Why some acupuncture doctors suck

Saturday, November 8th, 2008
Share

Yesterday a new patient left my office and you will never guess what she told me as she stepped out the door.
She leaned in close and said –
“I never knew how powerful an acupuncture treatment could be. I’ve been to several acupuncturists and I thought it was all basically the same, put the needles in, let them sit and take them out. Your treatment is not like any other acupuncture I’ve had before. This was different – REALLY DIFFERENT!”

Believe it or not I hear this sort of thing quite often.
AND believe it or not, it’s not my acupuncture that’s – REALLY DIFFERENT.

Many years ago while in acupuncture school I noticed that some acupuncturists gave really great treatments and got incredible results while others did all the same things (apparently) but didn’t get any results at all.

Some doctors did everything by the book, needled all the right points, and prescribed all the right supplements but still nothing – no results. Their patients might as well have been randomly sitting on tacks or jabbing themselves with push pins and swallowing wooden pills instead of valuable herbs, the results would have been the same.

How is it some doctors use acupuncture needles and release the pain and suffering in a patient’s body while others did what seemed to be the exact same treatment and nothing happened?
One of the very first concepts they teach in Chinese Medicine, if you get in to a real school, is the Qi.

Qi is the vital force in the body and the flow of this force governs the overall health of the individual.

I was a student of Qi Gong for years, even before studying acupuncture, so I had firsthand experience of the Qi but I still had many questions.

How could certain sounds help patients recover?
Why are the internal meridians so important?
What is the energetic of an acupuncture point?
Where did this knowledge come from and how could I get it?

Through years and years of Qigong practice, I got the answers to all of these questions and more. I understood that ancient practices are the root of Chinese way of life, which includes Qigong, Nei Gong, Shen Gong   and classical Chinese medicine.  Learning the Qigong healing system has deepened my spiritual practices as well as given me the ability to heal myself and others.

What is very strange to me that there are many people that go to acupuncture school or schools of Traditional Chinese Medicine that do not believe in Qi.

How is this possible?

Many people that grow up in the United States have very linier thinking, it’s all cause and effect they diagnose the patient, look up the point, needle the point and that’s it. Whether or not the treatment works is dependent on how receptive the patient is.

I’m telling you that there is way way way more to it than that.
Chinese Medicine is all about Qi.
The most powerful martial artists talk about Qi.
And the greatest meditation masters all talk about how the Qi moves.

The difference between an acupuncturist that sucks and the Master of acupuncture is that the Master is guided by the Qi.
The Master has an intimate understanding of how the Qi works and can tell what’s happening in a patient before the formal diagnosis.

The secret of these abilities is that ALL of the Masters of acupuncture know and practice Qi Gong.

Someone who is a Master of both Qi Gong and Acupuncture can give an acupuncture treatment without using any needles or even touching the patient’s body but that’s a story for another time.

Stress Blaster

It’s 5:00 a.m.  and I am up and ready to go. They switched the
time to daylight savings in the USA it’s an hour earlier on the
clock, but my body is still on the same clock and thinks its
6:00.

We are all just like robots inside we develop habits and then
we go on automatic until so thing or some one changes them.

I was grateful for an extra hour today and I took full
advantage of the time.  Time to workout, meditate and just
relax before I jumped back into life at the office.

What a beautiful fall morning, you know that kind of day where
the climate is mild and conducive to life or growth, cool yet
at the same time balmy.

Later I was talking to one of my patients and she said” I have
so much to do I don’t know where to start, I am really
stressed.”

I started to explain what the stress is doing to her. “This
puts a burden on the heart and affects the mind as well. It
causing you to chase your tail, lose your power and you could
be headed for a real melt down if you don’t make some changes
now. “If you are one of those people who have so many things to
do, can’t sleep, rushing around but you get less done than you
want listen up, this is for you.”

There is a way to bring it all backs to a normal pace and
regain your power and energy.

There is powerful practice that you can be doing to calm the
heart and opening up the emotions blockages in the heart at the
same time.

In Chinese medicine they say the heart controls the mind and
gives rise to the emotions of arrogance, cynicism, pride,
impatience, agitation, nervousness, when it is disturbed or out
of balance.

This is time to place your attention on these issues before
they get out of control. If you have the Recharging Qi Gong
package turn to page 98 and get cracking.

If you haven’t gotten your set of the two DVD’s the book and
the four Cd’s plus the Free booklet, what are you waiting for?

In the program you will find a set of exercises that will
balance the heart and the mind in a mater of a few minutes.

These powerful exercises have only been taught so far to a few
hundred students on the entire planet. AND you can only get it
here -> http://rechargingqigong.com

Learn the importance of the heart exercise and how to take
advantage of the yin qualities of the heart energy.

I have put together a special organ cleansing set of exercises
to keep all of your internal organs healthy though the fall and
to prepare your immune system for the winter.

The only way to get these exercises is to become a Qi Gong
Inner Circle MEMBER and I’ll send you a DVD every month and get
you on a group call every month to coach you along all for
about the price of a half a tank of gas but I don’t know how
much longer I will keep this offer open.

I think people are starting to realize that the teachings I
give out just keep going and I’m always focusing on the next
lesson I’m not back tracking so get on board before it passes
you by.

Truth about Common Colds

Sunday, November 2nd, 2008
Share

Having a chronic cold and cough sucks big time. I know because
growing up in Detroit Michigan I went through the same thing
and in part its the reason I became a healer.

A few years ago I read an article by Dr. Zand she said” There’s
nothing common about the common cold and no two viruses are the
same”. She when on to say Colds can be caused by over 100
different types of viral pathogens, remember flu virusesfrequently mutate from year to year. That makes it
tricky for one to develop a strong immunity to these ailments
to say the least. Why is it that some of us get colds all the
time and others seem to never get sick?

The answer lies in our immune system, we all get exposed to
colds and flu’s daily.

If you have a strong immune system it knocks them out with no
problem. But If our immune system is compromised or we are
under a lot of stress, Flu’s colds and coughs seem to slip by
our defenses and were sick.

Quite a few people are coming into my office at this time of
the year with colds, sore throats, coughs, runny nose’s,
sneezing all related to the lungs. It happens whenever we have
a season change, especially fall to winter the changes in
temperature, long standing stress, poor diet all weaken the
immune system and can trigger a cold, in a New York second.

In my clinic I use various techniques to build up the immune
system naturally like acupuncture, herbs, homeopathic formulas,
vitamin therapy and detoxification protocols.

In India there are doctors of Ayurveda (Devanāgarī,
the ‘science of life’) medicine, that work with the chakras to
open up the blocks so a disease will stop reoccurring.  Similar
techniques are used in Chinese medicine to open up the meridian
and Qi flow. All of these help to build our immune systems

There is another important factor to look at;. The emotions
play a key part in any dis-ease, colds and coughs are no
exception. They have to do with an imbalance the Metal
element.

The Metal element controls both the Lungs and Large Intestine
they have an emotional component attached to them its sadness
and grief. When you signed up for Dr. Wu Dhi’s Health and
Longevity tips http://www.Rechargingqigong.com  I sent you a
great exercise to clear sadness and grief the old man by the
sea exercise.

When you build up to ½ of the exercise a day for 30 days you
can clear sadness and grief out of your system that you have
been holding onto for years.

There is something else I should tell you about that program.

In the Recharging Qi Gong Program
http://www.Rechargingqigong.com you’ll find at the end of the
book a set of exercises called the Yin Set. This alone is worth
the price of the entire package.

These are Super Powered exercises that will scoop up, mop up
any negative emotion and transform them into an everlasting
positive state of mind.

I wish you the Best in Health Wealth and Happiness

The True Purpose of Halloween

Saturday, November 1st, 2008
Share

As I left for the office this morning I saw a young woman
dressed as a witch walking down the street with a pointy hat
and long green hair but instead of a long gown she was wearing
what looked like a bikini top and a very short skirt. Not the
kind of witch I remember seeing growing up but this is Miami
after all.

Pumpkin2007[1].jpg

I do think the whole Halloween thing is fun and has a purpose.
Sure Halloween is a time for little kids to get candy and have
a fun time we all know that but there is a deeper meaning that
is more for adults.

The reason why Halloween is so popular is because of what is
deep inside of all of us; it’s not limited to any one culture.

Every culture on the planet has the idea of ghosts, goblins,
and everything else spooky. There is a name for “ghost”
and “witch” in almost every language.

Every culture has a traditional harvest celebration as the fall
passes into winter and we prepare for winter. In ancient times
the thought of winter alone was very scary.

Every culture has some sort of tradition for honoring the dead.
From the view of Chinese Medicine this is natural and has to do
with the changing of the seasons. As the nights become visibly
shorter and cooler we are reminded of our own mortality,
vulnerabilities and fear.

So we have a party and buffoon our own fears, play games, stay
up late, tell ghost stories and make being scared fun.

I saw a news story that said even though people were tightening
down their own spending because of the bad economy people were
spending MORE money this year on Halloween and parties and it
makes sense.

People are so freaked out these days with the economy, real
estate, troubles overseas and the election we need a break more
than ever.

Whether you call it Sowen, Teng Chieh, All Hallows Eve, Dia Del
Muerte, All Saints Day, Halloween or whatever, make the most of
it.

Take a moment and consider all the things you fear, fear
losing, or have already lost and miss dearly and consider what
it would take to smile or even laugh in the face of that.

Take a moment and breathe deeply and remember that there’s
something going on here beyond you. Your heart beats when you
don’t pay attention. Your lungs work even when you forget. All
the organs of the body are working to keep you alive every
moment of the day. It’s magical.

Take a moment and laugh be grateful that something is working
to keep you alive even if you get stressed out or captivated by
fear.

You can learn to consciously release stress, tension, and fear
and work on the behalf of your body but you have to first face
it, smile and let go.

Once you do that you can begin to work on the same side as your
body and bring even greater energy and happiness throughout
your body and your life. It’s what I do, it’s the nature of my
Medicine and the way I teach.

I’m giving out new teachings every month and sending out a DVD
every month along with a follow-up conference call every month
but it is only available to the members of the Inner Circle. I
had few new members sign up yesterday (welcome aboard!) and as
promised I’m sending them the DVD and recorded call with the 9
point rooting and grounding meditation in addition to all the
monthly goodies.

Plus 2009 Inner Circle members are going to get even more free
products in the next few months to test drive before I release
them to the general public.

I am in the process of preparing for the 2009 Qi Gong Inner

Are you Ripe and Juicy

Are you Ripe and Juicy OR Rumpled like an old Raisin

Today I spent most of the day here in Miami in intensive
Medical Qi Gong Practice instead of outside enjoying this extra
long day.
In case you missed it Today is the Summer Solstice.
The longest dayof the year.

In the Chinese Healing traditions today is a very special day
and when the Fire element is most prominent.

With the Fire element comes all the activity and growth of
Summer but it also can bring hazard in the form of overheating.
When the body overheats the internal organs become stressed and
the aging process speeds up.

The heat of summer can build up in the Heart and this can
disrupt the sleep with unfocused thoughts and mind chatter.
Getting a good nights sleep in Summer is especially important
during these shorter nights. We often stay up later in summer
to enjoy the long nights but forget we need sleep too.
It’s a shame too because Summer is when we are actually able to
regain some of our vital energy and get younger, riper, and
more juicy. Instead most Americans do all the wrong things and
age even faster in the summer.

There’s three things you can do to make sure you do get younger
this season instead of overheat, burn out, and dry up like a
raisin.
NUMBER 1 – Eat cooling foods. When I say cooling foods I’m not
talking about ice cream or cold beer, I’m talking about those
foods that are identified by the science of Chinese Medicine to
cool down your insides.
I list these in my free newsletter going out next week in the
mail.
Yes the post office

So if you want it send me your mailing address, not your email
address, and I will mail you this Summer’s edition of Dr. Wu’s
News. It’s the best edition I’ve put out so far and has a ton
of awesome info in it including how to prepare some of the most
delicious cooling foods.

NUMBER 2 – Exercise correctly for summer. Summer is not the
season to be out beating your feet on the hot pavement. You
don’t need to do that in Summer. Summer is the time to pump up
the connection between the inner and out energy.
Build speed and explosive power in the Summer.

Qi Gong is the best way to do this but not just any Qi Gong.
You need to move the internal winds in the summer and keep the
body cool. The Recharging Qi Gong is by far the best system of
Qi Gong because it’s for all seasons. If you have the
Recharging Qi Gong pay special attention to the Yin set in the
back of the manual and practice the posture for the heart for
five minutes a day.
If you don’t have the Recharging Qi Gong, now you know a little
more about why this composition of my life’s work is so
important and unlike any other Qi Gong.
Maybe you missed it so here it is again
http://rechargingqigong.com

When you finally get this manual in your hands you will
recognize immediately that I held nothing back. Just flipping
through it the exercises will jump out at you and you won’t be
able to resist trying them. They Work and you will feel more
power immediately.

The ONLY place you can get it is here ->
http://rechargingqigong.com
not amazon or some other place and you NEVER will. These
teachings are dear to me and I give them out only as I see fit.

NUMBER 3 – Cool down the Spirit. Some meditation is designed to
heat up the channels and chakras and that can have a beneficial
effect but you need to be able to flush out the energy too or
it will drive you crazy and disrupt your sleep.
The key is to discharge all of the negative energy.

The Tension Release exercise is really the key. Do this every
night to clear the body before sleep and you will wake up
refreshed, vitalized and best of all Happy. This exercise has a
side effect of happy dreams, sounds funny I know but it’s true.
The Tension Release Exercise is only available as a bonus gift
that I give with the Recharging Qi Gong.
Those of you in the Qi Gong Inner Circle have a video of this.

So to recap:
1– Eat cooling foods
2– Exercise for summer
3– Cool the spirit

The maximum benefit of summer will really be in how well your
Qi Gong practice is. You get that down and everything else will
catch up.
Happy Solstice!

How to Beat Tension in Springtime

Friday, April 11th, 2008
Share

Last week I had my nephew visit me and I was working on him in
my new office here in Miami.

He had and enormous amount of tension in his neck and
shoulders. I began to work on him and asked him what he had
been doing.

He told me how busy he was and how much work he had been doing.

I understand because I too seem to be busy all the time lately.

Regardless of what business you’re in, we all get busy in
springtime, this is natural and organic. In Chinese medicine we
don’t consider ourselves to be unaffected by the seasonal
change of energy.

The weather heats up and all creatures small and large begin to
stir and move about.

Insects come out of their holes, small animals leave their
burrows and or come out from hibernation.

The same is true for business, clients and business
opportunities wake up in spring time too.

The question is how will you handle the seasonal change. Will
you grow this season or buckle under the pressure?

As we take on more and more in the springtime, we stretch
ourselves. Everybody should be gaining new capacity in spring
time.

Every spring we should grow a little more.

This is in accordance with natural law and the way of Qi Gong.

As we develop this new capacity we often outdo ourselves. We
have to take on more in order to grow new muscle.

When we take on more we can build the tension in the body and
that tension needs to be released in order for us to stay
healthy, stay young and live a vibrant life.

If you don’t release the added tension you will breakdown the
system.

For my nephew I prescribed several exercises from my system The
Recharging Chi Gong
http://rechargingqigong.com
The three exercises I gave him are specifically designed to
free up the neck and shoulders.

The first exercise is to free up the tension around the neck.
When communication is strained is can create a physical
blockage in this area that manifests as literally a “pain in
the neck”

The second exercise is to release the tension in the shoulders
and middle of the upper back. New commitments and bourdons can
create tension in this part of the body and can be so painful
that they disturb your sleep and wreak your next day.

The third exercise I gave him is a very powerful exercise I
call the Instant Power Reset that he can practice anywhere to
release tension from a stressful workday while still sitting in
the office without anybody hardly noticing he’s doing an
exercise at all. With a series of tiny micro movements you can
unlock an amazing amount of tension and send a rush of oxygen,
blood, and euphoria throughout the entire body.

It’s a powerful secret.

These three exercises I prescribed for him not only alleviate
the tension he has accumulated, it relaxes his body and opens
his energy so that he is clear to operate and communicate at
his best during this burst of springtime energy.

I know, because I have seen it hundreds of times before, that
when these exercises are done you will end up smiling
throughout the day and be ultimately more successful.

I want this for you as well.

Many of us don’t feel that we can find time to work out, take a
walk, or even spend some time just doing a little deep
breathing.

But the exercises I teach can be performed in seconds and
produce an instant result.

Even if you practice ALL the exercises in my manual back to
back, the way I do everyday, and they way I show in my
Recharging Qi Gong DVD, it only takes 26 minutes but you can
get benefit by just practicing one or two exercises a day.

I made the manual very easy to use.

Each individual exercises is described in detail and lists what
I prescribed them for. I don’t know any other manual like this
in China or the US.

Just a couple of minutes a day can create huge results and you
will experience a dramatic change in your energy level.

I hope you will find this out for yourself by going to
http://rechargingqigong.com and making a wise investment in
yourself.

You won’t find this information in any other form and it would
take you years to gather it yourself.

Remember, you are not the only one experiencing all this new
energy and growth of spring time; everybody does whether they
are aware or they are not.

What’s makes you different as a practitioner of Qi Gong is the
ability to recognize how the body, the breathing and the mind
are focused and connected to the cycles of nature.

By doing this you can have the flow of nature and power of the
seasons work through you and energize your being.

This is what makes Chi Gong extra ordinary or even
extraordinary.

Wishing you the best in health, wealth, and happiness,

Dr Wu Dhi,

Don’t miss Dr. Wu Dhi on PBS TV tonight

Last month I was down in Tampa doing an interview for Angie
Moreschi of WEDU, Tampa’s PBS station and yesterday I was
called and told it will be airing tonight Thursday at 9pm
Eastern Time.

Angie’s show is called Smart Health and the segment with me in
it is in the first half of the show.

Angie had never experienced acupuncture or Qi Gong but I was
happy to introduce her to both.

She and her crew spent the entire day with me and I showed her
some of the Recharging Qi Gong exercises and gave her some
acupuncture.

After filming hours of footage I heard they reduced it down to
about 3 to six minutes.

If your in Tampa tonight be sure to tune in and hopefully get a
sneak peak of the Recharging Qi Gong. The footage shot is me
doing the same powerful exercises I do everyday to stay healthy
enough to heal and fit enough to fight into the sixties and way
beyond.
You can too by going to http://rechargingqigong.com

Just as many of my students have experienced, when you have
learned the Recharging Qi Gong you need no special preparation
or place to practice. These exercises are powerful and portable.

You can practice them in your office or a hotel room no problem.

All she had to do was say “show me” and I clicked right into
the flow of Qi.

If this footage made the cut you will see the expression of my
face change as I perform these simple exercises and FEEL the
change in energy coming from my body right through the TV.
Sounds funny but I think it’s true just as many of the people
who have seen my DVDs do.

So again that’s tonight and tonight only, 9 PM on Tampa’s PBS
station WEDU That’s Channel 3 on Brighthouse and Channel HD 603
for you folks with High Def.

This is how tonight’s show with Angie is described on their
website:

***********************************************
From WEDU.org

Acupuncture is best known to help treat pain, but there are
several other uses for this ancient Chinese form of medicine,
you may not have heard about. More and more patients are
flocking to acupuncture doctors to treat everything from
infertility to facial aging to sinus trouble. You’ll meet a
woman who tried for years to get pregnant even with invitro
fertilization, but could not. She turned to acupuncture and now
has a happy, baby boy. You’ll also see how women who are
hesitant to have a traditional face lift are looking to
acupuncture for it’s unique facial tightening effects. Find out
what other conditions are now more commonly being treated by
acupuncture and how it all works.

***********************************************

If you don’t have a TV I congratulate you, I rarely watch TV
myself.
And not to worry, Angie told me she would send us a DVD of the
broadcast and we will feature it on the blog.

If any of the footage of the Recharging Qi Gong didn’t make it
on to the segment don’t worry you can read more about it
here -> http://rechargingqigong.com .

If you don’t already own it now’s the time, this package may
change very soon and there are a lot of great freebies in it.

See you tonight from the TV,

Dr. Wu Dhi

health and power make sure you visit the Qi Gong Inner Circle

How to stay out of the Emergency Room

Thursday, March 6th, 2008
Share

Usually I send medical emergencies to the ER where the folks
with the scalpels and stitches are prepared for anything. Well
almost anything, this was different.

The lesson here is how all of us can use Qi Gong to stay out of
the Emergency Room.

Sometimes the subtle ways of Qi Gong, and Chinese Medicine will
get you out of a crisis way faster than anything western
medicine has to offer.

Did I do the right thing or was I putting my patient at risk?

Here’s what happened.

I was in the office late on Friday night and I received an
emergency call from a patient.

I could hardly understand what she was saying, but since I know
this patient well and trust her judgment in coming to me first,
I told her to come in even though it was after closing hours.

When Silvia arrived she had her mouth wide open and couldn’t
close it at all.

“Ah” was all I said and I smiled as I unlocked the door for her
to come in.

I don’t see this very much of this in south Florida, but when I
was in China we would see patients who had lockjaw just about
daily.

In China there are many probable causes for lockjaw including
infection and each case has to be assessed with great care.

In Silvia’s case the jaw opened and won’t close; it happened
after she yawned.

“Pop” and there she was stuck with her mouth wide open.

The joint pops forward and out of place and won’t go back no
matter what you do, no coaxing, or massaging, or stretching
seems to work.

Not only do you look silly it is very painful too.

In medical terms a Temporomandibular joint disorder or a TMJ
disorder.

You know how freighting this is if you have ever had it happen
to you. You feel helpless and don’t know what to do.

Fortunately the ancient Chinese developed a very specific
treatment to cure Lock Jaw in just a few minutes.

I used a few special acupuncture points to relax the jaw
muscle. Within minutes her jaw relaxed and with a smile on her
face she said thank you very much.

Contrast this Chinese treatment with the Western treatment of a
hypodermic needle to the jaw, a risky adjustment, or even
surgery and I’m sure we would all opt for a few tiny pin pricks
of acupuncture.

Lockjaw or TMJ is an indicator of an overall blockage of the
flow of energy.

Even in the United States it is considered a disorder
transcends the boundaries between several health-care
disciplines including dentistry, neurology, physical therapy,
and psychology.

Many of us experience TMJ or that tight clenching in the jaw
muscles but we overlook it, ignore it, pretend it’s not there
and do nothing about it until something serious happens like
lockjaw.

Silvia not only needed me to fix the immediate problem, she
needed a way to correct the cause of the problem.

The answer is in Qi Gong.

I gave her some prescribed exercises from the Recharging Qi
Gong set to keep her relaxed and tension free. The Instant
Power Reset (IPR) and the Percussive Shoulder drop; you can
find them on page on pages 36-39 of the manual are especially
important for you too if you are experiencing any TMJ.

Alert Stillness

Last night I came home after sundown and the whole house was completely dark. Instead of turning on the lights I lit a candle. I never do this sort of thing but the house seemed so quiet and peaceful I wanted to just sit.

I spent the majority of the night in contemplative meditation.

We are in the Winter Solstice and it is an excellent time to take time to be quiet and reflect on the past year.

I recommend doing this for yourself as a matter of personal care.

With all the crazy energy around the holidays and year-end you want to make sure that you cool-out and recollect yourself before you burn-out.

Once you do I think you will find that the rush of the holidays and year-end quiets down and you can refocus on those things that are most important.

In Chinese medicine Winter is associated with the element Water.

Water energy has the attributes of:

  • Cold
  • Damp
  • Quiet
  • Stillness
  • Calmness
  • Smoothness
  • Listening
  • The Kidney organ and meridian

This energy is available in the atmosphere throughout the winter. Just slow down, sit quietly in a natural place and pull in the atmosphere.

Winter Water energy is also associated with a special type of Awareness that, from Chinese to English, best translates as Alert Stillness.

In the Chinese Medicine system we use animal associations to signify these types of energy, and as such, the animal for the water element and organ of the Kidney is the Deer.

250px-Red_deer.jpg

The Deer is chosen because it is a master of Alert Stillness.

When you think of a deer you think of an animal that is impossible to sneak up on. The slightest snap of a twig and the thing has disappeared.

This is not the same type of power of a Tiger or a Dragon but it is a type of power that completes us.

In the Ba Gua system of Martial Arts it takes a whole circle of animals to become a Master.

We cannot always Push, Push, Push, sometimes we need to sit, take inventory, and listen to the atmosphere. This is the power in the symbol of the deer and that is the power of this time of year.

So take advantage of this time of solstice when this energy is most powerful and abundant, you will not be able to tap into this energy so easily in other seasons.

Winter, not just the New Year, is the best time to set new plans and goals into action.

Take inventory of what is happening around you.

Upon deep consideration you may see more then before.

Clarity is not achieved when you are rushing or being hasty.

Opening is found in reflection.

Wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and Happiness,

Dr. Wu Dhi

How to Harness the Power of Winter

Earlier today I was at the post office mailing the last batch
of my free newsletter Dr. Wu’s News out when I realized I
should send it out to all my email subscribers too.

Here’s the link to the ebook version of the newsletter->
http://energymedicineflorida.com/Dr.WusNews1.pdf

Please feel free to print and distribute to all your friends.

This issue has several articles written just for this season to
stay healthy and stress free.

In this issue I have included:

  • How to fight the stresses of Holiday Travel
  • A recipe for a soup that will charge you up and fill your meridians with power
  • How to harness the power of winter months
  • How you can stimulate powerful acupuncture points in your body with heat
  • And a special offer included here for some special teachings I’m giving in 2008

In years past I have sent out a quarterly newsletter with
useful information for people interested in using the power of
Chinese Medicine in their daily lives.

The content was highly polished and good but not as good as I
wanted it to be.

In future months I will be sending out all new original content
mostly written by me.

I have chosen to give you more specialized information that you
cannot get anyplace else. When you see it I think you will
understand why.

This is just like when you come to see me for a treatment and
realize that this is not going to be the run-of-the-mill
acupuncture. With over thirty years of practice and study from
various schools I’ve been cooking up my own special brand of
medicine for a while now.

I have taken from the many great teachers and masters I have
studied with and you can feel that energy in one of my
treatments.

The same is true when I teach.

The things I teach you you’re not going to find anyplace else.

Take the Recharging Qi Gong for example.
http://rechargingqigong.com There are exercises in this program
that have their roots in ancient China, Tibet, and India as
well as some advanced Qi Gong usually reserved for Medical Qi
Gong practitioners.

You’re not going to find that on Amazon or on the shelf at
Borders, this is exclusive material.

In 2008 I will be sharing even more of this exclusive
information in a new format. Every Month I will be creating a
lesson on Qi Gong and Chinese Vitality secrets and sending them
to you on CD or DVD you just need to sign up by going to
http://qigonginnercircle.com .

This is the first time I’ve made such an offer to train people
so openly but it’s not going to last. Go to
http://qigonginnercircle.com and read all about what’s to come
in the future months.

This is Dr. Wu wishing you the best in Health, Wealth and
Happiness in this Holiday Season and New Year!
