Dragon Energy

I go to the Farmers Market all the time. It's
part of my anti-aging lifestyle. The other day, I
was looking for organic produce, and I met a
couple of die-hard organic farmers from Homestead,
Florida.
This time of the year, they have mangoes,
avocados, lychees, longans, jackfruits, durians,
and dragon fruits. An unusual variety of fruits to
someone who was brought up with apples, pears, and
cherries. I asked why they chose to grow these
fruits, and they said it reminds them of home.
They are originally from the Philippines and, when
they came to Florida thirty years ago, they bought
a ten-acre organic farm and have been working the
land ever since. I asked them what their favorite
fruit was, and they said, We love them all, but
dragon fruit has a special place in our hearts.
Most people don't have a clue what dragon fruit
is, or even what it looks like, and they know
nothing about its health benefits. When you look
at a dragon fruit, the origins of its name may
appear obvious. Dragon fruits are actually native
to Central and South America. The color of dragon
fruit flesh varies from white to red or deep
magenta. Just like Lycopersicon esculentum, or
tomatoes, the red-fleshed varieties contain
lycopene a natural antioxidant known to fight
cancer, heart disease, and lower blood pressure.
Lycopene is the focus of recent research for its
connection with anti-ageing. According to legend,
the fruit was created thousands of years ago by
fire-breathing dragons. During a battle, when the
dragon breathed fire, the last thing to emerge
would be the fruit. When the dragon was slain, the
fruit was collected by the victorious soldiers and
presented to the Emperor as a coveted treasure.
The soldiers would then butcher the dragon and eat
the flesh. It was believed that those who feasted
on the flesh would be endowed with the strength
and ferocity of the dragon and that they, too,
would be coveted by the Emperor.

That was a great story for a delicious, sweet
fruit with many health benefits.

Dragon fruit has an amazing superpower that helps
decrease bad cholesterol levels and replenishes
good cholesterol levels. Dragon fruit is an
excellent source of monounsaturated fats, helping
the heart stay in great condition. They have a
high fiber content which can assist with poor
digestion and constipation, and can also
ultimately help regulate diabetes, stabilizing
blood sugar levels by suppressing sugar spikes.
Eating the flesh and seeds, which contain good
protein, will keep your body fortified and
satisfied. The dragon fruit is filled with
antioxidants to rid the body of free radicals and
cancer-producing properties, and will keep your
skin tight and young-looking. Slice up a ripe
fruit, put it in the blender with honey, and use
it as an anti-aging face mask to get rid of
wrinkles. Dragon fruit also has anti-inflammatory
action that will help your joints from arthritic
pain. My students have reported that by practicing
Flying Crane Qi Gong

daily and eating these wonderful anti-aging fruits
on a regular basis has reversed the trap of
premature aging.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

How Many Dragons Do You Have around You?

Is there a Dragons in your home

I was sitting on the couch last night reading a book. When I looked up, I noticed that I have 3 dragons sitting above the fireplace. I seem to just notice them for the first time, although they were there for over a week. As I walked around the house, I noticed that I have another one on the coffee table and another on my desk. Later that evening, I stepped outside, and there were quite a few geckos all over my yard. They looked like little dragons scurrying around. In Chinese lore, the dragon was a benevolent creature with powers to bring rain, floods, and even hurricanes to a land. Along with this ability, the dragon signified power, strength, and good luck. In mythology and legend, the most powerful and noteworthy warriors and leaders are compared to the Dragon. Emperors took on the symbolism of the Dragon as they hoped to bring good fortune to their lands. The Chinese Dragon is a composite of nine different animal resemblances to make up the appearance of the Chinese dragon. It is said that dragons possess scales of both the yin and yang essence, with 81 and 36 scales, respectively, both numbers being multiples of 9 which is the luckiest number there is in all of China. According to Chinese myths, the dragon has nine children (not including mortals, such as the legendary Yandi): Bixi, Qiuniu, Yazi, Chaofeng, Pulao, Chiwen, Bi’an, Suanni and Pixiu. More interestingly, the nine dragon-children have different characters from one another, and their images more specific. Imaginary images are widely used in architectural decoration, especially in the Imperial palaces. 1.Bixi, the eldest of the nine dragon-children, has the shape of a turtle with sharp teeth, and is fond of carrying heavy objects; it’s often depicted on the sides of grave monuments. 2.Qiuniu, a yellow scaly dragon, has a liking for music and excels in playing it; it’s often used to adorn musical instruments. 3.Yazi, with a snake belly and a leopard head, is keen on fighting and killing; it’s often used as the decoration of sword grips. 4.Chaofeng has an instinctive taste for adventure; it’s often used to adorn the roof ridges of palaces. 5.Pulao is known for its loud crying; it’s often used as handles on the top of bells. 6.Chiwen, living in the sea, has a harsh voice and takes delight in devouring the other creatures; it’s often erected on the ends of ridgepoles of palaces. 7.Bi’an has a fancy for lawsuits, so it’s often erected at jail gates. 8.Suanni has a shape of a lion and takes delight in sitting cross-legged and smelling the odor of incense; it’s often depicted on the incense burners and seats of Buddhist temples. 9.Pixiu is fierce and majestic with a horse’s body, and it’s in charge of exorcising the demons to keep Heaven safe; it’s often used to guard gates. chinese dragon-poster Embrace the Dragon in your life as a protector and a guide. I use the 4 sacred animals as my protectors and guides in my meditations. I will be sending out the symbols and explain the sacred animals to the members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle this month. Energy Gems are Back (Yeh Ming Ju)

hey are back! My friend Peter Dragon is now
finishing up his book on energy gems with a strong
focus on Yeh Ming Ju.
They are the most magical gems I have ever seen!
They are infused with rare-earth elements and both
absorb and radiate Qi.
In a sense they are alive and have awareness.

These incredible Luminescence Gems
from China are called Yeh Ming Ju
and are considered to be the
“King of the Energy Gems.”

A few years ago I was lucky enough to score a few
of them for
myself and some of my students and then the source
dried up—
they were just gone. I called around, checked with
my sources in China and I just couldn’t get my
hands on any of them.

Well just last week I received a new batch of
them.
So if I promised you one, get in touch with me
ASAP and I’ll send you a picture and get them to
you.
I only have a few so if you want to get one let me
know as soon as you can.

If you aren’t aware of Yeh Ming Ju:

As yet they have never been sold or traded outside
of China, up until a few years ago. Ask any
Chinese person, they have all heard stories of the
mystical energy gems but few have never even seen
them. They are considered more precious than gold.

When I weare my Energy Gems
I feel like I am wearing Body Armor.

Everything good has been happening
Since I started wearing the Gems.

In fact, one of the doctors that I work with got a
necklace a few years ago and has never taken it
off. Since he got the Gem, he has bought and sold
3 frozen yogurt shops (still owns 2 of them), and
has changed his financial picture from having no
credit to having a million dollar business with
more coming in every day.
Now I am not saying that the Yeh Ming Ju made him
rich but he claims it’s his power stone.

My energy seems to have increased,
my endurance is great, I sleep better,
and my creativity and awareness have been
heightened.

Peter said he would be sending me the book as soon
as he gets it, published with much more about the
gems and the
alchemical process that they go through
to get them.

I’ll make sure that you are well
informed as I get more info and if I am
able to get any more of the “Yeh Ming Ju”
I’ll turn you on to it.

They’re not inexpensive and like any rare gem
that is hard to get they are sold by size, quality
and
weight.

I found out that even the information about
the Energy Gems in English is very limited.

In ancient times only the Royal family was allowed
to own this rare Gem and it never left China until
just recently.

If you want to get one of these let me know and
I’ll put you on the list.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

Enter the Dragon

Chinese New Year is ALWAYS a time
to clean up your life and that means your
internal spiritual temple as well as your outer temple- your home.
I started getting it together weeks ago and I’ll
make sure it’s all done by February 4th.
This year, the cleansing process is even
more important as we are in a Yang Water Dragon year.
The emphasis of the year 2012, a Water
Dragon year is to gather the spiritual benefits
and clean out all of the cob webs in our personal
as well as our spiritual lives.
The rituals done this time of year are most
important for your health, wealth and happiness.
In China, you will see statues of Guan Yin, the
Goddess of Compassion, riding on a Water Dragon.
This might give us a clue to be more
compassionate in all that we do.
It’s important to clean out your closets of anything
you no longer use, get rid of all the clutter in
and around your house!

You also have to make sure that before February 4th,
you clean and renew all of the spiritual things in your life.
If you have spiritual statues, paintings,
amulets, books, and ritual objects, no matter what tradition, they all
need to be cleaned, polished, dusted off and
made ready for the year of the Water Dragon.
I will light incense around my house at every door.
This is a way to feed the spirit and I always make sure
that there are flowers in my house with fresh clean water.
I also put the traditional Chinese Red Welcome mats
at my door. Internal cleansing of the body is very
important at this time. I do skin brushing every morning
to cleanse and stimulate my skin which is one of the
largest detox organs in the body.
It’s important to do your own personal cleansing,
inside and out, at this time. Deep cleanse the surface
of your body. If you have access to hot tubs, saunas,
mineral or herbal bathes, this is the time to soak,
scrub and sweat out as much of the impurities as possible.
Be very clean on February 4th
(that’s the day ).
Wear only fresh clothes on February 3rd and 4th.
(The Dragon starts emerging in the evening of February 3rd).

I am definitely going to the Russian
Sauna to absorb the heat, jump in the cold plunges
and clean my body of toxins! I am even doing the
7 day Core Restore Program to clean out my liver,
remove all additional toxins from my diet and lifestyle.
This will REMOVE, RESTORE, and REVITALIZE
my entire system! It’s a way of gently cleansing my
body inside and out, and it only takes 7 days!

I have a personal practice that is based on
ancient tradition that involves early morning meditations,
cleansing the house using epsom salts.
You can get the formula on my You Tube channel

Make this upcoming week a time of purifying your
body, mind and spirit. Eating pure foods at this time
is also VERY important. The Taoist Chinese say your
whole year’s fortune can depend on how you
enter the new year.
