When your Cookies get Burnt

Thursday, May 1st, 2014
Share

Most of us can relate to this, you or maybe your mother
make a batch of cookies, your favorite ones.
The whole house has the smell of fresh baked cookies;
your mouth is watering as they are baking in the oven.
Memories are being triggered left and right.

A smell can bring on a flood of memories; affect your
moods,memory and even your performance.
When we smell something good or bad it call up
memories and powerful responses almost instantaneously.

Our olfactory system triggers the brain that processes
emotion, and is responsible for associative learning.
Our ability to smell is highly linked to memory.
In order to identify a scent, you must remember when you
have smelled it before and then connect it to visual
information that occurred at the same time.

An odor actually increases the vividness and intensity
of that remembered information when you smell that
odor again.
The smell of the oven fresh cookies may remind you
of Christmas, your childhood or another special moment
in your life.

When I prepare myself for meditation I make sure
there are very few distractions before I begin.
The phone is off, no TV or radio and the house is quite.
(The best time is early morning or late evening when
everyone is still).
I begin by lighting one of my favorite incense.
The smell triggers the brain and you will automatically
be put you into a meditative state.
To keep the mind from jumping around like a monkey
a mantra helps to keep you focused and,
you will go into a deeper state of relaxation.

In the Internal Mantra Program

These teachings and processes will open you up faster
and help you to become stress free,
lower your blood pressure and quite the mind with in weeks.
End your stresses now and begin to take control of your
emotions, your energy and regain your personal power.

images-1Many people come into my office and ask if I would
accept their insurance as a form of payment, as
many Western doctors do. This is a problem that is
causing the crumbling of our entire health system
in the USA.

Doctor’s waiting rooms are full and the average
doctor only has a few minutes to look at you and
if you have an HMO policy, you are lucky if you
get any quality service at all. It’s not that the
Doc doesn’t want to serve you; he can’t afford to
take the time if he is expecting to see 80 to 100
patients a day for a small set fee.
If you notice everyone gets medicated, because it
is the fastest way to get you in and out of the
office. The drug companies love this all the way
to the bank.

A doctor goes to school for many years and his
focus is to help people live a healthier life
without pain and suffering. Even when school is
finished the learning process isn’t over. Every
year there are required Continued Education
classes to keep up with the latest medicines.
Let’s look at the root of the word “doctor.” It’s
actually a Latin word (and later a French one)
meaning anyone who is a teacher— A doctor should
be the one who teaches you how to be healthy and
stay healthy. A doctor is the main person in one’s
life who can direct you to heal mentally,
physically and spiritually, if the government or
Big Pharm ties up ones freedom to practice
medicine.
I have been practicing alternative medicine for 35
years on myself, with students and pati ents with
excellent results and I can tell you why. When I
not only balance the physical, mental and
spiritual aspects of one’s life, I also teach them
how to take care of themselves. The teaching and
practice is the key part in becoming whole. Join

Heaven or Hell, it’s your Choice

unnamed
Back in the eighties I was heavily engaged in my
spiritual studies as well as the healing arts.

Every summer for years I would leave whatever I
was doing in life and meet with a group of
students in a remote place either the mountains of
Colorado or Northern California for a three-month
meditation retreat. This is how I spent my summers
for years. I remember one special summer where the
teachings were focused on the realms of
consciousness and the way we nourish ourselves
internally and externally. The teacher told us a
very powerful myth about the difference between
heaven and hell.

The fable describes hell as a room in which a
bunch of angry emaciated people were sitting
around a banquet table. On the round banquet table
is piled a wonderful feast, with many platters of
the most delicious-smelling foods that one can
imagine. Strapped to the forearms of the famished
people sitting around this table in hell are
four-foot-long forks and spoons, so no matter how
they try, they cannot get any food into their
mouths.

Heaven, on the other hand, is room in which
jovial, well-fed people sit around a banquet table
that is piled high with a wonderful feast, with
many platters of the most delicious-smelling foods
that one can imagine. Strapped to the forearms of
the happy people sitting around this table in
heaven are four-foot-long forks and spoons—and the
people are feeding one another across the table.

After he told the story a large banquet was
brought into the room for the evening meal but we
didn’t have anything to eat. Not a spoon or a fork
could be found anywhere. Before we sat down to
eat, the teacher made an announcement,“You will
notice there is no silverware, and no chopsticks
but we want all of you to enjoy the wonderful
feast by feeding each other with your hands. The
only rule is you can only feed someone else, not
your self.”

The idea of the exercise was to give to others and
they will give back to you, that’s why I write and
teach thousands of people a week from all over the
world. The more you give the more you have the
capacity to receive. You wouldn’t want to show up
at the bank for free money with a thimble, you
would want to show up with a wheelbarrow.

If you are ready to fill up your own wheelbarrow,
I’ll help you. Get moving today by sharing my blog

Why I fly Prayer flags

DSC_3360 They claim that as the wind flows
through the flags they carry the prayers and good
vibrations. The flags are said to bring Happiness,
Long life and Prosperity to those who fly them.
I have them flying over the gates to my garden
and on the entire east side of my home, spreading
good vibrations and blessings on my home and
gardens.
Prayer flag date back thousands of years to India
and to the shamanistic Bon tradition of
pre-Buddhist Tibet.
Bonpo priests used solid colored cloth flags, with
their magical symbols to balance the elements both
internally and externally.

The 5 colors of prayer flags represent the 5
basic elements:

Yellow-earth
Green–water
Red-fire
White-air
Blue-space

The flags I have been flying have the mantra “OM
MANI PADME HUNG”
Printed on them sends blessings of compassion to
free us from the worldly realms.
1. The God Realm
2. The Human Realm
3. The Titan Realm
4. Animal Realm
5. Hungry ghost Realm
6.
The Hell Realm

The great seventeenth-century Japanese Rinzai Zen
master Hakuin was once approached by a samurai
warrior who asked Hakuin to explain heaven and
hell to him.
Hakuin looked up at the samurai and asked
disdainfully,
“How could a stupid ignoramus like you possibly
understand such things?”
The samurai started to draw his sword and Hakuin
chided,
“So, you have a sword. It’s probably as dull as
your head!”
In a rage, the proud warrior pulled out his sword
intending to cut off Hakuin’s head.
Hakuin stated calmly, “This is the gateway to
hell.”
The startled samurai stopped and, with
appreciation for Hakuin’s cool demeanor, sheathed
his sword.
“This is the gateway to heaven,” said Hakuin
softly.

unnamed-1I had a great date this week. We went to a great
Greek restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, walked on the
beach and watched the moon come up over sea.
The weather was just perfect; around 75 degrees
with a warm breeze, the palm trees were lightly
swaying in the wind. I brought two of those
Chinese lanterns and we lit them and they floated
over the ocean until they disappeared. What a
romantic and magical night this was.

Some times you just hit the right moment with the
right person and the energy opens up. It’s nothing
you do, it just happens now and again. We were
sharing stories until late in the evening and she
asked me if I ever wanted to have kids.
Hello! I never asked her how old she was and I am
sure she didn’t have a clue how long I’ve been
walking around planet earth. It turned out that
she was in her late thirties and hasn’t had any
children as yet.

When I told her my real age she started to giggle.
“I thought you were much younger, maybe in your
late fortes or fifties.” I am often told that I
don’t act or look my age. In fact they have been
telling me this all my life. Although age is just
a number, if you feel old and act old guess what?
You are old!

The Taoist believe that the aging process has a
lot to do with your sexual strength and for
thousand of years they have perfected techniques
to keep that energy strong and vibrant.

Are you Ready for a Complete Transformation?

Suzanne Somers was one of the most dynamic
speakers at the 21st World Anti-Aging conference
last week. I was standing only a few feet from her
and let me tell you she is looking good for a
67-year-old woman. She has been doing hormone
replacement for years. Susan was sharing her
daily routine, which includes meditation,
exercise, sex, hormone replacement and a non-GMO
organic diet.
She said, “I take around 60 pills a day with a
smoothie and the rest at night. That may sound
like a lot but if your focus is a long disease
free life, the pills are not really a factor. It’s
much easier to stay healthy than it is to try and
get rid of any disease. She went on to say, “Food
is her medicine.”
It made me laugh when she talked about Unknown” She
was kidding but I see patients daily with a host
of these seven dwarf problems.
“Ideally, your food choices should be organic and
pesticide free. Beef should be organic and
grass-fed; fish should be wild not farm raised. It
is difficult to get organic food at most
restaurants, so when possible eat at home. She
went on to share with the group about the Power
Foods:

1.Almonds (raw, unsalted)
Almonds are a great source of protein, fiber and
minerals, including:
Calcium and magnesium- Calcium keeps bones strong
and promotes bone growth. Magnesium works with
calcium for bone growth and is a calming mineral
needed by premenopausal women. It is also good for
assisting with constipation.
Iron- This mineral is necessary for transporting
the active and usable form of thyroid, T3.
Potassium- Circulatory deficits happen with age
and declining hormones; potassium ameliorates this
by helping to support blood vessel health and
reduce the risk of high blood pressure. A
potassium-rich diet will prevent leg cramps and
other muscle spasms. This is because of the role
that potassium plays with muscle contraction and
nerve impulses all over the body, including the
heart.
Zinc- Research indicates that zinc helps balance
female hormones, helps prevent PMS, and helps
prevent acne.
Almonds are also high in Vitamin E and unsaturated
fats, keeping arteries supple. With the decline of
minor hormones, cortisol goes high and is one of
the main reasons women get (and die of) heart
disease; almonds play a role in preventing
atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

2. Apples
All types of apples contain quercetin, a powerful
antioxidant that prevents the oxidation of LDL
cholesterol, which in turn lowers the risk of
damage to your arteries. An apple’s pectin is
effective in lowering levels of blood cholesterol.

3. Avocado
This fruit may prevent breast cancer as well as
prostate cancer.

4. Beans
Beans are loaded with complex carbohydrates, as
well as calcium, iron, folic acid, B vitamins,
zinc, potassium and magnesium. They contain large
amounts of soluble and insoluble fiber, which
helps reduce cholesterol and normalize blood
sugar.

5. Organic Beets
Beets contain high levels of carotenoids and
flavonoids, which are known to protect artery
walls as well as reduce the risk of heart disease
and stroke. In addition, they contain iron and
also boost bone health, due to their calcium
content, thus reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

6. Organic Blueberries
Berries are a great source of antioxidants that
keep your brain and heart healthier. Blueberries
also contain pterostilbene, which is effective in
reducing bad LDL cholesterol.

7. Broccoli
This vegetable contains two powerful anticancer
substances: sulforaphane and indole-3-carbinol.
Sulforaphane destroys ingested carcinogenic
compounds and kills H.pylori (Helicobacter
pylori), a bacteria that causes stomach ulcers and
increases the risk of gastric cancers. (If you eat
in restaurants and consume non¬organic chicken,
it’s likely at some point you will pick up H.
pylori.) Indole-3-carbinol metabolizes estrogen,
potentially protecting against estrogen dominance
and breast cancer. It also has a good amount of
potassium and beta-carotene.

8. Cabbage
High in fiber, vitamin A and minerals, cabbage
stimulates the immune system, kills bacteria and
viruses, inhibits growth of cancerous cells,
protects against tumors, helps control estrogen
levels and promotes balance, improves blood flow
and boosts sex drive. It speeds up the metabolism
of estrogen toward a “good” metabolite and slows
the production of a bad one, reducing the risk of
breast cancer, and inhibits the growth of polyps
in the colon; cabbage also protects against
stomach ulcers.

9. Eggs
Eggs are a good source of selenium, riboflavin,
vitamin BIZ’ pantothenic acid and vitamin D, and
are rich in lutein and zeaxan¬ thin (both offer
protection for the eyes, which were not meant by
nature to last beyond our childbearing years).
Eggs are also a great source of choline, a
neurotransmitter critical for brain health and a
good source of natural progesterone.

10. Flaxseed
This power food increases the number of ovulatory
cycles in premenopausal women and increases
testosterone at the time of ovulation. Regular
consumption of flaxseed improves the
progesterone/estrogen ratio in postovulatory women
and helps with PMS. Flaxseed is also an excellent
source of essential omega-3 fatty acids. Freshly
ground flaxseed releases more nutrients than whole
flaxseed.

11. Garlic
This yummy bulb is an excellent cancer fighter,
protecting against cancers of the breast, colon,
skin, prostate, stomach and esophagus. Garlic
stimulates the immune system by encouraging the
growth of natural killer cells that directly
attack cancer cells. Also, it has the ability to
kill many of the antibiotic-resistant strains of
MRSA (the hospital superbug).

12. Meat
Lean meats (organic, of course, and grass-fed )
are an excellent source of protein. Meat also
provides needed iron, B12 and zinc. Bison meat is
often overlooked as an example of a healthier
meat, because bison live on natural grass and
spend very little time in feedlots or
slaughterhouses. As such, they are not given
drugs, chemicals or hormones. Bison meat has a
greater concentration of iron than any other meat,
as well as some essential fatty acids. Of
particular importance to women is its high iron
content.

13. Nuts
Nuts and seeds provide excellent nutritional
value. They are especially good sources of
essential fatty acids, gamma tocopherol, vitamin
E, protein and minerals. They also provide
valuable fiber components; important
phytonutrients in nuts and seeds include protease
inhibitors, ellagic acid and other polyphenols.

14. Olive Oil
Regular consumption of this omega-3-rich oil helps
protect against heart attacks, because of its
unique polyphenol and monounsaturated fatty-acid
content. Polyphenols in extra virgin olive oil
help keep cell membranes soft and pliable,
allowing for oxygenation and hydration, the
elements of life, to flow through the membranes
easily and thus give energy and vitality.

15. Oranges
Oranges contain high quantities of hesperetin,
which protects against inflammation. Eating these
regularly can lower cholesterol because of the
fiber/pectin. They are a good source of potassium,
which reduces blood pressure, as well as folic
acid, which lowers levels of homocysteine (high
levels of this substance in the body are not good
for the heart).

16. Pineapple
This is one of the top 50 foods with the highest
antioxidant con¬tent. Antioxidants have been found
to help protect cells from the damage of free
radicals, which can break down muscles, increase
aging effects and, as a result, lead to cancers
and other chronic diseases.

17. Sweet Potatoes
This power food is full of protein, fiber,
artery-protecting beta-carotene, blood
pressure-controlling potassium, and antioxidants.

18. Tea
Black, green and now white teas are hailed for
their anti¬-oxidant properties. The polyphenols in
green tea are powerful antioxidants and protect
against free-radical damage, which is a major
cause of arterial aging. Green tea may inhibit
breast, digestive and lung cancers as well.

19. Tomatoes
Cooked tomatoes contain high levels of lycopene, a
nutrient that reduces the risk of prostate, lung
and stomach cancers. Tomatoes contain potassium,
vitamin C and lycopene; each is essen¬tial to your
immune system and to keep your skin healthy.

20. Wild Salmon
This fish is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty
acids. Eating omega-3 rich salmon regularly may
help protect against heart disease, breast and
other cancers, as well as provide relief to
sufferers of certain autoimmune diseases, such as
rheumatoid arthritis and asthma. Its omega-3s are
great for mood and also protect the brain, and are
essential for the membranes of every one of your
6o to 90 trillion or so cells in your body.

If you follow the “Power Food” formula of eating,
within 90 days you will clear up a good deal of
any health problems you have, that’s just about
guaranteed. Add in the internal exercises and you
are going to look and feel younger, you are going
to have more energy and enjoy life more and more.

My trip to Michigan was sweet and sour.
This trip was a cold one! Every day it was below
freezing.

Long Johns, hats, scarves and gloves were required
equipment to even stick your head outside. Burr!

Although I have lived in the cold before, going
from 80 degrees to the teens is a bit of a
shocker. The nice thing about all that cold is
that it really makes winter real. Living in South
Florida, you have a tendency to forget that the
rest of the country is in a frozen sleep for a few
months.

Winter is a time for an internal prospective, a
time to reflect on what you have accomplished over
the last year. We are into the darkest days until
the winter solstice on the 21st of December, then
the days will get lighter and lighter. I IMG_2364

Balancing yin and Yang Part II

We left the jungle the next day and headed home,
our car filled with kilos of crystals that we
either found or purchased from the Shaman.
When I returned to Caracas I was as busy as a bee
trying to catch up on all the work. Patients
needed to be called, classes set up and workshops
started.

After I got back into the swing of things and the
dust settled down I was introduced to Mr. Josie
Asesor, by one of the students in the meditation
group. Mr. Asesor is a well known Kabbalistic and
teacher from Israel and quite an interesting guy.
They clam he is a medium between the visible world
and an invisible spirit world he practices magic,
sorcery for the purpose of healing, divination and
is said to have control over natural events. He is
considered to be a high level shaman in many
traditions.

I showed him the crystals and asked what kind of
energy he felt. Mr. Asesor immediately knew what
they were, where they came from and where they had
to be placed. It was amazing to me. He said,
“These have to be placed in the Heart chakra of
the earth.” I have no idea how he knew that, I
didn’t tell an yone the story of the Shaman that I
met in the Grand Sabina, not a soul.

I gave a few of the crystals away to friends and
students in the meditation group and within few
months I received an unexpected visit from Mr.
Asesor. He told me that he needed 12 people that
would be willing to leave Caracas for a year and
create an energy connection around the world. I
was ready for a change and by the end of the year
I left Venezuela for Maui, Hawaii, the “Valley
Isle” one of the most beautiful places on the
planet and for a year.

I was on the island for 2 months before I felt it
was the right time to place the crystals in their
proper place. The moon was full that night and the
energy was extremely good. Three friends joined me
for this plunge into the heart of the crater.
We left the house around 4:o’clock in the morning
and drove for two hours to get to the mouth of the
crater at sunrise. I was told that The Heart
Chakra is located in the very bottom of the
Haleakala Crater and that’s where we were headed.
This chakra represents the inflow/female polarity,
one of the youngest places on the planet and the
most powerful Yin places on earth.

The hike is a long one around four hours to reach
the floor where they say the heart is and you have
to walk up hundreds of switchback to get out of
there another 8 hours of climbing. This was rare
once in a lifetime experience.

Everyone in our party was hot and tired and the
three of them complained how hard the climb was,
even though they were years younger than me. I
didn’t say a word I just smiled and was glowing
inside as we reached the top. This was the
competition of a 4-year quest for me, to balance
the yin and yang in my body, mi nd and spirit and
to change my karmic address.

If you want learn the magic behind these
incredible adventures you need to become a member

Balancing Yin and Yang Part I

In 1987 I was working in La Jolly, California
coaching the CEO of a large corporation in
longevity and anti aging practices. We were
sitting in his kitchen and I got an unexpected
call from my Spiritual Master. I had no idea how
he had gotten the phone number or even how he knew
I was in California, this was long before anyone
even knew about cell phones. But there he was on
the phone and he sounded quite serious.

He told me that he had an assessment for me that
would change my karma forever. I was told to move
to South America and bring the meditation students
up to speed, my title: Senior Instructor at the
G.E.F.ashram. Within 3 days I was on a plane headed for
Caracas, Venezuela for the next 6 months.
There were 50 some student’s in the group,
all-eager to study the internal practices of Qi
Gong, meditation and learn alternative healing
work.

My life in Caracas was filled with special magic,
personal growth and discovery. When I arrived, I
only knew a few words in Spanish and was wondering
how I was going to pull all of this new life
together.

My Master told me to just Trust, that sounded like
a quote from “Star Wars” to me and although I was
up for the adventure I was still a bit uneasy to
say the least. Never the less everything worked
out. The group received teachings from the Tibetan
Buddhist and Taoist traditions and we all grew by
leaps and bounds. I ended up staying for 3 years
teaching, seeing patients, sharing spiritual
practices, coaching students and traveled all over
the country. I met the most interesting people and
learned more about teaching, meditation and
coaching to large groups than I would have if I
stayed state-side.

I have always been interested in the mystical side
of life so when I found out that La Gran Sabana was
one of the oldest places on our planet jam-packed
with a raw “Yang Energy”images-2 and there was gold,
diamonds and crystals everywhere, as well as the
home for many healers, mystics and shamans I
organized a trip with my friend and off we went.

My girl friend knew of a fellow that moved his
family from Germany and ran a bed and breakfast in
the middle of the jungle. He was willing to share
his teachings and be our guide when we arrived.
Years ago he left his motherland where he was a
singer at the “Deutsche Opera in Berlin” and now
he teaches Opera to open up the chakras by
projecting sound into the different centers.
We arrived just in time for dinner and then they
showed us our rooms. The beds were draped with
mosquito nets and the chatter from the bugs, frogs
and what ever lived in the jungle was loud and
went on all night. I can remember waking up in
the middle of the night and seeing a very large
spider the size of my hand walking on the netting.
I definitely didn’t get out of bed until daylight.

The next morning after a workout and breakfast we
met in the lodge to begin the practice of opening
the upper chakras. I never sang before so it was a
vocal workout for me. We worked 2 hours in the
morning and another 2 hours in the evening for the
next six days. The experience was incredible and
helped to open my higher meditation centers in a
such extraordinary and unusual way.

One evening at dinner he told us of an Indian
Shaman who lived a few hours away that had these
incredible crystals that when rubbed together
would shoot out light. The next day we headed to
his place.

The Shaman met us and told us of the power of the
crystal. He said there is a long documented
history of use in healing work in practically
every culture and religious tradition since the
dawn of time. Crystals are regularly used because
of their inherent ability to deeply enhance things
and are used to deepen knowledge and
understanding.

According to some experts:
Quartz crystals are considered sacred powerful
tools in many different traditions and have been
recognized as such for a very long time.
Magicians, shamans, and light workers have
utilized Crystals for their extraordinary
abilities since recorded history as tools for
healing higher consciousness and frequency
shifting.

Crystals have the ability to transduce energy and
can take one form of energy and cause it to change
form, as in alchemy.

The Shaman invited us to return that night to
experience the power of the crystals. We arrived
at night fall and he took us over to a large pile
of Crystals maybe they were 4 or 5 feet high and
before he showed us their power he asked me if I
would take a few of them and place them in the
heart chakra of our planet, although I had no idea
where the heart of the planet was. He said I would
be going there soon, so I agreed. Then he took a
handful of the crystals and tossed them on the
pile and the entire pile of crystals lit up like
lightning! I was blown away. We stayed there most
of the night playing with the crystals and
listening to his unbelievable stories of the magic
crystals.

To be continued…………..

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness

and been in touch ever since. I received a call
from him the other day. It seems that he finally
met a girl that was his equal who he couldn’t stop
talking about.
He said, she is an artist, spiritual, a musician,
a healer, a dancer, a writer, mystical and a business lady.

Mack couldn’t stop talking about her, he sounded like a
teenager in love.
He said, “She is as delicate as a flower and
strong as a bull and as smart as a whip. She has
become my best friend in just a few months and
makes every cell in my body come alive.”

I congratulated him and wished him all the best
and asked; where did you meet her?
That’s when he told me she came into his life from
nowhere and like the fog that comes in from
everywhere all at once and she left just as
quickly.

Mack said his heart was broken.

“I’m a mess right now! I can’t eat, can’t sleep,
bills are piling high, I haven’t been able to work
in three weeks, ain’t bathed, can’t shave, cause
my heart is so tender like living in a blender.
I’m shaken and I’m stirred”
– Anthony Hamilton

This happens to all of us now and then. One of my
teachers told me long ago that if you want to have
your heart open, it has to break first.
Broken hearts are what give us strength,
understanding, and compassion. A heart never
broken, is pristine and sterile, and will never
know the joy of being imperfect.

As the saying goes “Tis better to have loved and
lost than never to have loved at all”

Many years ago when I first started to study with
the “Lama on the Mountain” I asked him if he would
open my heart chakra. He sort of blew me off; I
asked him a few times and got the same response
over and over.

One-day the Lama’s youngest daughter became very
sick she was just a baby and her fever spiked to
over 104. They had to take her to the hospital for
an emergency treatment. There wasn’t anybody to
watch their 5 year old, I immediately offered to
watch her and the parents were off to the hospital
with the baby.

They were gone for hours but I had no problem. I
love kids and for the most part they love me. We
went to town for an ice cream, took a long walk,
and played in the park, on the swings, played with
her stuffed animals and what ever else I could
think of to entertain a 5 year old. Finally they
came back home. The baby was much better. The Lama
on the Mountain said, “we are so grateful to you,
we didn’t know what we would have done if you
didn’t offer to watch our child. If there is
anything I can do for you please let me know.”

That’s when I laid it on him. Yes! There is, will
you open my heart?
The Lama chuckled and agreed to grant my request.
The next day we met in the meditation hall to
begin the ceremony.

He worked with me for the entire day and into the
late evening. The Lama did many different rituals,
prayers, and mantras. Touching different points
on my body with ritual objects, then it started to
happen. imagesand then I
started to see the decaying of everything, death,
hunger, pain and suffering, starving so much
suffering it was very sad. I started to cry and
even after I came out of the meditation I cried
and sobbed for the entire week.

I now know why the Lama didn’t want to open me up
so quickly.
When one opens their heart it not only opens up to
all the beauty it opens up to everything and
that’s hard to swallow. I told Mack this story and
he understood. Opening your heart is a good thing
but very painful indeed.

I wish you the best in your Health, Wealth and
Happiness
