Is it All in your Head?
How many times have you had a feeling that things
were just not right? It could be a feeling in your
gut, perhaps a little depression, or maybe it
could be a physical health problem. You go to your
doctor and get your bloodwork and nothing shows
up. Then, you see a neurologist, a doctor that
specializes in the nervous system and, again,
nothing. You have a clean bill of health, but you
know things aren’t right. Your doctor believed
it’s all-psychosomatic, and you should think about
therapy or being medicated. You schedule an
appointment, although you know it’s not in your
head. The shrink listens to your story, looks at
all your reports, and his solution is you need to
be medicated. You may try his drugs for a few
weeks before you gather your wits again and know
it is real, this feeling. No one knows what’s
going on with your health. Now you are back to
square one. I hear this story at least a few times
a week, and it’s always a dead end. You have just
been run through the system, and no one knows what
you have or what to do about it, so numbing you
out with medicines would be the logical answer.
WRONG!
Many times, our body/mind and spirit are invaded
by energy that our medical establishment isn’t
equipped for. In the West, if you can’t prove it,
it doesn’t exist. We have taken all the
metaphysical, spiritual, and psychic things that
happen out of health care, and medical
establishments look at everything purely
scientific. How arrogant is that? When the powers
of Being don’t agree, and they have no proof, it
doesn’t exist. You can even be incarcerated or
much worse. The world is flat; go against that
and off with your head.
After decades of practicing acupuncture and
medical Qi Gong in China, the Western world is
still sitting on their hands and looking for proof
that it works. Acupuncture is one of the oldest,
most commonly used medical procedures in the
world, and originated in China more than 2,000
years ago. Traditional Chinese Medicine theorizes
that more than 2,000 acupuncture points in the
human body connect with 12 main and 8 secondary
pathways called meridians. These meridians conduct
energy or Qi between the surface of the body and
internal organs. Qi regulates spiritual,
emotional, mental, and physical balance. The
opposing forces of yin and yang influence Qi. When
yin and yang are balanced, they work together with
the natural flow of Qi to help the body achieve
and maintain health. Acupuncture balances yin and
yang, keep the normal flow of energy unblocked,
and restore health to the body mind and spirit.

Are You Sick Of Being Stuck?
Are You Sick Of Being Stuck?
The rains are here again, and all is luscious
green. Rain has a special meaning and feeling to
me. I was in my mid-twenties, still married and
very much in love. My wife just gave birth to my
first son, but it was time for us to get out of
town. We were getting ready to move to the family
summer home in Harrow, Ontario in Lake Erie. It
was still somewhat cold in early May, in the
forties and fifties with a few warmer days here
and there. I can remember walking out to the lake
and it just started to sprinkle until I could see
the rain coming over. But, for some reason, I was
completely warm and dry. I must have stood there
for an hour. There was a warm glow around me as my
eyes filled with tears. Soon after that, my
spiritual path escalated and took me on a journey
that has lasted for almost five decades. Teachers
and opportunities to grow beyond myself started
coming into my life.
When the student is ready, the teacher will
appear. And they did.
Since that time, I have been on a path to
spiritual growth. Some of it was very rocky and
most of it very magical. I am not religious at
all, but I do my practices religiously. The key to
success is practice and more practice. If you want
something really bad, you need to research about
it, find a teacher, and practice what you preach.
Is it easy? No! But who’s looking for easy? We are
looking for growth, and that’s not easy. It is
work. Spiritual work is WORK.
We want to break out of our old patterns, look at
the world and beyond from outside of the box. The
dogmas that have been handed down to us are
enslaving, controlling and limiting. A half truth
is a lie.
How can you see your way out of the box?
Make friends and work with people that avoid
violence, cherish love, health and longevity, and
work on avoiding these ten non-virtuous acts:
1. Hate/Killing
2. Stealing/Larceny
3. Sexual misconduct
4. Lying/Misleading
5. Slander/Divisive
6. Harsh talk/Saying unpleasant things
7. Gossip/Idle talk
8. Coveting/Craving/Greed
9. Wishing someone ill/Cruelty
10. Wrong view/Ignorance
These acts keep us stuck and going in circles of
birth and death over and over. There are formulas
developed by enlightened beings millenniums ago
that will keep you out of the constant round and
round. Take a peek at the program on Internal
Mantra. It will help to free you from the matrix
of system that keeps all of us stuck.

Bring Home the Gold
I am not a big TV fan, but the Olympics is an
exception. I love seeing individuals who are on
top of their game. I can imagine how an athlete
must feel to be awarded a medal for his country.
Here’s a little history
The original Olympic Games was a pagan religious
and athletic festival that took place every four
years at the shrine to Zeus in Olympia, Greece.
But, Emperor Theodosius put a stop to the “pagan”
Olympics. Theodosius I was the first emperor to
prohibit the whole established pagan religion of
the Roman state. By the time of Theodosius, the
church was a part of the political and social
structure of the oppressive empire. It was
necessary for Theodosius to prohibit the
traditional pagan practices in order to fully
establish his dominance over the people.
Theodosius issued an edict that all pagan temples
be closed. Edicts against the worship of the pagan
faith led to the decline in many areas of
traditional Greek life such as the Olympic Games.
The Olympic Games lay dormant for many years,
though many people still knew of them.
Now, millions of people from every part of the
world are on these young superstars to root for
their country and see the best in sportsmanship.
The Olympics is not only about winning, it is way
more than that. Just to be chosen to represent
one’s country is a great honor and a lifetime
dream of so many young men and women to be able to
fulfill their goals and make a personal
breakthrough that will last for millenniums. The
Olympics is the only true activity that the world
comes together for mutual understanding among
individuals from all over the globe. It inspires
humanity to overcome political, economic, gender,
racial or religious differences, and to forge
friendships in spite of those differences. This is
a great model for world peace, non-judgment,
understanding, and compassion.
We all know how much dedication, training, and
practice go into being the best in your sport and
life. There is no reason you can’t bring in the
Gold for yourself, your family and your community.
All it takes is you declaring what you really
want, and then cultivating that activity, training
it into your body and mind, and practicing. When I
started learning the internal exercises, I
practiced every day for hours. I never missed a
day and I made sure I was around like-minded
people to keep myself on the path. This morning, I
trained for a few hours before the day got going.
I started out with the Recharging Qi Gong
exercises
http://www.rechargingqigong.com/recharging-qi-gong.html
and moved into the Flying Crane Qi Gong set
http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html
and then did a standing meditation. What a great
way to start one’s day. Get started and bring
home the Gold.
I wish you the Best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.

Medical Qi Gong Treatment For Cancer
I had a patient in my office today around 3 o’clock.
He didn’t have an appointment but seemed
to know a lot about me and what I have been doing
over the last three decades. He asked the
receptionist if he could talk to the doctor for a
few minutes. As fate would have it, my next
patient was half an hour late, so I agreed to have
a chat with him. He was a well-dressed Asian
gentleman. He told me he was very familiar with
Medical Qi Gong as his grandfather practiced it in
Mainland China before the Cultural Revolution in
the sixties. Their entire family fled to Argentina
to get away from Mao Zedong and his Communist
regime, and that’s where he was now living. He
asked me if I knew how to purge (remove) and
eliminate excess conditions caused from internal
pathogenic factors. To make sure we were on the
same page, I asked him if he was referring to the
clearing of the accumulation of excessive emotions
such as anger, grief, worry, fear, and anxiety. He
said, “Exactly!” His younger brother was diagnosed
with cancer, which he believed was an
emotion-based disease that has now manifested in
the physical, and he needed help. He added that
his usually optimistic brother was now depressed
and very weak and that he needed his Qi
strengthened and a clearing within the internal
organs and channels. This guy seemed to know what
was necessary. I assured him that my skills could
handle the situation, and that I would do my best
to harmonize his brother’s Yin and Yang energy and
bring the body back into balance. He set up an
appointment for next week and we will get started.
Medical Qi Gong therapy isn’t nearly as popular or
known in this part of the world as all over Asia.
Although when I was in China, they kept it very
quiet in the hospital I worked at. (I think it has
something to do with fear of harassment from the
Communist party. They really try to keep a tight
lid on people’s growth.) A proper Medical Qi Gong
treatment consists of simultaneously treating and
harmonizing the patient’s Three Bodies – the
physical body, energy body, and spirit body. As a
Medical Qi Gong doctor, I also address any
disharmonies that have manifested within the
patient’s internal life-force energies, especially
those disharmonies occurring within the patient’s
Nurturing Qi, Sea of Blood, Sea of Marrow, or
internal blockages located along the central core
Taiji Pole. Some of the most common diseases
treated with Medical Qi Gong Therapy in my clinic
are diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure,
breast and ovarian cysts, migraine headaches,
fibromyalgia, insomnia, acute abdominal pain,
prostatitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, deep tissue
obstruction, muscle atrophy, brain tumors, stroke,
coma retrieval, and cancer. The Medical Qi Gong
therapy focuses on relieving pain, detoxifying the
body of toxic emotions, correcting internal organ
dysfunctions, and balancing excess or deficient Qi
and blood conditions. Medical Qi Gong therapy is
where the medical skills of treating patients and
the energetic and spiritual intuitive skills of
Shamanism are united, creating a complete and
balanced form of Energetic Medicine. Ancient
Chinese Medical Qi Gong was originally divided
into three levels of treatment corresponding to
the Qi of Heaven, Earth, and Man. Various clinical
methods and applications that were used to treat a
patient depended on the healer’s own personal
internal cultivation and understanding of
energetic and spiritual principles. When treating
a patient, Medical Qi Gong therapy traditionally
uses five major clinical modalities: Distance Qi
Emission Therapy, Self-Regulation Homework
Prescriptions, Medical Qi Gong Massage Therapy,
Healing Sound Therapy, and Invisible Needle
Therapy.
I’ll share more details about these therapies in
my upcoming blogs. Until then, I wish you the best
in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness.

glad to see you and get to the bottom of your

Yin and Yang Life Extension
Yin and Yang Life Extension
Everything is in constant motion, like water
flowing from a stream to a river and eventually
returns to the sea. In Chinese medicine, according
to the principle of Yin and Yang, night and day
forms a Yin-Yang pair. Night is Yin and day is
Yang. Night looks and is very different than day,
yet it is impossible to have one without the
other. Both create a totality, a complete whole.
Nothing in the universe is static and, in order to
receive, we must continue to give. In other words,
giving and receiving are simply two different
expressions of the same flow of energy. When one
feel drained and exhausted by always being the
giver no matter if it’s sexually, materially or
energetically and feel you are not getting back,
you may just be operating in a doing mode and not
the giving mode. There are plenty of ‘takers’ who
oblige in taking all you have, both materially and
energetically. In order to keep the flow of energy
constant, we must stay in harmonious interaction
with the five essential elements. The harmonious
interaction of elements and forces in our life
operates as the Law of Giving and Receiving. It
starts with the Creation Cycle. From Fire, the
Earth was created. From Earth comes Metal. Off of
Metal runs the Water. Water makes Wood grow. Wood
makes Fire burn. They go in a specific order and
one creates the next. This cycle ensures that a
balance is maintained between elements and we are
in flow. One element gives to the other. If there
is an imbalance, the Destructive Cycle of elements
kicks in and there is dis-ease in the energy flow.
In the destructive cycle, Wood destroys Earth.
Since trees grow on earth, they suck away all
minerals and leave the earth barren. The Earth
element destroys Water by sucking up all the
water. Water element destroys Fire as water can
extinguish any fire. Fire destroys Metal. The
Metal is melted by Fire. Metal destroys Wood by
cutting Wood as a metal axe would do.
I can make it a little simpler.
Whenever the
destructive cycle is active, there is a blockage
in the flow and a dis-ease in energy field.
The reason I tell all my patients and students to
practice Qi gong is it will keep you balanced.
Self-cultivation is the key to your longevity. I
have spent the majority of my life working,
studying and practicing longevity techniques. The
keyword here is practice. If you don’t have the
Flying Crane Qigong program as yet, get it here
http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html.
The program comes with two DVDs and one CD. Get on
board and start practicing. It will extend your
life.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.
Dr. Wu Dhi
The Core of the Five Elements
Five Element Theory is one of the major systems
within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This
system has been used for more than 2,000 years as
a method of diagnosis and treatment. Essentially,
the five elements are used to help explain the
cause of particular diseases and to associate
signs or symptoms to particular organs and
afflictions.
The Earth element is the center of all the
elements and is the ruler of the stomach and
spleen. It is often depicted as the center of all
the organs and the basic of all health problems.
The Earth element feeds the fire element or the
heart, the water element or the kidneys, as well
as the metal element ruling the lungs, and the
wood element of the liver. If the earth element is
out of balance, it affects all the other elements
and all the organs they rule. If you think about
it, whenever you visit a friend or someone comes
into your home, food is offered. What you are
actually saying by offering food is let me nourish
you. We are feeding the stomach, the earth
element, that feeds all the other elements and
organs. The problem is that, when we get blocked
up, the toxins accumulate in our cells, blood,
tissues and organs. Then, they are stored there
for any length of time, and all kinds of health
problems rear their ugly heads.
I hear from patients all of the time complaints
about gas, bloating, constipation, headaches,
indigestion, fatigue, and weight gain. They are
mostly due to energy not moving, and the body is
not getting the nourishment. Basically, our
digestive tract is a large tube running from the
mouth to the anus. If you put in good fuel (food)
and clean water, everything does its job and moves
through the tube unobstructed. If you have a
blockage, illness can happen quickly. That’s when
a detox program can save you from getting sick.
Flow, openness, and movement are precursors to
longevity. Detox is short for detoxification and
involves the removal of toxic substances from your
body.
As we age, our bodies are exposed to so many
toxins that our natural fight mechanism breaks
down and we experience some form of dis-ease.
With obesity becoming more and more of a major
health concern, there has been a renewed focus on
the link between the build-up of toxins and weight
gain, especially with belly fat and waist size.
Globally, there are more than 1 billion overweight
adults, and at least 300 million of them are
obese. Don’t let your diet plug you up, make you
sick and fat.

How A Dragon Can Keep You Younger
I go to the Farmers Market all the time. It's part of my anti-aging lifestyle. The other day, I was looking for organic produce, and I met a couple of die-hard organic farmers from Homestead, Florida. This time of the year, they have mangoes, avocados, lychees, longans, jackfruits, durians, and dragon fruits. An unusual variety of fruits to someone who was brought up with apples, pears, and cherries. I asked why they chose to grow these fruits, and they said it reminds them of home. They are originally from the Philippines and, when they came to Florida thirty years ago, they bought a ten-acre organic farm and have been working the land ever since. I asked them what their favorite fruit was, and they said, We love them all, but dragon fruit has a special place in our hearts. Most people don't have a clue what dragon fruit is, or even what it looks like, and they know nothing about its health benefits. When you look at a dragon fruit, the origins of its name may appear obvious. Dragon fruits are actually native to Central and South America. The color of dragon fruit flesh varies from white to red or deep magenta. Just like Lycopersicon esculentum, or tomatoes, the red-fleshed varieties contain lycopene a natural antioxidant known to fight cancer, heart disease, and lower blood pressure. Lycopene is the focus of recent research for its connection with anti-ageing. According to legend, the fruit was created thousands of years ago by fire-breathing dragons. During a battle, when the dragon breathed fire, the last thing to emerge would be the fruit. When the dragon was slain, the fruit was collected by the victorious soldiers and presented to the Emperor as a coveted treasure. The soldiers would then butcher the dragon and eat the flesh. It was believed that those who feasted on the flesh would be endowed with the strength and ferocity of the dragon and that they, too, would be coveted by the Emperor. That was a great story for a delicious, sweet fruit with many health benefits. Dragon fruit has an amazing superpower that helps decrease bad cholesterol levels and replenishes good cholesterol levels. Dragon fruit is an excellent source of monounsaturated fats, helping the heart stay in great condition. They have a high fiber content which can assist with poor digestion and constipation, and can also ultimately help regulate diabetes, stabilizing blood sugar levels by suppressing sugar spikes. Eating the flesh and seeds, which contain good protein, will keep your body fortified and satisfied. The dragon fruit is filled with antioxidants to rid the body of free radicals and cancer-producing properties, and will keep your skin tight and young-looking. Slice up a ripe fruit, put it in the blender with honey, and use it as an anti-aging face mask to get rid of wrinkles. Dragon fruit also has anti-inflammatory action that will help your joints from arthritic pain. My students have reported that by practicing Flying Crane Qi Gong http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html daily and eating these wonderful anti-aging fruits on a regular basis has reversed the trap of premature aging. I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness. Dr. Wu Dhi
There is Pain and then there is Pain
There is Pain and then there is Pain
Mary came into my office on Saturday with a story
so insane it was hard to believe. I can’t go into
the details here, but it wasn’t good. To give you
a hint it’s as if she jumped out of a plane at
10,000 feet and, on her way down, she noticed that
she forgot her parachute. Mary told me that she
was on half a dozen medicines to keep her balanced
and, yet, she was still unstable, shaking inside
and an emotional wreck. She was grabbing for
straws, going from medical doctors to
psychologists to psychiatrists and spiritual
advisors to try and solve her dilemma with no
luck. Mary asked me about acupuncture for her
condition. Sure, I do a lot of acupuncture and it
really works well. But, if you have mental and
emotional problems, Medical Qi Gong is ten times
more effective for these kinds of condition.
Here is what my friend and teacher, Dr. Bernard
Shannon, wrote. He is The Man at the International
College of Medical Qi Gong.
Medical Qigong therapy is the oldest therapeutic
modality of Chinese medicine. It is a
comprehensive system of health care addressing the
root cause of symptoms or disease while treating
the client as a whole. Medical Qigong treatments
are based upon a differential diagnosis rooted in
Chinese medical theory. In a Medical Qigong
treatment, the practitioner, having developed
through dedicated study and self-cultivation the
ability to sense and manipulate energy, uses Qi
emission to restore health and wellness to the
client.
I have seen patients and treated conditions that
Western medicine finds resistant or ambiguous.
Whether you know it or not, Medical Qi Gong is an
excellent adjunct to Western medicine, and it
addresses parts of our psyche that other
modalities barely touch. I have worked with
Western doctors to help their patients go through
a traditional treatment and help them eliminate
many of the nasty side effects of pain medicine,
no matter if it’s physical or psychological pain.
As a doctor of Medical Qi Gong (China), I have
been trained in a different way to address not
only the physical body but also mental health
issues. I always tell my patients that I can help
with any problem they have but, if I am the only
one working on it, it will take a long time.
However, if they are willing to work on the
problem with me by doing the exercises and
meditations, they will be amazed how quickly it
can be resolved.
I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and
Happiness.
Dr. Wu Dhi
P.S. The roots of the ancient Medical Qi Gong
tradition are the direct experiences of early
practitioners of spiritual Daoism, Shamanism, and
of the internal Chinese martial arts. Medical Qi
Gong exists to alleviate the pains of humanity,
whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

Become Younger and Healthier this Summer
It is now summer, and one of the things we allenjoy in this season is the beach – soaking up the
sun,frolicking in the water,swimming,kayaking,
canoeing, sailing, building sand castles, taking
long runs by yourself, or going for long walks,
and it’s a perfect place to read. The beach offers
so much for everyone and we all love it.
When I was sixteen, my friend, Mark, and I needed
to get a summer job. One day we would borrow his
mother’s car and supposedly go job hunting and,
the following day, we would get my family car and
hit the trail looking for that summer job. After a
few weeks, his mother said, You boys are getting
a nice tan looking for a job.
We were at the beach every day and we just got
busted.
The beach has some real possibilities for fun and
also for healing and detoxifying of the body.

A Day From Hell Transformed
A Day From Hell Transformed
Did you ever have one of those upside-down days? I had one last week and it sucked. I woke up with a flat tire on my car. It was drivable, but I needed to get some air in it ASAP. I drove to the closest gas station and the air machine was broken. I drove to another station and, again, the machine was not working. I could hear the tire squalling on every turn.I hit one more station and another broken machine. Not good! So, I took a chance and drove to the Mini Cooper dealer to get a new tire and thinned out my wallet. I finally got the new tire and headed home. When I got back home in the 95-degree heat, I noticed that the floor was wet around the refrigerator. When I opened it, it was not working. I called a friend who has an ice chest and he brought it over filled with ice. I just went shopping the day before but, little to my knowledge, there was a small crack in the ice chest. As the ice melted, my floor got soaked. It made me laugh that so much was going wrong! I was starting to get a little uptight and stressed. I sat down at the computer to write and got an e-mail that one of the pictures I put up on a blog in 2012 was copyrighted and they wanted to sue me. As if this weren't enough, my bank wrote me and said one of my accounts was on hold because of some unusual activity. That was the tipping point. Enough stuff all at once. My stress level was on overload. I sat down to meditate and began the exercises to turn my stress into power. Within fifteen minutes, I was able to reverse all the negative situations. I cleaned up the water, and the repairman was at my house within an hour and fixed the refrigerator. My head was clear as a bell again. If you ever have one of those days, believe me you will sooner or later, be prepared. Learn and practice these meditations and exercises and you will be able to turn your stress into power. http://rechargingqigong.com/turn-stress-into-power.html I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and Happiness.
