Yin and Yang Life Extension

Everything is in constant motion, like water

flowing from a stream to a river and eventually

returns to the sea. In Chinese medicine, according

to the principle of Yin and Yang, night and day

forms a Yin-Yang pair. Night is Yin and day is

Yang. Night looks and is very different than day,

yet it is impossible to have one without the

other. Both create a totality, a complete whole.

Nothing in the universe is static and, in order to

receive, we must continue to give. In other words,

giving and receiving are simply two different

expressions of the same flow of energy. When one

feel drained and exhausted by always being the

giver no matter if it’s sexually, materially or

energetically  and feel you are not getting back,

you may just be operating in a doing mode and not

the giving mode. There are plenty of ‘takers’ who

oblige in taking all you have, both materially and

energetically. In order to keep the flow of energy

constant, we must stay in harmonious interaction

with the five essential elements. The harmonious

interaction of elements and forces in our life

operates as the Law of Giving and Receiving. It

starts with the Creation Cycle. From Fire, the

Earth was created. From Earth comes Metal. Off of

Metal runs the Water. Water makes Wood grow. Wood

makes Fire burn. They go in a specific order and

one creates the next. This cycle ensures that a

balance is maintained between elements and we are

in flow. One element gives to the other. If there

is an imbalance, the Destructive Cycle of elements

kicks in and there is dis-ease in the energy flow.

In the destructive cycle, Wood destroys Earth.

Since trees grow on earth, they suck away all

minerals and leave the earth barren. The Earth

element destroys Water by sucking up all the

water. Water element destroys Fire as water can

extinguish any fire. Fire destroys Metal. The

Metal is melted by Fire. Metal destroys Wood by

cutting Wood as a metal axe would do.

I can make it a little simpler.

 Whenever the

destructive cycle is active, there is a blockage

in the flow and a dis-ease in energy field.

The reason I tell all my patients and students to

practice Qi gong is it will keep you balanced.

Self-cultivation is the key to your longevity. I

have spent the majority of my life working,

studying and practicing longevity techniques. The

keyword here is practice. If you don’t have the

Flying Crane Qigong program as yet, get it here

http://rechargingqigong.com/flying-crane-qi-gong.html.

The program comes with two DVDs and one CD. Get on

board and start practicing. It will extend your

life.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth, and

Happiness.
