Following the natural Law of life

There is an important natural law of life that I
learned from my Sifu (Teacher) many years ago and
it is very much true today. This is the story he
told one night after long weeks of training.

Once there was an old man who was very poor but
was content and happy. All he had in the world
were a small parcel of land, his humble cottage,
an old horse and an able son. One night the horse
ran away. When the old man’s neighbors heard of
this, they came as a group to give their
condolences and said to him; “this is indeed a
great misfortune.” But the old man only replied
“maybe,” and smiled. The neighbors were surprised
and thought him to be a bit strange as they
departed.

The next night, the old man heard a great racket
outside his cottage. His horse had returned, but
not alone. It had returned with several other
young and led them straight into the
old man’s corral. The next day, the neighbors
returned. This time, they were very joyous and
said to the old man: “surely, good fortune shines
upon you from heaven.” The old man smiled as
before and again replied “maybe.” His neighbors
thought him ungrateful and perhaps a bit disturbed
and muttered among themselves as they left. Soon
it became time to tame the wild horses and the old
man’s son tried to mount one to begin the process.
He was immediately thrown and broke his leg. The
neighbors, upon hearing of this and being a
genuinely neighborly group, once again returned as
a group to the old man’s house to offer their
condolences. Once again, in spite of the hardship
this would undoubtedly bear upon the old man, he
merely smiled and said “maybe.” This time the
neighbors left in disgust, thinking the old man to
be a fool, or perhaps insane. The next day,
however conscription officers poured through the
village, forcing all the young men to join them.
The local ward was going off to war and these
young men were to be his pawns. When these
soldiers came to the old man’s cottage, they found
the son to be unable to walk and therefore of no
use to the soldier. They left him behind. Soon the
neighbors came to the old man again, some weeping
because their sons had been taken, perhaps never
to return. They saw the old man’s son was still in
his bed, his leg with a splint and a bandaged.
They said to the old man: “you are indeed a lucky
man.” The old man smiled gently and said only
“maybe.” The neighbors stood quietly for some
time. Gradually, they too began to smile and nod
their heads. And as they slowly departed, they too
could be heard saying to one another: “maybe.”

When we have a balanced way of being– our lives
just run ceaseless.

As a young man I was an excessive compulsive kid
in just about everything I did. My eating,
drinking, exercise, taking herbs, playing, sex and
you name it. I always went balls to the wall.
When I started to seriously train, the Masters
always talked to me about moderation in all walks
of life. Not too much Yin or too much Yang they
would say you have to have balance in your life to
be healthy and live a long life without pain and
suffering.

As we mature, balance becomes more and more
evident to those who are still in their bodies.
The ones who haven’t listened to the natural laws
are either sick or no longer with us any more.

Over the last 5 decades I have devoted my life to
growth in my spiritual practices, with my health
and education.

I often ask myself this question. Am I having Fun?
Usually I reply with “This is Fun!” put a big
smile on my face and move on with what I am doing.
I have been creating a DVD every month for a
special group that I have now been working with
since 2007.

The members of the Qi Gong Inner Circle and I
invite you to join and you will be getting some
incredible teachings and be saying-
“This is Fun!”

I saw a Mermaid!

I had a meeting this morning
on Key Biscayne which about
45 minutes from my office.
I left after 11:O’ clock in the morning
so there was no traffic at all and I was
on the Island 20 minutes earlier than I thought.

So I stopped near the water to
enjoy the natural setting of the Island
and calm my mind before going to my meeting.

As I peered into the water I was astonished!
I thought I saw a Mermaid! She slowly swam
toward me, as she poked her nose out
of the water I had to laugh! It was a
group of large Manatees!
They originated in the middle Eocene
period around 45 to 50 million years ago.
They are gentle, plant-eating herbivores
sometimes nicknamed “sea cows.”
I understand that, their closest living
relatives are elephants and aardvark.

How cool is that?

This was quite a blessing for many reasons.
Manatees are now quite rare. Perhaps only
2,500 are left in the entire USA. Sailors
would think that they were Mermaids,
I guess by looking at their long tails.
It is said that they have magical
attributes and grant favors.
It’s imposable to tell the age of a
Mermaid for they are immortal and
have healing abilities.

I personally think that by seeing one
of these rare creatures is a sign of good
fortune. I looked up the magical
attributes of Mermaids when I returned
to my office and found that they are strong
protectors and they Represent:
freedom, imagination, and wisdom.

They also help humans find treasures
and grant psychic powers. I knew my
meeting was going to be a success for sure.
I met with a group of marketers whose
soul purpose of their business is to make
peoples’ life better in some way.

As you know I am always wishing you
Health, Wealth and Happiness.
The same is true of the Recharging Qi Gong
exercises I teach.
Can you get both healthier and wealthier while
you workout on the beach?
I certainly think so.
If you don’t yet understand this you need to
examine a little more closely those connections
between your body, mind, and success.
Sometimes it can take thirty or forty years to find
all of the connections and other times it just
takes looking at things another way or trying
something different.
I can recommend no better way to do this than to
start practicing the Recharging Qi Gong every day.
When you understand this, you
will understand how a peaceful
workout can change your own
consciousness from one that repels
success, money, and love to one
that attracts all of these wonderful things.

It may sound a little over the top
but it’s really not.
It’s simple.

Travel can Bring You Riches

Traveling is an education in it

Welcoming Cat, Lucky Cat, Cat Swipe, Money cat, or Fortune Cat;

Travel can bring Good Fortune

self,
it’s good for your soul,
and it has the power to change your life.

Travel is part of an ancient formula to bring you prosperity.

The magic square in Chinese Fung Shui
shows that travel can bring you riches on the spiritual
and emotional level as well as monetary wealth.

You maybe asking yourself, how can travel bring me wealth?
When you travel you meet people from all over the world.
Interesting people who are adventures, who are seeking
to see, learn and exchange ideas with you.
This exchange of goods, cultures and new ideas opens us
new wonderful opportunity, if we are open.

I have learned more on my travels than in any class room.
There can be more wealth in the connections,
friendship and experiences than you could imagine.

Everything is different when traveling.
Breaking habits becomes a habit in itself,
you are almost forced to be flexible.

When you are flexible and open you will be given
a piece of real freedom.

You will be living outside of your comfort zone
and that forces you to grow.

When I travel I am always trying something new and
unknown, that opens up new doors.

I have spent a greater part of my life traveling around our
planet as a student, an adventurer and a seeker of wisdom.

In 1987 my Master called me and asked me to move to Caracas
for 6 months, to run the Ashram and teaching a group of students
advanced meditations and healing techniques.
Although I didn’t speak a word of Spanish.

I agreed and in 3 days I packed my bags
and moved to Caracas to teach, learn and
open to the adventure.

When the holidays rolled around I was
invited to a friends coffee plantation
to relax and enjoy the country.

It was a few weeks before the holidays and I
can remember calling my Mother on December 21
to wish her a happy holiday. I was excited to tell her
that I was going to spend the Holiday season relaxing
off the coast of South America on the plantation.

Thats when my world got turned upside down and my
tropical New year turned into a cold winter,
working at my fathers pawn shop in the inner city
of Detroit, Michigan.

My younger brother worked with my father in the family
business and one cold icy day crashed his new Porch into
a wall and broke his arm and leg.
He was hospitalized and couldn’t work at the busiest time
of the year.

The next thing I knew I was on a flight headed to a freezing
winter and saying good by to my tropical sun tan.

Trying to travel any where at that time of the year bring in
it’s own problems and this holiday season was no exception.
The only ticket I could get, last minute was first class from
Carcass to New York and off I went to fulfill some past karma.

The good news came when I got to my seat.
The gentleman that I sat next to was the CEO for a large bottling
company and we struck up a conversation about traveling,
learning and why I was in his country.

It turned out that his company was changing and management
and wanted to incorporate a healthier attitude into their work force.
I told him of the workshops I was teaching on
“Health in the work place”
and before we got to NY, we had a verbal contract for a series of
workshops at their world headquarters.
I didn’t get back to the tropics until late February,
but when I did my life had changed around for the better.

One never knows when opportunity will knock at your door,
but it is best to always be prepared.
When ever you get a chance to learn,
study or train jump on it.

The opportunity may never come again.

Today there is an opportunity for you to become a member
of the Qi Gong Inner Circle and receive years of teachings
that I have spent a life time learning.

These teachings didn’t come easy,
it took me years of seeking for the right teachers,
and going to hundreds of seminars and retreats.
I worked, practiced and trainings to weed out the phonies
and find the real goods.
I have spent hundred of thousands of dollars of my own money
to gather this knowledge.
The adventure was long and exciting,
sometimes even dangerous but nothing ever stopped me.

I am offering these teachings to a select group of people
who have been reading my news tips and my blogs and no others.
If you are ready for an adventure sign up today.
