Is your house in order?

This week I had at least 30 people contact me and
ask me if there was something strange going on in
the stars. People have been telling me that their
house, their lives and their friends and family
all seem to be in chaos.
Does any of this sound familiar?

If you haven’t noticed, people in general, don’t
do what you say, what they do is what YOU do!

We all seem to follow behavior patterns that
others do around us. That’s why it is so important
to keep good company, good friends and try to
remove yourself from negative situations as often
as you can. We are influenced already by the
collective consciousness. What other people are
thinking around us, in our city, in our state, in
our country and even in the world! Just last week
about 1,000 people were killed when a meteor fell
out of the sky and devastated people’s lives in
Russia! If you saw the pictures on the Internet,
you would think it’s from a movie scene and
although it affected those people on the other
side of the world, it affected you and me as well.

You never know when something will just fall out
of the sky and ruin your life. This last week, I
traveled to Jacksonville to clear 3 homes of what
the owners considered “bad energy”. Energy is not
bad, energy is just energy. We just need to know
how to work with it. Part of working with energy
is called Feng Shui or Geomancy. It’s like doing
an acupuncture session on a piece of property or
someone’s home. When you do this work, it
harmonizes the energy and makes everything
peaceful again. If you want to know more about
this work, contact me at my office at 305-407-0120
and if you would like to learn the basic
principles, you can pick up my DVD package called
The Magic Square:

You might wonder how Dr. Wu Dhi knows about
clearing these energies. About 30 years ago, I
started studying intensively with some very
powerful Tibetan Buddhist teachers who showed me
how to rid negative energies and bring our lives
back into harmony. When I started my study of
Medical Qi Gong with the Daoist’s, there was a big
emphasis on clearing negative energy from our
bodies, mind and the places we live and work!

Sometimes they referred to these as
spirit/energetic possession. All of these Daoist
studies dove-tailed with the Buddhist teachings.
It’s amazing that they don’t even talk about this
stuff in the West. Clearing your home can be a big
part of our health and happiness.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

How to stay Slim during the Holidays!

How to stay Slim during the Holidays!

I was sure that the Thanksgiving holiday was going
to be an incredible amount of fun! Seeing family,
eating, and relaxing… then the reality hit,
everybody wanted to add their 2 cents: “Who’s
gonna make the turkey? I don’t like this cranberry
sauce, I like that cranberry sauce! I don’t like
this can of sweet potatoes or pumpkin pie; I want
an apple pie and a pecan pie!

I thought my relatives have totally flipped out on
this day of thankfulness, but it’s in the
collective consciousness… everyone that I’ve
talked to seems to have the same issue. Turkey
wars, pumpkin pie with whipped cream or not, it
seems like everybody forgot to be thankful and
it’s all about the food. It’s incredible! I heard
this from my patients, my secretary and my
friends! Everybody is going through family stress,
and it’s supposed to be a holiday of being
thankful.
Hasn’t anybody figured that out yet?!
We’re supposed to be thankful that we even have a
turkey to eat, or a piece of pumpkin pie, but no…
it’s seems like it’s going to be the Great
American Eat again!

Sounds a little negative doesn’t it? A little bit
of darkness, let’s see how we can shine a light on
this and bring back the joy of the holiday season
where we can be grateful, thankful and loving to
each other – where we can open up our hearts.

We have to look at food as an energy source for
the human body, the process of breaking down food
and converting it into a form that we can absorb
into our system. To ensure your body properly
digests and absorbs the needed nutrients found in
the foods we eat, one must keep the digestive
system healthy and clean. By following a
well-balanced diet, eating a small meal regularly,
reducing the amount of refined fats and refined
sugars, and drinking plenty of fluids between
meals, one can keep their digestive system on
track.

Now we all know, during the holiday season, we all
like to eat and drink and we are definitely going
to be fasting or cutting down on what we eat at
this time of the year! But don’t worry, there is
still hope! The key is exercise.

Here are some simple steps to follow:

1.After ever meal go for a walk at least 100
steps. This will get your digestive juices moving
and help to curve some of those extra calories.

2. Have a cup of mint tea. It helps the digestive
system and settles the stomach.

3.Have a glass of water before the BIG EAT. This
will fill you up a little and you won’t over stuff
yourself like we are doing to the turkey.

4.Believe it or not, a cup of coffee without
sweetener is great to have in the morning. It
speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose
weight.

5. Fiber! You want fiber in your diet to make sure
that everything is moving properly.

6. Laughter!! This is one of the keys to
longevity. It gets all of your organs moving,
especially your abdominal muscles, gets your heart
pumping and it allows your digestive system to
work more efficiently.

The exercise that I focus on when I have so much
to do and there are so many family obligations and
my time is limited, I ALWAYS to the Yin set. It
increases the flow of Qi in the body. The lungs,
heart, kidneys, spleen, liver – these are the 5
Yin organs. When you do the Yin set, it activates
all of the 5 Yin organs which activate the 5 Yang
organs. They’re easy to do, they are fun and you
can have your whole family do them!

You can download them right on your computer:

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Change in Our Collective Consciousness

Wednesday, April 4th, 2012

This week is when both Easter and Passover are
the main activity of millions of people all over the world.
On some level the collective consciousness has us all involved
in doing ritual work, if we know it or not.

It may be just a family gathering for dinner, or coloring Easter eggs
for some, or going to your house of worship, eating a ritual diet
and conducting a ritual ceremony. This is Holy Week.
I have been getting up at 5:O’clock in the morning,
having a cup of tea before starting my meditations and
reflecting on my spiritual life, even my dreams have
intensified with matters of spirit.

“Human beings are of such nature that they should have not
only material facilities but spiritual sustenance as well.
Without spiritual sustenance, it is difficult to get and
maintain peace of mind.”
– Dalai Lama

It was back in the seventies when I first started
studying with Spiritual Masters. They are rare beings
who have realized their oneness with the Supreme, – the
highest transcendental Consciousness. A Spiritual Masters
is one who has realized their true self and work selflessly
to inspire humanity to seek the divinity within them.
A Master is able to accelerate the progress of his/her
disciples through their close connection to the Devine and
their connection with the Source of humanity.
Spiritual Masters have taught the timeless spiritual truths
in a variety of ways through time.

Here is some sound spiritual technology that will help
you with your internal growth. We have all heard the
expression, “Go with the Flow.”
The collective consciousnesses of the masses are doing
Spiritual Work NOW and you can too just by hitching your wagon to the flow.

There is a story about social change.-
– By Ken Keyes Jr.

The 100th Monkey
The Japanese monkey, Macaca Fuscata, had been
observed in the wild for a period of over 30 years.
In 1952, on the island of Koshima, scientists were
providing monkeys with sweet potatoes dropped in the sand.
The monkey liked the taste of the raw sweet potatoes,
but they found the dirt unpleasant.

An 18-month-old female named Imo found she could solve
the problem by washing the potatoes in a nearby stream.
She taught this trick to her mother. Her playmates also
learned this new way and they taught their mothers too.
This cultural innovation was gradually picked up by
various monkeys before the eyes of the scientists.
Between 1952 and 1958 all the young monkeys learned to
wash the sandy sweet potatoes to make them more palatable.
Only the adults who imitated their children learned this
social improvement. Other adults kept eating the dirty sweet potatoes.

Then something startling took place. In the autumn of 1958,
a certain number of Koshima monkeys were washing sweet
potatoes — the exact number is not known. Let us suppose
that when the sun rose one morning there were 99 monkeys on
Koshima Island who had learned to wash their sweet potatoes.
Let’s further suppose that later that morning, the hundredth
monkey learned to wash potatoes.

THEN IT HAPPENED!

By that evening almost everyone in the tribe was washing
sweet potatoes before eating them. The added energy of this
hundredth monkey somehow created an ideological breakthrough!
But notice: A most surprising thing observed by these
scientists was that the habit of washing sweet potatoes then
jumped over the sea. Colonies of monkeys on other islands
and the mainland troop of monkeys at Takasakiyama began
washing their sweet potatoes.
Thus, when a certain critical number achieves awareness,
this new awareness may be communicated from mind to mind.
Although the exact number may vary, this Hundredth
Monkey Phenomenon means that when only a limited number
of people know of a new way, it may remain the conscious
property of these people.
But there is a point at which if only one more person
tunes-in to a new awareness, a field is strengthened so
that this awareness is picked up by almost everyone!
I have tried and tested this phenomena many times and it
works 100%.

Years ago when I started studying Qi Gong, my friends,
family and associates thought I was wacked. It didn’t
seem to have any martial application to my fighting friends.
The mediators didn’t get it and regular people that I knew
couldn’t understand why I would spend hours and hours of my
time in practice.

Well it’s been more than 30 years of practicing Qi Gong
for me and guess what. It finally caught on.
Yes…. The collective consciousness, the 100th Monkey theory
has proved itself again. There are millions of people all
over the world practicing Qi Gong, making them selves younger
Many of those who thought my practices were foolish aren’t with
us any more and many more have been dealing with Dis-Eases in their lives.
Don’t wait until you are confronted with some Dis-Ease get going,

Celebration of our Good Health

Before the Fast

According to the Jewish calendar, it’s now the year 5772.
That’s a lot of years and a lot of tradition, the holiday started last Wednesday night, September 28th. It’s called Rosh Hashanah, meaning “the head or first of the year.”

The next Ten Days begins with Repentance, and concludes with Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It’s a time of introspection, forgiveness, and hope for a year in which we do better than we did in the past year.
This holiday is known for the custom of eating apples dipped in honey, symbolizing the sweetness of coming year may bring.

Rosh Hashanah is celebrated on the day when, according to tradition, the first humans were created; this is when people celebrate Rosh Hashanah as the birthday of the world and of humanity. The people from all over the world embark upon the serious task of examining their lives and repenting for any wrongs they have committed during the previous year. They are encouraged to make amends with anyone they have wronged and to make plans for improving during the coming year. It’s all about making peace in the community and striving to be a better person.

One of the traditions that I always do at this time, when the season changes from summer to fall is fasting and forgiveness for any wrongs I may have done. This tradition is in alignment with both the holiday and the season.

I fast for many reasons.
First there are millions of people all over the world fasting at this time.
It is sort of a collective consciousness of fasting because it makes it easier to do, like having waves of energy push you along making the fast easier.
Second fasting has a significant spiritual benefit. It helps to focus more on spiritual parts of our being.
The third reason is for all the health benefits.
A fast will give our system rest and help clean out toxins from our bodies.
Benefits of fasting are:
*Detoxification of the digestive system, liver and the kidneys
*Cooling of the core body temperature. This increases the bodies Growth hormones to keep you younger.
* A feeling of rejuvenation and extended life expectancy

There have been significant studies that conclude; less caloric intake will extend life.
Yes, it’s true, fasting is one of the longevity secrets. There are many reasons to consider fasting as a benefit to one’s health; the body rids itself of the toxins that have built up in our fat throughout the years. The body heals itself, and repairs all of the damaged organs during a fast. Finally there is good evidence to show that regulated fasting contributes to Longevity.

What I have found in my years of practice, is if you pay attention to your diet, do the right exercises like yoga and Qi gong and don’t hold on to the stresses in life you —you will stay disease free and live a happy life!

I wish you the best in your Health,
Wealth and Happiness.
