Fire Monkey Year Success

I am a Monkey in Chinese astrology and this is my
year.

There are 12 signs in Chinese zodiac and this year
is The Monkey year the 9th animal of the 12 zodiac
signs. 2016 is the year of the Red Fire Monkey,
the 4713th Chinese Year. It all beginning on
February 8, 2016 on the new Moon in Aquarius at
6:39 AM and there are millions of people
celebrating all over the world to bring in the
fire monkey year.

This is a year to deal with more financial issues
and quick changes. Monkeys are smart, naughty,
cunning and alert. In a monkey year events will be
changing very quickly so hold on to your bunch of
bananas tightly and think twice before you leap to
a new branch to swing on. Use caution when making
changes in your finance, career, business and
relationship.

The year of the Monkey is ideal for big leap in

your life! Shake things up, create change, and

embark on a new path. But you can’t succeed unless
you start. It’s time to leap forward on your
projects. If you don’t have a project just make it
up as you go along, but be careful whom you trust.
In a monkey year all the peanuts could be gone and
all that’s left are peanut shells.

This is the time to set your life goals.

You are a Monkey if you are born in these years
(1908, 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992,
2004, 2016). Monkeys are wonderful to be around
because they are fun, creative, and bring the
sparkling energy that no other sign can bring.

Monkey also possesses physical stamina, a loves
romance, and they are very sensitive and generous.
Everyone loves the Monkey, and that’s why the
birth rate skyrockets in Asia during a Monkey
year.

Have a great Fire Monkey Year

There is a Stampede of Chi coming Your Way

I have been in a gallop since the start of the
Chinese New Year of the Wood Horse.
I have been writing a lot more, cleaned up my diet
by eating more organic green foods and I cut back
on restaurant foods. My new plan is inviting more
friends over for dinner instead of entertaining
outside of my home. That doesn’t mean I don’t go
out to eat. I do, just not as much unless it’s to
a place that serves healthy food.

I was at the 26th annual Chinese New Year Festival
last week to see the Dragon dance. They say it’s
good luck if the dragon touches you and I didn’t
want to miss that. In the Chinese and most Asian
cultures, Good Luck characters (Fu) are posted
everywhere during the first weeks of the New Year,
you will see them posted on red paper. Sometimes
you will even see the (Fu) posted upside down
meaning good luck has arrived.

I really like the Red Envelope tradition called
Hong bao and I often give Red envelopes to my
family and students around the beginning of the
New Year and on special occasions. This practice
can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty in the
1600’s.

The name comes from the red envelope in which the
money is contained. This is also known as lai si
in Cantonese.
The purpose of the red envelope is that the red
symbolizes good luck. (Fu) The cash amount
contained within is not important but is required
to be of an even number, as odd numbers are
related to money given during funerals; the money
is usually given by married couples to unmarried
no matter their age. I guess staying single has
some advantages.

The food was really good at the festival, that’s
if you know what to get, of course they had the
usual hamburger, hot dogs, fried chicken and a lot
of greasy donuts. But they also had sticky rice
filled with herbs chestnuts, walnuts, black sesame
and bei mu delicious. A cold mung bean soup and
vegetarian steamed dumplings– I don’t get those
treats often, they were really good and you can
feel the Qi as you eat them.

I have been working on organizing my files and
papers since the beginning of this New Year and
things are just about in order. I hope you have
been doing the same as everything will start up
again on March the 1st and it can seem like a team
of wild horses if you are not prepared.

Choose what you want, while you can

The Chinese New Year of the horse is here! My
phone hasn’t stopped ringing and the emails are
overflowing in my inbox.
The Big Question is:
What will the Year of the Horse bring to me?

They usually call the Horse – the Headstrong
Horse. This year things move quickly and with a
lot of power. We can expect a lot of change! We
all like change, unless it changes our personal
patterns as we are all creatures of habit and if
it’s good or bad we may not like it.

This is a good year to get moving! Take action!
You will now have the energy to get things moving,
but don’t horse around. It’s a good year to
achieve what you want.
Your goals can be accomplished easy in the Horse
year, as there is lots and lots of energy. The
important thing is to keep the energy directed and
focused. This is a great year for love.
But a word of caution- in the words of Suzanne
White, “Passion is the only emotion that can turn
your ruthlessness to mush. It could even cause you
to give up the keys to your innermost soul, turn
your back on family, desert friends and eradicate
your past for the sake of pursuing an idyllic
future with the object of your affection. Beware!
Such exclusive devotion can be the ruination of an
otherwise hardy and practical horse year.”

I have reset my goals according to the ancient
system of Feng Shui. Are you ready for the
changes?
You can make the choice of what you want or just
hold on to your seat as changes are happening–
ready or not here they come!

Be prepared, get a hold of the Magic Square
workshop and choose what you want now.

my kids were very little and I was still
living in Michigan, one of my friends was a fine
cabinetmaker and everything he made was top of the
line. He only worked with hard woods like Oak,
Maple, Cherry and Walnut and when my second son
was born he made a wood rocking horse for us out
of solid oak.

It was a piece of artwork and a labor of love. I
remember my children playing for hours on it. This
was long before any video games were even
invented. The reason I told you about the wood
horse is because this coming Thursday is the New
Moon – January 30, 2014 and at 11:20 pm we will
start the Chinese New Year of the Wood Horse. For
Millions of people from all over the world this is
the biggest celebration of the year!

The Wood Horse year considered very lucky filled
with successes, unexpected adventures and amazing
sex. In olden times the horse was the best way to
travel and the quickest, it’s no wonder this year
will be great for exciting travel and adventures.

This is not a year for procrastination, it’s the
time to Take Action, energy is high and being
productive is rewarded. But if you are not 100%
confident about a decision, then don’t do it.

The Horse year is time of fast action, a good year
to get that house you always wanted, or start that
new business you have been dreaming about. It’s a
time for a new breakthrough in your life. – Follow
your instincts and don’t horse around with useless
projects.

It’s already February!
The Chinese New Year is just about upon us. In China,
the celebration starts on February 4th this is
when most people take a vacation and travel to see
their family. They clean their house, put up
decorations, light incents and get fireworks ready
to bring in the New Year! the Year of the Black water Snake.
Usually, snakes are more comfortable when they are in their
own element of fire but this year the snake is in
the opposite element, the element of water so we
can look for imbalances in the weather, in the
environment and somewhat in our lives but don’t
fear. We can balance our own lives by staying
grounded, rooted in our meditation and our
practice. There are a few things that I always do
before the Chinese New Year at my house.

-Make sure that the house is clean in every room.
If there are any old things that you no longer
use, throw them out or give them away.

-Get some good incents and burn it every day from
the 4th until the 10th feeding the spirits and
harmonizing the house.

-I always put up decorations and you can get them
at the Chinese market or any of the Chinese
stores. I get colorful red lanterns and hang them
up. I will put pictures of Chinese Wealth and
prosperity symbols on my windows and doors

-Have sweets and wine available for both drinking
and offerings

-Every night for the entire week I will make
offerings of wine, incents, meat and sweets by
putting them on a plate outside to feed any hungry
spirits.

-I make sure that I do my Qi Gong every day and
spend time in meditation every night bringing in
the New Year.

This year eat a healthier
diet, practice daily and put more attention into
your meditation and the offerings that you make to
others for their well-being.

The practice of Qi Gong will ground you and give
you a center that cannot be shaken no matter of
there are storms in the weather, internally or
externally.

If you are not practicing, it is time to get on
the stick before the snake bites you in the …..

Enter the Dragon

Chinese New Year is ALWAYS a time
to clean up your life and that means your
internal spiritual temple as well as your outer temple- your home.
I started getting it together weeks ago and I’ll
make sure it’s all done by February 4th.
This year, the cleansing process is even
more important as we are in a Yang Water Dragon year.
The emphasis of the year 2012, a Water
Dragon year is to gather the spiritual benefits
and clean out all of the cob webs in our personal
as well as our spiritual lives.
The rituals done this time of year are most
important for your health, wealth and happiness.
In China, you will see statues of Guan Yin, the
Goddess of Compassion, riding on a Water Dragon.
This might give us a clue to be more
compassionate in all that we do.
It’s important to clean out your closets of anything
you no longer use, get rid of all the clutter in
and around your house!

You also have to make sure that before February 4th,
you clean and renew all of the spiritual things in your life.
If you have spiritual statues, paintings,
amulets, books, and ritual objects, no matter what tradition, they all
need to be cleaned, polished, dusted off and
made ready for the year of the Water Dragon.
I will light incense around my house at every door.
This is a way to feed the spirit and I always make sure
that there are flowers in my house with fresh clean water.
I also put the traditional Chinese Red Welcome mats
at my door. Internal cleansing of the body is very
important at this time. I do skin brushing every morning
to cleanse and stimulate my skin which is one of the
largest detox organs in the body.
It’s important to do your own personal cleansing,
inside and out, at this time. Deep cleanse the surface
of your body. If you have access to hot tubs, saunas,
mineral or herbal bathes, this is the time to soak,
scrub and sweat out as much of the impurities as possible.
Be very clean on February 4th
(that’s the day ).
Wear only fresh clothes on February 3rd and 4th.
(The Dragon starts emerging in the evening of February 3rd).

I am definitely going to the Russian
Sauna to absorb the heat, jump in the cold plunges
and clean my body of toxins! I am even doing the
7 day Core Restore Program to clean out my liver,
remove all additional toxins from my diet and lifestyle.
This will REMOVE, RESTORE, and REVITALIZE
my entire system! It’s a way of gently cleansing my
body inside and out, and it only takes 7 days!
http://rechargingqigong.com/core-restore-detox-program.htm

I have a personal practice that is based on
ancient tradition that involves early morning meditations,
cleansing the house using epsom salts.
You can get the formula on my You Tube channel

Make this upcoming week a time of purifying your
body, mind and spirit. Eating pure foods at this time
is also VERY important. The Taoist Chinese say your
whole year’s fortune can depend on how you
enter the new year.

Don’t Get Bit by The White Tiger

White tiger dance in China

White tiger dance in China

Gung Hei Fat Choi!

Happy Chinese New Year!

This is the beginning of the year of the metal Tiger.
Metal is one of the five Taoist elements.
It’s the white Tiger year and it’s Valentine’s Day.

Sweet!

The Tigers in Chinese medicine is the animal ruling
the metal element, the organs are the lungs and the
large intestines, and the color is pure white.
People born under the sign of the Tiger have
personalities that are associated with creativity,
doing lots of projects, loving children and are
protected by the Archangel Michael.

It’s said that people born under the sign of
the tiger unusually makes people feel at home
and are good protector, have qualities of royalty,
wealth, inspiration, and are fearless.
They bring good luck to people and they have bounds
of sexual energy, with a large sexual appetite.
But be careful as they are very territorial and
will bit if you mess with their mate.
A Tiger demands a lot of attention from a partner,
but when given enough love and support can turn into
a gentle pussy cat. They are winners; their model is
“I will finish first”.

The people I know that are tigers have great strength
are extremely smart, and straightforward.
If you were born in 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962,
1974, 1986, 1998 or 2010 you’re a tiger
and one of the most compassionate and kind signs
in the Chinese zodiac.
According to tradition a tiger year is associated
with massive change, so get ready.
Flexibility is the Key here.
This year we can look forward to a dynamic year of
sudden opportunities and bold actions.
Expect massive social change, political rebellion,
and military coups all over the world.

It’s the perfect time to detoxify your lungs and
large intestine. Do your breathing exercises every
morning and stay away from junk food.
Eat organic as much as possible and drink lots of
clean fresh water.

I am doing more of the percussive breathing
and the internal stomach lifts.
In fact I am going to make a short video and put
it on “You Tube” so you can see what I am talking
about.
http://www.youtube.com/drwudhi
But if you want the real goods, pounce like a Tiger on
this great opportunity and become a member of the
Qi Gong Inner Circle. Make it I gift to yourself
in celebration of the Tiger Year
 www.Qigonginnercircle.com .
For a limited time It’s still only a $1 to join
and if you don’t dig it, nothing lost.
Join today and you’ll be on the conference call
tomorrow night with the members.

I usually only share the Top Secret info with the members,
but today is Chinese New Year, so here’s a bit of inside
info.
According to legend, sacred tigers live 1000 years.
Half way through life at age 500, they turn pure white.
Tigers scare off thieves, and ghosts.
The Fearless Tiger is a powerful totem animal to
contact in the shamanic realm to assist in
banishments and purifications.
Tiger magic is luckiest for those born in Tiger,
Horse, Dog, and Pig years. Only the clever Monkey
is not compatible with the ways of the Tiger.

I have big plans tonight to welcome in the year of the
White Tiger with meditations and ritual foods.
I’ll share more on the call tomorrow night at 8:00 EST
only with the members.
