are to be seen and not heard”
I wanted to tell everyone about my new presents, but my mother kept
telling me if I wanted to stay up until 10:00 O’clock she didn’t
want to hear a peep out of me. She said, “It’s now the adult’s time.”

Well, I kept bugging her until she agreed that I could say
something about my gifts and then I had to go right to bed.
I announced to everyone in my loudest voice.
“If you hear anything, or smell something, it’s ME!

“Smell is a potent wizard that transports us across
thousands of miles and all the years we have lived.”

— Helen Keller

Sometimes we are so wrapped up in our thinking and
activity that we have lost touch with our senses.
The ol’ factory sense of smelling will bring us quickly
back to a moment in time. Remember the smell of cookies
baking in the oven around Christmas and the smell of the
pine trees? It brings us right back to those childhood memories.

Many of us have lost the scene of sensing as our
memory fades, but it can be recovered. In face You
maybe able to recover some long forgotten memories
if you set an intention to be aware of smells.

Focus on your nose awaken to its sensitivity.
In Chinese medicine the nose is related to the
lungs and large intestine and if unbalanced it
will leave you with the feelings of sadness and grief.
As you smell more consciously, let go of your judgment of the Aromas.

Don’t label smells good or bad; simply experience
them for their individual qualities. Smells can
restore old memories. The positive emotion of the
lungs is valor and courage. When I first stood up before
a large group and started teaching the Recharging Qi Gong
Exercises, I first did my deep breathing exercises to open
up my lungs to bring in the emotion of courage to move forward.
I encourage you to start every morning with deep breathing
like the percussive breathing.
The 36 exercises in the Recharging Qi Gong program will open
up your breathing for good, transform sadness and grief into
Valor and Courage.

“When you start using senses you’ve neglected, your reward
is to see the world with completely fresh eyes.”

How to Cultivation Qi

he last three weekends have been incredible!
I traveled to Boston, Gainesville, and last
weekend I was in a great workshop on
biological medicine, right here in Miami.
You would think that
maybe I would get tired.
NO WAY!!

I’m feeding on the energy and the
energy is feeding me.
When you can get in flow with
energy, miracles happen. The
energy pushes you along like a
giant wave. Most of us,
when we have too much to do- we
get stressed out and a wave washes
over our body and bounces us to the
point where we don’t know what’s up
or down.

It took me many years to learn
how to work with energy and how to
ride the wave of continuous flowing Qi.

It takes the cultivation of Qi, practice
and training. Once you have trained
yourself, you will be able to use the
energy at will.
There is a story about the Master and a man,
who were stranded at sea.
Each both found a piece of wood floating
and climbed on it. The student just sat on
the piece of wood and the waves crashed
him into the rocks and he was killed.
The master on the other
hand, used his foot as a ruder to steer himself
into calm waters.
It’s the same in our lives.
If we are thrown into the sea of energy and
yet we don’t know how to use it, we too can
be thrown into the rocks of life and destroyed.

Qi Gong can move you away from the pitfalls
and teach you how to use the energy for your
health and well-being. Qi Gong is perhaps the
most important aspect of internal energy.

Benefits of Cultivating Qi:
