Develop Your Spiritual Digestive System

Last Wednesday, we had a meditation class at my office. It was based on the teachings of Swami Rudrananda (Rudi) and his holiness, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.

Rudi wrote a book years ago called Spiritual Cannibalism. When some people see the title of the book, they take two steps back. But what the teachings are about – is cannibalizing energy. “If you don’t eat the energy, the energy can eat you.”

This type of tantric meditation teaches you how to use energy no matter if it’s positive or negative. Energy is just energy. The methods are done using a simple breathing technique that opens the chakras and the energy fields.

I’ve been doing this form of meditation for over 30 years and teach it to my friends, students and family as often as I can. It helps develop your spiritual digestive system, manage stress better and keeps you balanced and rooted.

The spiritual digestive system is how we assimilate energy. At the time of our death, we have two things: the amount of love we’ve given and the amount of energy we’ve stored. Most of us know how to give and receive love, but as far as storing energy, most people don’t have a clue.

This form of meditation balances and opens the chakras and gives us a way to place the energy in our storage centers for use whenever we need it. I’ve found that by doing this form of meditation on a regular basis, we can stay, happier, younger and energetic.

If you’re interested in going to our next meditation class, or want private instruction, please contact the office at 305-407-0120.

Wishing you be the best in your health, wealth and happiness.
