Ancestor Practice To Keep You Healthy

I sent my granddaughter a string of pearls
that belonged to my mother. Her great-grandmother
instructed me to give each one of her
grandchildren a set of pearls that she wore and
treasured which my father bought her on their trip
to China. All families have heirlooms they hold
dear. This is a tradition in our family and many
families all over the world - to pass down their
treasures or heirlooms that were in the family for
many years from one generation to another. I
treasure the candlestick holders of my
great-grandmothers and the pocket watch collection
of my father, which I will pass down one day to my
children. I hope this tradition will continue on
to many generations.

Heirlooms are special treasures of the past that
make you feel good when you look at them and bring
out memories and stories of loved ones. Although
we hold on to our families treasures for many
years, most people in the West don't have a clue
of any ancestor practice. Ancestor practice is a
ritual that is based on the belief that deceased
family members have a continued existence, takes
an interest in the affairs of the world, and
possesses the ability to influence the fortune of
the living. Its goal is to ensure the ancestors'
continued well-being and positive disposition
towards the living, and sometimes to ask for
special favors or assistance. The social or
nonreligious function of ancestor worship is "to
cultivate kinship values like filial piety, family
loyalty, and continuity of the family lineage.

When I was in acupuncture school many years ago, I
went to the grave site of my ancestors and asked
for their help to move me into a passion to be
able to help more people. My Qigong practices are
one of the ways that I help people reach their
full potential.

Open up to your full potential and get going on
your Qigong practices.

The Art of Living mA Life Filled with Spirit

I was at Art Wynnewood this past weekend over
President’s Day. Miami always offers a lot to see
in the way of art. There was an array of works
from street artists and muralists, emerging young
talents, and a few renowned contemporary and
modern artists. This is the first year I visited
this show. They have a unique approach
characterized by an exhibition on the sixties
focusing on Miami’s institutions. I noticed there
was a lot of Chinese art which focused on the
three stages of life: Birth, Middle Age, and
Death.

Most of us have no idea how rare it is to take
birth in human form and waste this precious and
extremely rare opportunity for self-realization.
There is a story entitled “A Blind Turtle in
Search of a Floating Wood.” In the Mahaparinirvana
Sutra, the Buddha used the metaphor of a blind
turtle in a vast ocean to explain how difficult it
is to be reborn as a human. Suppose there is a
small piece of wood floating on a vast ocean. The
wood has a small hole the size of which is just
enough for the head of a turtle to pop into. There
is a long-lived sea turtle in the ocean. Once
every one hundred years, this turtle comes out
from the bottom of the ocean and pops his head
into the hole of the wood. It is just as hard as
for the blind turtle to encounter the small piece
of wood on a vast ocean and let its head go
through the hole in the wood piece as it is to be
born as a human.

We don’t realize what an opportunity we have been
gifted and, unfortunately, most people send the
gift back unopened. Yet, despite this fact, most
waste this extremely rare and precious
opportunity. A human life that is spent merely
sleeping, eating, and procreating is no better
than the life of an animal. To really use the gift
of life, one must be open and be able to free
oneself from the three poisons of Worry, Struggle,
and Blame. There is a famous teaching and mantra
that does just that – frees one of the entrapments
of life and our ego fixations. This teaching is a
must to have a spiritual life.

Don’t Be a Bean Sprout in Your Practice

Don’t Be a Bean Sprout in Your Practice…

Last week, I visited family and friends who all
have health issues of one kind or another. They
have been eating the typical Western diet most of
their life – meat, potatoes, and eggs for
breakfast with a few cups of Java; for lunch, a
sandwich with luncheon meat, a soda to wash it
down, and a piece of pie to satisfy their sweet
tooth; for dinner, meat and potatoes again, and a
few beers or glasses of wine, and dessert. Oh, I
forgot snacks…things like hotdogs, candy bars,
cookies, soda, chips, and I could go on and on.
I guess you get my drift.

This isn’t unusual in the typical American diet
and, for the most part, this is how people have
eaten most of their lives. Or at least they used
to. 20, 30 or 40 years later, and the problems are
creeping up, and the symptoms are starting to
appear: heartburn, difficulty of swallowing, gas,
bloating, stomach pain, skin full of brown spots,
and the fear of all women, wrinkles. Father Time
is starting to show his ugly face on your body.

Generally, people lost the true value of food as
medicine and “live to eat”. The true value of food
is to nourish the body and mind. The theme should
be “eat to live”. Looking at the 5-element chart,
it shows us how the internal organs are laid out
energetically. The Fire element that hosts the
heart and small intestine is on the top, balanced
out by the Water element at the bottom which hosts
the kidneys and the urinary bladder. On the left
side, they show the Wood element that hosts the
liver and gallbladder. On the right side, we have
the Metal element which hosts the lungs and large
intestine. At the center lies the Earth element
that hosts our spleen and stomach. If there is a
problem with the Earth element, there is a problem
with the balance of the entire body. Our center is
Earth, it feeds all the other organs. That’s why,
whenever you go into a person’s home in China, you
are always offered food to nourish your Earth
element and to keep you rooted and grounded.

When we practice Qi Gong, you learn to ground your
energy or Qi, and to root yourself connecting to
the Earth element. The more you can ground your
energy, the easier it is to go higher in your
meditation. If you are not grounded, you may still
go up but, with no root system established, it is
easy to fall over. Somewhat like a sprout, it
grows very quickly but, with a very small root
system, it will fall over as quickly as it went
up. I know students who have studied for years but
neglected to establish a strong rooting system
and, after a while, they stop practicing and lose
their Qi. Why? Because they aren’t rooted in their
practice.

The more you can ground and root, the higher you
can go. Don’t be a bean sprout. Learn how to stay
grounded using the Recharging Qi Gong Program

Going With The Flow

I started going to Venezuela in the late seventies
to study and work with a group of psychologists
who were interested in alternative healing
modalities and meditations. They studied with many
innovative teachers like Dr. Milton Erickson,
Virginia Satir, Richard Bandler and John Grinder,
Jean Houston, and Larry Short. I was invited to
come down and assist the teachers in their classes
and workshops. This was a great learning
experience for me and the opportunity to meet many
of the masters of family therapy, hypnosis,
neuro-linguistic programming, and much, much more.

In 1986, I was working with the CEO of PRO Golf to
help him at a very stressful time. When I received
an unexpected call from my teacher, he asked me if
I’d be willing to move to Venezuela and teach a
group of forty people on alternative healing
modalities and Tibetan-Buddhist and Daoist
meditation practices. I asked him when he would
like me to be there and he said, “In three days!”
This was a real shock to me. After evaluating my
options, I flew back to Michigan, packed my bags,
and move to Caracas, Venezuela to teach and see
patients. I didn’t speak any Spanish at that time
and had no idea how to make a living. But, I
trusted that the universe would provide. I ended
up staying there for three years and worked with
many people. I had the opportunity to teach at
several institutions and corporations, and made a
host of friends that I still have today.
Last weekend, one of my dear friends invited me to
his 50th anniversary. It was on a large ship that
sailed up and down the Intracoastal in Fort
Lauderdaleimages for four hours. We ate, drank, and
exchanged wonderful stories about life, love and
gratitude. Most of the people knew me from
Venezuela as I taught many courses in meditation
and alternative healing. I haven’t been back to
Venezuela since 1990. But today, there are still
many people doing the Flying Crane Qi Gong that I
brought to their country. This program keeps you
balanced in even stressful times. Their country
has been going through so many changes over the
last twenty years. It makes it a very stressful
situation. I was touched when many friends thanked
me for teaching them the meditation and the Flying
Crane Qi Gong to keep them grounded even in
challenging times.
I highly recommend learning Flying Crane Qi Gong.
I have put together a program that you can easily
learn from and enjoy the benefits of health and
tranquility. Order your copy now and I will
enclose the Qi Gong Meditation CD to keep you
balanced, strong, healthy and stress-free.

Kidney Power Equals Sexual Power

Thursday, December 4th, 2014
Share

Old Man Winter is knocking on the door. This time
of the year is ruled by the Water element. The
kidneys are known as the official who controls the
waterways. In Western medicine, the function of
the kidneys is usually to filter the blood and get
rid of the wastes which are excreted in the urine.
Our kidneys control the body’s fluid balance,
regulate electrolytes, and maintain the acid-base
balance of the blood. Our kidneys also produce
hormones. When your kidneys are out of balance, it
will just be a wreck.

In Chinese medicine, if there is low back pain,
hearing loss, hair loss, low libido, or knee pain,
it all points to the kidneys. The water element
has the color of blue, the sound of groaning, and
the emotion of excess or lack of fear. Excess fear
manifests as timidity, anxiety, and immobility
like frozen in fear. On the positive side, the
kidney is about gentleness. As we move closer and
closer to winter, being gentle with yourself is
very important to balance your body, mind and
spirit. It’s a time to sleep longer, eat warming
meals and conserve your sexual energy. Staying
warm is especially important to keep your lower
back warm, like tying a sweater around your waist
and stay out of cold breezes.

In ancient times, they would always make sure that
the emperor’s kidneys were very strong. At that
time, the emperor had many concubines and had to
perform sexually. So, his doctors and herbalists
would make sure that he got the proper nutrition,
herbal formulas, and knew the Daoist sexual
secrets. Not only would these keep the emperor
young and vibrant but also he was able to rule
China.

In Dr. Wu’s images

The Bitter Truth about Halloween

Monday, October 27th, 2014
Share

This is the week of Halloween. In a few days we
will be seeing little witches and ghosts running
up and down the streets again. It’s a fun filled
night of excitement, and it brings back great
childhood memories of filling my belly with
sweets. But the real scary thing is what all the
high-fructose corn syrup is going to do to your
kids.
One day I went to the store with my granddaughter
and her girlfriend to pick up something for
dinner. She asked, “Can I get something?” and as a
good grandfather I told her she could get anything
she wants as long as it doesn’t have corn syrup in
it. She went up and down the aisles looking for a
treat with no corn syrup. She said to me,
“Everything has high fructose corn syrup in it!
Why is that?” I let her know it is the cheapest
sweetener that can be made, and food manufacturers
do not care about your health, they care about
their pockets!
Here is the bitter truth. Reports now show how
high-fructose corn syrup will worsen your health
and its everywhere! High Fructose is setting the
stage for some serious problems.
images-1
• Metabolic syndrome
• Damage to your immune system.
• Speeds up aging process.
• A load of dangerous mercury poisons.
If you think that’s spooky; according to the Mayo
Clinic it has been linked to obesity, metabolic
syndrome, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
In addition, corn syrup may have an effect on your
child’s behavior, for instance, hyperactivity,
behavior changes and of course allergies.
But don’t let this take the fun out of a great
American tradition. Make sure that you have
something to give the little spirits who are
visiting you. I have a friend that gives out
little toys like glow sticks, plastic eyeballs,
and rings with a pumpkins glow. Feed your kids
healthy stuff and perhaps you can avoid problems
at a later date.
Every month I send out a DVD or CD to my Qigong
Inner Circle group www.Qigonginnercircle.com on
how to stay healthy; mentally, physically and
spiritually. The members of the Qigong Inner
Circle receive advanced Qi Gong practices,
meditations, exercises for longevity, and learn
how to take care of their health and the health of
their families.

Moving into a New Place

Wednesday, February 12th, 2014
Share

Victoria has moved into her new home. She pulled
up her roots from Jersey and has moved lock,
stock, and barrel to sunny Florida for a few good
reasons. First, she fortunately escaped the harsh
winter of the northeast, she fell in love with a
great guy and found the picture-perfect job in the
film industry. If you’re into film there are three
hot places in the USA. The Big apple, LA and
Miami, and this time of the year (wintertime)
Miami is the place to be.

When she arrived she was living with a friend for
a few months, and staying at her boyfriends now
and again, but she had to find her own place for
some peace and quiet as well as taking charge of
her own carrier.

Last week it happened, she found a cute apartment
in a newly remodeled Art Deco building and was
about to move in, but before she did, I received
an emergency call. “Please, Dr. Wu Dhi can you
come over and balance the energies of my new home
before I move in?” Whenever you move into a new
place it’s important to clear the old vibrations
out. You never know what negative vibrations or
harmful energies are hanging around in the walls.
Someone may have been going through an ugly
div orce, fighting with his or her mate or been
living with a sickness or even a death. A
Spiritual house cleaning or clean sweep can save
you years of grief that you would never suspect.

Today is the day! I am going to be there in an
hour and I expect to be there for half of the day
to clear up her new space. Most of her friends
are out of town, her boyfriend is working and the
people who live in the small apartment complex’s
are not around, this is the perfect day.

In general the place has a nice vibe; it’s le ss
than a block from a big park and the Ocean. When
you walk into the courtyard you see a lot of very
colorful flowers; two large palms are at the
entrance, there is a bamboo garden and a fountain
in the court and it looks inviting. I even saw a
few fat cats around basking in the sun, there is
plenty of movement and life– you can even hear
the birds chirping in the trees.

Victoria is in apartment # 8 a good number, that’s
the “money and power” number in numerology. Number
8, more than any other number, puts the emphasis
in the areas of career, business, finances and
authority. However, as with many other
single-digit numbers, the shape of the number
reflects its most important attribute, and in the
case of the number 8, that is, first and foremost,
balances, so we are off to a good start.

I spent some time in the apartment just sitting
and feeling the en ergy, allowing my senses to pick
up on the Qi of the entire place before starting
to open up and clear any negative or stale
vibrations from past occupants. We worked together
for a few hours making sure that all 5 elements
were purified and alchemically transformed.

I believe that anytime you make a move or have a
roommate move out or get a divorce or even have a
fighting match in the space where you live, it’s a
good idea to have the energy cleaned ASAP.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Having Sex with a woman 25 years younger than you, do you think you can keep up?

Having Sex with a woman 25 years younger than you, do you think you can keep up?

I received a call from a good friend today that I
have known since high school. It was great to hear
from him and he was excited to tell me all about
his new relationship and how she has made his life
so much better, exciting and brought a spark of
love back that he thought he would never see
again. I was so happy for both of them and wished
him the best.

Before we got off the phone he asked if I would
give him a little advice on some personal issues
he was going through. Of course, I said, I would
be happy to answer any questions I can for you. He
went on to say, “It’s about my new lover, she is
25 years younger than me and she is really at her
peek sexually. She always wants me and she is more
active than anyone I have been with in years.” I
told him that sounds good so far; what seems to be
the problem?

He said, “I am taking sex enhancing drugs to keep
up without telling her, but I am afraid she will
find out or something will happen to me.” Do you
have any advice?”
There are a lot of older guys who have young
girlfriends these days and the men are always
asking me what they can do to keep it up and not
fall asleep after any sexual encounter. Although
sexual enhancing drugs will keep you up for a bit
there is a danger. Even the company’s website has
warnings

•Do not take VIAGRA if you take nitrates,
often prescribed for chest pain, as this may cause
a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure.

•If you are older than age 65, or have
serious liver or kidney problems, do not take
Viagra

•If you are taking protease inhibitors, such
as for the treatment of HIV, do not take Vigara

•Do not take VIAGRA in a 48-hour period.

•If you have prostate problems or high blood
pressure for which you take medicines called alpha
blockers, do not take VIAGRA.

In 2000, researchers at Cedars-Sinai Medical
Center in Los Angeles did an analysis of 1,473
major adverse medical events involving the use of
Viagra. There were 522 deaths, most involving
cardiovascular causes developing within 4-5 hours
of taking a 50 mg dose of Viagra. The majority of
deaths occurred in patients who were less than 65
years of age and had no reported cardiac risk
factors.

You are over the 65-age marker and although you
have been enjoying the sex I have a safer,
stronger way to keep in the game and increase your
life expectancy as well. The Taoist system of
lovemaking goes back thousands of years and was
developed for the Emperor of China to perform well
and stay strong and healthy.

In my program Dr.
Wu’s sexual secrets

http://rechargingqigong.com/sexual-qi-gong.html
I explain these formulas and teach you how to have
the best sex of your life without the little blue
pill.

There is no risk factor in making love for as long
as you want, your energy can actually increase
after making love and you and your mate can be
healthier, happier and younger, just by following
my program. I have been doing these practices for
years and the sex just seems to be getting better
and better. After doing the program for just a
short time you will notice more energy, stamina
and personal power without taking any drugs for
your performance. I highly recommend this program
to all my patients and students as an anti-aging
program as well as the best thing they can do to
have the best sex ever.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS.
The sooner you start this program the better and
the happier you will be.

An Alternative Cancer Treatment that can save your Life!

An Alternative Cancer Treatment that can save your Life!

I was in Detroit last June to see my family and a
good friend who is going through an intense cancer
treatment. They couldn’t do surgery on him but the
radiation and chemotherapy was given to him for 75
days, not an easy one. Both of those so-called
cures are toxic, poisonous and they’re
carcinogenic to boot. My friend experienced
nausea, weakness, diarrhea, constipation, extreme
pain and suffering just to get through the
treatment and was told that his bones will now be
brittle so he ha s to be careful when exercising
and his memory isn’t ½ of what it used to be, and
they don’t even know if it’s gone. My bet is it
isn’t!

As you know cancer has been an increase in the
USA. They say that 1 out of 4 people will get
cancer in their lifetime. Our traditional health
care system has only 3 options (chemo, radiation,
surgery) and that’s it!
Your chances of living after that kind of
treatment is on average around five years at the
most and the quality of life you can expect isn’t
what any of us would want.
No energy, poor sleep, disrupted digestive system,
and your sex life is over for the most part. Your
immune system is no longer functioning.
The average Joe who either has cancer or who’s
loved one has it is outraged, scared confused,
depressed, irritated and just plain frustrated
with their treatment and their oncologist the
treatment and the results. They don’t want to
bombard the body with poison but see no
alternative.

But now, Unknown

For the last three decades I have been working
with patients suffering with autoimmune disease.
Using alternative modalities like acupuncture,
herbal medicine, diet, massage and exercises to
try and enhance their immune system. I’ve had some
success but there was still something missing in
the treatment of cancer patients.
I have been practicing Qi Gong, the exercise to
build my Qi for the past 30 years and teaching
students and patients how to keep themselves
healthy.

The practice of Medical Qi Gong is different.
Around twelve years ago I got turned on to a group
of doctors who were doing an alternative treatment
on their cancer patients with amazing results
called Medical Qi Gong (MQG). Medical Qi Gong
therapy is the eldest therapeutic modality of
Chinese medicine. It is a comprehensive system of
health care addressing the root cause of symptoms
or disease, and treats the client as a whole.

The practitioner, drawing upon their ability to
sense and manipulate en ergy developed through
dedicated study and self-cultivation, it uses Qi
emission and teaches medical Qigong exercises and
meditations based upon a differential diagnosis
rooted in Chinese medical to restore health and
wellness.

Since then I have specialized in cancer and auto
immune protocols that balances the body, mind and
spirit. These treatments also involve prescriptive
exercises to free up the pattern that replicates
the cancer. Cancer has a blue print and even after
chemo, ra diation and surgery, if the blue print
still exists in our system the pattern will
replicate and the cancer returns.

The Medical Qi Gong (MQG) system will disrupt the
blue print of the disease and eliminate it, bring
the patient back to optimal health.

I shared many of these techniques with my friend
in Detroit and although he has gone through chemo
and radiation, he was able to handle it with very
few side effects and now he is back on track to
good health and a long life.

If you or one of your loved ones is going through
these changes with cancer or any auto-immune
disease, contact me at 305-407-0120 and come in
for an evaluation and treatment that may save your
life.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi

PS.
When you call be sure to tell them that you are
interested in the Medical Qi Gong Protocol and we
will be glad to setup an appointment for you as
soon as possible.

Chinese Healing Technique

Wednesday, June 19th, 2013
Share

images-2Saturday morning I drove to Fort Lauderdale,
Florida which is about an hour from my house to
learn the “Ba Gui Fa” system of healing and pick
up some CEU’s for my acupuncture license.

Although the first part of the day was all theory
it laid the foundation for practice and
application.

After lunch is when the fun started. We used a
combination of cupping and Gua Sha to relieve pain
and correct imbalances and clear the facial
tissue.

Although the cupping and Gua Sha (scraping of the
skin) shows up as redness and temporary marks,
they dissipate within a few days and for the most
part take care of the pain and stagnation action
in the muscle. If you look at someone’s back after
treatment you would think they got in a fight or
had road rush up and down their back. A few years
ago I worked on 2 children to clear up a lingering
cough. When they went back to school the teacher
called childhood services because she thought
there was some abusiveness going on at home.

When I was in China you would see people walking
with red round marks and red spots all over their
bodies. The treatments usually removes blood
stagnation considered pathogenic, promoting normal
circulation and metabolic processes. The patient
experiences immediate relief from pain, stiffness,
fever, chill, cough, nausea and so on. Gua Sha is
valuable in the prevention and treatment of acute
infectious illness, upper respiratory and
digestive problems, and many other acute or
chronic disorders.

I have been doing both cupping and Gua Sha in my
office for the last 20 years with great success.
When I was studying with Jerry Alan Johnson he
showed us how to combine the treatment with
medical Qi Gong and now I have discovered how
effective it is with Gua Sha as well.

I use it to clear up stubborn coughs, colds, pain,
and asthma. It even works well for knee pain, sore
shoulders and neck pain as well as stomach
problems. Treatments like this have no side
effects and work like magic to clear up stubborn
problems in no time at all.
Once the problem is resolved I teach the person
how to keep the Qi and blood flowing so the
problem doesn’t return. I always know if the
person is practicing or not by the amount of
treatments they need. If I am working on them and
the patients isn’t the healing process takes twice
as long.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Dr. Wu Dhi
