Your Roots are the Key to Your Practice

As I walked through the woods amongst the huge oak
trees, I found a clearing to practice my ritual Qi
Gong. I dropped my energy and got in touch with my
roots internally and feeling the physically
energy, the power and strength of the forest, the
lakes, and the energy of the native people.

Summer Solstice Self-Love

Love is a mind that wishes others to be happy and

free from suffering. We often confuse love as a

reciprocal relationship where we get something

from someone else, and give back in return.

What Is Spiritual Work and what Will It Do To Me?

There are three parts to any spiritual practice:
the Teaching, the Teacher, and the Practice. Each
step along the way is as important as the other.
If you want to stay healthy, happy, and even
wealthy, begin your first step on the path and you
will be led to the adventure of your lifetime.

Growing Spiritually

I will share as much information as I can with all
of you on health, meditation, and the spiritual
path. Please encourage your friends and family to
subscribe to my newsletter and keep on practicing
daily. www.Rechargingqigong.com

They are Dying to see Me

ife is precious, don’t waste it. When we take
birth in human form, it is a gift. Never send the
gift back unopened. Open up to a healthy,
productive, and happy life. Learn how to take care
of your physical, mental, and spiritual self.

The End of my Garden

My organic veggie garde
has gotten fried from the sun. This isn’t anything
new, it happens every year around the end of May
and the first few weeks in June. Now my attention
is on the mango tree, the papayas and bananas
which are coming soon.

The Spiritual Aspect of Your Health

Our spiritual growth plays a big part in our
health, wealth and happiness. Digging deeply
within oneself to try to find some depth untouched
by your conscious mind and bring it to the surface
to be tested in life. This is the root of a
spiritual life.”
